I had a debt that they acquired. I wasn't avoiding paying it, just didn't have the funds to do so. Through them though, I was able to settle for a lower amount with payments that were much more manageable. They even offered some flexibility on the new amount, which gave me some relief. Without sounding like someone who just goes into debt, this company has done business with my husband as well and offered him a very helpful payment plan as well, I say that to say that they are reliable and really are for helping people and not just out to get money.

No matter how long I dodged them lol they still gladly worked with me on a suitable payment plan and amount that was financially responsible yet equally beneficial for both parties! I got a big chunk of money taking off the top of what I owed so in the end I'm saving money and they still get their money from collecting on my debt! And to top it all off the payment plan that we agreed on is being reported to the three credit bureaus and my credit is naturally going up with consistency! Super friendly workers and people that call. All in all I've had a good experience with them.

I appreciate that I was offered different payment plans according to my budget because I am on SSDI and I am currently working on clearing credit debt, thank you so very much! It is of importance that when you are working with people of all walks of life that you consider no one wants to be in debt. Best company I’ve worked with in understanding and willing to work to lower your payment in order to resolve debt. After having lost my job for emergency health reasons and being a first time stay-at-home mom with a one income household, it’s been real tough on us these past 2+ years. These guys have been great. It sucks having a collection but these guys have worked with me and when you do pay it off they get it off your credit report. They are persistent but not rude or aggressive.
