I could not understand the person that I was speaking with? When questioned about the notice that she gave me and some of the language as to what it meant, she put me on hold to ask someone else because she did not understand the guidelines for which she was reading. Use a debit card to pay!! I was finally able to make a payment with debit card after a horrible process of them withdrawing the funds via ACH. After the troubles they actually offered me a lower payoff amount and I will have this debt paid off in 3 months! Yay!
