Cenlar foreclosed on my home in 2005, I have the letter from the attorney who confirms my home was foreclosed. Cenlar continues to report to the credit bureau five years later that foreclosure procedures are starting. I have filed a dispute, faxed in letter from attorney. When I spoke to Cenlar, they said definitely my property was foreclosed and they would call me. Never would correct, never would call me. They are evil. I am not looking for a pity party, however, had a terrible injury that left me in a wheelchair for almost a year and then a walker. My husband had cancer and passed away, terrible time. Everything I read about Cenlar is bad and talking to the people who work there their actions should be illegal. One of the collectors told me he would never allow himself to get as low as I am. My credit is destroyed because the foreclosure shows as beginning in 2010 when it was foreclosed five years ago. If there isn't a law, there should be for the abusive and degrading conversations with Cenlar.

With Freddie Mac in the mix, I smell a rat. I'll start trying to get this straight. From these previous comments, I think I have my work cut out for me.
$150.00/mo is a lot (especially since I don't really owe it). With this economy, everything is costing more, the government is taking more. I am the only source of income. Are you kidding me?

Our loan was sold by TBW to Cenlar, when TBW went bankrupt. We had mortgage and escrow payments taken directly from our account for 11-12 years, and never had a problem. In May 2010, we received annual escrow info from Cenlar, stating we had over $1,000 in shortage in your escrow, and our future payments would be changed to make it up. It turns out they paid double taxes in October 2009, but never told us. When I contacted them the first time, they agreed and said it would be handled. The second time, they said yes, they saw they did that, but I still owed the shortage, and I needed to send a fax of the double payment to them, which I did. The third time, they said they had researched this, and they made double payments on taxes, because TBW never paid taxes. My question, is where is my money, then? The escrow money was paid diligently for years, yet my taxes weren't paid?
This is definitely creating a financial hardship, as only one of us is working, and I am attending college full time. Payments have been raised for about $100 each month, and we simply do not have it. This has been very emotionally draining and stressful, resulting in higher blood pressure.

I have much the same story as others who had their mortgage bought from TB&W by Cenlar. The amount they wanted me to pay into escrow doubled immediately. It amounts to over $1200 than what is needed to pay taxes and insurance. I paid my own real estate tax before Cenlar could get to it. I am asking them to sign a waiver to release me from escrow. That was two weeks ago, and what I have gotten is an email saying their research department will study my request. I have not heard anything from them.
I am contacting my state attorney general. I cannot use Cenlar's website to make a payment that is due. The user ID and password does not work for some reason, even though I have used it before. So far my request to be sent my user ID and password has not been answered. Cenlar has told me they will not accept payment from me, if the amount sent is not what is printed on the payment coupon which includes an extra $100 a month going into escrow to pay for some kind of "contingency." And this would be the same every year apparently.

Central Loan Administration and Reporting (CENLAR) has been misapplying my mortgage since they took over servicing my mortgage from my previous mortgage company that went bankrupt. On April 15, 2010, I was surprised to receive a bill from CENLAR, that my escrow was short $1372.39. There was no way for me to verify the accuracy of this statement. To avoid having to pay extra penalties, I increased my monthly mortgage payment by over $100 a month from the original mortgage that was transferred to CENLAR. I also paid in full the escrow that I was short $1372.39. When I checked my account online a week later after both my increased mortgage and the additional mortgage were paid, I was surprised my account was only credited about $1372.39, and was misapplied to my mortgage, when it should have been applied to my escrow. My account was not credited $1415 that I paid for my mortgage. It was after I called to complain that I was told it will be resolved. When I requested a statement in writing for credit to my account for both payments, I was refused. Further, my request for monthly mortgage statement was also refused. I want the following done: 1) Refund of the $1372.39. 2) Monthly mortgage statement of my account sent to me by mail.

