There was a guy from Texas who works for CreditAssociates. The way he spoke was really professional, and he was able to pull you in and get your attention. And he was fast to sum up my credit cards and tell me how much I was gonna save and what the credit cards do. And the only reason I'm doing it is because my girlfriend got laid off and there's no money coming in. She's had really good credit and she still does, but she got laid off. So, I'm stuck with all the bills. And I told her, "You know what, let's just do it. It's not like bankruptcy or nothing like that. You still wanna pay them off, but the interest is killing you."
Once I've seen the savings while working with CreditAssociates, I was more relaxed. I was like nuts because of this Coronavirus stuff going on, and two weeks prior to that, I got really sick. I was diagnosed with diabetes, and I ended up in the hospital, and my bill was like $34,000 and I didn't work for two weeks. So, my girlfriend was stuck with the bills too. I thought, "We gotta do something."

Bill collectors are calling repeatedly. I thought your company was going to handle this. I don't feel well and they are a nuisance. Especially at this time when coronavirus is very bad. This is killing us. And they call all the time. I signed your letter to call each credit and talk with them. I gave you permission to handle. I answered all the call, in fact I called and told them what was taking place.

I got a divorce and my husband paid all the bills. I then became a single mom trying to make it and so I got a few credit cards to make ends meet. I ended up changing jobs because my hours were cut back at the job I had. With the transition and having to wait on insurance, that put me in a bind. I really buried myself and I kept thinking that I needed to file bankruptcy as the credit card companies were messaging me steadily wanting payment.
I called Credit Associates and they were beyond wonderful. It was like 10,000 pounds were lifted off my shoulders and their service really helped ease my mind knowing that things are gonna be okay. Their rep worded things really well. He said that the creditors want their money back and they would keep hounding and hounding me. What he said made so much sense. I had gone into a severe depression before that. Thank goodness I called Credit Associates. Now I haven't been stressed about my credit cards. I'm just focused on my bills and things that keep going.

James, the CreditAssociates rep, was a cool guy to talk with. We had a good conversation and he explained everything very well and in detail. He answered all my questions and made the process a lot easier. My credit score dropped, but controlling my debt and getting a hold on it is a very positive aspect. I wanna become a homeowner in the future and by that time, I won't have to worry about this crap because it'll all be taken care of. I'd tell friends who ask about CreditAssociates to give James or CreditAssociates a call.

I worked with a CreditAssociates rep who asked me several questions and basic stuff. It was also easy to get ahold of him. I feel really good with CreditAssociates. I had a disappointing experience with CreditAssociates. When they forwarded me some information, I thought that I was gonna get something done. But they never did anything. I called about three times and they never called me back. When I’d finally gotten somebody, he was rather rude to me. He asked who I was going with. I said that it was not important and that I needed to know what my monthly amount would be. However, they wouldn’t know until they get all the cards discounted. I said that they have to know what amount I’m going to send them. They told me an amount. Another company had a smaller amount, but it was sort of the same amount of time. I then canceled my relationship with CreditAssociates.

CreditAssociates were the only ones I looked online for. I like their program. I just gotta pay 600 bucks per month for 48 months. They just deduct the money out of my account, let it build, and then they tell me what to do. I feel happy with the program so far. I'm less stressed because they're dealing with this issue with Bank of America. I just wanna become debt-free and CreditAssociates will help me with the other two cards. Right now, I just don't want any conflict with the other cards or with my loans. I'm gonna do the two cards first, and then if that works, then I'm more than happy.

I've had one line of credit that I've been trying to work with CreditAssociates. Hopefully, in probably eight to 12 months, I'm in a much better situation. But they need to improve on their callback. After the initiation call, they kept sending me automated text messages. Then, no one called and a few hours later, there was a random call. The person who called me apologized but the thing was, you’re out there without knowing and then funds come out of my account, which did more online through the portal. I get that but the first experience and understanding who CreditAssociates are and what they're doing for me wasn't the greatest experience that I've ever had.

My experience has been good so far except that American Express called on my job, which was a little bit too personal and embarrassing. I went online and changed my phone number to our fax number so even if they tried to call, they won't get me. But with the exception of that, everything's been fine. I was in need of debt solution and CreditAssociates was the only one who sent me mail in regards to it. They seemed to have a lot of good stuff that could really help me. They could reduce the debt and they could also put everything together and for one small payment, which was awesome. The customer service rep was amazing. She told me what they do and how they do things. It was an awesome experience. She made my day. And then, she told me that I was gonna get call a couple of days after when it came to setting up the whole process and the whole savings account through my bank account. They called me but it wasn’t at the best time because I was at work. I asked them if they could give me a call later, but they never did. So, I do not have any money in the savings because I don’t know how to do it.
I know that once a certain amount of money have been saved up, that’s when they start to call the people from the credit cards themselves. But until that happens, I just wonder what happens because I still get letters saying that I haven’t paid. So, does the call happen immediately to let them know what's going on, and then a recall for payment? That part was a little unclear and it would be helpful if that could be explained a bit more.

