I have made multiple silver purchases over the years. Every time I am on a Three-Way call in order to have Goldco help me get my money away from financial companies that are losing me money. The Gold Co. Associate pretty much handles everything. If forms are needed they have them filled out and then just send to me after the call for me to sign for them to be able to get my money for me. Or I fill out the form and I send the form in myself depending on the company policies. It is always effortless and painless Gold Co handles everything for me. There is documentation along the way so I have a paper trail of what is going on. Josh always tries to get me the highest value silver coins available at the time.

Turning hard-earned savings over to someone doesn't come without trepidation. I knew I wanted precious metals, but not knowing much about them made this a sweat inducing decision. I didn't understand the process of purchasing them, the physical options available, nor did I know what was right for my situation. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Goldco. My first purchase included walking me through the purchase and delivery service provided. This was my first valuable coin purchase and I was very pleased with all the information I was provided. After my second purchase, I spent time in a rehab facility for damage to my knee from a fall. I was very appreciative that Goldco would hold my purchase for me until I was discharged and returned home. I received my purchase within 5 to 7 days after my release. Any future valuable coin purchase I make will be with Goldco. Goldco is a great Company!

From my first to my most recent interaction with Goldco, they’ve been exceptionally responsive, available when I’ve had questions and, whenever I’ve made a decision that involves interacting with another investment company, they have facilitated everything. Quickly. Goldco also is very accommodating when it comes to allocation of monies and offering variety of available metals to purchase. My decisions are mine and mine alone, although if I think of any historical data I may want to consider, they provide it. Overall, I feel like Goldco truly values its customers who understand the value of having precious metals among your investments or assets. I rarely advocate for any business, but I make an exception for Goldco. I mean, they always seem like they drop everything whenever I reach out.

Buying precious metals is a good investment. We were investing with another gold company, and my husband heard about Goldco. We weren't thrilled with the other companies, so we tried Goldco, and our first experience with them was excellent. Our second experience was not as great, but it was still good. We weren't really pleased with the first company. It was difficult to get ahold of people, and we kept getting put in with different people. With Goldco, we liked it because we had one gentleman who was helping us. Then he retired, and the next guy wasn't quite as helpful. Other than that, the different team members at Goldco have been okay.

I had to move my accounts from another dealer that went bankrupt. Goldco was very accommodating, very helpful, and explained everything to make sure the process went very smoothly. I did end up purchasing more precious metals from Goldco. They explained the process; they were very helpful and professional. I wish I would have went with Goldco from the start. I will be purchasing more precious metals from them in the future. I have found the only precious metal company that I want to deal with.

Before you buy, read the customer agreement before you buy. Line 10 states, GOLDCO has a financial incentive to offer you premium bullion products rather than common bullion, and you must hold these products for over 3 years before the BUY-BACK GUARANTEE KICKS IN. Read line 18 of the customer agreement. Goldco makes no guarantee to repurchase the products from Goldco, nor does Goldco guarantee any specific rates or buy-back prices. This is where I need to explain; I bought 136 gold 1/4 oz. coins, 2456 one oz. silver coins, & 4,265 1.5 oz. silver coins.

The GOLDCO company is a good, reliable company to buy precious metals from. They are prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The first AE never called me when he said he would. I had to call twice. I received a call from someone else the AE asked to call me. He was absolutely amazing! Very patient and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, he explained everything where I understood making my first buying experience enjoyable.