We had our mortgage on our lake cottage with TBW and were transferred to Cenlar in 8/09. We never got notification until 9/09 and immediately started calling because homeowners and flood insurance were due 9/1 out of escrow. We also called our insurance company who started calling them. They finally paid the homeowners after cancellation threat and only paid the flood insurance after FEMA threatened cancellation and raised our policy rate and charged late fees.
They refunded the late fee but FEMA doesn't care that it wasn't our fault that it was paid late. They also say that we did not pay the August mortgage even though we have submitted the cancelled check at least 3 times. The final straw was when on 8/19, they took $3000 from escrow to pay the property taxes. The problem is TBW already paid them when they were due in 2/09. We have supplied the paid tax bill several times. By doing this they created a escrow shortfall which only gets bigger when other payments out of escrow are due. They ignore our request as done under the RESPA act as well. They are inept and arrogant. Why is no one considering a class action suit?
They refuse to credit the escrow account which means we continue to be short in that. They did an escrow analysis in 10/09 and raised our mortgage payment by over $400. They said they would correct the account in 4/10, they have not and now are saying that they did not deduct the money even though the online account shows they did.

I am one of the unfortunate people that were with TB&W and then transferred to Cenlar. Cenlar does not report mortgages on credit reports. I promise if someone was not making their mortgage payments to them, they would report that. Since taking over 250K loans from TB&W it is hurting all that have mortgages that are not being reported. I am also in the mortgage industry so when trying to refinance anyone with Cenler it is like pulling teeth to get payoffs and/or verification of mortgages.
Since Cenlar does not report mortgages on credit reports, many people cannot take advantage of Fannie/Freddie refinance plus programs. They have no problem collecting money from people, but they are in no way shape or form helping anyone but themselves. I called them personally to ask them to start reporting my mortgage and they told me it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months—what a joke. Let me be late one time and see how fast they will report that!

When CENLAR bought out Taylor, Bean & Whitaker, which was in July 2009, my mortgage went to CENLAR. I, along with my representatives, ACORN, at the time, sent in what CENLAR wanted to evaluate a re-modification of my mortgage. Nothing was done, nor were we ever contacted, and in late December of '09, I called CENLAR again, and was told that they had received nothing. ACORN sent a packet to them in the beginning of October of '09, with them having to sign for it from the delivery service.
So, in early January of 2010, I again sent CENLAR another packet, return receipt, and having heard nothing, I was extremely worried. At the end of March, or the very beginning of April, I get a letter from CENLAR telling me that my account has been switched to another company, and this company is now harassing me after 8PM, and asking me when I will be sending in my late payments, and also informing me if I want them to look at them re-modifying my loan. I will have to submit yet another packet, making it the fourth time that I, or ACORN, has submitted re-modification packets.
Nothing has been done, and I would love to sue these ** for the mental anguish that they have put me through this past year. I have almost depleted my savings account, down from $18,000.00 to only $6,000.00, trying to keep up with my payments. I have no more money. I will need that $6,000.00 and more, to move from here.

Like everyone else, my mortgage was sold to Cenlar in late Jul early Aug 2009. I was not notified and did not realize anything was wrong until I noticed that my mortgage payment did not come out of my account in Aug 2009. I called my local bank to find out what was going on. They informed me that TBW had been sold to Cenlar and that they had not notified anyone.
I asked the bank what to do about the Aug 2009 payment as I did not want to get behind on my payments. They told me to send it to TBW via certified mail and they would get it to the correct location. I did as they suggested. This month (April 2010), without notice they took two payments out, on one the 5th and one on the 7th. This placed my account in delinquent status while I was out of town on business with no access to money and no idea what was going on. I called them the next day as it was too late the day it occurred. One representative stated that it would take up to 8 weeks to correct. I asked to speak to someone else. The next representative tried to tell me it did not happen, even though I already had prove in my hand that it had.
I asked my local bank to stop payment on the request, which they did. I then receive a letter approximately a week later (yesterday) that my bank refused payment and they want their money now. I called Cenlar on 4/19 again to tell them that they took two payments out and it is not valid as I had not missed any payments and had the documentation to prove it.
I faxed them (their fax number is 1-609-718-1006) all my documentation to include the cancelled check with Cenlar written on the front and back from Aug 2009, and the certified mail receipt, signed and accepted. We will see what happens, but I doubt anything will by looking at the other comments. I will continue to stop any payments to them other than once a month.
I have sine started the process of re-financing through another bank to get away from these morons. Not only are they morons, but you can never get anyone on the phone that actually speaks English. They cannot understand you and you sure as heck cannot understand them. If you are not already aware, Cenlar has failed to report many, many mortgages on credit reports. Mine has not been on my credit report since TBW went under. I have talked again with my bank about this, and they stated that they are getting multiple complaints about this as well. I will not deal with these people anymore. Their name should be Cen-Liar, as they do not admit to their mistakes and do nothing to correct them.