He made me feel like we would take our time and we would get this thing done. He made me more secure about giving up my personal information.
They sent me a request to rate them, even though they haven't done anything for me yet, so I gave them a 1. They called me up and wanted me to change it. But this is what's wrong with a lot of these places. You haven’t even seen the video, yet they want you to rate it already. I’ll rate it after I’ve seen it. Also, I didn’t appreciate them calling and wanting me to change it. That was unfair. But as far as them getting the ball rolling, they’ve given me a confidence in the fact that they’re going to do something.
The separate checking account is another thing I’m kinda iffy about. It kinda upset me. I understood that I would have complete control of the second checking account. But it seems to me, I have no control over it. The company has total, complete control. They control the money that goes in and out. I’m not in it at all. I’m not very good at computers and I tried getting in there and see my account, and I screwed it all up. So that’s my fault, not being able to see what’s actually going on. But I don’t feel that there’s gonna be any type of control other than that.

They sent me some paper for my wife, the primary, to sign and I am sending them back today. The only thing I am having trouble is getting the account number in the bank because my laptop is not good anymore. I expect today that one of my grandchildren is coming to help me to do it.

I was dealing with another company before, Financial Freedom, but they got in trouble, they had a restraining order and a bunch of other junk. So, there was two months that they didn’t do anything. Lo and behold, my credit went down the tubes. And then I’ve seen CreditAssociates’ commercial on TV, so I just called them. I got one lady I talked to all the time, kinda my point of contact. Her name is Alice, and she’s been a great big help to me. I called her on a Saturday just to leave a message ‘cause I was little concerned about some of the phone calls and some other junk I got, and she returned my call that day. She told me to ignore the calls 'cause she would take care of all of it. The only one I’ve had a lot of trouble with was with Wells Fargo. There was one that Alice had talked to me about and I kind of agreed with it that it was such a small amount, that I would take care of it and CreditAssociates would take care of everything else.

Our first call with CreditAssociates was really good. They informed us well of what was to be expected out of us and what the program offers. They did a really good job of explaining all of that. But I am a little confused that we still have creditors calling us nonstop. That was one thing we were trying to get rid of and it’s becoming more of a problem lately. I looked online to see if we needed new documents sent in, but I have not seen any. They worked with us on a payment plan and it's helping us out a lot. Since I called, I lost my job and have been having some medical issues. We have less income coming in, which is a big stressor, but so far, we’re doing okay with the agreed-upon value of our payment.

I just signed up with CreditAssociates. I knew I have to get out of my situation with my credit card. I’m disabled, and I was supposed to have died last year, and I didn't. And so, I’m gonna stick around for a lot longer than I ever planned to. So, I better take care of this before I do die. After I found out what CreditAssociates is doing, there's gotta be a better way to do what they're doing. What they do is they start collecting money from you to settle each card. Then, you do pay the credit card people, and then, they get desperate enough that they wanna settle, and these guys were there, saying, “Hey, look. We've got this amount of money. Will you take it?” And they’ll say, “Yeah.”
There’s gotta be a quicker, less harmful way between where we’re going and what we have to do to get the credit card companies to where they wanna do it. But other than that, it’s fine. The reps from CreditAssociates bend over backwards, they're very nice people, and they sent me information like they said they would, and now, I'm just waiting for their first drawdown, and they're going to draw their money out in about 10 days. I have recommended CreditAssociates to other people.

I say they owe me, they say I owe them, but they have the power to take money from my Social Security check. So, that sure had set me back. They owe me $4,000, and yet, they're taking 2,000 or 3,000 out of my account. Because of the IRS, I had to defer one payment last month. But my obligation was supposed to have ended in December 20. And it was no problem enrolling with their program because I knew I had to do it. I was willing to do whatever it would cost. I've been in the program for about two weeks and I feel good about it right now. They're gonna draw my money out the bank every month and it will be there for them to get it. I'm paying what they have asked and that's all I can do. I gotta wait and see if everything woud be like what I wanted. But so far, I'm satisfied with CreditAssociates.

