Paid for 5 months. Minimal results. Promised refund never delivered. I enrolled with Credit Saint hoping to improve my credit profile. After five months of paying monthly fees, fewer than six accounts had been removed — a result far below any reasonable expectation for the time and money invested. When I called two months ago to express my frustration, their representative encouraged me to stay with the service and assured me things would improve. I decided to give them more time. Last week, I called again to cancel. At that point, their representative acknowledged I was still within the window to receive a refund and told me a manager would call me back to process it. That call never came. Instead, I received an email shortly after notifying me that my account had been cancelled — with no refund, no follow-up, and no explanation.

I have intensity then and paid them to help me get it removed. They took all my money, now I have barely enough to eat. They don’t do anything and don’t honor the money-back guarantee. Terrible, they say they will get the job done or money back guarantee. This is a lie. Don't use!!

Credit Saint - Credit Squad. They are both the same company. While they boast and market for credit repair, they are doing bare minimum. You can not repair credit by getting a $50-100 loan documented on the credit report through Credit Squad. Credit Saint sends copy paste takedown concepts. The credit companies do NOT need to address those investigations and they have to come from the consumer themselves. Credit Saint is not a legal firm and can not act on your behalf in that manner. Thus, misrepresenting their ability to assist on many matters. Most people imagine that they can just remove whatever, when they can't.

This company sucks. They strung me along and offered a discount so they didn't have to offer a refund per their terms. If you want to waste me on empty promises. Sign up now. They lie; they don't do anything to help. I paid over 600 dollars for absolute garbage.

I signed up with this company and when they were taking my credit card payment, the website said there was 1 month where I would not be charged but instead took it directly out of my account! They basically charged me for nothing! When I called to ask for a refund, the agent was rude and said that the fee charge was in paperwork that I was never notified about or sent! I cancelled service immediately and would never work with this company. I’m out of $192 for nothing and I will be putting in a complaint with the better business bureau! What a scam!!

I am a new customer to Credit Saints and never leave reviews, probably less than three in my lifetime. At 63 an agent out of Arizona nicknamed Oz walked me completely through this as I'm extremely skeptical of anything on the internet yet-completely secure in my conversation I did elect the middle of the road policy and just got to give this Agent credit for being extremely professional and patient as anything to do with the internet. I'm quite the dinosaur but this gentleman without being pushy sold me and look forward to leaving a good review of my results and do trust that these folks know their business, just got to give props to that agent out of Arizona, very clear, thank you

I was working with a company to improve my credit for months, which they did not do anything. There name is irrelevant. Then I found Credit Saint. At the time I started working with them, my score was in the 500 up. Within four months my score is 747. I love how professional and detail they are. I have spoken to many employees there, but Chuck was amazing and so detail on educating me to know what to do on improving may credit. I am extremely happy I found them and will say everyone situation is different, but is worth looking into them and seeing for yourself what they can do for you.
