After speaking with another company a few weeks ago I was completely turned off from doing this at all. So far I have not seen any results to my credit score. Vanessa was VERY helpful and informative, and she advised me as to what I can do to improve my situation. I just wish I would have spoken to her sooner! Until speaking with her, I felt like no one gave a damn about setting any goals.

It was great that Credit Saint obtained the result that I was hoping for, but there is a lot of room for customer service improvement. Twice I had phone meetings set up at a specific date and time. For whatever reason, the specialist took it upon herself to change the date and time without any advanced notice. This is totally unacceptable. Someone needs to investigate and correct this kind of behavior.

It was unlike something I had ever came across on and it was all handled very professionally and great people skilled and how it was all clearly explained to me. Things were just falling into place. Thank you Casey for that great experience.

As anyone it started off well, they did what they said for the most part. The letters were generic after being told they were custom, custom if adding tour name and address to a template. Their staff put me down on the phone and said maybe I wasn’t a fit, after they had my money and past the refund date. After being minimized I didn’t see much change in our reports, I was flagged with experience due to the generic demands CS sent. I’m sure if you have a easy cookie cutter case it would be great, maybe the best. But I didn’t, I did research and based on the claims they fit my needs. Based on the work, they didn’t meet my needs, nor do what was promised.

I have paid Credit Saint since April. My report did not change a bit. They asked for $190 upfront and $119 every month. I wouldn't have minded if they did anything but absolutely nothing was worked on. Additionally, you can't get hold of anyone on the phone when you call. They have no issue taking your money but the service is horrible considering nothing was ever done. I've asked for my money back. I hope I hear something back right away.

I signed up with Credit Saint and spent over an hour explaining my situation about ID Theft and other particular items we needed help with Ben. Everything was set up, and my husband was going to be added in a couple of days. I had previously completed many letters and other materials that would help with cleaning things up for us credit-wise. However, they didn’t want any of this information, which was a red flag (ID theft items from FTC, CFPB, and other essential letters). My husband called and wasn’t happy with the customer service at all, so we decided to cancel. In turn, I called them back and was transferred to a supervisor Ethan. We spoke for another hour and I went over all of our information again. They hadn’t written down anything and all of his answers to my questions were opposite from the original person I spoke to (basically a sales pitch to keep me paying).

I tried not to give a star but I had to, because they would get none. Do not choose them. Very unresponsive, and when you call In to cancel they will try and lower the price or either tell you they are sorry for no progress and act like they are getting right to it. I am with Lexington now and I have had so many removals and updates within a month of having their service. Also beware of with Credit Saint you have to get all 3 of your reports and send to Them every month with Lexington you don’t. A waste of money, no movement with your account and lies. DO NOT USE CREDIT SAINT. They did nothing for me, I even contacted them to get my money back guarantee. Guess who didn’t get reimbursed? I didn’t. Not a dime!

I was initially going to give Credit Saint 1 star but after looking at my reports and comparing each one more closing the right thing to do was to be fair. Only thing for me the cycles were too long but if you have the time on your hands Credit Saint can work.

I purchased the most expensive package from them and received nothing in return. I was told I would have a team working for me. When I would call them I never got the same person twice. I always got a different answer on a timeline on when I would see results. When I bought the most expensive package I was told it was the most aggressive and they would do a clean sweep. I will repeat myself!!! They did not do anything to help me. All they did was lie and take my money... I would not recommend Credit Saint to anyone. Not one item was taken off my credit report, but they kept telling me give them another 45 days to work on my credit. So basically they wanted my money for another month!!! Worst mistake I ever made and will not be back. I would have given them a negative star rating, but that was not an option.

I had tried to get my credit cleared up using 3 other firms I won't mention their names. They are so nasty to their clients they would probably sue me for telling the truth. I went to Google and found the top 5 credit repair company listed. I called them all and the only one who even took an interest in my situation was Credit Saint.