I had a terrible experience with CreditAssociates' representatives. I didn't know how their services worked so I was looking for some information. Their reps kept pushing me to the stuff that I was not in accordance with. I didn't wanna do what they asked me to do but before I knew it, I ended up saying yes to an agreement. I then had to call several times to cancel that agreement. Doing that, however, was the worst part. They keep trying to convince me not to cancel so I had to keep calling until somebody finally listened to me. I was really mad and I was cursing at them. People at CreditAssociates should listen to people and explain what something is before you push a person to do something that they are not willing to do. I thought that you only have to make one payment, but I was never told that I have to stop paying all my credit cards. I found that out on the third time that I called.
Thank you for your feedback. We certainly want to ensure each of our clients is ready to eliminate their debts before enrolling into the program. We will have someone reach out to you about your experience. If you still need to cancel, we include a convenient form to do so. You can find it with your documents that explain the details of the program.

That was my hardest part about it.
The interaction with the rep was good but nobody has called me since the 3rd when I did the agreement. He said they would call me today. He asked when the best time was. I told him 4 o'clock because I'm still up at the house where I have the email. I just started the payment yesterday and it has been good so far. The rep said they'd keep me updated on the credit cards and what the credit card companies would say. The first credit card was due on the 8th, and the other ones are due on the 15th. And he told me not to pay and then they'd do the debt consolidation. He also said the money comes out of my payment and then after the first year, I can cancel it. He mentioned certain benefits for health and though I told him I didn’t need those, he said I had to sign up with that too to get the debt consolidation. So I signed up for and had to agree to it. I heard about CreditAssociates on the radio and I liked the professionalism. They kept the answers short and simple. The rep was willing to work with me. She knew I wanted to read over the contract entirely especially the legal part and she helped me without any tactics that you would use on a creditor. She wasn’t trying to make a sale or upsell me. I’m into small business, so I was calling while I was there. Any time I needed to answer my phone, she told me told me to call her back on her direct line and she was very flexible with me. Also, for the total I’m paying for the amount a month, they must be really good at negotiating.

My wife and I lost our jobs. I'm about $19,000 in credit cards and loan debt right now and CreditAssociates said they can get it down to 12,000 or less, which would be ideal for me. After I signed the agreement with CreditAssociates, I realized that two of the credit cards that I have are with USAA and I can't stop paying those. I have all of my livelihood needs through them so I felt like if I stop paying them, it may affect other stuff as well. They automatically take the payments out of my account and there's no way I can shut that off.
One of the terms of the agreement that I signed with CreditAssociates was for me to stop making payments and instead put them into my escrow account and we would pay the debt off once they negotiated a final payment. CreditAssociates said they would give me a callback this week and let me know how they were gonna move forward, but I haven't heard anything from them. Their cost was very reasonable though, and they were very professional and helpful.

I had gotten hurt at the beginning of the year. My fourth and fifth vertebrae collapsed on me and I had some bones burst, and it was on my spine, and it was hitting my nerves, and it made my whole left side numb, so I was unable to be able to be at work. During that time, I got a truck payment I had to keep up on and bills, and I had to start using my credit cards to keep me going. And then when I got back to work, I tried to make up for that loss, and I was just getting farther and farther in debt with my credit cards. I've been trying to get along through the credit union and my bank, but nobody was willing to help me out. It so happened that I got the green paper about CreditAssociates through the mail. And then when I've seen that they were gonna cut my balance down to $9,000 and gave me a monthly price, I couldn’t beat it because it's gonna end up saving me close to 300 bucks.
The rep from CreditAssociates that I worked with, Jimmy, explained everything to me. He was polite. When I gave him all the information about my stuff, he checked everything and said I was good to go. He told me that everything’s been approved, and he already gave me an amount that they're gonna take out. When I was on the computer last night and looked at my credit card, I still have balances on them, so then I started getting nervous. I'd call to see if everything happened like he said it was supposed to happen. But other than that, I really appreciate the help that he gave me.

The woman from CreditAssociates that I talked to was very nice and helpful, and she explained everything. I was really happy with it. However, she is supposed to run some stuff on my daughter's phone and send it to me, but she hasn't. I’m going to try to get ahold of her and have her check. I told her to let me know when something came through but she hasn't. In spite of that, I'd tell friends to give CreditAssociates a try.

I'm trying to do other things such as buying a house someday or fix my credit so that I could do all the things. I saw a commercial about CreditAssociates and they seemed pretty helpful, so I lurked towards them. I also heard good things about them and I wanted to try them out. And CreditAssociates told me they would be able to help. Alonzo, their debt consultant, was very helpful towards the goal that I wanted to achieve and he explained everything to me. I was most impressed with the kind of payment they required me to do and the kindness that the person was able to do. Since I worked with them, I had fewer calls from debt collectors. I like my experience with them, but I told them I never really did the charges. I have some fraudulent charges on my credit and I wasn't sure if I had to pay them as they didn't give me a response to that. Other than that, I definitely would recommend CreditAssociates to a friend or a family member.

