I knew prior to using my line of credit exactly what the terms and costs would be. Short term use is what this line of credit is good for. A good, outrageously expensive service, that must be used very carefully. I would use it more if the interest rate was lower but it does give me a sense of security knowing it is there and available.

I was surprised that my payments are so high and guess I wasn't paying attention to the detail. I will pay this loan off as scheduled and thanks for the loan. Process was relatively easy. Quick response. The only thing that I think needs improved is, need to give monthly payments for the loan requested. Other than that it's pretty good. Definitely need to show payments, to help customers decide if it good for them or not.

I've used Cash Net USA in the past and I called them on September 19, 2025 to have them delete all of my personal information out of their system. They claimed because of Federal Regulations, they can't. I've had issues in the past with my personal information being compromised & I don't want my information just sitting there. So I said "Let me review my account and update some of my information." When I went to the employment information, it had my old company information, but with an expected paycheck pay date for September 24, 2025 of this year. How am I going to get a paycheck on 9/24/2025, If I'm not currently working? That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about. People know how to use other people's personal information, but yet they can't delete my information because I'm not going to use them anymore.

It literally takes only seconds to request funds. The response time is without delay. Seeing how quickly the whole process works start to finish is incredible! Even the bank seems to respond effortlessly when posting your deposit. I used to fret over the time it took, but they're right on the ball and again I am amazed.

Stay away from this place... I took out a line of credit when I shouldn't have... My score was low 700 hundreds and didn't need it... but they're pushy to get a line of credit... A life event happened and I had a mild heart attack and was in the hospital for awhile... while missing work and not getting paid I had to use my credit cards for my prescriptions and other needs.. Now I'm back to work and starting to get on my feet again. The other five creditors (5 credit card accounts) have all stopped with fees and have worked with me and now my balances are getting paid down and will all be paid off within a month or two...

I never have had a problem with them and I always get what I am asking for! They are a joy to have as a financial company to borrow from! Everyone is very concerned and works out your problems! Be very careful when using Cash Net USA. I put my checking account info and did they not only withdraw money from my checking account they withdrew a second amount from my Savings account. I never put my savings account info when I applied for this loan. So please, if at any point you need decide on a loan Go with Credit Ninja or Ace Cash America. I highly recommend these loan places. I use Cashnet to avoid overdrafts when things are bad. They essentially charge $15 per $100 for cash advance directly to my checking account. That ends up being cheaper than what the bank charges for overdrafts - sometimes by a long shot. I pay my loan back before any interest accrues. They are reliable and always there, in a pinch. The interest rate is killer, of course, if you don't pay it back right away, so I avoid that. But for those of us who live payday to payday, this ability to avoid overdraft is a great emergency backup.

I pay $900 a month on a $3k "line of credit" which reduces the principal by ~$200 per month. The interest is very high. I do plan on getting the money together to close out this account and will never use this service again. The website is well built, requesting money is fast & easy but all this comes at an exhortation rate.

I had a bad experience with CS at the beginning of this process. Wasn’t happy with how the CSR handled our situation. I finally received information via mail letting me know what caused the process to slow. I was able to complete it online. I’ll always bypass CS unless I need to contact them. Everything finally got done once spoke to a real person and not a machine computer. Only took 4 days to get bank information to receive loan. This process could use improvement. Must have humans in the equation 'cause computers can't make decisions by them self. They have to be told what to do.

I applied for a loan on 03/10/2025. I received the approval email and how much I could take out. I put in for half of my credit limit and I received the email saying it was approved. The funds were supposed to be in my bank today but they were not. Then I went to my account and attempted to log in and I could not. I tried to reset my password and it would never send me the email to reset it. Then I called them and the rep proceeds to tell me that I have a decline status on my account. So you send me emails that I am approved then you just decline me. What a hoax, be very careful with this company. Go somewhere else if possible.
