I signed up for a $1 trial period after which I was immediately bombarded by emails daily which turned me off and I did not wish to continue beyond the trial period. It was not made clear that an auto-renewal would take place so I had assumed that would be the end of it. Since then I have been billed for 5 consecutive months for $97 each for a product I’ve never even used. I’ve tried calling the number which is automated and will not direct to a person and hangs up on me. I cannot believe it. Please refund me! My email is **.

Once I was able to bring the attention of my situation to their attention- the Mastermind people worked swiftly to correct the problem and issued my refund. It was very quick! I love Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi and I hope I can learn from them again soon. They are OUTSTANDING and their methods really work! If I had money- I would buy ALL of their programs- EVERY TIME!!! I also had a horrible experience. I signed up for one online in event with Tony Robins and somehow - because I paid for that experience with my debit card the Mastermind program started drafting payments out of my account without my knowledge or permission. I didn’t realize it for several months- but now looking back I am embarrassed and shocked to find Every month Mastermind.com took a payment of $49.73 out of my account- the drafts were on 10/08, 9/13, 8/19, 7/08, 6/10, 5/13,and 4/08.
I sent a number of emails and have received no refund, only a form message that they cancelled my “membership” (that I didn’t sign up for). I feel scammed and so disappointed. I love Tony Robins! My Social Security is $600 a month. I finally found a phone number but it was a recording telling me to send an email- which I did- but never got a refund or a personal response. I don’t even know if it’s going to draft again next month. I never have used their program- just keep getting hit with charges.

I kept trying to use the link to sign-up for online event and it didn’t work. I emailed the team and they got right back to me and I signed up over the phone. The customer service rep stayed on the phone with me until it was completed. She was kind, courteous and patient! Awesome!!

I have been working in customer care and service since I was 11 years old and I'm now 54 (turning 55 this year). Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, human compassion seems to have disappeared in this industry, but I've found a bright spot in the MasterMind community created by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. I wanted to share my experience with “The Game Has Changed - Virtual Live Event” to warn others. After seeing an Instagram ad, I signed up on June 13th and opted for the $1 VIP experience, which promised access to replays—a key perk since I couldn’t attend live. The event ran from June 13th to June 15th, but what happened afterward was incredibly disappointing.
The entire GHC event turned out to be very misleading. Nowhere in the ads or promotional materials did it mention that signing up for the $1 VIP experience would automatically enroll me in a Mastermind Program, with recurring charges to my credit card! I was completely unaware of this until I checked my statement and saw charges of $97USD on both July 13th and August 13th—a total of $197 USD for a program I never intended to join.
Once I realized what had happened on August 29th, I immediately contacted the Mastermind team to cancel and request a refund. I received a response from Vic in customer service, who tried to convince me to stay with the program. After insisting on canceling and requesting a refund, he finally canceled my enrollment but completely ignored my refund request. This has left me feeling scammed, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. I simply want my $197 USD back.
I’m sharing this review to caution others about signing up for these events, especially when providing your credit card information. I was a fan of Tony Robbins and was considering attending future events and contributing to Tony’s Thanksgiving charity, but this experience has completely changed my perspective. Beware of misleading tactics like these and be cautious before signing up for any offers that require your payment information.

I trusted Mastermind.com because of Tony Robbins' endorsement, but I regret it. I was charged for a subscription I never wanted or used, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. I initially paid $1 to have access to an event with Tony Robbins and they then charged my credit card for 2 months in a row before I noticed. Despite reaching out immediately after noticing the charge, they still declined to help. I feel scammed, and I’ve had to escalate this issue to my credit card company and consumer protection agencies. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise staying away from this platform.

Pleased to inform Mastermind.com issued refund on August 15th 2024, after we submitted files with Better Business Bureau, Arizona State Attorney Office, Navy Federal Credit Union, Visa, and online review platforms. The refunded amount appeared in the bank account on August 19th 2024. I increased the rating to 3 acknowledging Tony Robbins’ efforts, unique content and contribution.

Great information given by Tony Robbins, however Mastermind.com uses deceptive tactics to collect subscription fees, such as stating that $1 trial period ends on a particular day when you can still cancel subscription, if you decide you do not want to continue with the service. However the credit card was charged without authorization prior to expiration of trial period, and Mastermind.com customer service refused to follow through and refund the money.

I signed up for the VIP Game Changer Event for $1, it said you'll only be charged $1, and no other charges. After the event they sent me 10+ emails encouraging me to sign up for the Mastermind Program. Nowhere in any of the emails did it say that I already had a membership that would be automatically charged to my credit card. I never used the software/program. I didn’t even know it was available to me?! So many emails and not once did they say anything about an active membership or send me an invoice. It’s extremely misleading.
When I contacted support I explained to them that I didn’t use the software and I was requesting a refund. They said they can’t do anything about it. I even pleaded with them to at least refund me 1 month. I was charged twice once on July 5th and then Aug 5th. As soon as I saw the charges I immediately reach out to support. It is very disappointing to have been hoodwinked into paying $1 because it was going to charity and then find out I have 2 x $97 USD charges. I was a huge fan of Tony but after this experience he’ll lose more $ cause I’ll never buy another one of his programs or books again nor would I recommend it. It’s frustrating that a company that I thought was reputable would bury the lead in fine print terms. Feels like a total bait and switch marketing, I guess when it feels too good to be true you shouldn’t sign up. Buyer beware, if it's a cheap entry, read the fine print.

