The process was very simple and efficient but the interest rate is appalling! Desperation is what leads people to this type of loan and it may be instant gratification. It comes at a very high cost. I would like to see a law passed about these high interest rates.

The app I used asked to link to Veriff (their validation/identification verification link). Tried 6 times and always wound up in some chat screen that I could not get out of. There were no instructions. I finally wrote an email to their support team and received several replies telling me to do what I had been doing. The third response had a link in that email which I tried and it got finally verified. Spoke with a customer support person on Saturday after trying several options. The support person basically said I had to wait for an email from a counselor who was working on the account. Monday I received a phone call telling me they were waiting on my verification. Upon discussion she found my verification in her system and approved the funds. Poorly linked systems I’d say.

Process was fast and simple. But the intrest rate is really, really horrible. Pay attention to it. I will pay this loan off fast and won't be returning. They don't mind loaning money when they take advantage of desperate people and put over 200% interest on you. My interest is more than the loan amount!

Although the deposit comes in the same day it never hits until evening or late afternoon. I wish it would come while I’m out at work so I can do what I need to on my lunch break. Once I get home I don’t want to go back outside.
