Ok....Agent that helped me had the wrong account number. Now I have to go through this and that! I did get frustrated doing the application on the phone! She should have repeated my account and routing number to me!

I am very happy with CashNet so far. The application process is very easy and I think trustworthy. I got approved for a line of credit when many creditors would have turned me away. So yes I am very happy.

I have been a big supporter of CashNetUSA. I have been using CashNetUSA for many years now. They make life unexpected chaos easier to deal with when you don’t know where to turn. I have had breakdowns of home appliances like my washer/dryer or the time when my A/C goes on vacation in the middle of summer leaving my home unbearable. I made a mistake in my bank account number. It took a long time and a lot of calls between you and my bank to correct. Way too much work correcting it. It was my fault. Anyway it did get fixed. It took phone calls to my bank and to Cashnet USA. Also had to do printouts and email them. Once the correct number was sent by email it went through.

Was not aware of the high payments. Thanks for the assistance but if I could afford those high payments I would not have needed the money. Wished I could get payments at an affordable amount that is manageable without extra stress.

The only thing that I would say, is that as a regular customer in what I would consider good standing, would start to earn a lower interest rate over time, however I do understand that this should be a short time loan, and I did accept the agreement. I do wish they would report to credit agencies, on time payments and early payoff should be rewarded in some way, like an improved credit score. I will never use Cash net USA 🇺🇸 ever again. Don’t get me wrong. They will give you a loan but they don’t tell you how much you have to pay back and your monthly payments until you sign a agreement. It’s ridiculous. Borrow 2,000 and have to pay almost four thousand dollars more than you borrowed and I didn’t even have mine a whole month and they charge me 300.00 for interest. They told me that they add daily interest. Like I said never again and oh I seen where they were being sued.

While receiving my loan was fast and easy, when trying to pay off loan. I discovered they charge/post interest MINUTE-BY-MINUTE, not daily or monthly. On March 23, at 7:05, my loan total was $940.22; 10 minutes later, at 7:15, total was $946.29, thus explaining why debt accumulation is so high.

Well, my roommate and I have been struggling since August of 2025. He lost his job and has not been able to find work. They are great when you are in a bind but the interest is crazy high. I paid back 369.50 and only got a 105 dollar credit limit back and that was to pay off the whole first part of the loan. In all I owe 2700 something I believe and my limit was 2300.

The whole experience was good. The turnaround time was good, no problem. The only downside was that I can not get to where I needed to change my password to login. I reset my password and waiting for a password reset to my email which it never came. I would like to login from time to time. And pay extra towards the balance if all possible. Other than that, the whole experience was good.

Fast service. Very reliable. The soliciting calls are a bit much, I could understand the calls if I was behind on payment or something but the continuous calls and not leaving a voicemail to say why you are calling is a bit unnerving.

The outrageous interest for $300.00!! Like what??...I wished I would've have paid attention to the loan requirements before accepting the payment!! I thank you for the service that you offer however when you're charging 300% interest. I think that's taking advantage of people who are facing hardship. You shouldn't charge that much because it's greedy. Also the people I've talked to on the phone have all been very helpful and kind.
