    I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I spent twelve months and a lot of money with them, and in that time, they challenged nine items on my credit report—yet not a single one was removed. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. The five-star reviews are likely from people who just signed up, and naturally, they'll praise the service to attract business. The real results only become clear after months of using their service.

    DON'T USE THEM!!! They take your money then ghost you! They tell you that they work close with their clients to help get you credit back on track. Started in December. Now in February I have not seen any progress on my credit report nor have I heard from them. I call and their message talks about "due to Covid..." Covid ended a few years ago. if anyone has a better credit repair company please hit me up and let me know. I'm done with them and have since blocked their transactions from my card. Already got me for 3 months.

    Credit Saint is a complete and total scam. I paid well over $1,000 for my spouse and myself as part of their "Clean Slate" program; and it was a waste of time, money, and effort. They never actually do anything & when you confront them about the issues; they run you around in circles telling you they will do x, y, z; then do nothing they actually say they are going to do. I'm still waiting for a return call & copies of my updated credit reports; believe it or not. Very dishonest company and unprofessional. I highly recommend you do more research before hiring these people. Your money could be better spent hiring a law firm or an attorney who actually have an emphasis in this area of expertise.

    Not worth the money. I do not know how they tout themselves as the industry leader... They are not. I paid for the PREMIUM level and over 3.5 months, they managed to get one item removed out of 19. I feel scammed and bamboozled. Never again. Update: I received a call today from a supervisor named Vanessa. I was offered 90 days free and all of my money back, but I would be required to remove this honest review!! What?!?! Can you say shady?! DO NOT use this company! Unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest to the absolute core!! I need that money too, but I have principles and will stand by them!!

    Updated on 11/13/2024: Update: Chris from credit saints reached out to me after he seen my post, and is currently working with me to solve my current situation with the fraudulent charges on my credit. I will keep everyone posted with the end results.

    Original Review: They took my money and ran with it. I had the most expensive package and nothing got done. I had a fraud situation where someone 3 states away stole my identity and rented an apartment in my name. So I end up owing money for something I had no part in. I gave credit saints all the information they needed, And they said they get right on it. 3 months passed by and I called and they said they will keep trying and to send them the information they needed again knowing that was the three month mark to get my money back. They said they will keep trying to get the collections off.

    3 to 4 months three pass by and I'm paying each month with no change in sight so I called again and told them I want my money back. They said I'm over the three month mark and they would give me a extra month free and to Send my information again. Once again nothing happened so I just cut ties with them. I would never ever recommend to anyone especially for the price I was paying. If they can't get it done in 90 days they should automatically give you back your money and try to instead of trying to persuade that person keep going, and giving false hope.

    Do not waste your money and time with this Company. I used them for 6 months. My credit went up just because I paid off some collection items but they are very punctual charging you every month and taking their sweet time on trying to fix it. They will tell you, "Oh we are trying different ways to get those removed" but it's not up to them. So basically you are telling me you are not effective and you don't know how to resolve get them removed. Also be aware of trying to hook you up with this Guards Law to go after your collections creditors. A bunch of office lawyers working remotely from their own houses, Credit Saint will promise you to get 80% of the lawsuits result but actually you get peanuts. Talking from a personal experience. Fell into their scam trap!

    I'm writing to share my frustrating experience with Credit Saint.     I’m writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating experience with Credit Saint. I began working with them in April, hoping to improve my credit score with their advertised services. However, what I encountered was far from what was promised. First and foremost, the company’s "money-back guarantee" is nothing more than a marketing ploy. Despite their assurances, when I tried to take advantage of this guarantee due to unsatisfactory results, I was met with a barrage of excuses and complications. It became clear that the guarantee is essentially worthless and designed to give false hope.

    In addition to the deceptive guarantee, I was continuously billed with no noticeable improvement in my credit situation. The lack of progress was frustrating, but what was even worse was the poor customer service. Every time I reached out for support, my concerns were either dismissed or inadequately addressed. I strongly advise anyone considering Credit Saint to think twice. There are numerous other options available that are both honest and effective. Unfortunately, my experience with Credit Saint has been a costly lesson, and I want to ensure others don’t fall into the same trap. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

Based on the physical address you provided to Consumer Affairs, we could not locate any account with this information. Surprisingly, as common as both your first and last name are, we have never had a single client with your name. We are unsure why a consumer would post a review using different information than what was used to enroll in a service. We are happy and willing to help resolve any concerns but are at a standstill when we can not locate the client. We not only monitor all review platforms but we reach out to all -almost immediately to resolve any issues. When a client asks us how we have such good reviews, we reply that we take complaints very seriously, and move to correct or fix issues the second they are brought to us. This would be the case here, if the client used corresponding information in this complaint which allowed us to identify them. Or, just as effective, if they simply dial us and ask to speak to a leader about their concern. We encourage you to dial us with the goal of taking excellent care of you. We don't know who you are or would have already called!

    Signed up with CreditSaint in late March of 2024, based on a few good Google reviews I read and that their name came up on the top of searches for their services. I have a good overall credit score, mid 800s on TransUnion but lower-mid 700s w/ Experian and Equifax due to a negative mark from an auto financier that when I disputed took took it off from TransUnion but not the other 2 (unknown to me at the time).

    CreditSaint iniital rep said this would be easy to get rectified and that it wouldn't take much time (maybe 1 month) given current good score w/ TransUnion. Fast-forward to August 1st. Credit card my monthly auto-renewal was on. Had fraud so when they went to auto-renew for another month got declined. Got a call from a rep saying that unfortunately that their multiple attempts hadn't rectified the situation. I said it sounds like I'm entitled to a refund given their customer-facing statements and what I was told by initial rep, he said I WAS entitled to a refund and connected me to customer-success rep (or similar title).

