    I canceled my service prior to the renewal and have repeatedly asked for a refund and been given the runaround numerous times and have yet to get it refunded. I am usually all in on anything Tony Robbins, but this one has been truly disappointing. The platform is somewhat confusing and Dean likes to give pep rallies but rarely gives tools you can use.

    I signed up for the VIP service during an event in May, paying $1 via Apple Pay as a trial. The transaction was immediately refunded, so I assumed it might have been a website issue or that it was going to block my bank account.. Since no charge went through, I wasn’t aware the subscription had activated. I recently discovered I had been billed $97 for two months of membership—despite never receiving VIP access or knowing the subscription was active. When I reached out to support and explained the situation—complete with a screenshot showing the $1 refund—they only offered a one-month credit, citing their refund policy.

    It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. Consumer experts note that unused subscriptions are frequently refunded when politely explained with proof, especially if the customer never accessed the membership. I’ve attended Tony’s events before and have always had great experiences. After this, though—with minimal response from support and refusal to refund the full amount—I’m left speechless. I will be filing a complaint through the BBB.

    Reliable Support with Room for Improvement. As a Mastermind member, I consistently receive responses whenever I reach out to their team, which I truly value. The reliability of their customer service is excellent - they never leave you hanging. My only suggestion for improvement would be faster response times. While they do get back to you, quicker turnaround would enhance the overall experience significantly. Overall, solid support that you can count on, with potential to be even better with speedier communication.

    Watch out for a scam. I was enrolling in a FREE Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi event. During the enrollment process, you could donate $1 to Feeding America, where it is not clear that you are also subscribing to a monthly $47 membership. Terrible scam. It took me a couple of months to realize I was paying for a subscription I wasn't aware of - read the fine print. I requested a refund but was denied. Don't be a dummy like me.

    I paid $1 for a VIP access to Tony Robbins event but NOT made aware that this would automatcially enroll me to a service for $47 per month. This was underhand and as as no service was provided I have contacted my bank to withdraw the funds. This is a very uncomfortable outcome to what I preceived to be an open, upfront and honest organisation. I was wrong.

    Mastermind.com is a fabulous program with unbelievable motivational speakers. I signed up for the 1-year program for $997 about 10 days ago. When I signed up there was an opt out clause saying I could cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. Canceling has been impossible to do. Their online instructions did not work and I was unable to get a live person. So disappointing. Be careful when you sign up and be sure you want it, because they make it extremely difficult to cancel.

    I had registered for this presentation of Thrive in 2025. Then I was looking through my emails and realized I had never received my email for it. I went out to their FaceBook page and sent in my dilemma. I received an email from the Mastermind group requesting additional information, which I gave to them. They were able to locate my registration as I had misspelled my email address for it. Mastermind was able to get it corrected and I then got my information reset!     As a designer of software, furniture, and courses, I owe a great deal of my success in the latter to Mastermind. I originally turned to their program for inspiration, hoping to navigate some difficult circumstances and clear my mind of unproductive thought patterns. What I found was far more than I expected. After working with their materials for a few years, I’ve not only designed a high-quality course but also built an entire business around it. It was a tremendous amount of work and an achievement beyond what I had first imagined.

    My experience with everyone that is part of the Mastermind Team over the course of I am guessing at least 10 years has been nothing short of Amazing. We have all dealt with customers support with a myriad of companies that let’s just say fall way short of expectations and you walk away feeling like they couldn’t care less. But with the whole Mastermind Team you’ll walk away knowing that they truly care and will go above and beyond to help you get to a better place in life and to reach your goals without making costly mistakes.

    They have a lot of programs depending on what you are looking for to help you get to where you want to go and to maximize your time and energy and effort.     Just Abuse! They don't hear anything you say, just SPAM and abuse. You can't unsubscribe from it. I was interested to listen to what this was about until I started seeing horror stories from others who lost money and felt scammed. From reading their stories, they were. After I tried to unsubscribe numerous times, they won't honor the numerous requests or leave you alone. The fact that they don't honor simple laws and rules of communications and ignore you completely is a good sign of Narcissism and Charlatanism. These people clearly don't care for you or your problems, and are NO FRIEND of the community! Run away!