I talked to the CreditAssociates team last Friday and got enrolled in it. They were very professional and patient with us getting everything done. The rep walked me through the process and helped me fill out the papers and whatever I needed to fill out. I was satisfied with CreditAssociates.

The three credit cards that I'm working with are high interest rate and it's killing me every month because, being on workers’ comp, my pay is way down. So, I had to do something with it, and using CreditAssociates' service seemed to be the most logical thing to do. The gentleman I was dealing with, Adrian, was very knowledgeable about the whole program and he explained everything very clearly to me, so I didn’t have to ask many questions. He laid out the payment plan from one year up to three years, and what it would cost every month. We settled on the 24-month payment plan because that fits in to my budget. I had a very easy experience and there were no difficulties at all.

I'm disabled and I only get $1,200 a month, but I had good credit. Then I got myself in a little over my head by getting all these credit cards and I was using the stuff to live on, which I shouldn’t have done. I got about $23,000 in debt and I wanted to try to get rid of it but I was just paying the minimum payments with everything and I wasn’t getting anywhere. But I didn’t wanna destroy my credit as I worked so hard to keep my credit score as high as it is. Before, it was at 725 and I was in really good shape. But it's in junk right now at 647 and it started to drag down as my limits got higher.
Then I saw this advertisement for CreditAssociates on Fox where a guy said "Don’t consolidate. Don’t file bankruptcy. Give us a call." So I did and the guy I talked to was very knowledgeable. It also seemed like he had his act together when he was talking to me. I used to be a salesman, so I was thankful that he didn’t try to pressure me because if he did, I’d run the other direction so fast and make his head spin. He was very kind and he waited for me to call him back. And when I finally made my decision that I wanted to do their program, he went through this whole thing on the computer with me. I liked the way that I've been handled by the gentleman that initially set this up for me. He was kind, courteous, and seemed like he wasn’t trying to put me into something that was gonna hurt me in any way. And from how I look at it, their program lowered my total debt by almost $8,000.
We put some kind of an account together and they’d draw about $391 out of my bank account every month, then they'd go and pay these accounts off as they can. This is the first month that CreditAssociates have made a withdrawal and I haven't heard anything back from them. They also sent me a file package and I got the book here. I've read it because now, I'm getting all these calls from all these creditors. I told them that I'm handling things and asked them not to call me anymore. But they said they were gonna send me letters and I'm saving all those documents as they wanted me to forward all of that to CreditAssociates.
So far, I'm amazed and I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. But I don't know whether or not they have contacted these companies as of yet. After scanning the book a little bit, I realized that I didn't know that I needed to get on the computer, set up the account, and make sure they have all the account numbers. I was under the assumption that they had all that data because I looked at it when their rep put it on the computer with me. So I need to go through that, monitor things on a monthly basis, and see where we're going and how we're getting along. I'm assuming that the savings accounts had to be built up to a certain point where they pay off an individual debt then move on to another one.
Other than that, I feel very comfortable with the fact that I signed up with CreditAssociates and I don’t feel terrified or scared. I'm hoping and praying that I did the right thing but I had to get out from under that debt. It was killing me and I hope it doesn’t destroy my credit score too much. I also hope that I can climb back out of this and get back on top of the game. I feel like going with CreditAssociates is a win-win and as of now, I'm very satisfied.

I kept paying a lot of money each month on my charge card and it never goes down. The interest was too high. I felt I needed to seek the services of CreditAssociates and so far, they have been good, nice and helpful. I feel good about the progress and I couldn’t ask for more.

I had too much credit card debt. I had a good meeting with CreditAssociates' consultant, Russell and I was impressed by his ability to give me his contact information. The only complaint I have would be about the one program they give you for a year with the initial start-up. To me, it doesn’t make any sense because I don’t use any of those services. Other than that, I am hoping that with CreditAssociates we can get rid of this credit card debt before we retire. For now, I was told that it's too early in the game to see how it’s gonna work out.

I had an extreme financial turnaround and I happened to get something in the mail. I followed up from there and I started with CreditAssociates. Their representative seemed to know what he was talking about. He was well-read, answered questions, and explained everything fairly well. Working with CreditAssociates has not yet entirely stopped the creditors from calling but the creditors were all understanding and dealing well. So far, I’m satisfied and it seems everything is going along okay.
