Y'all should be ashamed of this mess. Their website is always down. Can't seem to have an explanation on charges on my account. I keep changing my account info just to log back in and find unknown phone number and email. Change and same go back to the same thing. Worst customer services ever.

My son had a vehicle with Chrysler Financial. He got sick last April of 2023. He was in hospital for 4 months till he passed away. I contacted chrysler to let them know and also do I turn truck back in. The lady told me let's see first and wait for death certificate. I emailed it to them. I was using truck cause vehicle had broken down. Had all my ac tools in there.
One night truck was picked up like we had been hiding it. Contacted chrysler nervous tes to get all my tools and memorabilia from my son. They wouldn't tell me who picked it up so I could get all my tools and pictures off. They wouldn't tell me cause hadn't received death certificate. Month went by and no answer. Got ahold of them and all they said was after 30 days there is nothing I can do about all my tools or pictures that were in there. Lost over 10000 of tools and clothes my son had when he went to hospital and pics of him. Wife's wedding ring. Worst people I have had to deal with. They act like they care when they don't care. All my son's stuff gone and we wanted to cherish it. Probably thrown away. Sorry way to do business

I’m have leased Chryslers, jeeps and Ram trucks. I will Never again. And I have warned everyone I know about Chrysler Financial. After I turned in my jeep Cherokee in January. I received a bill in the mail for $395.00 from Chrysler financial. I turned it in with less mileage than allowed, no damage and very clean. I sent a letter explaining this with the bill. I just received a letter back from Chrysler financial. This time they said the $395.00 charge is because we turned our lease vehicle in late. We did not turn it in late, we returned our jeep a day early. And stated that we still owe $395.00. Do not do business with them!

I actually adore their Jeeps and have been a loyal customer for nearly 7 years. However, I have experienced the worse customer service ever! I recently found out (obtaining the buyout price) that somehow my bank defaulted on a payment in August of 2021 and I have been accruing a late fee each month since. Everything is electronic so I wasn’t checking my statements. I find it overkill that a “reputable” company would sit back and allow a customer to accrue over 50 late payments without a courtesy call or email notification or something. In today’s world where they want everything automatic and electronic for convenience how could they allow this to just build up for 3 years without contacting me? More importantly, prior to that my account ALWAYS remained in GREAT standing! I am a single mother of an Autistic child, on a fixed income. I contacted customer service several times and no one saw fit to help me rectify this matter.
It’s the end of my lease and I wouldn’t think about renewing with a company that would take advantage of their LOYAL CUSTOMERS! It’s sick and disheartening to know that there are companies preying on people like this! If I was a millionaire they would never handle me in this manner! So I’m convinced they’re just preying on the less fortunate!

I have a 2018 Ram Mega Cab that I purchased with roughly 35000 miles on it. It was a certified pre-owned so I was given a 100,000 mile power train warranty. I then purchased an extended warranty at the dealership. A week ago my check engine light came on so I went directly to the dealership where I purchased it from and had it checked out. They said that they would have to overhaul the transmission to the tune of 12,000 and the warranty was not going to cover it because now the truck has 77,000 on it and I could not provide a receipt to prove that I performed a 60,000 mile transmission service.
I personally thought that it was 80,000, but apparently it is not. I provided the receipts for every single oil change and explained that I did not know that it was 60,000. I was not told and frankly was guessing at the 80,000 mile service. So in conclusion do not buy anything from Chysler. The issue was not cause by anything I did and had nothing to do with whether or not I did the service and this was simply a way to get out of paying for it.

Every time I call Chrysler Capital regarding my account they ALWAYS act like the money I have to pay belongs to them personally. Everybody has experienced hardships especially nowadays with the rise in prices and the cost of living. But do they care? No. They just want the money and don’t care about NOTHING you’re going through. Just Sad. They need to hire people who can empathize. Also, Chrysler Capital is NOT for the customer AT ALL. They offer nothing to actually help customers who go through hard times. They’re all about the CAPITAL (that’s why it’s in their name). I don’t see how they’re still in business. Their dirty business operators. Do better across the board.

I called Chrysler Capital just today to make a payment on my auto loan. The number I called was specifically the one used to make payments. A "customer service representative" answered. She was totally and I mean totally inept. So much so that she was unable to take my information to make the payment transaction. She kept putting me on hold repeatedly because she literally had no idea what she was doing. It became so ridiculous that I asked her if she truly worked for Chrysler Capital. Needless to say I had to end the call because she was completely unresponsive and I didn't feel comfortable giving her my bank info. I'm not sure where Chrysler Capital is outsourcing their employees from but they better change their hiring tactics. It was truly a terrible experience.