When Taylor, Bean & Whitaker was closed, I was in the middle of a refinance. Both the prior loan and the refinanced loan were "sold" to Cenlar corp, and they have been trying to collect on both since 8/09. I have faxed, emailed, and called since that time and I never receive a response. Still, I continue to receive 2 bills, one for each loan monthly. I am current on my refinanced loan, however the original loan is going to collections. Credit score affected.

Meanwhile, TBW has our escrow and money. Please help. In fear or foreclosure.
We are both disabled and got the loan modification because we needed to lower our house payment. We can't pay 2 mortgages. I can't contact TBW and Roundpoint has no record of us even though they cashed our checks.

I had my mortgage with Taylor Bean and had set up an automatic withdrawal from my checking account in August. Online info said it was confirmed, but nothing was taken out. Then I learned of the bankruptcy and kept trying to get information.
Finally, I received one letter from Cenlar saying use the payment coupon, but there wasn't any payment coupon. I called them repeatedly and asked them to send me the coupon book and instructions on how and where to pay my mortgage - nothing came. I finally got through to Cenlar and authorized payment for two months to be taken out of checking. I asked again for instructions and coupon book -nothing came. Several months later, I accepted an 800 call (usually don't answer toll free numbers or numbers that I don't know - too many scams out there) and they were transferring mortgage to Ocwen because they handled their collections with troubled accounts. I asked again for instructions and payment book and they said they would make a note in my file.
I've accepted about 4-5 calls from their account representatives in Mumbai and paid another two month's worth, asked for instructions and coupon book - nothing happens. My mortgage is dated May 29, 2009 and I've received one letter from Cenlar, nothing from Ocwen, and I still don't know how to pay my mortgage. I'm going to have my lawyer get involved before my 700 credit score is down to zero.

I refinanced my mortgage about 1 yr ago and it was bought by CENLAR. For the first couple of months, my payment was posted on time without any problems. But for about the last 4 months, the payment has been consistently posted late when it was mailed at least a week in advance. Each time, I have been charged a $70 late fee and now they do not want to remove it. When I call, I get no explanation as to why this is happening, and I am offered to pay online for a $3 fee or have the payment drafted out of my account every month. If the payment is drafted, they pick the date, not you, and unfortunately that does not work with the way I get paid. Leaves me no choice but to mail it, but I am beginning to think the $3 is the better way considering the high late fees.
I really question if this not a deceptive practice in order to obtain more fees from its customers. Amazingly, my payments seem to get posted about 1-2 days past the due date. I can only pray that someone else buys out my loan. I have never dealt with a more difficult company in my life.

My mortgage was being serviced by Tayor, Bean, and Whitaker, but was transferred to Cenlar. Cenlar they demanded an additional ~50% in monthly payments over what I had agreed to in my loan and had been paying for many months with no problems at TBW. I called Cenlar several times to try to figure out why I was being charged all these additional line items including Homeowner's Insurance which I don't want and never agreed to and some others that they never adequately explained to me.
The first new charge I inquired about was the Homeowner's Insurance, since I figured this would be a no-brainer and could be easily resolved. The short of it is, I never purchased homeowner's insurance, I don't want homeowner's insurance, I never agreed to pay for homeowner's insurance, and I'm not going to pay for homeowner's insurance. I thought this was pretty straightforward and asked them to remove it from my monthly breakdown.
I was informed that Cenlar "requires" that I purchase homeowner's insurance, whether I agree to it or not, and that it is a "force payment. " That is their phrase. At this point, I decided there was no point in continuing to deal with these people. I'm currently searching for a class action that I can join. Mental and emotional strain. Valuable time taken away from running my business.

My loan was transferred from TB&W to Cenlar in September 2009 following TB&W's shutdown. There is a $2500 escrow shortage, though taxes, insurance have not raised. Cenlar claims that TB&W did not properly report/collect the monies and since their bankruptcy, there is no recoupment of escrow. As a result, my monthly payments have increased $200 because I have to repay the shortage. Though the loan is a Freddie Mac loan, I am unable to refinance under HARP because of new incentives that were attached to the loan during the transfer to Cenlar. Cenlar will not refinance Freddie Mac loans because they say they are not an originator. As a result, I am having to work with another mortgager to try to refinance. But Freddie Mac says I am ineligible because of the incentives now attached to the loan that benefited Cenlar. I am current on my mortgage and I am a victim of the economy and the bank scams.

