Being patient and helpful into giving me extra time and better payment plans to pay off my debt. Although I've been with them for well passed the time I should've been paid off due to financial issues to my personal life, Halsted was able to adjust my agreements and rewrite payment contracts to better my situation.

So far so good. Awesome payment option plans to settle needed payments. They give you the option to pick an amount, when, how often, and how much. Lastly they take a percentage off of the true amount owed. I don’t think it can get any better.

I didn't think I would ever leave a good review for a collection agency, but this company literally lets you set up your payments exactly as you like to repay your debt. Their site is so easy to navigate, setting up the frequency and amount of payment and signing the repayment agreement takes literally seconds.

I’m just happy to pay the card off. I had got sick with a brain aneurysm and a stroke so I was in the hospital for 3 months and then the recovery process was a long time.