I signed up to the webinar with Tony Robbins and Dean and bought the base upgrade. I got the trial to their product and thought I canceled the subscription as I realized I didn't want to enter this business model. Nevertheless, I saw their $97 USD bill on my credit card the day after the charge, and that day emailed their support. They informed me there is no refund on subscriptions once charged. I mentioned I am in a bad financial situation (unemployed), had zero intention of using the subscription, and thought I'd cancelled already.
They don't care and sent a picture of their legal doc stating they don't refund subscriptions. Walmart can refund a PHYSICAL product in 30 days, yet they can't refund a DIGITAL product in 1 day past purchase. I used to like Dean and Tony's products and thought they cared about people and their situations but I no longer trust their products. They just want to sell products, they don't care if you benefit or intend to use it.

I joined the free webinar "The game has changed" with Tony Robins and Dean Graziosi. I upgraded using for 1 dollar for enhanced experience of the webinar and to donate to Free America. After the webinar I did not do anything. and all of a sudden my credit card was debited with 97 dollar without my approval. Seems that they started a monthly subscription. After reaching out to them using support@mastermind.com I did not get any reaction. No phone numbers on the website or whatsoever. I find the whole thing very very very misleading to say the least. This is not what I expected from reputed people like Tony Robins and Dean Graziosi. I want my money back and want to be removed from any mailings/subscriptions or whatsoever from Mastermind.com.

I would LOVE to give this product FIVE stars. It has such great potential, and I was excited when I started to set it up. Unfortunately, for more than a week I haven't been able to access the Hub. The support phone number is not available, I have reached out by email several times. I have even reached out to the Mastermind Team on Facebook (three times!) and they keep telling me someone will get back to me. If I can't access the tools, I can't give an honest review. This is my last-ditch effort to get someone's attention. I am losing momentum and interest from my partners and potential customers.

The Youtube add and the webpage link had an upgrade just for 1 dollar and it said that money feeds the hungry. So I got the upgrade, and they charged me 95 dollars. Second day of the workshop I cancelled and wanted the refund. Instead they charged me 37 something and refunded the balance for false advertising. Now they had the audacity to charge me monthly subscription. What a bunch of scammers, sad that someone like Tony Robbins is involved in this.

Dean Graziosi has a 30 days money back guarantee. I tried canceling on day 24. No response. I tried calling during normal business hours only to hear a message that I have to call during normal business hours! It is normal business hours. I received an email on day 31 that they would not refund my money because it was pass the 30 days. Only because they did not response to the email until after the 30 days was up. This company lacks integrity. They do not honor what they say they will do. No one answers the phone during normal business hours and they take a week or more to answer emails! Hold onto your money, because they won't return it to you!

Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi had a challenge that really spoke to me, particularly, "What is it that you want to accomplish out of life. How do you go about getting that sales or service?" My experience with Mastermind has been phenomenal. I really listened to all the content and I was one of those students who I did my homework. And I listen to Dean every Monday. It really has transformed my thinking about how to proceed right now. My husband and I experienced a significant hit to our retirement and we learned at Mastermind that the way to approach is to think that life happens for you, not to you. It was really saving grace for me during that window.
Also, being able to go in and listen to Trent Shelton registered finely where he said, "Hey, God gave you a prescription for you. It's not for someone else. Don't focus on what other people are thinking or saying because they're not even going to come to your funeral." Plus, Dean was saying, "Hey, like the salesman, we persist till we succeed. Change your story, change your life." So I changed my paradigm from saying, "Oh, my God. We might be on a corner with a little sign,” to saying, “One day, that's going to be chump change. I'm going to have a victory story of how I've overcome it and how my life transformed as a result of all the different experiences I had." He's there every week in Mastermind helping people to really learn the process of how you level up. When Tony comes out, he really throws it at you. But he does it in a way that helps you to think. So I'm a real fan of their program.
It was expensive but it was a good investment in terms of changing my mindset and helping me to have the courage not to go back and get another high powered, high paying job, but to pursue what I love. The people who help put on the virtual events with Mastermind is called Barry and Blue and they have a lead program that costs 14,000 a year. I'm in that program to help launch me doing some live virtual events. I target as who I want to help the busy, stressed career women and men, who oftentimes are workaholics like I was, who underneath may not even realize that they don't have their worth at a high enough level to realize that they matter and self-care is not selfish.
I'm also certified in Mary Morrissey's life mastery which cost 30,000. I'm also in a program with The Girlfriend Doctor on getting healthy and how you change your hormone. It's because of the foundation from Mastermind that I have the confidence and the understanding of what you have to do to make sure you have what's next answered before you're talking to a client. After investing in those programs, I'm not going to put a lot of other stuff on my platter for this year. But I'll be back to Mastermind and and I'm grateful for everything I learned there. Also, they switched to Kajabi and high tech is not my gift. So it would have been an additional 130 a month if you did Kajabi plus the 49 or so to do Mastermind monthly.
But I'm getting a lot out of the programs I am in at the moment. I'm in three programs that all require my time and I wouldn't have been doing most of those if I hadn't had the foundation from Mastermind. It's an excellent resource for people who need a mindset shift, who want to have a different life story, or how you implement that. Dean is very good at that as well. The most valuable thing I learned from them aside from mindset was the seven levels of why. Dean leads you through a program where he asked the reason why you're doing such and such. Then you ask another question to get behind the thing that you say is the reason. And usually at the sixth or the seventh level, you get to something real seismic and if you hit it, you're going to be in tears or you're going to have some type of visceral reaction. So Dean led us through that several times and I do it each go because I want to know where am I.
Then Dean's change your story, change your life, that's where he vulnerably shares his story of being in the kitchen washing his daughter's bottles and really having a conversation with the two voices. One voice is saying, "Go and get this type of job. Go do this." The other voice is saying, "You're meant for more. Don't you want to pursue what you have in your heart and your calling?" And so those two are the most pivotal takeaways that I have from being in the program in addition to it's an awesome community. It was really my saving grace during a very difficult period. I also got my husband on board. He did UPW live virtually, but it was the middle of the night for him because he was in England. He also joined their business program for a bit but he realized that it's better if you have a business that's already driving before you're in that particular program.
Mastermind is a phenomenal program when you need to get unstuck or you want to figure out what's your way forward in a supportive community. Their customer service is exceptional and for what you get, the price is great. Other programs charge a lot more. Dean and Tony do everything they can to keep the price good. But what was missing for me was the tech portion. I could call and I got certain types of help. But to be fair, I just needed to figure out the right virtual assistant. The other thing is, how many organizations do the type of follow up that they do? Not many. Dean and Tony are relentless but not in a bad way. They're about improving and Dean is like the workhorse. But I respect that they want to know what could be different.

