Mastermind is an empowerment platform led by two New York Times bestselling authors and entrepreneurs: Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Mastermind helps its customers hone their skills and gain more knowledge on how to become successful in their unique passions.

Mastermind coaches

Mastermind’s resources have a variety of teachers, but the platform is organized by two main speakers:

  • Tony Robbins has written a variety of bestselling self-help books. He is also a successful motivational speaker for several high-profile customers. At the time of publishing, he is involved in over 100 businesses that generate billions of dollars per year.   • Dean Graziosi is a real estate investor and motivational speaker.     Entering the complex world of Artificial Intelligence education was a challenge I chose to undergo with the folks at AI Advantage Bootcamp. I knew after the third weekly class that I was in a bit too far over my head. Following the 6th class, I respectfully requested a refund under their Money Back Guarantee. At first, they gave me very generous offers to keep me as a student and customer. However, I insisted that I was not patient with my rather limited learning abilities. The customer support people promptly refunded my money with no further questions. What I loved most was the speed in which they addressed my concerns in the most polite and professional manner. Actually, they went over and above in helping serve me as a customer. For that, I am truly grateful.

      Your company is a scam. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a charge that was not authorized and this service has never been used. I sent an email within 30 days of seeing the charge on my credit card, and reported I have never used the service, I did not authorize the charge, and need a reimbursement. No one ever called me back and instead I got a generic email saying “sad to see go” but that my charge will not be reimbursed.

      I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be reporting your organization. How sad that you guys are using Tony Robbins' name and good work to scam people out of money. I’ve never used this service and within 30 days I’m reporting this as a charge that I am disputing. I did not even know you had my credit card on file. Scamming people to pay for a service they have never used and don’t want is an unethical sales practice. I never will use any mastermind or Tony Robbins’ services again.

      I purchased a program that good for a year. Anytime I needed help with anything, they responded promptly and took care of any issues (there were very few issues, most was just some kind of personal assistance that I needed). After my year membership was over, they still provide some resources... They don't just disappear and leave you high and dry. About a year later, I attended a summit and purchased a trial membership, which was a breeze to cancel.

      Dean is a glorified snake oil salesman. I purchased a program I never used and requested my money back. Despite the fact that I was sleeping in my car at the time, Dean (whose net worth is around $50 million) figured he needed that $1,000 more than I did. Nothing but stonewalling. No magnanimity or understanding. He (and Tony) are out to take as much as energy from people as they possibly can.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mastermind. I paid upfront for a one-year membership and did not use the platform at all during that period. I had absolutely no intention of renewing the subscription, so it came as a complete shock to discover that another annual payment had been deducted from my account without my knowledge or express authorisation. What has made this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. When I attempted to contact support at support@mastermind.com, my emails were rejected with the following error message: “550 permanent failure for one or more recipients ([support@mastermind.com](mailto:support@mastermind.com): blocked)”

      This means my emails are literally being blocked by their system, leaving me unable to properly communicate with support regarding cancellation or a refund. I also found the website and account management system extremely confusing. I could not clearly locate my payment details, see where recurring billing was enabled, or find a straightforward way to cancel the subscription to prevent further charges.

      To make matters worse, the cancellation instructions referenced in the Mastermind Help Centre do not appear to exist or match the actual website interface. The guidance provided was therefore impossible to follow, leaving me with no practical way to cancel the subscription myself. I believe it is unreasonable to continue charging customers for services they are not using, particularly where there is no clear renewal consent, no effective customer support access, and no transparent cancellation process. I am now unable to reach this company to formally request that the charge be refunded immediately and that the subscription be permanently cancelled and am $997 US out of pocket. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their accounts and recurring payments if signing up for this service.

      Charged $47/month for 5 years on a "one-time purchase" — no subscription disclosure. In March 2021 I bought a single course (Digital Business Influencer Blueprint Immersion). The confirmation email called it a "purchase" — no mention of any subscription, no monthly amount disclosed, no billing frequency, no cancellation instructions. Mastermind.com then charged my card $47 every month for the next 5 years on a dormant credit card. I never logged in again. There is no billing page, no subscription page, and no cancellation option visible in the account dashboard. No monthly statements. No renewal notices. Nothing. Total charged without my knowledge: approximately $2,900.

      When I discovered this and contacted them, but it says no one is available by phone and the email is only AI. If you are considering buying anything from this company, check your statements carefully and read the fine print, because the confirmation email you receive will not tell you that you are about to be billed monthly indefinitely. This is exactly the practice California's Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600) was written to prevent.

      I am a fan of Tony Robbins and usually opt for the $1 VIP upgrade for his events. Over the weekend, I asked his customer support to help me cancel the trial, and not only did they assist me right away, but they also checked my other email address in case I had signed up for the trial with a different address. I never had a company go above and beyond to help me cancel their service...

      SCANDALOUS billing practices – they charged me approx ~$528 CAD over 8 months after I thought I signed up for a $1 trial in May 2025. I enrolled for what I believed was a one-time access to motivational content with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, hoping to pull myself out of grief. I never used the platform – no logins or content accessed.

      The $1 trial auto-renewed to approximately ~$66 CAD/month ($47 USD plus conversion) without monthly statements or reminders, which I only discovered in January 2026 on my credit card. I emailed support immediately to request a full refund, explaining my situation. They refunded the month that had just been charged for the following month($47 USD), ignoring the rest despite my zero usage and hardship. I think it’s a disgrace that names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are associated with these misleading subscriptions. I’ve escalated multiple times, but no full resolution. Advise caution with auto-renewals – be aware!

      SCANDALOUS Scammers, they scammed me for 1844 Euros, after I thought I made a donation of 1 dollar for charity. I enrolled for a free event with Dean Graziosi, I could make a donation 1 USD for charity, which I did, not knowing that my donation entailed a monthly membership payment of 97,00 USD. When I saw this I have sent an email and all they do is trying to sell new programs and only stopping the membership, which I can do myself as well. I think it's a disgrace that people like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins let their good names being used for this scandalous activities. I advise to not get scammed! Be aware!