Most reviews I've seen under Chrysler Financial talk about Chrysler and not the financial. As such, the reviews giving them 4 stars is a joke. When you call them the first issue I have is having to press 1 for English. Hello, this is the US. We speak English. There is not a number for people who speak Chinese. Why? If they are going to speak another language in their recording, then press a number for that language. Second, you called them. You give them your account number, name, DOB, address, etc. How much information do they really need before anyone will talk to you? Heaven forbid they call you. It's even worse. They called me, I don't know this person who is asking for all this personal information before they tell you why they are calling. This company is a joke.

My son passed away in 2021 and with this added stress has made this the Worst car-buying experience of my life.

We purchased a new 2022 RAM 3500 with 4 miles on it. Now, with only 7900 miles our truck is in a service repair shop because the transmission is broken. How is it possible that we researched the best engine and transmission before we purchased and now we are stuck with no Truck? To top it off, Chrysler is doing nothing to help. We cannot defer any payments because we just purchased it and the Dodge dealer has no "LOANERS" to give us. How ridiculous is that???

I have been trying since March 24, 2022 to get the appropriate paperwork to register my car in Louisiana. Just today alone I spoke to Eight different people in a matter of an hour and no one was able to help me. I’m simply trying to get a tax form for the state of Louisiana filled out so that I can register my car. I keep getting mixed messages telling me that they have received my form and that they have not received my form. Finally today I’m told that they do not fill out that form and will not help me. Unfortunately, the forms that they did send to the local DMV will be returned tomorrow because they were waiting on the third form to register my car. It’s really sad that the executive offices is the highest customer service solution center and not even they could help me. Hopeless. I don’t have this much trouble with you accepting my lease payment every month.

They just told me to go on a website, and put the information there, and my account is non-existent because I already paid it off, so I call again (this will be around the 15th time I do) and the lady says like nothing "I can just email you the title via email". And I asked, "why the ** this wasn't done before?" The whole hassle for nothing, not only that, now I have to wait another 15 business days for them to send an email??? This is insane guys... I have been a Chrysler Capital lease customer for 15 plus years and never missed a payment (even in 2020!). Got the August statement and it shows no previous payment credited now owing 2 payments! After 8 calls to “customer service” we found out that my check was damaged in processing so it wasn’t posted and they never notified me. Resent the replacement check and 2 days later the August check. Come to find out the August check is strangely “missing”. We are back to square one with them, stopping payment on this check and sending in 2 together. Odds are they will never correct the issue. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

I don't know, how in a world they have 4 stars, look yelp 1 SOLID star.** Chrysler Financial needs to be investigated for taking advantage and misleading customers. Chrysler Financial - please do yourselves a favor and Google (Chrysler Financial Tx yelp). Do you have a manager who is interested in improving the company? Or it is run by a bot? Update your payment system or do you benefit from limitations? We pay our car out, we have BOA statements and prove of bill pay, but Chrysler Financial doesn't care. The car has equity meaning they want it back, they claim they need 10 days to process payment before they stated it is 5 days per executive office. We are waiting on what will happen with a car, Rene from the executive office provide no clear instructions regarding confirmation on payment. We sent an email with all prove, no response. This company has no ethics, respect, or customer service. BE AWARE.

I expect somebody from the Management team to read this review and fix the customer service and accounting department! I got a statement for proprieties taxes for $ 857.41!! It was really high; when I called Chrysler Capital, they told me it was for taxes; I called the City of Shelton, and they said to me that my taxes were $281.03 for 2019 (already paid for me to Chrysler Capital in March 2020 and on my April statement as paid) and $ 581.57 for 2020; again called Chrysler Capital and they assured me that I did not pay 2019 (even though I asked to look to my April 2020!!), after several hours on the phone, they told me that I paid but that I should call them and advise because that amount went to my regular payments...
My regular payments are auto-paid and for a different amount; it seems that now customers have to do accounting job and customer service job! So people start calling Chrysler for every payment and tax paid (is what they wanted), it seems that phone calls are not enough for them! Also, they won’t give a letter saying that I paid my taxes, and they made a mistake, and that my account is current.