During COVID, and I needed to be uplifted and start something new. I signed up with Mastermind. It's giving me ways to make what I wanna do happen. Sometimes, it's for motivation. You can go in and listen to somebody, and you don't even have to create a course. The motivation alone is worth it. I did a virtual event and it was wonderful. It made me feel connected to something because I was all locked up as everybody was. I just had to slow down a little bit because I had a bad accident. Overall, Mastermind is a great platform to launch a business and also to stay motivated. The customer service is top-notch. The monthly price is excellent.

I was hoping to get my program up and launched online. I started out with Mastermind and I did one of their programs. After a few weeks, I realized it was not the right thing for me so I had to flip the money into something else. I flipped it into coaching and that was okay but the end result is I am not going to do my program. I needed a little more work with my own personal mindset circumstances and we didn't go there with my coach. He was more a cheerleader for, "Oh, you do this now. Do this now. Do this now." He was a wonderful man and I loved him but never quite got into my psyche either way I needed to get there. I had to realize ultimately that I was barking up the wrong tree but it would have been a lot better if I had done it earlier instead of spending the $10,000.

I was really drawn to Mastermind, especially Dean and Tony, because they speak from the heart and they are very truthful. I can see that exuding part of them and they are very relatable and don't talk down on people. I felt that I had to do it for myself and for the world at large. Also, they've been doing this for a really long time with great success. If I am to start my own coaching programs or my courses, the best way to do it is with the best and people that are heartfelt, that love other people, and not just to make money out of people.
I'm still figuring out how to put my message out there but so far, Mastermind has given me a direction and it has helped me clarify certain doubts and fears that I had within myself and that voice that talks excuses and reasons why not to do it. It has also helped clarify the next steps to take to put myself out there to be successful. I'm finding the coaches are very experienced and they speak from the heart, which is what I love as well.
The most valuable thing I've learned so far is knowing that I can sell my knowledge and I don't have to just give it for free like I've been doing. I would tell others to go open-minded, to listen, and to go with an open heart and it is really worth it. Even if they don't have the money, they should attend the live events and put in the work if they feel that that's the next step for them. If they're ready to start the next chapter of their life, Mastermind is a great resource to go all in and to trust.

Mastermind is amazing and I love it. When I joined up, I was at my lowest. I was working at a law firm and I was doing good, but I felt like there was more. When I saw Matthew McConaughey, his words really struck my heart. I've even got his Greenlights book and I've got it on audiobook, so I listen to it. Sometimes, I don't have time to physically read, but I have him playing in the background. And the best thing is when the author does their own reading.
I'm a member on Mastermind's Facebook page and so far, I have had nothing but positive feedback. The course really pulled me out of a rut, and allowed me to get back on my feet and know that I can do things. Also, there's this amazing thing called Gigi on Mastermind, which is an AI program that they have. You can ask it anything and the responses are unbelievable. Aside from that, I'm trying to write a short story to deal with letting go and Mastermind has helped me 200% on that. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.

First of all it was not my intention to be offensive by referring to myself as a "pain in the **". I apologise. I have been called worse names in very polite company. I do have a problem with being overwhelmed with all the added "goodies" that are doled out with various programs that I tend to forget what's all included. For example I paid for a program sponsored by FRN. It included a 3 month membership in WFC. I forgot that I had previously purchased a membership about 6 months previously. This required my having to sort it out as I did with MM. That's what happens to me when I am excited about the deal.
I have learnt a lot from Dean's teachings. The 1 I use daily is "don't sweat the small stuff " especially while driving. It happens frequently while driving on the freeway drivers cutting in front of me without signaling. This would upset me immensely, make me very angry, give them the bird and cause my blood pressure to rise. I no longer respond in that way. Instead I am thankful that there was no damage to me or my car and speculate that the driver probably had an emergency.
The second coaching point that I have implemented into my life is the "progress not perfection" mantra. I was recently asked by a coach to present a 10 minute video on a topic of my choice to his Facebook followers.. I had the outline done in a week and the body of the work done the following 2 weeks. As I continued to read it over and over again I felt it needed tweaking. It still did not sound right, not perfect. I needed to do more research. All the time I was avoiding his calls while trying to perfect the piece. Eventually he gave me a deadline to get it recorded I just could not postpone it anymore and in so doing remembered Dean's saying that perfection can be crippling as it was doing to me. I recorded the video 2 weeks ago and have not heard from him since that time. I wonder how many followers he lost as a result of the video.

I have called emailed and gone to their Mastermind.com support site. They will not let me cancel and keep charging me BASICALLY $50 monthly. I have called and support does not answer. Get emails back from Mastermind.com telling me how important I am but will not let me quit. And now the site states it is "formally Dean Graziosi"? Stay away from Mastermind.com - they suck you in and will not let me quit.

