THIS COMPANY CREDIT SAINT IS POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! They took $1,000.00 on the promise that would return the money if my credit was proven to be cleaned up. This was a lie. A. WPB FL.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I spent twelve months and a lot of money with them, and in that time, they challenged nine items on my credit report—yet not a single one was removed. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. The five-star reviews are likely from people who just signed up, and naturally, they'll praise the service to attract business. The real results only become clear after months of using their service.

DON'T USE THEM!!! They take your money then ghost you! They tell you that they work close with their clients to help get you credit back on track. Started in December. Now in February I have not seen any progress on my credit report nor have I heard from them. I call and their message talks about "due to Covid..." Covid ended a few years ago. if anyone has a better credit repair company please hit me up and let me know. I'm done with them and have since blocked their transactions from my card. Already got me for 3 months.

My experience was great. Laurie was very professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable and allowed us to ask questions and provided details answers, which gave me the confidence that I was dealing with the right company. I like the fact that I was able to receive the emails on how to get the portal started, so I didn't have to call back with any questions. I am hopeful for the results to come.

I made a right decision to hire Credit Saint. You do your math. From 585 to 789!! I was hesitant at first, but as I see credit saint can remove the things I don’t see on my credit report, I really thought I made the right decision. They informed me every month with the progress of my report. They’re on top of everything. Excellent customer service.

Yes is fast and easy and good payment plans to help you fix your credit fast, I would recommend more people to this page, very helpful and they would let you know all your information of all your credit that went to the collections. If y'all need help this is the right place to start from.

I Spoke to Donna who very Patiently walked me through the Credit Repair intake process. She was very kind and knowledgeable about your services and which of those would be better for me? She went through my credit report with me step by step and explained how your firm was going to help me repair my credit as well as answering any questions I had.

I don't recall the name of the representative. I really felt like she took the time to coach me on how I can improve my credit, and how realistic it is for my credit to improve after Credit Saint challenges the negative items on my credit report. I like that she also told me what I should do after my credit is repaired to make sure negative items stay off my credit report. By setting up consolidation loans.

I finally feel that I will have a good credit score after working with y’all, All the knowledge and positivity that came from y’all was amazing!! I can’t wait to see what the future has in plans, As long as everything goes as planned I will definitely be shouting y’all out to my Social Media Platform and to friends

Credit Saint was able to dispute and resolve my debt within 90 days. Thanks to them I'm debt free and have great credit. If you're struggling with unresolved debt, I highly recommend reaching out to Credit Saint. Customer service was easy to reach and they won't charge you unnecessarily. Once your debt is resolved, they'll reach out to Graduate you so you no longer get charged. Greatly appreciate this company for their help.

How do I want to pay my credit before every day all weekend. Maybe it's to go back down there. I wanted to go up my credit. Is my credit score it becomes a bit to go 600 or 700 because it's really down. If you want to go up that really I wanted Finito with all the dates.

I never thought I’d be using a service like this but he made me feel comfortable and eased my apprehensions. George was phenomenal. He provided a thorough explanation and great service. Please if you're looking where to lose money take it to the casino and lose it there. At least you enjoyed a free drink. These people have a systematic way of stealing money from their customer. A well mapped out scam. Hiring professional sales people to get you into believing you have a serious company. Then a dedicated team to play the Google reviews. That is illegal by the way and I will do something about that.

Not worth the money. I do not know how they tout themselves as the industry leader... They are not. I paid for the PREMIUM level and over 3.5 months, they managed to get one item removed out of 19. I feel scammed and bamboozled. Never again. Update: I received a call today from a supervisor named Vanessa. I was offered 90 days free and all of my money back, but I would be required to remove this honest review!! What?!?! Can you say shady?! DO NOT use this company! Unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest to the absolute core!! I need that money too, but I have principles and will stand by them!!

Updated on 11/13/2024: Update: Chris from credit saints reached out to me after he seen my post, and is currently working with me to solve my current situation with the fraudulent charges on my credit. I will keep everyone posted with the end results.

Do not waste your money and time with this Company. I used them for 6 months. My credit went up just because I paid off some collection items but they are very punctual charging you every month and taking their sweet time on trying to fix it. They will tell you, "Oh we are trying different ways to get those removed" but it's not up to them. So basically you are telling me you are not effective and you don't know how to resolve get them removed. Also be aware of trying to hook you up with this Guards Law to go after your collections creditors. A bunch of office lawyers working remotely from their own houses, Credit Saint will promise you to get 80% of the lawsuits result but actually you get peanuts. Talking from a personal experience. Fell into their scam trap!

