I was pleased with the process except for the wait. I wasn’t sure I had been approved until I checked my email and found out the next day after applying I had been approved. Then it only took about 8 more hours from when I read that email until I received the deposit into my bank account.

The fact that I can take out a loan within my credit line without too much or too little helps tremendously. Customer service is very helpful if I have any questions or make any error within a set time. I may have to wait a bit for funds till after a certain time, but for me, that's discipline that I need. As soon as I was able to blow up the wording on a bigger computer I seen that I couldn't afford this loan and I returned 700 dollars all in one payment. I did not keep the loan for the length of the terms. I paid as much as I could afford And I'm altogether I at least paid back what I borrowed. Being sued over old medical bills. Now the people at CashNet who initially borrowed me less than a $1000 are claiming I owe them over $2000 even though they got 1000 back immediately within. Two months not 12 that the loan was for. Be cautious when signing a contract via cellphone. You really don't get the opportunity to read the terms. They was really pushy about hurry sign this initial here. I couldn't initially read anything past the first signature.

I’m annoyed, I've paid off 3 loans with them on time and they’re still charging a high interest rate and cab fee! That’s ridiculous and a rip off, I feel I’ve proven myself at least that me as a loyal customer. Most loan companies will start lowering the interest rate for you when they see you’ve proven you can pay back but not them they do not take into consideration loyalty so.

I literally have a Chime, Sofi, Capital One, Kickoff, Credit Karma, Go2bank and Acorn. ALL in good standing. ALL WITH POSITIVE BALANCES but CashNetUSA will not deposit my loan in ANY OF THEM! I have had some of these accounts for 7 +YEARS. I used these to fix my credit & never had a need to go anywhere else. IT'S HONESTLY probably for the best because of the interest rates anyway.

This service provides quick access to cash with a higher interest because it's intended to be short-term not too much unlike a payday loan and it shouldn't be used for long-term or it will be difficult to get paid down due to the interest. But this is exactly what I wanted. Access to Quick Cash for short-term use when I have a paycheck coming and I just can't cover something. It prevents me from getting an NSF fee not being able to pay a bill that comes through and then I can pay it off on payday so I don't end up with high interest to pay. I'm very satisfied with the product. The deduction of one star is only because the interest rate is so high but it's expected for this type of loan.

Cindy was awesome. He was very patient and polite and knowledgeable, and during the process of getting me set up and all of the info, we happen to have had the same thing the thing in common, which was a parakeet in cockatiel birds, so it’s actually a very pleasant and easy process.

This was great except for the goods-only credit offer nearly shoved down my throat! The menus were easy to follow and approvals were quick. The actual TRANSFER of funds was amazing too! Same-day to USAA, anyway. It helped me pay some surprise bills and relieve that burden! It should be relatively easy to pay this off over a short period of time, I hope.

The mobile website was very easy to use to apply for a loan. I could select the amount I wanted to borrow and repayment terms that worked best for me. I received an approval email in a couple of hours and the entire amount was deposited the next day. I would absolutely use CashnetUSA again if I run into another emergency and need funds quickly. The interest rates are extremely high but there's no penalty for paying the loan off early, which I plan on doing.

Very easy process and open and transparent. I really appreciate the option to do it all by online accessibility. Less hassle and quick funds. It was good to be able to peruse the entire contract without someone breathing down your neck. I will definitely share this experience with someone else. I didn’t get an option for the amount and that would have been a good option, too. For example if the max was $1500 there should be an option to take what you’re comfortable without to the $1500. This is always nice and will lend itself to even more customers who aren’t locked into a specific amount and feel they have options when needing to resort to such a loan.