Taylor Bean & Whitaker home mortgage sold to Cenlar. Payments doubled due to shortage in escrow for homeowner's insurance and property taxes (which I paid personally). When I contacted CENLAR, the customer rep pulled my record, said TBW tripled "force" billed me, creating a shortage in my escrow account, which was then transferred to CENLAR. They said to continue making normal payments while the matter was being investigated. Then I get a voicemail message from the same rep who tells me that I have to prove that I paid the taxes and insurance and that the insurance company received payments from me and not from TBW, as well as disprove that TBW forced billed me. This is for 2007!
The insurance company sent me a statement showing a payment was received (they aren't going to show they collected and kept triple payments) but it doesn't show who paid them. They said that's all the info they had since it was from 2007. CENLAR also charged me for flood insurance more than my actual homeowner's insurance which is something I've never been required to have nor did they give me a chance to get this on my own.
More crooks. Are consumers so low on the food chain that we consistently have to be treated this way at the risk of having our homes taken away? I'm on disability. I'm about to have a nervous breakdown. I pay the mortgage on my home and allow my disabled elderly parents to live there. Now I'm worried they will be put out on the street. I don't know how much more I can take.

A rep called to question about Feb. and Mar. non-payments. I explained about the insurance forced on the mortgage when I already had insurance that had not been cleared up and I did not have the correct payment book. Then I was connected to Ruth. When I explained all this to her, she said I could get new book and payments were $6. I said no. She suggested my agent contact them and I told her the agents has talked with them and paper work was sent to Cenlar proving coverage which she says they don't have. When I told her I was going to contact the Attorney General, Ruth hung up on me.
I'm paying double insurance on same property. The forced one is twice as much and covers only the house. It has made payments go up and they owe me what I've already paid them back. I do not have escrow on my mortgage.

Cenlar mortgage bought my home mortgage from Taylor Bean and Whitaker in the second half of 2009. Cenlar continued to use the "direct transfer" payment that I had set up, so Cenlar automatically deducted the mortgage payment, home owner's insurance payment, and local tax payment. I trusted Cenlar to pay my home owner's insurance payment. Cenlar claimed they mailed the payment on 2/17/10, but the Safety insurance company claims it was not received, overdue, and my policy will lapse in two days on 2/26/10.
My insurance agent, Barbara ** at Berry Insurance in Franklin MA reports that she has called Cenlar several times this week to suggest Cenlar cancel the check that has yet to arrive, and send by overnight mail another check to make sure my policy does not lapse. I have also called Cenlar twice and Cenlar's response is that they "can't" take any action to ensure that my policy is paid with the money they have already collected from me. Neither customer service rep offered to notify a supervisor of my concern, offer any problem solving ideas or advice, and seemed unconcerned that I could be without home owners' insurance in two days.
I have been paying a mortgage and home owners' insurance for 19 years, find it very frustrating that Cenlar can take my money for home owner's insurance without feeling obligated to pay the bill on time. I have had many mortgage companies over the years. This is the first one with whom I have had a problem. Unless the check is received by tomorrow, I will have to drive to the insurance agent to pay the $856 myself to keep the policy from cancelling.

There have now been four incidents of Cenlar reporting that they have not received our payments. We pay our mortgage through our bank and thankfully have records of all transactions from TD Bank to Cenlar. We pay over 10 different companies through our banks online bill pay service and have never had an issue with any payments to other companies. Cenlar claimed to have never received a check three weeks after it was mailed from our bank. The company claims to process the checks the same day they are received. Funny then how it takes over 10 days for a check to reach a destination in the same state which it was mailed in!
We have had to contact our bank and have them stop payment on two checks that mysteriously vanished! Thankfully, because our bank was the party that issued the check, we were not charged a fee. When we spoke to Cenlar about these issues, they suggested we "wait" to see if they receive the check despite the fact that it was to weeks from the date the check was mailed. Another suggestion from Cenlar? That we should mail our checks personally to them. Sure, why not. That way there would be no proof that we mailed them! Also, we have learned not to hold our breath waiting for a callback from a customer service representative. This company is impossible to deal with! The only thing we can hope for is for them to sell our mortgage to a competent company!