Refused to refund my $560 after 4 months without anything coming off my credit report. Dishonest liars. This is a scam, beware. Their "warranty" is an absolute scam. They will simply soak up your money without helping you in any capacity. You've been warned.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I found success with Zenith Credit, a credit repair expert on Instagram who improved my credit in just weeks.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating experience with Credit Saint. I began working with them in April, hoping to improve my credit score with their advertised services. However, what I encountered was far from what was promised. First and foremost, the company’s "money-back guarantee" is nothing more than a marketing ploy. Despite their assurances, when I tried to take advantage of this guarantee due to unsatisfactory results, I was met with a barrage of excuses and complications. It became clear that the guarantee is essentially worthless and designed to give false hope.

Signed up with CreditSaint in late March of 2024, based on a few good Google reviews I read and that their name came up on the top of searches for their services. I have a good overall credit score, mid 800s on TransUnion but lower-mid 700s w/ Experian and Equifax due to a negative mark from an auto financier that when I disputed took took it off from TransUnion but not the other 2 (unknown to me at the time).

DON'T BELIEVE THE RATINGS, THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!! Any company can pay for FAKE reviews. I been a member with this company for MONTHS, and the only they have done, is TAKE MY MONEY!! Credit Saint only removed 1 thing from my credit report, and tried to take credit for the things I removed myself. They will tell you ANYTHING when you talk to them to get you to sign up. Save your money, your time, and stress by staying away from Credit Saint.

After 90 days nothing was changed on my credit. They say they have a money back guarantee but that is a scam and I keep being given the run around when I ask for a refund. I was told that one late payment was removed, not true, I've asked to be sent proof and it was never sent.

Helpful in finding the exact thing that works for my specific credit report. I will 100 percent recommend to others.

Hello, I wanted to share a little about my experience with this company. I signed up a couple of weeks ago but never was able to get through the process. As part of the sign-up process, you have to upload documentation that they state they utilize for verification to the credit bureaus, which I completed. Then, I got a call back and was asked to upload my W-2 since one of those docs wasn't good enough. I didn't really like the idea of releasing that type of information to a credit repair company because that's unusual. However, I just wanted to start the process to start repairing my credit.

Helping me recover my credit life back taken from me from identity theft that has made my life a horrible nightmare. Further I was told by a close friend that Credit Saint are here to protect the consumer's right. I truly believe in credit Saint from the previous work they done for my friends.

The representative I met with was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about moving forward. Today, signed into their portal and one bureau was deleted, however, it was not deleted on my credit report. Called Credit Saint and they told me it was a computer error LMAO...I CANCELLED TODAY!

We secured the services of Credit Saint to dispute a late payment that was reported on my Credit Report. We have a perfect credit history and this was our only negative. Credit Saint essentially did nothing (you can do the same thing they did), all they did was essentially send the credit agency a note to the credit agency and then there is zero transparency on if and when the credit agency responds back. You as the client are responsible for essentially monitoring a very elementary dashboard and call for updates. They will send a note (a very basic note) to the credit agency, and then the credit agency responds back, and you have to call them every 72 days to get an update. That is your first cycle, (keep in mind you are paying 70/month for this), then they send another note, and you will check your dashboard after 72 days and likely call them, because the dashboard is useless.

It was a pleasant experience. Ms.** helped me with understanding of how things work not leaving me out. She also had a lot of patience. I pray God continue to bless her. You have a professional for real. The cost was something I can afford. I would love to be in my own

I just got off the phone with a lovely woman named Marcia (or Marsha... Sorry if you're reading this, but I don't know how you spelled that). She was very clear--and blissfully, she didn't race through everything she said like so many younger customer service peeps do... My ears can't keep up). Back to review: Marsha asked me some preliminary questions after which she indicated that I may not be talking to the best company for me, however, she did 2 soft credit reviews--even informed me of the ability for consumers to pull credit every days, as a result of the Covid fallout, which was really news to me--and then told me what she saw. I was not a good candidate for the services that Credit Saint provided, however, because the real problem (I thought was bad credit) turned out to be just about Zippo like a kid!.

Because I had a bad experience with another company I was hesitant with proceeding with this company but the assistant that helped me with all the information I needed (Liberty) did a great job making me feel comfortable with your services.