From the first phone call when I reached out to them until I stopped the service the staff was always friendly, and knew what they were talking about. They got my credit reports down from 27 negative items to only 2, and my score increased by 170 points, the only reason I stopped there is because I couldn't afford it any longer. The service is very affordable with no surprise fees popping up every other month, I really enjoyed working with Credit Saint.

I have completed my first cycle with them. There hasn't been any changes that's making me a bit nervous now. I know sometimes it takes time but first cycle yielded absolutely nothing and already 3 payments have been processed so far. I am definitely willing to give this some more time and see what they can come up within the next cycle. I will update my review and rating promptly. On a side note: customer service has been great but maybe a bit of transparency on what has been challenged and with what arguments could give the clients a bit more confidence. I signed up with them for good reviews but me being in social media profession also understand that reviews can be bought including BBB ratings.

They did what they said they would, but something went wrong - not their fault - shortly after I'd closed my account. I spoke to a young man named Ryan, who graciously and patiently helped me out. Long story short... my score went up, wait for it....165 points!!! That is: one sixty five! Amazing. Special shout out to Ryan, Credit Saint - he was truly a "saint."

I’ve been very happy with the service! They’ve made drastic changes to my Trans Union credit report. I highly recommend Credit Saint. I’ll provide another review upon completion of their services. As mentioned prior, they were great with Trans Union.

They really do try their best to bring your credit score up. I started with a 546 in Nov and I’m up to 652. I’m going to see how far up I can get with them. They also promised to let me know when they were no longer able to do anything more.

Hired Credit Saint to deal with some credit issues, they performed superbly. Highly recommend them for dealing with issues that harm your score. Cannot say anything bad about them. They did me right. Straight up folks, their system works well if you follow their lead and give them what they require.

I think so far so good. But to be honest I was expecting more, since this is an 1 recommended from almost the whole country, I have around 6 months in program, but I see the program take longer than I expect, which I pay the most expensive one.

Since the initial conference, I have received concrete and specific answers to questions concerning my credit and credit scores. When movement slowed down, I contacted Sasha, she let me know she didn’t see a need to continue the service at this time, and cancelled the account for me. I really appreciated her honesty. One for the cost I think you should supply postage. I have been a member for six months and I've had late payments removed but no collections. Also I had a repo due to not having my correct number or knowing a payment didn't go through. All of this happened in the first three months of purchasing the vehicle. I'm continuing to be a member hoping for better results. Customer service is great. My credit score hasn't changed much become of joining thus far.

6 months, and they've done NOTHING for me. I scan and send my reports and NOTHING has fallen off. Will be charging this transaction back. Definitely not a service that does what they say they're going to do. The customer service stinks. They have no idea what they're doing. It's a service that really does not work. This is not the first service I've used, but it certainly is the worst.

I have been able clear up several inaccuracies and late charges on my credit report thanks to Credit Saint. Now I am able to apply for a credit card and soon my credit will be back to being excellent instead of poor.

I hired Credit Saint to restore my credit score after some financial difficulties brought on partly by the real estate crash of 2008. After about 8 months my credit score is back into the "Good" range and I am able to resume our search for a new home.

Credit Saint has helped me immensely. My credit was a 490 and in 6 months it was a 620. As of now almost a year later I’m at 700. You have to do all the right things. If you have debt, PAY IT! I have been living with a very poor credit score for years, raising 3 children by myself with no child support. Unfortunately, sometimes, rent or food had to take precedence over all else. I’ve paid exponentially, for every major purchase for as long as I can remember. I decided to educate myself and start implementing what I was learning about credit utilization, age of my accounts, number of open accounts, etc. In studying the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applying to my financial situation I found many violations by the credit bureaus.

I had a lot of optimism going into business with this company and was treated as a valued client throughout my time with them. I elected the highest tier program that was supposed to “attack” every credit issue I had. That being said, you are at the mercy of the credit bureaus and creditors to get anything fixed. Everything that has the potential to be fixed or changed has to go through at least a 60 day processing time. All Credit Saint does is submit the complaints in your name. This is something ANYONE can do for the price of the postage to send the complaint. Credit Saint is simply a go between between your creditors and the credit bureaus.