My mortgage was transferred to Cenlar in August 2009 from Taylor, Bean, & Whitaker. I wrote a written request to Cenlar on 12/11/09, indicating that I pay my own Hazard Insurance and not to escrow this. Despite my written request, they paid my hazard insurance, resulting in a shortage in my escrow account for the year. Subsequently, my new mortgage payment increased. I discovered this after my insurance company sent me a refund check, since I had already paid my insurance. I contacted Cenlar on 12/29/09 about this error, and talked to Jeff S (ID#Z77). He stated that he would rectify this error and stated that I should send the refund check to Cenlar to have it deposited into my escrow account. He stated that my monthly payment would be re-analyzed to rectify this error. I was informed that this would be rectified by 1/20/10.
I mailed my check with a qualified written request, under Section 6 of RESPA. I have verification that it was received on 12/31/09, at 11:52 am, signed by P. N. As of today, 1/23/10, this has not been rectified. I contacted Cenlar and spoke to another manager, ID#Z99, who first stated to me that they never received any letter or check to redeposit. After informing him that I received verification from the United States Postal Service that it was received and provided him with this information, he then informed me that it was received, but could not explain why it had not been rectified. I also mentioned to him that the taxes that Cenlar indicated for FY 2010 was incorrect. I informed him that the FY 2010 Actual Real Estate Tax Bill I received from Marlborough's Tax Collector was much less and requested that he rectify this, as well.
Despite sending a written qualified request, this has not been rectified and I have not received any response. I feel that I have been given false information when I call (i.e., that they never received my letter) and that they are not using accurate information (i.e., using incorrect tax information). I am hoping these are human errors, but given the fact that the second manager (Z99) denied receiving any information until I provided proof that they received my letter, I am concerned about unethical business practices. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance in this matter.

Dealing with Cenlar since they took over TBW mortgages has been the biggest nightmare of my life. Ironically, I never had any problems with TBW. Back in September, I wanted to know if I could modify my loan, since I had been in the process (signed all the closing papers, in fact) of refinancing with TBW. I sent an email, and to this day have not received a response, and spent hours on hold trying to get through to customer service. Finally, I was told that they are not doing any kind of modifications.
Then in October, I called to see how I could get my PMI dropped. I was told that I had to mail a letter to the PMI department. There was no email, no phone number to contact them. I asked if I had to send it Pony Express. I did not receive a response to the letter I faxed until a month later. Then I switched hazard insurance, with "only" 42 days notice instead of 45. They sent me a letter telling me that they had two bills and I had to tell them which to pay.
I called and was told that the new bill was in process and the old one wouldn't be paid. They paid the old one, throwing my escrow into negative (I switched because my rate went up $300). I called again and was told to mail the refund check from the old company to them and they would pay the new company. A month later, the refund is still sitting in escrow and my homeowners insurance is past due. I called again and was told that I should have cashed the refund check myself and paid the new company from that, an option I had asked about when I was told to mail the check in. The CSR was totally rude about it.
In one of these calls, I was told that the new insurance had been paid, and when I asked why my escrow balance was ridiculously high for it being the end of December, when all the bills should have been paid, the (Indian) CSR told me that I pay extra to my escrow every month and that's what it was but the insurance had definitely been paid (it had not). I am sick and tired of dealing with their incompetent lying customer service. If they don't know, they just make stuff up. And this is only a fraction of what I have dealt with in the last 5 months.
I just closed on a refinance yesterday, which I had not been planning to do this year, but Cenlar is still not reporting to the credit bureaus after 5 months and I wanted to get away from them before they severely damage my credit with their incompetence, fraud, and lies. Refinancing cost me about $2500, plus from what I am reading on the internet, I may not see that $800 escrow balance for months. I am furious and fed up and I will do just about anything to see this company shut down. I would love to see a class action lawsuit, or any information as to who to contact in the government to see Cenlar penalized. I understand that they were overwhelmed when these loans were dumped on them, and I was patient the first couple months, but at this point it is clear that they have no business in this business.

Another homeowner surprised to learn that our mortgage had been transferred from Taylor Bean & Whitaker. We also have always paid our hazard insurance directly, but Cenlar added it into our escrow analysis (in October, 2 months after the transfer occurred). The end result was that our escrow payments nearly doubled, to almost $600/month. (Cenlar did not actually pay our hazard insurance, at least).
I too have called Cenlar several times. I asked our ins. co. to fax Cenlar directly (in November), but Cenlar had no record of it (in December). The rep told me to put the Cenlar loan # on the documents because otherwise, the loan could not be looked up. On Dec 8th I faxed them copies of our last 2 statements from TB&W and the escrow analysis showing that hazard ins. was not part of the package.
Today the Cenlar rep told me that they received my request from Dec. 8th, but not the supporting documents. Everything was sent at the same time, and I wrote my Cenlar loan # on every page. I was told to fax everything again and call back in 3 business days; it would be put on priority status. Just tried to send it and… the fax won't go through. Argh.

