Hello, I just wanted to reach out and explain my situation. I really appreciate your company and have always thought you all were one of the most affordable and reliable electric companies. Previously, I had my electricity account set up at a friend’s house. At the time, we had an agreement that they would be responsible for paying the final electricity bill when the service ended. I had called three different numbers yesterday, in order to pay my bill in full, to no avail the number I called or got transferred to just wasn't successful at all. So far, so good. The language in the T&C’s are clear and easy to understand for the layman; vs hard to understand legal jargon. This is my first ever experience with this company. Payment plan is reasonable and easy to set up. However, mentioning how they process mistakes in the first TC paragraph is a little nerving, almost sounds like they plan to make mistakes. Hopefully, the process is smooth.

Setting up a payment plan was easy and I was allowed to set it up my way, plus get a discount. I was so afraid to set up a plan at first. I thought the payments would be too high but I was happily surprised. I'm happy to be getting this money I owe off my back to get back on the right track.

Easy installments to pay off without worrying whether I will have the amount or not. They gave me multiple choices and I chose the one that I knew I would be able to handle. I also got to choose my date so I know exactly when it will be coming out of my account.

Willing to work and continue to do offers and I didn’t have to fight with someone on the phone or be spammed or harassed.. I am more willing to pay off and set up payments if I am not being harassed and made to feel like they don’t understand hard times. Great job on their part for accommodating me on setting up payment dates. They also helped me save 45% off my total debt owed which was extremely helpful for me and also gave me reason to see and understand they were helping me so least I could do was do everything on my end to take advantage of what they were doing for me.