I find these courses to be thorough and quite brilliant! Dean's energy and disposition is always a breath of fresh air. I am enjoying the process and being part of this unique experience. I have followed Tony and Dean for years and have loved their work. From my experience, Mastermind has been a nightmare though. I registered for the 14 day free trial, and the next screen showed perks of the annual membership, I clicked on it for more information and without being asked for my CC information, it billed me the annual membership. No problem, I emailed them to let them know it was an error. It's been 4 weeks.... 5 Emails and 1 phone call later... and I have not received a refund, and customer service stopped responding after I declined their incentive to keep the annual membership. I've read other complaints about this as well. Very disappointing. Contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charge. I'd rate them a 0/5 if I could.

I adore Dean, his honest, down-to-earth style, and his messages. I love the addition of new monthly courses (overdelivering is an awesome strategy and benefit) but have not taken the time to make use of many of them. (I liked Brendon Burchard's course on Persuasion the BEST!) I have integrated Dean's messages about feeling good enough, the importance of mindset mastery, and taking decisive action to move forward (in a nutshell). Dean is spot on. However, I get bored hearing essentially the same message repeated endlessly. I need specific feedback (not the basics) on my marketing tactics. I have gotten minimal good feedback from questions posed in MM. I do take Tony Robbins courses. I often wonder if I am getting my money's worth in MM but keep it up thinking I will utilize it more.

I personally think Dean is a very down-to-earth, inspiring person. The hike video was probably one of my favorites. It was pure and very meaningful. On the other side of this, it feels like it’s a constant sale. I think there’s great content. The delivery I feel would be received better with more compassion and less sale. I have found Dean's courses and the Mastermind platform to be very helpful for me in my personal life. I saw the value of MasterMind right away! So valuable to be affiliated with positive minded can do people. HI, So far I have been attending the Monday motivations which have been great and each week have different things he discusses. It has been a bit more personal with him doing the lives walking around and interacting with the audience. The Thursday meetings have been long enough to gather good information and have examples that assist with understanding everything well. I am looking forward to diving into more of the road trip content soon as I am going to make an organized list of how to tackle everything. Maybe having a couple of examples of how someone could do this would be helpful also. Not everyone is great with planning and knowing the best way to implement this into their busy schedules. Our experience with Mastermind has been flawless until we wanted to begin linking our Mastermind course to our audience/patient base. It's not clear that there is a clear difference between mastermind.com and app.mastermind.com. If we weren't web/tech savvy, we would not know that there was a difference and everyone that we would link our mastermind to, would be prompted to sign up to the free trial to make/create a course not participate in courses. The user dashboard, where the active courses are does not show an option to look or browse other courses.
1. Get to the correct signup page
2. Get to the correct library space.
*There should be a clickable title directing folks to a library or course space allowing clients to view other courses, but there isn't.
3. Actually finding a desired course
Overall, there should be a clear distinction between services. Mastermind's landing page should link both content creators and those looking to take classes. The lack of clarity and transparency and poor UX design is a large obstacle and one that needs to improve ASAP. I personally do not see our business using Mastermind for much longer.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide a brief review on Mastermind, Dean and the team! The commitment and genuine empathy that the company and staff emit are of an extremely high standard. It's clear that everyone knows what the vision and call to action is. The belief from everyone in the team, that we are all meant, and can achieve more, is inspiring and heartwarming.
Support and encouragement is ongoing. The Facebook community is a truly safe place, where you can exercise your vulnerability and share your wins with what can only be described as family. Well done Dean to you and your team for creating something truly special. My only suggestion would be that 3rd world countries like South Africa and others could have some sort of rebate for products, as it's really tough to pay for things in Dollars when you are earning rands or other weaker currencies (1 USD= R 18.6). That said, keep up the phenomenal work!!

I don't know how to describe it, but Dean has the best way of connecting to me and making things that just resonate and freaking get me to the core. I hear things from others, but for some reason the way Dean says it and the timing of his messages just help me so much. I love how simple some of them are, and some are symbolic, some are just him talking from his heart. I just enjoy hearing from him especially on Mondays. I couldn't be so grateful that the stars aligned and I found this industry and Dean and Tony are my mentors. I am so thankful for all they do and help me with. I've overcome so many false stories and created so much more action in a year than I thought I could do, and I can't wait to see where I go next and I'm so thankful for the continual growth and education I'm afforded through Mastermind. It's such an amazing answer to my prayers.

I enjoy being part of Mastermind. I have actually completed my course and it is live. I have begun marketing it. The videos from The Experts Corner are fabulous. The support from Mastermind is great and the folks on the FB page are all so supportive and helpful. I have learned so much. My confidence in myself has also improved 100%. Now I just need to keep marketing and sharing with the world. I would like to learn more about creating a subscription FB group.

