What is Mastermind?

Mastermind is an empowerment platform led by two New York Times bestselling authors and entrepreneurs: Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Mastermind helps its customers hone their skills and gain more knowledge on how to become successful in their unique passions.

By signing up and paying a monthly subscription, you are given access to resources meant to expand your knowledge of marketing, social media management and other skills Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi have deemed important for personal success.

Mastermind coaches

Mastermind’s resources have a variety of teachers, but the platform is organized by two main speakers:

  • Tony Robbins has written a variety of bestselling self-help books. He is also a successful motivational speaker for several high-profile customers. At the time of publishing, he is involved in over 100 businesses that generate billions of dollars per year. He has used his extensive business knowledge to help Feeding America and youth organizations throughout the country and has even started his own nonprofit called the Tony Robbins Foundation.
  • Dean Graziosi is a real estate investor and motivational speaker. He has published multiple bestselling books based on his experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor, focusing particularly on how he started with no money and grew to be a multimillionaire. After finding much success, he started traveling the world to teach his methods. He’s also active in charity work with organizations including Feeding America and Operation Underground Railroad.

Mastermind products

Mastermind offers around 70 courses and training to help you learn about business, entrepreneurship, marketing and other vital skills. All these courses add up to around 300 hours of training.

    I am a fan of Tony Robbins and usually opt for the $1 VIP upgrade for his events. Over the weekend, I asked his customer support to help me cancel the trial, and not only did they assist me right away, but they also checked my other email address in case I had signed up for the trial with a different address. I never had a company go above and beyond to help me cancel their service...

      I was skeptical about this experience, but I did do a Date with Destiny 25 years ago with Tony Robbins, and it did change my life. Fast forward to wanting to create a new brand and career... this is what I needed. The team cares so much. The in-person event was amazing. Dean gives away all his secrets to success. The only things that hold people back are themselves and fear.

      SCANDALOUS billing practices – they charged me approx ~$528 CAD over 8 months after I thought I signed up for a $1 trial in May 2025. I enrolled for what I believed was a one-time access to motivational content with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, hoping to pull myself out of grief. I never used the platform – no logins or content accessed.

      The $1 trial auto-renewed to approximately ~$66 CAD/month ($47 USD plus conversion) without monthly statements or reminders, which I only discovered in January 2026 on my credit card. I emailed support immediately to request a full refund, explaining my situation. They refunded the month that had just been charged for the following month($47 USD), ignoring the rest despite my zero usage and hardship. I think it’s a disgrace that names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are associated with these misleading subscriptions. I’ve escalated multiple times, but no full resolution. Advise caution with auto-renewals – be aware!

      SCANDALOUS Scammers, they scammed me for 1844 Euros, after I thought I made a donation of 1 dollar for charity. I enrolled for a free event with Dean Graziosi, I could make a donation 1 USD for charity, which I did, not knowing that my donation entailed a monthly membership payment of 97,00 USD. When I saw this I have sent an email and all they do is trying to sell new programs and only stopping the membership, which I can do myself as well. I think it's a disgrace that people like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins let their good names being used for this scandalous activities. I advise to not get scammed! Be aware!

      The MM Team never gave up on working to make my Social Media Co-Pilot connect and work with my FB Biz Account. It took a few months but the Team always responded promptly to new messages that I sent. They suggested follow up actions and also assured me that they were continuing to work on the problem. Thank you for being responsive and never giving up on fixing the issue. It is finally working!

      I was really grateful that I could schedule my attendance for the day I needed. Shana was awesome! She explained each step that I would have needed to know to use as I transition my company's Website to your portal. I created it a while ago but did not launch it due to no Domain names I liked that were affordable and was too busy to create it. I loved the support we will get as we begin working within Mastermind.com. I was also grateful that instead of "upselling me" I got to focus on what I can do already and get that done before I find a way to join the "Academy". I am upside down with my finances already from joining the Group. Because I am not secure in my income and my customers are calling to get small projects done and that is immediate money. So I am trying desperately to service them, and keep my life on schedule.

      I had MANY tech issues this week - Laser printer went down with the wifi failing and I had to spend 2.5 hours getting it back up with the help of my daughter late at night. I need to print - to review all project work. Also the Virus protection was due and the Microsoft Edge made it a 3 hour effort with a McAfee tech helping me- he was worn out too.Then I get an increase on ALL my bills!! When I am living off a small Social Security check that comes in very late this month - won't have it until Weds the 20th (Edison is having a forced shut off on that day) - I am getting hit with negative stuff but I am praying with affirmative prayers that this time in my life -I refuse to let even poverty stop me! I am blessed each day when my prayers are answered and I am able to survive and very soon THRIVE. So please don't give up on me...

      I am moving in the direction of you guys... I just can't keep watching the wonderful webinars you lead because "I am scooping water out of my canoe so I can stay afloat" and I must keep a roof over my head 1st. However I continue to collect images and content I want to use for the Website. My goal is to start selecting the template and I can't wait to show you the real nature of my business. My goal is to start doing the website next week.

      PS- My sweet Mother is still alive and hanging in there - when we got the notice she was dying we all rushed to see her and I held her hand for 4 hours praying over her and talking to her about the beautiful transition she will have. Well she started recovering more than passing away and I am the responsible one who is gathering the photos for a video because she is due to pass any minute...

      So YES I have a lot on my plate - but at this stage of my life, I am dedicated to my vision on what my company can do to assist others with their dreams and I am determine to start next week after your Monday teachings - So thank all of you on the team for a clear and concise training and for "hand-picking me". I am going to make you proud of me soon for all your assistant efforts like loving parents. Much love to all of you and THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT MASTERMIND.COM opportunity.