This is the third vehicle I've financed through Chrysler. I've always paid more than the minimum payment, always paid at least two weeks before the due date, no automatic drafts, and always paid the account off early. This past month I inadvertently clicked on the wrong account (I had two) and the draft was declined. When I realized my error I called Chrysler and was told no problem, the payment wasn't due yet anyway. This month when I went to make the payment my account was blocked and Chrysler wanted the payment by credit card only and wanted six payments in advance to open the account. I told them to screw themselves; paid the balance in full and closed the account myself. I won't do business with Chrysler again, ever!

Updated on 05/21/2020: I posted earlier about the fact that no dealer would take my leased Pacifica and that now I'm garaging at my home for Chrysler. They finally answered when I just called. First, they threatened to hang up if I was recording the call! 2nd, they acknowledged now that the dealerships would NOT take lease van return. 3rd, they will have "options" call us to arrange to pick up the car but don't know when. 4th. they will not pay me to insure the car while I garage it for them BUT I must insure it as per the lease agreement.
Original Review: My lease was scheduled to be up so I had the van inspected a few months ago as required and it passed. I contacted dealers within about 50 mile radius. They all say that because of covid they have too many cars on their lots! They will only take the van if I buy a new one! Now as I garage the van for Chrysler at my home and insure it but not use it, they continue to bill me monthly but won't take it back!!!!

You have to waste near 30 minutes of your time trying to get ahold of someone just for them to have an automated response saying call Back at normal business hours. Well some people work your normal business hours so we get left in the dust. Also there’s no way to skip past the 10 minute long opening speech... and no option upfront to just talk to a person. I have to jump 6 different menus And even then it doesn't give you an option to speak with someone. I have to press 0# 57 times before it stops telling me it’s not a valid option and transfers me to another automated system where I have to press a bunch of stuff all over again until it gives me an option to speak with someone. Automated systems like this is what makes people with PTSD want to rage out. I'm not sure who you have that decides this stuff but they need to be fired and Hire me, I Guarantee if I ran this stuff your reviews and ratings will climb out of the gutter that they are in.

I never had a late payment and usually paid extra on my car financed with Chrsyler Financial. My car was deemed a total loss due to a deer hit on February 4, 2020. My adjuster sent the letter of guarantee to Chrysler Financial and was told settlement breakdown did not need to be sent with it. The adjuster went on vacation and upon return was told she did need settlement breakdown as well as police report, etc.
After sending this information she waited for the return of the LOG and nothing was received. She continued to call Chrysler and by the time she rec'd the LOG the 10 day payoff had gone up...more money in Chrysler Financial's pocket. I had a payment coming due so in order to not have a blemish on my credit report I made my payment as scheduled, mind you I have not received my check from our insurance company because they have to settle with Chrysler before I get my check.
So at this point I have now put a down payment on a new car out of my pocket, paid a car payment on a car that I haven't had for a month and I already have a car payment coming due on the new car! FINALLY, March 11 I see the loan with Chrysler Financial is paid in full so I call and ask when I will receive my refund...the refund that was automatically swept from my bank account on February 28. I am told a debit card will be mailed to me on APRIL 14!
I immediately asked for a manager, this is BS, I have not done anything wrong, the first CSR that spoke with my adjuster gave out incorrect information, not my fault, I want my refund. I get a condescending witch of a lead for accounts and she tells me ALL insurance carriers know what needs to be sent on total losses...WRONG thing to say, I am an adjuster and every lienholder is different. At this point she states they did nothing wrong and they will not expedite my refund, so there is nothing else she can do for me. So...in short, if you owe them money, pay up immediately. If they owe you money, you'll get it when they are damn good and ready. Wish I would have paid higher interest and gone elsewhere!

In my experience, this was a horrible company to interact with. They repossessed the vehicle after two missed payments and denied any reinstatement. I never received a letter or an email regarding the status of the account and intent to repossess. I had to call 5 times to find out the status of the vehicle and confirm it was repossessed. It took 3 days to request a reinstatement that was denied initially then escalated for extensive review and denied again after experiencing a short-term hardship.
It has also taken 3 days just to get further information on retrieving my personal items and set an appointment 4 days out. Requesting I call one company who they claimed had the vehicle information and whereabouts. This company only supplied with the name and phone number of the towing company where their automated line tells me I have to schedule the appointment online. Once completing this process I get a text message from them indicating that the message is not a confirmation and that I must wait for someone to reach out to me. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