After 6 months, after the world summit, I finally launched my MM Course on the Mastermind.com. I had to go through my past grief and get over my self-sabotage and finally got the work done. There's still much I want to do, and to do better. Also, in making my MM Course, I also wrote my first book, launched on amazon: Simple steps for a widow by Susy Caetano. I created a FB Community, called Simple steps with Susy Caetano. I learned through this process that when I feel I need some extra nudge and help, and company while I work, I look to this family on FB to see all the motivation examples and I am constantly watching Dean Graziosi's videos, I love the monthly inner circle, all the mastermind core courses, the emails, and even the sales email with Brendan Burchard and Dean's black eye (Dean, next time change seats, so that we can watch your good eye during the video).
I like watching all your expressions while you talk. Excellent help with that video. Love Brendan Burchard. You guys make an excellent team. One day I will have 25.000€ to meet you guys. Anyway, all this material helps me soo much to keep my momentum up and move forward. It's like you say, you keep adding value, and it's visible with the platform and emails, and videos. Simply Fantastic. The Mastermind platform is fantastic. At first, I was a little lost, but watched the videos and practiced and started to understand how the platform worked.
When I still have doubts, I've sent emails asking questions and they are promptly answered. I know the courses that I launched are not yet the best work, but I can't be waiting forever for perfection. I launched them and will better them as I get more experience and know how. I then started to look at other mastermind courses to see how others were doing, and how I can better my courses. My biggest handicap is now practicing my story and getting in front of the camera to do videos, although I did audio, because I want people to be active while I speak, and not just sitting there watching the screen.
I'm actually going through some challenging times, in my financial life, I didn't get a chance yet to take a picture with my book, and post it, because I don't have money to buy my own book on amazon. But I know I am working hard and on the road to good days. Sometimes I get emails from Renee that my monthly subscription for mastermind was not paid, but it's such a nice email, not insulting, like a nice reminder with Dean waving his arms in the air, it's like family. So for the same reason, I could only look at free mastermind courses on the mastermind platform. I went through a couple and unfortunately, a big part of them are empty, I get access and then there´s no video or material available. So I got worried, because I'm creating a landing page for myself, and my work, with my biography and my book (with a link to amazon) and my courses (with a link to mastermind).
These things are free and good. I mean, amazon has one of the best e-commerce platforms. And mastermind is so Dynamic, if Tony Robbins invests in something, it's good, and this has proven to be so good. So no point in inventing more on my own when the best experts have the resources already available. And this way I have more time to write more books and do the work only I can do. I got a little worried though, because sending people to the mastermind platform, for sure they'll look at other options available, and may find these courses that are empty, and therefore, looking a bit "abandoned", with products that are empty, I don't know how to describe it well. But I think you know what I mean.
So maybe some kind of watch out for these kinds of products and maybe inform people that, to keep mastermind good for everyone, and help everyone, even the platform cliente (who uses it to put their courses) products that are empty will be deactivated after 90 days, something like that. I'm expecting to be able to soon look at paid courses and learn with the courses available on mastermind. Only when I see those, I might have another opinion. But for now, that's one idea. The guests that are on the expert corner, with their courses, are so good. I mean so motivating. Thank you so much.
When we don't have money to buy more courses online, this is such a privilege to have access to Brendan Burchard courses, Jenna Kutchner, Trent Shelton is fantastic, Glo, Maya (such an example) Tony Robbins, who I bought my first book written by Tony when I was 17 years old, I'm 48 yrs old now. Actually, I learned who Dean was, when I saw the world summit with Tony Robbins. I thought, hey, if Tony hooks up with this guy, it's because he's good. And isn't it true? ;-) You know, they say you are the average of the 5 people you hang around, and with the time I spend watching Deans and Tony's videos and audios, you are part of my 5 people, so my average has been rising ;-).
Well, I hope you know this is all sincere appreciation, because if I only answer these questionnaires when I feel strongly about it, good or bad. And I've just taken 40 of my time writing this, so to sum it up, you guys are really good! Keep up the excellent service, I am so grateful and privileged to have this help in my life. Just unfortunate I only met Dean last September, at the world summit, but hey, thank God I did.
Dean, I love hearing about your kids, your daughter's baseball coaching session to be a better version every day, the conversations you have with your kids in the car, all the real life and personal stories you share with us. Thank you. They have helped me a lot, raising my kids these last few months. I will meet you personally one day Dean, I will work to be at a live event in the States with you and Tony. So you guys hang on there, keep healthy and safe, give me a year to get the money and see you soon. Love you guys. Thank you for being here, everyday, at every instance I need you. First off, this platform is amazing!! Love it!!! Dean is amazing and his content is genuine and heartfelt!!! I'm pretty certain he does not have to do this!! So I'm grateful for that!! Dean's message has hit me to the core! I listened to he and Lisa's inner circle training yesterday and was glued to it!!! There were so many truth and wisdom nuggets packed into their conversation. I spent about 2 years studying Love and marriage a few years ago. I could tell they had much counsel and effort in their relationship!!! Love that!!
After 3 marriages and 3 divorces I came to a place where I found myself studying Love and Marriage, specifically God's design!!! Now in a relationship again I have vowed to God to do it His way this time!! To this point I can only say WOW!!! With that being said, I was in and out of a serious drug addiction that has robbed me of much for over 30 years. This journey has been incredible!!! I have been watching Dean and Tony for years but this time everything was aligned and made sense to jump into this with both feet. I know I am supposed to be helping people with marital and relational issues as well as people in addiction. To this point I believe this program is perfectly designed for me!! I've started out of the blocks slowly.
The materials I've covered have been spot on for where I think the Lord is taking me. I am stuck, paralyzed on where to go or what to do exactly at this point?? I know I haven't put in the time necessary but am starting to it up and am willing to do what it takes!!! I can't wrap my head around how this can turn into a business but know others are doing it. I feel I need a push in the right direction!! What are the chances to get a phone call for 5 to 10 minutes with someone from Tony's team? I feel that will get me on track and running in the direction I need to be going! I believe this program under promises and over delivers!!!! I've learned so much taking this course and really appreciate Dean's continual communication with everyone. He truly does overdeliver. I'm stuck right now regarding what way I want to take my business but that's not the fault of Dean and his group. I'm not comfortable yet with the idea of going online with what in the past I've always done face to face, which is interior design, yet I think I need to at least give it a try. I appreciate this community's constant connection that helps me forge on. And I appreciate that we're told to go at our own pace and not compare ourselves with others and also not to think it has to be perfect to launch. Please thank him for me.

