It was late at night and I had received my last denial letter for a loan earlier that afternoon. I sat down at my computer and did one last search for some help. I submitted a request for a loan with Lending Tree. The very next day I had at least twenty five calls before 10 am but out of all those calls and offers only one was able to help and that was FreedomPlus. Within a week I had gathered my information that they requested and then within a few more days I was able to turn 20,000 dollars in credit card debt that cost me almost 900 dollars a month into a 20,000 dollar loan with payments just a little over 400 dollars a month. This is saving me almost 500 dollars a month. Could not have done this without the help off Brandi ** and Freedom Plus. Thank you.

A rep by the name of Ron ** at the Tempe, AZ location helped my wife and I get set up for a consolidation loan and he was great. The rates we were offered were much better than we had be quoted by other lenders by a long shot. The process of working with him and other people at FreedomPlus was simple and I would highly recommend them.

Although I think the rate could be much better and I think you should have an option to pay online (do not like auto pay at all!) and pay free of charge no matter how you pay!!! I was very happy with the application process and working with Victor to get approved at the best rate. However, It is now 10 days later and only one account and my cash out has been paid. Still waiting on everything else. They did say 7-10 day which I am now at that point so hopefully will see them soon.

My experience with Freedom can be expressed in a few words: Quick, knowledgeable, Friendly, Hassle Free and Convenient. It only took a couple of days to fund my loan. Everything was done from my home. Not a lot of documents or red tape! Thank you.

Very fast and reliable, only reason why did not give it a five was because we were working with a second person when it came down to signing paperwork and they seemed a little confused as we kept receiving empty paperwork to sign so it took a couple days longer than expected.

It was an easy process and the loan consultant did not put any pressure on me. The information requested was not extensive and the consultant explained everything. Any questions posed were answered specifically. The loan process was quick and monies were dispersed as indicated.

Our conversation with a customer service rep when we called in about payment distribution was treated with helpful information and further suggestions.

Very unsatisfied not being able to resolve a matter. Being made to accept something that had a misunderstanding about. Could not find no one to help resolve the matter or help me with the situation. Even though was the previous customer was treated as if there was nothing that could be done and put in a situation where I was uneasy with or did not want to do because of a mistake.

Required too much personal and confidential paperwork to be sent for loan approval. I have never had to send tax statements, and other confidential documents on other loans. this creates a high risk for identity theft. Other than that it was a good experience.

Let me clarify that this is the beginning of the 3 yr term, have not made a first month payment yet, and have not dealt with customer service thus far. The initiation of the loan was very simple and quick. The representative that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our loan funded on Jan. 3rd and all but one of 9 credit card payments have posted (Jan. 12). They did say some creditors take longer than others, and to give it up to two weeks. Looking forward to credit card relief! Overall, would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I used this company in October of 2016 for an unsecured loan to pay off credit cards. They were very responsive and I was able to get the loan. Interest charges are too high. At the start of the loan application was told the interest charge would be between 14.9 to 18.9, to my surprised it was much higher than originally expected. December 22, 2017 over $700 was deposited into my bank account. Still waiting for my credit cards to get paid. But I'm sure you are already charging me interests. Also I asked how I could pay more each month. Mariam told me someone would call to confirm everything. Still waiting for that call. When will you pay my credit cards???

I had quite a few loan companies call me with a loan offer, but I did not feel they were out to help me, they were out to help themselves. Mr. Tom did not come across like that. The process of getting the loan was great, but I was told that I would not have a payment in December but it was taken out and now I cannot get a refund of the overpayment for 2 to 3 weeks and it is far less amount than the payment due to some interest but yet no one has told me any of this beforehand. I had to find out on my own... I have called and emailed and I have not received any response but the lady at the call center and all she says is it will be 2 to 3 weeks. It is taken out of my account by ACH so I have never been late and I asked about it up front but it was taken out anyway due to not being stopped by anyone at the loan center. I would like to discuss this with someone but no one ever gets back to me.

Finalized the loan and a wire check was supposedly sent to my creditor on December 8th. It still hasn’t shown up. So I personally think the way you do things isn’t that impressive. The last time I needed a loan, about 4 years ago, the day it was done, the next day it was in my account. You see what I mean? So right now, you don’t want to ask me if I’m satisfied.

Then he tried to convince me again to add my wife then again my rate changed. He told me I was getting a discount for direct withdrawal and again by the end that had changed. This will be a short loan for me. Day three he told me I was approved I made my plans once my plans were in place I was forced to continue with this loan till the end.
