I have been a customer for over three years. Recently to help a child out I got a payday loan for $150.00 and two days later I find out that I had a "Hard" credit check on my credit report. I called the main office in Tennessee and was told "sorry but buyer beware", or in plain language "tough luck." Why did it have to be a hard check? Do they not care they could be hurting a person's credit score? I will never be using their services again.

As you start to read this, you will think that I am going to give a bad review. A few days ago that would have been true. I had a loan that was coming due on Monday, July 31. On Friday the 28th I tried to call to set up a different arrangement because one of my clients had failed to pay me. Not your fault or problem, I understand. Honestly they are very helpful and not harassing, and work with you. However, they have recently began doing hard credit inquiries. Considering the exorbitant amount of money they make relative to the amount loaned, this is ridiculous. They are already dealing with people who are vulnerable, and for some reason chose to add a negative mark to borrower credit. The borrower gets a small sum, in exchange for a massive fee and hard inquiry. While this is certainly not wise, it's the only choice many borrowers have. While the customer service really was good, adding a new stipulation to an often-predatory industry seems flat out wrong. I will not be using again so long as they require a hard credit inquiry.

I am very disappointed in this company! I have had several loans with them. I had one in I believe June, they said since I hadn't had one in a while and I needed to call to verify my information. I called, verified my info and got my loan. I paid that loan off and applied for another, once again they said I needed to call to verify my information! That's ridiculous!!! I have never dealt with a company that requires you to call every single month that you take a loan out! I will not use this company again. Also their loans are only for 10 days where most companies are 2-4 weeks.