I am forever grateful for the consistent, brilliant, proven knowledge that Dean has given me. And the consistent kick in the **. I am a multi-faceted trained coach, international spa consultant and 8 time best selling author...still, without Dean, would have been shocked at the video that God would have showed me a the pearly gates. I am grateful for the TREMENDOUS mindset shift of this simple starter! I knew for many years that I wanted to do something to help Family Caregivers with specific strategies on Self-Care as a priority. I just didn't know HOW. I didn't just want to help the "sick"; I wanted to help persons on a path to wellness; as an empath I KNEW I had not been using this God-given gift to its truest potential. Life sure has had several ups and downs - divorce, financial struggles, family stressors and a severe eye infection (my miracle!) were part of the process. So what and how could I do? And could I EARN from it as well, bringing heart and value, making an impact?
The Clarity Tool Kit was my evidence that this had my God's approval - I was crying from number 4! I KNEW MY WHY!!! For the first time! With this insight from Dean, I realised that I deeply desired to be "HEARD and UNDERSTOOD". That's the cry of Caregivers too. So I have been on this new life - feeling like I have a BIGGER reason and a BIGGER purpose. My first client has been proof that this CAN and DOES work! Her progress, seeing her thrive, and all I have learned and become through this process, have been a joy, filling my heart more than words can say. I have been on this steady curve and feel amazingly blessed! Monday lives are a real boost and remind me of the importance of persistence. Inner Circle is a "kick" to keep going. My heart is grateful to God, Tony and Dean for this life-changing; life-saving process!

I've had a rough eight months with several family deaths and although I'm not emotionally fit at the minute to start a course/business, Dean has helped take my mind off my troubles and I do feel he has greatly helped me through this bad patch. On August 2022, in Project Next my life started to change. Right away I knew MM was for me and in perfect timing to confirm my life´s purpose. Then I signed up for Mastermind Summit, total GAME CHANGER for me. Dean´s impact on me:
1. CONNECTION with the Master of my tribe. His genuine, straight-from-the-heart message was able to touch mine. Funny, serious, clear, simple, down-to-earth, and at the same time, so spiritual, so inspiring, so deep messages that MOVED me to reflect, ponder on where I was astray, frozen, panicking and not living to my full potential.
2. INSPIRED by a generous know-how communicator: Good teachers show and teach. GREAT MASTERS inspire by BEING GREAT ROLE MODELS. Dean´s openness to share ALL he knows with clarity, with the ultimate goal to SERVE and HELP others is his greatness.
3. CHALLENGED: I resonate every time Dean suggests something NEW to do and accomplish. He points the blockage, the effects of the blockage and then, he shows HOW TO GO AROUND and surpass the blockage. So when he says: "This week, let´s do this" is like I take it personally, and it becomes my challenge (like a student that has a homework to show next week to his teacher!! Haha). It works. Dean´s been challenging me every Monday, with every Inner Circle, with every post, with every Module in my course...
4. COHERENCE: Dean LIVES what he preaches. Dean shows up every Monday. Dean doesn´t leave loose ends. He has a talent to STAY CONNECTED with his tribe. Therefore, I am learning to do that with my little tribe. I used to do 1-monthly campaign in my Fanpage +10K followers, just when I had a course coming up. Then I was sad at bad results. I didn´t get that I needed to build trust and a RELATIONSHIP with my tribe. I learned to give value DAILY. I started posting daily. It takes me like half to 1 hour, but I learned to give my best to the tribe daily. For 4 years I had a "ghost" community manager. I paid for beautiful arts, but they didn´t get sales. I understand now that I HAD TO SHOW UP. I had to open my heart, be visible, be bold, earn their trust again... It´s taking me time, but I am learning from Dean and imitating with my group.
Gee! Just saw the character count! Inspired. Challenged. Now a better professional and person. Connected again with my Purpose. Motivated. Ready to SHINE... This is how I feel on my 4th month of learning from Dean. GOD BLESS YOU INFINITELY, Dean. Keep shining!!

I love the content. I sometimes struggle with the slow place of some of the coaches in the video or how much time and how often they spent on / repeat their personal history (can be irrelevant and becomes annoying). Since I was a kid, I dreamt of changing this world in a positive way with the help of others. I grew up in a family with a lot of trauma and limited beliefs about money, life and so on. Nonetheless, I kept going forward looking for a way to help this world. As a volunteer for schools in Africa as a teen, to later Park Ranger in South Africa at 21 and many others. It’s only at the age of 27 I first heard about coaching and Dean Graziosi. The impact he had right away was humongous! He made it possible for the world I only dreamt of to be built! It’s unfathomable how much he gave to this world and I hope people get to realise how much we are lucky to have such a human being with us on this planet! The more I learn, the better I become and the closer I get to achieving my dream of helping this world! He’s truly a mentor to me and I truly hope to one day have the chance to work with such a wonderful human!

I burned my boat 7 years ago…,‘before I ever heard that expression’….Within my pursuit to escape a controlling relationship, I received intuitive guidance and learned to use of my imagination which I needed, to think my way out of box. And, since I met Dean 2 years ago, he has been able to teach me how to conceptualize a form of visual realization by providing tools and capabilities for creating an online business that has allowed for me to detach myself from the impostor syndrome associated with the overwhelm of rejection. He has created a window for transparency and brand presence, and he holds me accountable for persistence to succeed.

I contacted Mastermind on Thursday. I received a response from Luis right away. He set up an appointment with Anthony for the next day. I spoke with Anthony on Friday. I was inquiring about switching from project next level to one on one coaching. They were both very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Anthony explained the whole process to me, patiently answered all of my questions, and set up my onboarding phone appointment for Monday. I’m very happy with the excellent customer service that I received and am so excited for my call tomorrow. I can’t wait to get started.

Dean's and Tony's classes came along at the perfect time for me, caught in the (post) covid slump and feeling unfulfilled by retirement. Dean's presentations were from the heart, and truly inspired me to take part and rekindle my desire to serve and help others. The speakers he and Tony brought to us, and the team behind the scenes, have shifted for the better my former ideas of what it would be like to work with others on a shared vision. The modules are organized, the training is there, and I have begun creating the next series of classes I want to offer. This time, however, it will not be limited to my clients of the past 35 years, and will be offered publicly via the Mastermind website. I am excited about the opportunity! As an older person, I feel challenged by the technological and social media aspects, but trust that I can and will learn what I need to so that it can all come together in the right timing.

