The APR on a $2,000.00 loan is 299%, yes, two hundred ninety nine percent!!! They make it almost impossible to pay off the loan. I used to get a $500.00 cash advance and pay $570.00 at the end of the month, but then, after being a "valued customer" for so many years, they raised the loan amount and the APR as well. So much for being a valued customer! I will NEVER get a loan from them again. Don't waste your time in applying for a loan with these guys. They will rip you off for as long as they can.

When taking out a installment loan at cashnetusa make sure you read about their interest rates first. Very important! I took a loan out for $1450, in two months time in was charged $619.95 already in interest and that's on top of a $ 260 transaction fee just to get the loan. I paid it off in 2 months and with all of the fees, interest the total payoff was $2330. A two month loan cost me almost $1000! My bank paid it off for me. I had two years to pay their loan with total interest fees of $200. Now how desperate are you really?

Well let me say I am really regret taking money from this company. True they helped me out of a financial bind but the payback on this credit line puts in a worst financial mess than before. I specifically asked the CSR what my payback would be before taking this money. He kind of kept dancing around the question. I borrowed $200.00 and have to make a payment of $100.00 each pay period. If you don't make that much it will through you in a bad financial mess. The way the contract is written makes it sound much different. This month all my bills will be behind and no Thanksgiving dinner due to CashNet... Thanks so much.

I think this CashNet USA are a great help for families living pay check to pay check. The fees are reasonable and the promo emails help a lot! I applied for a loan with CashNetUSA and was told that I have to pay $200 deposit for the loan. Didn't think twice about it because they have a great review with the BBB. After that I was told that I had to pay an additional $450 to receive my funds. I told them to cancel my loan. They never told me about a cancellation fee and said I should receive my $200 within the next 2 days. Still have not received my money back and it's been 3 weeks. I need that money. If I didn't I wouldn't be so mad. Cashnetusa takes advantage of the working people in making them believe they are approved for a loan when they're not. It's a scam.

Honestly I've been with CashNet for about 1 1/2yrs. Yes they were there when I needed the funds the most. Guess what? I am still paying them back from the first loan back in 2015. SMDH. Interest rates super high. I recently contacted them about my pay schedule. I notice they were taking out the payments too early. Which wasn't their fault at first. I just needed to update them with my new job information. Which I did. They canceled the payment broke it up over 4 payments. Moving forward they still took out the funds on the wrong day. Now my account is overdrawn. And they tell me it doesn't come in effect until 2-3 check cycles like WTF. I HAVE TO CALL THEM before each payment to get them to stop it and correct the dates. Such a Hassle. My advice to you do not accept a loan from them unless you can pay off on the next check. Interest rate should be illegal.

After using them several years, now they want to turn it into a scam artist job it seems. The customer service people were rude and had no intention of helping resolve the issue they caused. The issue was payment options only, and it would not had been any different than when we used them before. However due to their customer service we never will again.

I paid my account off and $77.40 was withdrawn from my account on 9/6/17. It was explained by customer service (cs) that when the account was paid off the automatic withdrawal due date was approaching therefore, the $77.40 was withdrawn. Ok, understandable. Well, I waited on the line for approximately 10 min while the cs rep processed the return of my $77.40. When she returned she assured me that I would receive my money within 3-5 days. She also stated while I was on hold that she had to get the approval by a supervisor to approve the transaction.

I had no problems with CashNetUSA, until recently I called to have a payment postponed. I was able to get the payment postponed, however they failed to tell me that they was gonna take two payments the following pay period. I told them I was never told that there would be two payments coming out. I was told the managers would review the call, and if it was never mentioned I would get the payment back along with the NSF fee that the bank charged me. Wouldn't you know supposedly I was informed (Never happened). This has caused a domino effect to my account. Meanwhile I'm not eligible to postponed another payment. I received an email the day of, that I was being charged two payments. At this point I want to pay them, and be done with them. This place is a scam to keep poor people poor.

I even had to borrow the money to do this and my friend put it on his credit card. Now, 4 years later, they claim I never paid it, so they sold the debt to a debt collector who they claim called me numerous times... they did not!!! Now will they even talk to me... as they keep saying I have to call the debt collector who I did call. But since I paid company, they say I to call the company!!