I just got started with Credit Saints. So far they have told me that if I am not satisfied I will get a refund. As we are only just beginning I have no progress reports. I will review again in two months.

Tonight we ate Chinese food on the floor of an apartment we could not get 6 months ago. It was the best food we ever ate in a place of our own. Finally. We were living with family before this. Credit Saint didn't do it all for us, but they did play a role. We are grateful.

They took the time to really teach me a lot on the initial phone call. What is actually damage and what is not. I thought that were a heavy factor since the guy at the dealership said so, but the Credit Saint girl said they were not. I like that she told me the truth rather than use a scare tactic. Then after she won my trust, I wanted the most expensive program, but she gave me the middle tier because with my "level of damage" as she put it, Their Remodel program would act like their top program "Clean Slate". I don't normally review anything, but her integrity earned this one.

Credit Saint reached out to me and helped clarify my misreading of the Experian report. I was originally upset that no progress happened, but they're a good company that will help clean up one's credit history. (Side note: Experian summarizes your dispute results like an idiot) They did manage to delete all the stupid "You-missed-a-payment-once-on-this-store-credit-card-that-you-only-signed-up-for-to-get-a-discount." dings on one's credit.

I had a call with my advocate at Credit Saint today where they informed me that I had no damage left in my credit history. I was in the program for less than 90 days. I think it was around day 81 overall since I signed up. I had about 22 boo boos on my credit when I started. It was a lot of student loan stuff. Im glad to say it worked and it did not take that long.

We needed this to work for my husband's security clearance so we researched and researched. We settled on Credit Saint because of the BBB really. Lexington was the other option because you see them everywhere, but apples to apples, they didn't offer a refund, and the reputation was not as good. I don't regret going with Credit Saint. it took a little while but they did a good job.

The results are good. If getting garbage off your report is your goal, this is your company. Don't expect a beautiful portal. Their portal is "no frills". Here's the kicker, when they challenge, they actually write challenges. This is the difference for all of you comparing Credit Saint to Lexington Law. I've used both. Lex Law offers you like 5 reasons you can challenge an item, "divorce", "military", "not mine" etc. Their system is beautiful to look at, but as far as actual credit repair, Credit Saint's style in most cases will be more effective. They took 45 minutes with me going over the Fair Credit Reporting Act and how we could use it against my damage. They pressed me for more details in certain situations because the rep would not "lead" me in generating my argument, but did know what questions to ask to reach the point of having a viable course of action that was in step with the law.

Very disappointed. Poorly managed company. Employees have no idea what's going on. My credit card was charged twice last month. This past month I didn't receive one item from the reporting agencies like normal indicating they stole from me and did nothing. Please find another company! They must pay a lot for these high reviews that aren't warranted.

They don't promise much, you will get that from the first phone call. I was almost not going to sign up because the rep wouldn't tell me the likelihood of removing a late payment. But in the first updated report it was removed. I think I was in the service 2 months. Report Clear. Game Over. Victory.

I honestly can't believe the honesty and integrity I experienced in dealing with Credit Saint. There was no sales pitch, just straight up advice on what they do. Great communication online, on the phone and in documenting all our interactions on my private portal. Long story short, they cleared up some questionable charges on my report and got all 3 of my credit scores from the low 600's to over 720. This allowed me to apply for a $1 million mortgage at the most competitive rate. Credit Saint exceeded my expectations. And then, I thanked them and asked to cancel my account and they did so IMMEDIATELY without trying to get any more money out of me. Companies with this type of integrity are very few and far between. They gooooood! - Jk about the title, but really these people make a difference. I'm very happy I chose to use them. I've only been in their program since March and my score is already up a lot from where I started. I recommend.

I contacted these people when I was at rock bottom. Barbara took the time to explain my credit report to me and how credit works. She told me what to do to gain better credit and she dispelled some credit myths that I thought were true. My score is finally going up.