I did not know how powerful Dean Graziosi is as a speaker because up to August 2022 I had not watched any of his videos on YouTube. During the Time To Thrive Challenge I had the chance to listen to him carefully and learn a lot from him. I love the personal stories that he shares. He speaks to my heart! I am at the beginning of the Project Next course and I have tons of work to do because there is such important information and such valuable content in the course. I take notes nonstop. He is an inspiration to us all. He understands the point at which the average working person is and how desperately they want to be in control of their lives. He is very sweet and straightforward. I desperately need a super cheerleader, teacher and smart guide right now. Dean, Tony and all of this course are that to me now. Dean is a long overdue wish come true! He’s genuine, kind, enlightening, compassionate, inspirational, breath of fresh air! I too am dyslexic, have ADD, and when it comes to technology, it hates me! I hit “save” and lose everything!! I have been trying to live before I die all my life (I’m 62)! I just found out that for the last 45 years of my life I have been misdiagnosed. And because of that I now have 4 other things wrong with me! At first I was sad, then mad, then angry as hell! I also was mentally, verbally, physically, emotionally and spiritually abused since age 2! I felt like between the mental issues and child abuse I started feeling like I never existed. I never had a chance! I dealt with suicide my whole life and I’M STILL HERE!!!
There’s reason for that and I am not about to give up now! I want to help others to not be suicidal, try to help them realize that they have worth! And most of all that they are not alone!!!! This is the happiest I’ve ever been! There is still hope! They say “Hope never dies”! I love Dean. He is an inspiration and blessing! And I would clone him and Tony if I could! The world desperately needs good men, real men!! Thank you all so very much! God bless us EVERYONE!!!

I loved to be able to join in on the Zoom Call what was much better than being only on YouTube or Facebook. I would have loved to get the $ 47 option, but our landlord has given us notice to leave after 5 years. Due to disability of my husband it isn't easy to get the move done. This program is exactly as described and on day one you can begin to implement the tools and strategies provided to you. Unfortunately I had to request a refund within a week of enrolling because my 87 year old mother had medical issues arise that would not allow me to participate in the program in the manner it deserves. This program is designed perfectly for a proactive and creative person like me. It is a fine tuned roadmap to success with you as the driver. The easy to follow steps are clear and concise so you can steer your way to the full potential that you are as a person striving to serve others. I recommend and will recommend this course to anyone I see looking to live life at their full potential, but just need a kick start in doing so. I only wish I could get the same amazing deal to continue this course once this temporary pause passes in a few short weeks. I would happily and eagerly re-enroll to continue this amazing course. I´m referring to the 6-day-event: During all the 6 days I felt that Dean was in Service to us. He was authentically, and with clarity, and love. I felt that he spoke to us as speaking to friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my Time to Thrive course. Sets the mind racing and the emotions run high. Fantastic enthusiastic speakers who motivate and invigorate. I’m just trying to find my DOT but I’m sure when I am there all the tools will help me. I have many strings to my bow -one of them a Sales background and as an actress too so I’m not afraid of rejection or selling my product (when I know what it is because I know I will be doing a service. I am delighted to be part of Project Next Thrive Edition! Thank you for having me. From what I know so far, from the recent samples of testimonials and also the successes and having weighed up absolutely everything, including the previews of the module, I now wish I had joined Project Next much earlier! There were other good reasons of things going on in the background of my life back then, but I feel eager and full of curiosity, as an investigative reporter, now that I have seen samples and previews of what it is all about. I find it accessible and thankfully, it unlocks what is within me with quality questions. Essentially, I feel safe to write and connect in the group. This takes courage and I feel good about myself for having the faith to trust the process. I feel understood and can learn the information as when I completed Module 1.1. It is amazing so far... I recently learned of The Three P's found this helped to motivate me to move forward.
There are many, many more subjects covered than one might think from just looking at the chapter headings. Dean's teachings are exemplary and I watch his motivational videos, even though I haven't clicked Done on most of them yet in the 'Guides' tab. Thank you and Tony for updating Project Next. I look forward to discovering what I can do with it...

After not receiving an email for VIP access to the Time to Thrive Challenge when I first upgraded I wasn’t worried. I’ve attended several workshops and challenges put on by Dean. I was going away for 5 days and was confident it would arrive. The morning of the challenge I still hadn’t received it and reached out to the support team in a bit of a panic, with only a couple of hours to go before the challenge started. They responded very quickly, and very apologetically and sent me my link and all upgrades. I’ve never had a concern like this before and was very pleased with how quickly it was resolved. I thoroughly enjoy the events Dean puts on and always learn new things or see things slightly differently after attending. I highly recommend attending any of the events Dean and his team put on.

I went to Deans's 1st online 5-day challenge in 2020 right after the traumatic c-section of my son. I had lost all connection to myself and my baby and the challenge got me through the darkest period, by reminding me I am in control of my life and my emotions. It gave me inspiration to create my own online course in order to help others instead of feeling sorry for myself and turn my pain into power!

