I have never had such an easy and enjoyable collection ever. Seriously...I had gotten a divorce and the collection was a credit card from that relationship. I love the multitude of the choices they give you and it's all online through email and not harassing phone calls everyday. A reminder text or phone call a couple days before scheduled payments are due to pull and even if for some odd reason your payment doesn't go through they send a text the next day and you can respond for them to run it. My current husband has a collection in the same place and they make it so easy and work with you! Wish every debt collection company was this awesome with customer service. I have no problem paying my bills especially through Halstead.

Due to life situations, I owed around $1500 in debt to a credit card company that I couldn't pay timely. It's been outstanding for almost 2 years. I can only work part time and what I make isn't a lot, but I wanted to work on paying off what I owe. I appreciated that they contacted me by email. It's much easier for me due to my anxiety. At first, I couldn't access my account and emailed them for help. They were prompt in getting back to me via email, as I requested. They offered workable options I could set up on line and reduced the debt that I owed to less than half if I did select the option to make payments. For a debt collection company, they made this process easier despite the situation. I also am so happy I could handle this through their website which was so easy to navigate.

I have to say Halstead Collections made it easy to go to their website and request a monthly payment for my creditor. I learned through this process that these low limit high interest credit cards such as credit one, capital one, webbank, fingerhut, first premier, Total visa, Revvi, Aspire, and a few more that the money I put towards these credit cards including the $99 processing fee, $75 annual fee, then the credit limit is 300 but I ended up owing 800 or 900, 1000 when it's all said and done is ridiculous. Then the debt is bought by a few companies resurgent, Halstead, Lvnv, and they take you to civil court and sue you into making monthly payments for the next 50 years when your 70 years old. I appreciate what they have done for me. WM

Very respectable, accommodating and pleasant. Definitely these traits helped motivate me to make a decision to finalize a repayment plan. I’m glad to have the opportunity to make this situation right with your help and very fair options. Unfortunately, I do have some other debt collectors in my life. I can only wish that they were as accommodating as your firm. It would make my life go much smoother. Mostly they just criticize and threaten me. They make it sound as if they have been personally offended by me. It has been a nightmare going through this and I really don’t work well with threats. Good job guys.

These payday loan companies completely rob people who are already struggling financially with the ridiculously high interest rates, making it basically impossible to pay off. Your company took the amount due and reduced it down to a reasonable amount that I was able, and more than willing, to pay! Thank you for that!

I like the payment options that were presented to me. Also I did not feel like I was being bullied like most places like to do. Hopefully this will get me back in good standing with Cash net usa. Sorry this is my only option to repay at the moment.

Great payment plans I had a financial setback after COVID and sunk in debt and next thing I knew I was overwhelmed with creditors. I’ve been paying off one card at time especially the ones willing to work with me. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to get this taking care of without of being threatened to be taken to court like some others.

They make things easier to pay your debt. I feel secure with this. I have reasonable options so I can follow through! I this is so much better than getting rude threatening calls from collections. I appreciate this so much. I also feel that I will be credited properly and it will reflect on my credit.

They were excellent to help with my account. Very affordable plan. Would recommend to family and friends. Will definitely work with them again. Customer service was great. Five stars. Thanks again.