The website is kind of a pain. So they lost a star. It makes you verify info a bunch. I guess they cant be too careful, but it gets to be a thing after a while. But that's the worst part. I talked to other companies (I don't know if I should mention names) and the consultation with the Credit Saint rep was different when the others sounded the same. With CS they never charged for the consultation, wish I'd known because I paid for a consultation earlier that day with another company. AND the consultation with CS was FAR better. Like a million times better. They spent time going over the actual law with me so I knew what creditors could do and what they could not. It helped me to know how to look at my report and see the flags my rep was looking for.

In October of 2018 my FICO score was 619 after paying Credit Saint the $99 dollars start up fee and reviving my 3 credit reports and then I paid $79 3 times and never received another credit report. I called several times and was told they would order another baseline report and I waited 45 days as required by Credit Saint and yet no credit report. I called again and was told this would be escalated to the security department and a new baseline was ordered and the 45 day clock started again. After another 45 days I called to find out what I was paying for. I was offered the top tier service for the same price of $79 to keep me from canceling the service.

My credit was banged up. Little things here and there for years, bad marriage, some financial mistakes and business moves that didn't pan out. I thought I'd never get back on track. Credit Saint gets stuff off the report. They really do. I'm not done, but I'm definitely not as bad as I was. I'm getting mortgage offers now, but I'm going to let them work longer and watch the rates go down.

A realtor recommended Credit Saint to me. And normally I would have brushed her off, but she was very enthusiastic about how they helped some other people that she referred to them. 'Id just been turned down for the mortgage I needed so I had nothing to lose in signing up, that was in November of 2018. Now in Feb of 2019 we have the approval we wanted. Not just approved. I have a 4% rate. Tier 1 credit they call it. (Better credit means you get a lower rate, that means your payment goes down, and you can afford a more expensive house for the same monthly payment vs. higher rate, you get less house for the same money.) From not being approved at all less than 4 months ago. I recommend the realtor to everyone I meet, she has become part of our family. Her advice got us our house. And of course I'd recommend Credit Saint.

I didnt have a lot of hope going in. I used another service like this before and it didnt work out. Credit Saint is different than other companies. They make you jump through hoops a little with documents, but the results are worth it. They posted far better results in shorter time than the last company I paid for this kind of work.

So after researching a couple of companies I have decided to go with these guys. I'm still skeptical as I work hard for my money and we all have hard times. So far the communication line is great, well explained from the sound, reviews and ratings. I'm hoping they are just that. So far so good! I signed up 1/27. Today's date is 2/1. 35 late payments, 2 co, 2 col al paid and 1 unpaid that I'm still trying to negotiate with. I will update when I receive updates for those of you who are not brave enough to take the dive my option is remodel. :)

They spent 90 min on the phone with me just now answering every question I could think of. And I'm a paralegal at a law firm so I can tell if the person I'm talking to knows the law or not. This girl knew it. She was patient the whole time and never pressured me to sign up. I ended up signing up though even though I was really just calling to ask questions. I was planning to sign up after the holidays, but I want to use my credit ASAP so I took the plunge! Hope it works! I'll update later!

I'm NOT an easy client. I expect a lot for my hard earned dollars and this company did not let me down. Scores are up over 80 points on all reports. They took off a bunch of gunk, but I'll take a little credit for reducing my balances also in accordance with their instructions to optimize my report.

No results with them + they were unprofessional in many ways. Had to switch to another company that has a personalized approach and knows what they are doing. That being said, if you don't want a dragged out experience just like Lexington go with a smaller company that is motivated by results.

Credit BOOST! Up 160 points since I started. Probably more. I was very very impressed. My wife told me I was throwing money away on this service, but she didn't have a better suggestions so we rolled the dice. And it turned out to be the best decision.

It took about 6 months to really get my credit back to a place where I can use it from the mess I started with. And I had suffered with bad credit for years before so 6 mo really was not that bad. Considering I have NEVER been able to use credit all my life, I'm 32 now. I've had bad credit since I could first get a credit card. I called these people in the darkest time of my life. I felt completely lost with my credit with nowhere to turn.
