I had called three different numbers yesterday, in order to pay my bill in full, to no avail the number I called or got transferred to just wasn't successful at all. It would click and no one would say anything and there was no noise or dial tone. The lady who answered the phone sounded like a secretary or receptionist. She tried several times and then, she just went ahead and got my information and I was frustrated, but, I can't remember her name. I found my paperwork, her name was Lynette! She was so professional, courteous, I could tell she was genuinely interested in helping. Lynette, if it weren't for you, I would never have gotten my collection paid! You were a life saver! I will have no nightmares this New Year. Thank you so much!

So I've been cleaning up my debt history right? And Halsted had gotten ahold of two separate accounts somehow of mine, and I'm super glad they did. Each interaction I had was likely with some lovely people from the Philippines (Halsted has a couple different work bases) and I couldn't have been more respected. Rons was my first supervisor contact and was pleasant, cordial, and professional. The offer I was given and the negotiations I had prepared for went so smooth! Halsted really made the situations I was dealing with easy - my embarrassment from multiple debts was non-existent, and Now - I don't have to worry about them anymore because I got a fair deal with people who worked fast to take care of those accounts and close them.

I originally owed over $1200 to NetCredit and I wasn't able to make the payments after losing my jobs, after they sold my credit I was lost and didn’t know who to speak to but Halsted Financial services reached out through messaging and I followed their link and BOOM - They made the process extremely easy and the website was so self explanatory that it felt like they walked me through setting it up! And with a flexible payment plan that worked for my current financial situation.
Furthermore, I appreciate the speediness with the process, it didn’t take me more than 3 minutes from start to finish and they even discounted my original amount I owed down by 40% so I only have to pay 31 payments of $19 and some change and two other smaller payments and that’s it! They gave me the opportunity to pay monthly, biweekly, and weekly and I chose weekly payments. I am more than pleased with the end result of my delinquencies owed to a past creditor. Given that my current situation isn’t the best, I couldn’t have done it without Halsted Financial.

It's not exactly the greatest email to open from your company. I don't want to be told I owe money. Who does? However, I'm not proud of my past financial situations I landed myself in. I am striving to make things right and become financially responsible. So while I don't enjoy the emails your company sends (It means I owe more to someone. Lol.), I do appreciate the kindness and help you offer.
Your company really makes me feel like you're there to help. You make things as simple and affordable as possible. It is so wonderful with all the choices you provide on how to pay off the debt. You're sooo flexible with the amount and the dates, it's actually doable. I feel good having things taken care of and knowing it will get paid off, in an easy affordable way. Thank you for making it feasible and thank you for being kind and flexible. I really appreciate it. It's refreshing and feels good to not be made to feel like a bad person like other companies do to people. Keep on doing what you're doing, even if it means owing money to you. Lol.

Halstead Financial Services is a great company that's work with you to settle your debt with a lower percentage amount. You have the option for one payment amount or monthly payments. Very happy I could settle all amounts. I was very pleased and happy with the results. If you ever need to use Halstead Financial Services, I would highly recommend use this company. I'm off on short- term disability, this is a very big help! I'm so grateful for being offered a choice of payments to settle my loans. I was very surprised to receive this offer. I can't thanks Halstead Financial Services enough! Halstead texted me and I receive a e- mail from Their company. Halstead Financial Services e-mailed me a receipt when the loans were paid.

Halsted was very patient with me. They agreed to a settlement amount, which I paid in full. They will give you several options to pay your debt. Some payments as low as $125.00 a month. They will also let you suggest a settlement amount. If they accept it, then you just pay it, and you are done!

This was the easiest time I have ever had setting up a payment arrangement. There were plenty of reasonable options to choose from, and it appeared that the financial information shared was secure. From clicking the link in the email to choosing the payment option that worked best for me, the process took maybe 10 minutes - all recovery institutions should try to be more like Halsted!

Times get tough. We get behind on bills. Halsted made it so easy for me to pay back a past credit card balance. I was even forgave over $600 off the balance owed. I highly recommend!! They WILL work with you the best way possible. Thank you, Halsted!

Halsted Financial Services has provided a blueprint for a convenient, mutually beneficial 'win-win' situation for both debtor and creditor in order to resolve past due credit obligations and for me to regain financial freedom. I am paying 30% less than the total amount of what I owed to PayPal credit in 24 low monthly payments.

Been trying to get back on track with old debt. I have been able to pay off 3 separate accounts through Halstead. All more than 5 years old. Payment plans that are realistic and flexible and helpful customer service. Never rude or pushy. Makes me feel like they truly want to help me get caught up while being professional and getting their job done.
