It was fast and easy so that's why I like getting a loan from them. I definitely will recommend. I think I have talked to one operator and they were very nice. What else can I say. They go out of way to to really make the process easier and less stressful.

Applying was simple. Understanding it all after applying was the confusing part. It said I was approved for the amount and then took me to the website. The website shows approved amount but there wasn't any payment plans or options and said my total due was zero. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going on and couldn't. When the deposit was done the next day I went back to the website and all the information on payments was there. I think something about pending payment plan message should have been there or something cause I didn't know it was coming.

I read mixed reviews but I tried this anyhow. We will see how it is once I begin making payments. What I do not like is the lack of full disclosure. I was told 3 payments when in fact it was 4. Be truthful in disclosing the repayment plan. Once I’m into this more I will report back. Is the interest high and crazy? Yes. But if you can’t get a loan otherwise, it’s a saving grace. I do feel reporting to a credit bureau on time payments would help the consumer but it probably isn’t done because of the money that is made on an over 300% interest rate. The service agents I have spoken with have been nice so far.

I wasn’t understanding fully of this company’s repayment plan in the beginning or I would’ve not applied. This has placed me into a terrible position in life-rendering me almost homeless. I think, them being professionals, should have known better than to approve me, them knowing my income. Been doing business with Cashnet a little over 3.5 years now. They've always come through even when our bank of 30+ years didn't. Using the funds to help take care of housing, food, and personal needs of a relative with cancer requires having extra money. Although the only con would be the high-interest rate charges for repayment. We struggled slightly sometimes on that end but eventually made it through. I had a decent experience. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't give you a month before starting repayment. I think you need a month to get yourself together before worrying about how to start repaying in 2 weeks. Also, I'm assuming the first payment is prorated because it is less than the second payment.

I’m mistakenly signed up for a loan with 290% interest and according to the contract if you ask in writing before 5 o’clock the next day, they will rescind the loan and you will not be responsible for it so after considering what I had signed up for I decided I did not want to be on the hook for that so I asked them to rescind it which they did and I have had no problems. I knew prior to using my line of credit exactly what the terms and costs would be. Short term use is what this line of credit is good for. A good, outrageously expensive service, that must be used very carefully. I would use it more if the interest rate was lower but it does give me a sense of security knowing it is there and available.

I've used Cash Net USA in the past and I called them on September 19, 2025 to have them delete all of my personal information out of their system. They claimed because of Federal Regulations, they can't. I've had issues in the past with my personal information being compromised & I don't want my information just sitting there. So I said "Let me review my account and update some of my information." When I went to the employment information, it had my old company information, but with an expected paycheck pay date for September 24, 2025 of this year. Stay away from this place... I took out a line of credit when I shouldn't have... My score was low 700 hundreds and didn't need it... but they're pushy to get a line of credit... A life event happened and I had a mild heart attack and was in the hospital for awhile... while missing work and not getting paid I had to use my credit cards for my prescriptions and other needs.. Now I'm back to work and starting to get on my feet again. The other five creditors (5 credit card accounts) have all stopped with fees and have worked with me and now my balances are getting paid down and will all be paid off within a month or two...