    Customer-success said I wasn't (unfortunately) qualified for a refund, and that previous rep misspoke. I was 2 days past when I was supposed to call them. Apparently wording is that I'm only entitled to refund if it's within the last 25 or so days (exact number I'm not clear on), of the last month in my first 90 days. Pretty specific. But that they continued to want to work for me. I asked for her supervisor 5 times, of which I never got it. She initially said the first 3 times that there was no way she could process a refund, given it was technically outside of their refund process. 4th time asking (as she's clearly typing away probably on chat with a senior manager) she could then refund my last 2 payments of 79.99. There was much more detail than this but for brevity sake I'll stop there.

    All in all they 1) didn't end up resolving my credit issue, which again I was told was minor compared to the bulk of other issues they help customers for and which most likely would only take 1-2 months) 2) was oversold on initial call 3) was never contacted by a rep until they couldn't process the payment on their own, that rep calling masked it by saying they were calling to give me an update on my issue, however they hadn't done this in months prior, so was this call just a coincidence? 4) forced me to do the ugly, time-consuming back and forth game of continually asking for a refund and not getting it until a certain point when they then went completely back on what they were originally saying and giving me half a refund. All in no execution on core service, poor customer-service during and after and money spent with no resolution. I would not go with CreditSaint and suggest new customers instead go with another agency.

    After 90 days nothing was changed on my credit. They say they have a money back guarantee but that is a scam and I keep being given the run around when I ask for a refund. I was told that one late payment was removed, not true, I've asked to be sent proof and it was never sent.

    Hello, I wanted to share a little about my experience with this company. I signed up a couple of weeks ago but never was able to get through the process. As part of the sign-up process, you have to upload documentation that they state they utilize for verification to the credit bureaus, which I completed. Then, I got a call back and was asked to upload my W-2 since one of those docs wasn't good enough. I didn't really like the idea of releasing that type of information to a credit repair company because that's unusual. However, I just wanted to start the process to start repairing my credit.

    After a couple of minutes, they explained to me that they would not be able to use a W-2, even though they asked me for it. After going around in circles and explaining to them that I was not comfortable with giving them any more information that was that personal, they continued over and over to ask for my tax returns. I explained that I would not be releasing my tax returns to a credit repair company. I don't even give those to lenders. They explained that it was necessary that they have it.

    At this point, I asked them to go ahead and cancel my account, and then they started backtracking, saying, "No, that's okay. We don't have to do that. You can still utilize us, and we can still do our job. You would just be the one that responds to the credit bureaus in regards to validating yourself." I explained to them that I would be fine with that, but I was not happy, and I was frustrated that they continued to ask for this information over and over again when it wasn't a must-have, and it held up opening my account for almost 10 days.

    I decided to just move forward with canceling because of how dirty of a feeling I got from the company and went over to the retention department. They sweet-talked me and gave me a discount, and like a dummy, I said yes, but explained just how unhappy I was and turned off. They promised no one would bother me about it and that it wouldn't affect the work they do. The very next day, someone called me and said, "Hey, I just wanted to let you know the importance of you turning over your tax returns to us." At this point, I lost it and just canceled. Clearly, they don't follow through with what they say, and asking over and over again for very personal info like that is not a normal practice for credit repair companies.

    We secured the services of Credit Saint to dispute a late payment that was reported on my Credit Report. We have a perfect credit history and this was our only negative. Credit Saint essentially did nothing (you can do the same thing they did), all they did was essentially send the credit agency a note to the credit agency and then there is zero transparency on if and when the credit agency responds back. You as the client are responsible for essentially monitoring a very elementary dashboard and call for updates. They will send a note (a very basic note) to the credit agency, and then the credit agency responds back, and you have to call them every 72 days to get an update. That is your first cycle, (keep in mind you are paying 70/month for this), then they send another note, and you will check your dashboard after 72 days and likely call them, because the dashboard is useless.

    This was a huge waste of time, do not fall for the initial false enthusiasm that getting the item removed from your credit is easy. Make sure you upload your identity verification so that you are able to get a refund. These services maybe more useful if the credit reporting was in error. But like I said, you can dispute it yourself with the credit agency in that case and save yourself 70/month. Again huge waste of time.

Back to review: Marsha asked me some preliminary questions after which she indicated that I may not be talking to the best company for me, however, she did 2 soft credit reviews--even informed me of the ability for consumers to pull credit every days, as a result of the Covid fallout, which was really news to me--and then told me what she saw. I was not a good candidate for the services that Credit Saint provided, however, because the real problem (I thought was bad credit) turned out to be just about Zippo like a kid!.

    But more importantly, she spelled out just how to go about step-by-step building up credit and how to do it correctly. Now THAT woman is a saint in my books. I'm going to follow her advice to sign up for a secured credit card and then follow up with BlueSkycc to see if I can get approved for a non-secure credit card to start establishing credit. She also said to make sure that my credit hovered around the 30% mark--not go hogwild and start charging everything and then only making minimum payments! So, see? This is NOT a scam as others have indicated--and I am sorry they were not pleased with their service--but I sure was.

    If this was a scam, I would know...not because I'm terribly bright, but because I would have been signing up for something and making recorded "yes, I agree" statements. I can only speak for myself, obviously, but I am very happy with the services I received, and even more happy to know that I'm not plagued by bad credit... I just don't have any Thank you, Miss Marcia (or Marsha).
