I am surprised at how simple and fast the process was! Applied for a line of credit in the afternoon and the funds were available the next morning! I feel more comfortable knowing that there’s money available in case of emergency now!

It took less than 10 minutes to setup the money I requested. Verified banking information. Setup payment plan as before, by weekly beginning May 15, 2026 and every two weeks after. Very simple and pleased with the employee who waited on me. Great service, absolutely fantastic

I made a mistake in my bank account number. It took a long time and a lot of calls between you and my bank to correct. Way too much work correcting it. It was my fault. Anyway it did get fixed. It took phone calls to my bank and to Cashnet USA. Also had to do printouts and email them. Once the correct number was sent by email it went through.

Was not aware of the high payments. Thanks for the assistance but if I could afford those high payments I would not have needed the money. Wished I could get payments at an affordable amount that is manageable without extra stress.

Quick and easy. Funding was next day. But only take this loan if there is nowhere else to turn to. The fees are a killer and the interest rate is nothing to smile about. I haven’t used customer service yet but they do send you email to see if everything was good.

Cashnet USA is quick and easy, money in my account the same day just as stated. I can always count on them when I'm short a little money or an emergency arises, Cash net USA is there. The only thing that I would say, is that as a regular customer in what I would consider good standing, would start to earn a lower interest rate over time, however I do understand that this should be a short time loan, and I did accept the agreement. I also love that I just log in, tell them what I want and that's it. I do wish they would report to credit agencies, on time payments and early payoff should be rewarded in some way, like an improved credit score. Overall, I am very happy with Cash net USA and I believe that I will continue to use this service whenever I need a little bit to get through.

Victoria is absolutely the best customer service representative in every single regard if her quality control scores or anything less than 100 across the board then somebody needs to be reevaluated in quality control and if it's AI then they really need to be reevaluated. I will never use Cash net USA 🇺🇸 ever again. Don’t get me wrong. They will give you a loan but they don’t tell you how much you have to pay back and your monthly payments until you sign a agreement. It’s ridiculous. Borrow 2,000 and have to pay almost four thousand dollars more than you borrowed and I didn’t even have mine a whole month and they charge me 300.00 for interest. They told me that they add daily interest. Like I said never again and oh I seen where they were being sued.