Dean Graziosi is a fantastic motivator, teacher, author, and presenter. I found him in the "Own Your Own Future Challenge" in 2021 with Tony Robbins. I knew of Tony as I had some of his trainings on CD and met Dean through that challenge. I got the Project Next program and finished that. I enjoy his Monday Facebook 10 minute talks. They are motivating and I always learn something. I have taken a few of his courses as well and have one that I haven't had time for yet but look forward to it. I am working on a Mastermind on-line teaching program that I am only doing because of Dean and his training and motivation.
I have recommended some of his programs and Facebook links to others. I love being part of the Mastermind Facebook group. He and his team are super at feedback, suggestions and support. He does say to go at your own pace so he knows others have a lot on their plate and he does NOT push you or compare you to others. That turns me off when people do that and I would not be going to his trainings if he was like that.
I give Dean 5 stars because of all these reasons and that he truly loves people and wants them to succeed for themselves and NOT for his gain. That is very clear. He is "all in" as he likes to say, even if I am not. Sometimes I am "all in" and sometimes life gets in the way but Dean is still there for me. That is amazing. He is also the example that you don't have to be born rich or have a degree to succeed. Thank you Dean for all you do, give and show up for to help so many others. I was 1st introduced to Dean through Eric ** and his Go Pro program. I instantly felt connected to Dean, his authenticity and his willingness to give so much in the course that he taught.. Forgive me. I don't remember the name but I loved every minute of what I experienced of Dean. So then of course when the mastermind program came along I said, "Oh gosh. It's exactly what I've been looking for because I had written a book and I now need it to develop an online course alongside of it." Then it only made sense to embrace High Ticket Academy. I confess I was overwhelmed at first. It's taken me a while just to catch up emotionally with all of this. I let my age get in the way. I'm 75 this year. There's so much involved with marketing online and some of the technology became a bit of a stretch for me but I just appreciate the way Dean and the team have kept encouraging us.
I am so happy with the choices I've made. Obviously it's a heavy investment for someone who is on a fixed income but I anticipate good things to come. And so I just want you to know that Dean has been so encouraging. I needed that emotional reinforcement all the time and what I am able to review again and again with mastermind, Project Next and now High Ticket Academy is of critical importance for my ability to serve people..All of that is huge for me because I feel supported both with practical resources and emotional inspiration.

I am in awe of the support given by this programme. The value provided. The deep down unearthing of emotions to create action. Dean set a task on Monday #7Days. I have done too much listening not enough action. This live coupled with coaching from Nico within Mastermind has helped move me into action. I tested out some of my work with a closed group last night and got so emotional I could not stop it. I met Dean and his Team through the Own Your Future Challenge and then I bought Project Next. I am yet to have my course/ebook up on Mastermind.com. I love Dean and his company because the sincerity and genuine connection that is engendered by Dean and the alacrity of the responses from the Team at Mastermind are inspiring. I especially love Dean's Monday Nuggets. I have especially benefitted from Dean's #30daylivechallenge in that I am more comfortable taking uncomfortable actions. Thank you, very much for this opportunity. Dean’s team has been extremely effective in keeping me informed. Their attention to detail and quick responses to questions has been greatly appreciated. Dean’s team follows their leader’s attention to over deliver. It has been a pleasure communicating with them. They exemplify great customer service, yet like with Dean, one feels like one is not a customer, but friend and family.
Where do I begin to answer the question of what Dean has brought to my life. Dean has been like a brother, a confidant, a like coach and mentor, a solace from life’s storms which I have had many this last year. That solace comes from processing by him allowing me to just share my inner heart on life or just “talking out loud,” a sounding board in which to test ideas and thoughts whatever they might be. What a gift that has been! Dean’s life stories about his personal experiences with his family have been a view into his life and how he works hard to be the best he can be whether in sunny sky days or storms.
In the human experience, we need witnesses to our life. Dean has allowed me to witness his life and he has witnessed mine in return. There is such a lovely fragrance that gives to our existence. I was bless to take part in my training with Dean. The first Challenge was the five day "Own Your Future Challenge". I was very inspired and ready to play full out in what was next in my to change in my life. I registered for his Next Level course. It has been life changing. I love most of the modules. The modules for marketing on FB and Instagram were more challenging, since I am not such a technical person, but I am open to become more tech savvy. I participated in his "Power to Pivot " which was amazing and opened myself to not be fearful to make a small change in me that will alter others and myself. I finally have the courage that I gained from Dean and Tony to launch my first "Own Your Life Challenge". Sometimes the imposter in me tells me I have no idea what I am doing, but I am doing it anyway. I am ready to fly and impact and empower people.

I'm working with Bob Proctor guidance (thinking into results) in the last 2 years and enjoy every minute I'm doing that. I was stuck, lost, frightened and overwhelmed with my life and saw no light at the end of the tunnel. Dean has been inspirational in the massive changes I have made in my life. Sent an email, got a response the same day. A link was provided and an explanation included. Fast, efficient and easy. There is nothing else I need at this time. They said I would be advised when the bonuses were up on the dashboard link they provided. I appreciate the support team and this was after the long 3 day event.

I absolutely loved my Impact Accelerator live experience. It was a pleasure listening to Dean, Tony and all of the other speakers for the three days. It literally flew by because it was such a fantastic event. I’m a life Transformation Strategist and Public speaker, but the way Dean shares which such sincerity fueled me in a way I cannot even explain. I bought the KBB course two years ago and never did it and now I’m actually excited to go in and do it and up level my entire career. This is just the first step after already doing UPW with Tony and I look forward to doing more courses that will change my life through Master Mind!

Dean Graziosi is one of the greatest public speakers in the world today. Rounding out the top three would also include Tony Robbins and Joel Osteen. Indeed, they are my role models. During the last 12 months, I fully participated in Project Next and Impact Accelerator Live, and partially in Project Next Level. My experiences with Dean's workshops have been no less than extraordinary. He truly goes all out to provide an atmosphere of excellence while instilling a belief that you can do anything you set your heart to do.
It's obvious that Dean's focus is on your success, and this theme is felt consistently across his entire staff and all of the other presenters. Dean is a master at knowing what you need and when you need it. The things I have learned and grown from are revolutionary, and I have never been so inspired and encouraged in my business ever before and at any time.
