I’ve never been allowed so many options suitable for me. It gave me confidence I can manage and finalize it without going through a hardship. Might take a Little longer to finalize payments but the important part is it will be paid off in Full which improves my Credit.

I owed money. Constantly messaged to get it. I paid the money I owed. Everyone is happy. I am now free of debt and my phone will no longer blow up, asking for money I did not have. But when I did, I paid. Once I paid, they almost stopped texting again, but they wanted a review.

I was contacted by Halsted because they took over a debt from a credit card I had go to collections on because of some personal problems. Halsted financial offered me a payoff deal on my debt that I couldn’t refuse. I was also never harassed or pestered. They simply stayed consistent and persistent in emailing me. I'm currently in a financial hell and I am being sued by many different credit card companies or collectors and I thought it was going to be impossible to work out a payment plan for any of them due to my income. However I didn't even have to talk to anybody to set up payments. I have never had such an easy and enjoyable collection ever. Seriously...I had gotten a divorce and the collection was a credit card from that relationship. I love the multitude of the choices they give you and it's all online through email and not harassing phone calls everyday. A reminder text or phone call a couple days before scheduled payments are due to pull and even if for some odd reason your payment doesn't go through they send a text the next day and you can respond for them to run it. My current husband has a collection in the same place and they make it so easy and work with you! Wish every debt collection company was this awesome with customer service. I have no problem paying my bills especially through Halstead.

Due to life situations, I owed around $1500 in debt to a credit card company that I couldn't pay timely. It's been outstanding for almost 2 years. I can only work part time and what I make isn't a lot, but I wanted to work on paying off what I owe. I appreciated that they contacted me by email. It's much easier for me due to my anxiety. Can be done online for the whole process, but have talked to representative on the phone and nice, no judgment and can find a plan that fits. Understand lots of people can get behind, especially after COVID shutdown. Glad we have a second account referral here. Directly working with the credit card companies was not easy and no compassion.

Instead of having a debt collector call you over and over again, sending me several different payment options for me to agree to, where I can pick the dates for the first payment & following payments at what I can afford was extremely easy & convenient for me to set up. I think most people are like me & want to pay their outstanding debts but when you don’t have the money at the time they are calling you tend to ignore them & with them sending me what they did to set everything up for myself worked out great. This company had an easy to follow online account for my payments, and offered discounts at begging of payment arrangement and even after a few payments were made. I wish they could buy off all my other collections I would happily pay them. They had 2-4 payment options if I choose to renew my arrangement with a discount or I could opt to keep my current. There was no harassing phone calls or emails. They even stated they would send a pay off letter once balance was paid.

My experience was good this morning with everything. You explained everything. I apologize for getting back with you so late, I had a stroke a few months ago. This was quite an easy way to set up and pick a payment plan that works best for me and my household's budget currently, especially during a leave of absence and a lot of rebuilding our budget because of debt issues that had be resolved earlier in the year. Quick and easy. Less embarrassing than having to talk to someone on the phone. Was able to set up affordable payments plans thru a link in my text. They even offered me a settlement which was great especially in this economy. Sometimes people get behind on their bills or things happen in life and the way they made this so easy to get back on track was just great.

I’ve had some very rude and indecent debt collectors in the past. These guys are not like that. They didn’t blow up my phone or threaten me when I didn’t have the money. A very positive experience, they were open to negotiating and at the end of everything I paid a reasonable amount to consolidate my debt, they gave me the possibility and flexibility of payments, but even so, I ended up making a single payment which was quite fair and I feel quite satisfied by their kindness and flexibility to be able to consolidate the debt. It was good I was able to send them an email about what I wanted to do. They sent me an email back letting me know how I can resolve the issue and do I can fix my credit and start improving my credit. And I was happy about that.
