Evelyn the initial point of contact. Was very patient and certainly knowledgeable. I was very lucky to have run into her. I had no intention to purchase anything only to scout and get information. But Ms Evelyn was so pleasant, I decided to go ahead with her.

She was wonderful, polite and I adore the way she handle my conversation. Helped me with everything. Anyone else ask for her. She’s the best. She has a very sweet voice and know how to speak to a person. Those are the kind of people we need on the phone and relax the person and I helped them.

Santana could not have been more helpful or polite to me, he made my stressed experience so much easier. And his patience with me was so very appreciated and helpful. A very good employee who deserves a raise to keep him with you

Please stay away from this co., they are inept and liars, but they talk nicely? Concerned? That's why I gave a 1-star, otherwise, HORRIBLE, took my $600 plus and gave me a BIG plate of BS, yes, it's my fault (for trusting), my fault (for believing), honestly, they are absolutely worthless, do not use them, it's almost like fraud and scam, or it is? Don't pay them your hard earned money to find out.

Paid for 5 months. Minimal results. Promised refund never delivered. I enrolled with Credit Saint hoping to improve my credit profile. After five months of paying monthly fees, fewer than six accounts had been removed — a result far below any reasonable expectation for the time and money invested. When I called two months ago to express my frustration, their representative encouraged me to stay with the service and assured me things would improve. I decided to give them more time. Last week, I called again to cancel. At that point, their representative acknowledged I was still within the window to receive a refund and told me a manager would call me back to process it. That call never came. Instead, I received an email shortly after notifying me that my account had been cancelled — with no refund, no follow-up, and no explanation.

I have intensity then and paid them to help me get it removed. They took all my money, now I have barely enough to eat. They don’t do anything and don’t honor the money-back guarantee. Terrible, they say they will get the job done or money back guarantee. This is a lie. Don't use!!

This company sucks. They strung me along and offered a discount so they didn't have to offer a refund per their terms. If you want to waste me on empty promises. Sign up now. They lie; they don't do anything to help. I paid over 600 dollars for absolute garbage.

I signed up with this company and when they were taking my credit card payment, the website said there was 1 month where I would not be charged but instead took it directly out of my account! They basically charged me for nothing! When I called to ask for a refund, the agent was rude and said that the fee charge was in paperwork that I was never notified about or sent! I cancelled service immediately and would never work with this company. I’m out of $192 for nothing and I will be putting in a complaint with the better business bureau! What a scam!!

I am a new customer to Credit Saints and never leave reviews, probably less than three in my lifetime. At 63 an agent out of Arizona nicknamed Oz walked me completely through this as I'm extremely skeptical of anything on the internet yet-completely secure in my conversation I did elect the middle of the road policy and just got to give this Agent credit for being extremely professional and patient as anything to do with the internet. I'm quite the dinosaur but this gentleman without being pushy sold me and look forward to leaving a good review of my results and do trust that these folks know their business, just got to give props to that agent out of Arizona, very clear, thank you

The person who I spoke with on November 22nd was very professional and understood about my experience with my debts, he was very courteous and concerns about my well-being and where he thinks Credit Saint will take me from here. Looking at Credit Saint online It was a (5) Five star consumer rating.

I was working with a company to improve my credit for months, which they did not do anything. There name is irrelevant. Then I found Credit Saint. At the time I started working with them, my score was in the 500 up. Within four months my score is 747. I love how professional and detail they are. I have spoken to many employees there, but Chuck was amazing and so detail on educating me to know what to do on improving may credit. I am extremely happy I found them and will say everyone situation is different, but is worth looking into them and seeing for yourself what they can do for you.

She was very kind, took her time to listen to my situation and offered assistance. I felt she was honest and I could trust that this isn't a scam. She thoroughly explained how credit repair works. I'm hopeful that my situation will improve and things will get better.

After years with a fraudulent charge on my account I’m finally hopeful the situation might be resolved! John was helpful and friendly and offered a clear explanation of what to expect going forward and the services provided as well as what to expect moving forward.

She was very knowledgeable about their services and took time to review my credit history and offer solutions along with educating me on credit matters. The whole credit saint team was outstanding. Since day one they were transparent with their polices and procedures and I have to admit they followed through with everything they promised me. The few times I called in to ask questions they were courteous, professional and on point.

I had experience speaking to Andrew. He did a great job explaining different things to me. I definitely would not mind speaking again and would definitely tell others about how wonderful the experience was and how courteous they were, either their answers.

My representative was patient with me. And recorded everything that I said this credit agency is thorough and I believe they can get the job done. And have my credit score back with in good standing with all three of the credit bureaus. They finish with my profile. I should be back in good standings with all creditors!

My experience with Credit Saint hasn’t been good, I was told I was “black balled”. Only reason I could think of is because I was refunded my money, the reason I was refunded was because the company tried to tell me they removed items that was were removed before they even started working on my account. They made me send in documents to prove that which I did. Basically the managers that refunded my account put that I’m not allowed to sign back up with the company. The person who was in charge of customer service gave me a call apologized for everything and that I was told I couldn’t sign back up and said he would take care of it, he even offered me free month to see if they would be able to remove anything and if anything was removed and I was happy with service then I’ll continue service with them but they wasn’t able to remove anything at the time.