    I signed up for the Knowledge Business Bootcamp then Mastermind Business Academy. Over four months and $10,000 later, I am sad to say this was not a good fit for me. I am extremely frustrated and confused with their processes. I have been in my field for 25 years and in my own business for a few years. I came to Mastermind to take my business in a slightly different direction. I joined Mastermind Business Academy thinking that I would have some one-on-one support and coaching, but I have spent a ton of time hearing about other members' businesses, stories, and progress. I have reviewed the basic Pillar 1 items and am still not confident mine is complete. The "irresistible offer" of having a coach and yet never really speaking to a coach has been super disappointing.

    I've done the "Your First Steps," went through live and training courses and replays, met with Tech admin, and reviewed pillar one to over and over. My tech admin appointment might have been a bit premature. There was a delay moving things from Zoom to Google Meet, so when I actually asked my first question my 30 min time was up. There have been a lot of changes to the platforms in a month. It feels like I am spinning my wheels to listen to the same initial key steps over and over.

    There are a lot of great pieces to what is being offered, with the three different websites (thehub, mastermind.com, and community) making things even more confusing. I accidentally scheduled a coaching appointment and was told it was for the MBS not MBA. I am confused with the 'done for you' opportunity and what that is all about.

    I am a full time super busy consultant. It is really hard to dedicate the time to work on this strategic side of my business, so I need the time return on investment to be making faster and meaningful progress. I would not recommend this method for me. I should have done reviews and should have sought out a more customized solution.

    After attending Dean and Tony's Game Has Changed event, I joined the Business Plan with the option of paying PIF or doing a 3-pay of $380. I am fully paid for the year. Upon starting my journey, Dean said there would be a support call line, which since has disappeared, well basically directs you to their email support, which is useless since every email I send says it's blocked. Nevertheless, I was told by a tech support specialist through Live Chat support that with my plan, I would receive 1:1 Zoom support if needed. I was able to get Zoom support a few times, which was extremely helpful. Otherwise, had I not gotten that support, I would have lost time and money. And, the whole point of moving to the Business Hub is to maximize and optimize my business. Unfortunately, this can't happen when you don't get issues resolved that support maximizing and optimizing your business.

    All this said, I am all paid for the year and on the Business plan. I recently requested a Zoom call for support and was told that I don't have that support with my plan. I said I'm on the Business Plan, and I was told I get this support and have gotten this support in the past. The agent then proceeded to say 1:1 support only comes with the Enterprise plan. This is the first I am hearing of the "Enterprise Plan."

    There is a discrepancy here whereas the 1:1 support I was receiving has now been taken away with the notion I am not on the "Enterprise plan" to justify not getting this level of service anymore. On the Subscriptions page I can see that I am on the Business plan, however, there is no such "Enterprise plan" that I or anyone else can see (see screenshot attached).

    I then reached out to live chat support and asked what the difference was between the Enterprise and Business Plan. They could not provide a difference and both are priced at $997, which I already paid via the Business Plan. I feel Mastermind is not honoring their word from the start. Now getting support has become a very stressful and dissatisfying experience for me to say the least. That said, the agent in live chat, could not directly answer my question and pointed me to support@mastermind.com. Which leads me to issue number #2…

    Issue #2 Every time I email support@mastermind.com, I never get a reply and instead get a notification that my email is blocked. I've tried several emails, emailing from different browsers, and the same issue continues to be the case. Finally, I made it through with my yahoo email. Someone responded, I followed up and never again did I receive a response... Leaving me once again with my issue UNRESOLVED. Please see screenshots attached for both issues. Needless to say, this has been extremely disappointing, confusing and a waste of my time, energy and money. I am giving them 24 hours to make it right, or I am proceeding with canceling and getting my money back.

    This is one of the keenest, competent, customer centric, customer services that exists on the planet. These teams for Tony Robbins Mastermind (and any related programs) are THE best, bar none...they are tops. Always there in a flash to respond to your needs, concerns, questions, make things right. Real LIVE people to communicate with. Longest turnaround is an hour or two on a bad busy day. I mean, I cannot gush enough about the customer service here. It's one of THE reasons I wouldn't even dream of going any place else for my business training these days. The support is through the stratosphere.
