I felt truly welcomed as a new customer, the level of professionalism is astounding. I had viewed information about Credit Saint and after talking with Andrew I am convinced I will be well taken care of, it is like talking with a dear friend about an ongoing problem and they know how to find a solution. Thank a million. I will definitely recommend this service to my daughter 2 daughters who might be in need of this service.

I called to finish setting up my account today. I spoke with Faith. She was so very kind and understanding. She made the entire process very easy to go through and understand. She answered all of mine and a family member's question. I totally recommend using this service if you need it.

Customer service was great in explaining what they offer and how they can help me. Evelyn was the rep I spoke with and she was helpful in recommending which product was best for me and what to expect throughout the process. I would recommend this service to another person for its ease of use and friendly customer service

Faith was so great and helpful. Hope we can get this fix. Trying to buy a house by August and looking forward to it.. She explains everything I need to do and all they going to do to fix it for me. She was very pleasant.. Also looking forward to have my credit better than has been for a long time. Hope to get results soon to be able to buy my house.

Vicky was great very helpful, help me understand how credit work. She took her time with me; and explained everything in specific detail. The customer service at this organization is the best. THIS COMPANY CREDIT SAINT IS POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! They took $1,000.00 on the promise that would return the money if my credit was proven to be cleaned up. This was a lie. A. WPB FL.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I spent twelve months and a lot of money with them, and in that time, they challenged nine items on my credit report—yet not a single one was removed. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. The five-star reviews are likely from people who just signed up, and naturally, they'll praise the service to attract business. The real results only become clear after months of using their service.

DON'T USE THEM!!! They take your money then ghost you! They tell you that they work close with their clients to help get you credit back on track. Started in December. Now in February I have not seen any progress on my credit report nor have I heard from them. I call and their message talks about "due to Covid..." Covid ended a few years ago. if anyone has a better credit repair company please hit me up and let me know. I'm done with them and have since blocked their transactions from my card. Already got me for 3 months.

Representative was very nice, transparent and understanding. The representative was very attentive, clear when speaking and explaining the process and expectations of Credit Saint. I had a lot of questions that did not get answered when I signed up online, once I called in even everything was resolved and answered.

My experience was great. Laurie was very professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable and allowed us to ask questions and provided details answers, which gave me the confidence that I was dealing with the right company. I like the fact that I was able to receive the emails on how to get the portal started, so I didn't have to call back with any questions. I am hopeful for the results to come.

I made a right decision to hire Credit Saint. You do your math. From 585 to 789!! I was hesitant at first, but as I see credit saint can remove the things I don’t see on my credit report, I really thought I made the right decision. They informed me every month with the progress of my report. They’re on top of everything. Excellent customer service.

Yes is fast and easy and good payment plans to help you fix your credit fast, I would recommend more people to this page, very helpful and they would let you know all your information of all your credit that went to the collections. If y'all need help this is the right place to start from.

My consultation was amazing! Donna was so sweet and helpful. She really put me at ease and helped me navigate my next steps. I Spoke to Donna who very Patiently walked me through the Credit Repair intake process. She was very kind and knowledgeable about your services and which of those would be better for me? She went through my credit report with me step by step and explained how your firm was going to help me repair my credit as well as answering any questions I had.

I don't recall the name of the representative. I really felt like she took the time to coach me on how I can improve my credit, and how realistic it is for my credit to improve after Credit Saint challenges the negative items on my credit report. I like that she also told me what I should do after my credit is repaired to make sure negative items stay off my credit report. By setting up consolidation loans.

I finally feel that I will have a good credit score after working with y’all, All the knowledge and positivity that came from y’all was amazing!! I can’t wait to see what the future has in plans, As long as everything goes as planned I will definitely be shouting y’all out to my Social Media Platform and to friends

Support was very attentive and patient, spent a lot of time making sure that I had everything I needed, spent close to an hour on making sure I understood everything, very impressed and would recommend anyone working with him. Very valuable employee. I would give him a raise if I was his manager

I forget the gentleman’s name but he was a great help. Very patient and informative, he also was well-spoken. He let me know everything I needed to know about how credit works and how signing up would help me in the long run. He let me know all three of my credit scores and how this process was going to help improve in the next 90 days.

Got a call from them immediately and they helped me to understand the process!! Answered all my questions and had a great personality. She was able to get me set up over the phone quickly while I was at work. She was sable to set my wife and I both up and offer a discount.

This was an overall very good experience, my personal rep, who will be the one to handle my account from start to finish which I appreciate, was very detailed and helpful with all the information I needed and she would need to help fix my credit asap. She recommended a credit card to help my credit score which I applied and was approved for immediately and she didn’t come across as pushy or trying to sell me anything I don’t need. She was honest and straightforward and I look forward to the results so I can get the lending I need for the townhouse I want.