This company paid home insurance and flood insurance to Travelers Ins. with authorization. We had already paid these premiums to Travelers Ins. before due date and have cancelled checks in possession. We have no escrow account with Cenlar. Travelers has returned this money by checks to Cenlar, and Cenlar admitted that they have received the refund checks for Travelers. However, Cenlar has thus far refused to credit our non-existent escrow account and still shows that we have a negative balance for the money they advanced to the insurance company without our knowledge or authorization. This is the most unfriendly, unscrupulous company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We did not pick this company, but mortgage was sold to them from Taylor, Bean without only communication to us. No wonder, mortgage companies and banks are failing. Their accounting department and customer services department need a total overhaul and replaced with people who are knowledgeable. I have spent over 8 hours in phone calls and emails and always get someone who admits Cenlar is in error but "I cannot do anything about it.

As the rest have stated below, we have been dealing with Central Loan Administration for months. We were with Taylor Bean and Whitaker and for months we had no idea who even had our mortgage. By the time we received our first invoice months later, they had started taking out way too much in escrow. Our taxes were supposed to pay $2778 this year and instead they took $4140 into escrow for taxes. After faxing everything they have asked for over and over, still no solution. We call and they say, "I will forward that to my supervisor and they will call you back", which they never do. So, to top off the continual overpayment each month on our Tax Escrow situation, we discovered today that they have charged us not once but twice for Homeowners insurance Escrow. Instead of the $924 we owed, they took it out twice. But here is the real kicker: they took out the payment twice and then did not pay our insurance company and we now have an uninsured home, thanks to their non-payment. That is hands down the most irresponsible banking I have ever heard.
After hours spent on the phone pleading with my insurance company, they were considering re-instating us since they finally received a payment last week, very late. I can only imagine the loss and tragedy that would have been our life if something had happened since the cancellation of our policy several weeks ago without our knowledge.
After several hours on the phone again today, we were once again promised a call back from a supervisor with answers. I am doubtful this will happen.

a company which processes their mortages.
CENLAR has break my mortage contract at least two times.
Included in my contract is the escrow account in which CENLAR/ROYAL BANK is suppose to pay my taxes, not once but twice has my insurance been cancelled because of their failure to pay resulting in 1,400 payment taken from my insterest rate, and as a result I had to pay the home owners insurance not once but twice, both times my insurance company state farm cancelled my insurance and I have proof and copies of the document.
My second complaint, when I mail out my
mortage each time Jan. 3 & Feb. 2, 2004, I hand carried/delivered to postal clerk as well as to asked the clerk to post mark document to assure that CENLAR gets my payment(s) to the address on payment stubs. I have faxed pertainent information to CENLAR about the payment for Jan. which was lost in the mail or either they received it and refuse to ackowledge they have it. as to the Febuary payment I hand delivered and saw the postal attendent stamp a post mark date on it. Then call to see if payment was received for Feb. and the check no. 180 has not been clear as of yet, and CENLAR have yet to resolve or call me. They now have sent me a default letter threaten default on my
mortage.

This company and only this company in our new addition, Villages of Woodlake in Little Elm, TX completely miss calculated our escrow accounts. They did not calculate them at all in fact as set forth under RESPA law. They merely used the previous years figures as guidlines which they can only do if they do not have anything else to go by, and they did have the appropriate bills from the county, and refunded money, dropped mortgage payments, and caused the escrow accounts to be so short and such a large deficiency that the house payments were without warning at all put up over $400.00 dollars per month. They told us the estimated wrong, but we must pay this back in 1 year or go into default on the account. I have spoken to many people in my neighborhood, and ONLY those people who had there loans serviced by Cenlar were affected. All other homeowners escrows were correct. Please help. This can not possibly be legitimate, or acceptable practice, and why shouyld we be liable for there failure to calculate correctly. Chase who under wrote the loan state they have no control over this, and also state we will default on the loan if we do not keep the additional payments up.
