CASHNETUSA is a complete rip-off. I have probably paid $8000 for a 1600 dollar loan over the last 2 years. This month I have paid $470 on a 1200 dollar loan (same loan). The payment is going up instead of down, they refuse to close the loan and give me a flat monthly payment that I can afford. I promise you if you do business with them you'll be sorry unless you pay it back the next day. They are legal loan sharks, they double talk you on the phone, they are evasive about answering questions, they won't let you pay on their website if you want to pay extra, hold time on the phone is 45 min. Please do not use these people and please pay no attention to the glowing reviews here because these are paid employees writing them.

Why do I have to pay a $100 in interest on a $300 loan. Something doesn't add up. You are telling me keeping the loan out for 1 months and 2 weeks, I have to be fine a penalty. I am a struggling self-employed worker/student. I do not have time for this stupidity. I already paid $99, now I have to pay $299 more. WHAT THE HELL!! I cannot pay it off until the 28th of Aug... REGRET DECISION!! They are making credit cards look really good right now. At least those are around $35 a month. I just feel used. They pretend to help but in reality, they do not give a damn about your situation. I thought Speedy cash was the worst. They will NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS. You better pay it off in a week if you know what's good for you!!!

Signed up for an account over a year ago, went through the process to regain access to update my information. Upon logging in it automatically ran another loan application without notice, confirmation or authorization. Using extremely invalid, outdated and inaccurate information I was clearly declined, to update my information it says to call them, I called as soon as they opened only hours after logging in for the first time in years.

About 5 months ago I borrowed a Payday Loan from CNUSA. I had repeated the Payday Loan for that stretch and applied for it a 6th time. When I tried to apply for the loan the 6th time my amount showed I could borrow $150. I had set my budget to continue to borrow the Payday Loan but the $150 wasn't enough for me to get by. I called and talked to one of their associates and specifically asked about the Line of Credit and to quote the associates, "there's no difference in the two loans." I thought the Payday Loan was reasonable so at the word of the associate I took out the Line of Credit Loan.

When I applied for the 450.00 all I was required to give them was proof of income, name and address, the person I spoke to never told me what the interest was (stupid me I didn't ask). Since December 2017 I have paid my payments on time, I checked my bank account online and I calculated all my payments only 2 was under 100,00 for 7 months. I have paid 819.00 for a 450.00 loan and I was never late. I was horrified when I added all my payments.

I took out a loan in June of this year (2018) for $3,200 which made my payments $195 every two weeks for two years. I went logged in yesterday morning to schedule a payoff of my loan for that morning. My account identified the payoff information and I clicked it. Little did I know that the payoff amount was not the correct amount because it did not include a scheduled amount due the next day. I was notified by customer service (when I contacted them today after over $3,100 has been withdrawn from my account plus the $195 payment) that I was supposed to call before 5:00 p.m. to let them know that my account was being paid off for them to stop a scheduled payment. Nowhere in the FAQs under how to pay my loan does it state that I need to call to tell them that I made my final payment.

I paid my balance in full and the following day, an additional $5 and some odd cents accrued. I paid over $800 back and still get charged interest when I dont even have a balance anymore. Rather annoying. I took out a personal loan to repay them, because $1,000 with a one time monthly payment of $67 is much better than borrowing $600 and struggling to pay $90 every two weeks only paying interest. If I get charged more fees after today, I'll be closing my account indefinitely. Hope this helps someone.

I had a great experience. It was quick and simple, gave them the necessary documents and once approved received the loan within 24 hours. May take longer depending on your bank. The interest was a little high but I have seen worse and if you pay it off sooner or pay little more than minimum the interest won't be so high. As long as you continue to pay on time you can even request more if need be as long as you still have credit. I would recommend this company to a friend.

In the beginning it was great. But now customer service lacks all online procedures suck. I've never missed a payment and I tried to refinance online and via telephone, neither went through although I was told by a male rep that it did and funds would be in my account the next day and the funds wasn't there. I called again to get everything figured out and asked to speak with a manager and a female rep left me on hold for approximately 20 minutes. I then was emailed a promotional code that apparently I couldn't use towards my loan. I was chatting with a female rep and requested to speak with a manager via telephone and still I haven't received a call. I will not be recommending CashNetUSA to anyone I know and I will be paying off my loan and just be done with them completely.

They put money in your account like you’re getting it then they take it out. Put your account in the negative. I lost 508.00 in negative. They rip you off. Fake accounts in Jamaica under kindling name. Don't even bother with them.

Poor customer service and online service. I was trying to apply for loan and the online system wouldn’t allow me to update driver's license expiration date and correct address and employment and bank information that was completely wrong. The system just gave me an error message 3 times. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes for an agent to try and help me and she told me she could not correct my information and just said, "Denied," and I already knew that from online denial. The online profile showed a company I never worked for and DL expiration, bank, address and employer was completely wrong. I have been with same employer and living at same address for about 3 years. This is 1 of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

CashNetUSA advertises promo codes to attract business. Its online application asks for a promo code but does not acknowledge discounted finances at time of request and operates under assumption that the discount will be deducted at time of pay date. My account was debited for the full amount and did not include the promo code discount. I called customer service requesting the discount be refunded and was declined and treated rudely. I asked for a supervisor and had to wait twenty minutes until "Henry" came on the line and acknowledged that I was a good customer but he couldn't help me.

I don’t know how these people get past the government. This is the biggest con job I have ever encountered. I got a loan for 650.00. Payment came due and they took 115.00 out of my account but it didn’t bring the amount owed down only increased. I checked it every day only to find the amount was increasing on a daily basis. I probably owe them over a 1000.00. I contacted Consumer Affairs in my state and was told an investigator was being assigned to investigate. I doubt that this is true. They constantly harass via email because I changed my phone number. Tennessee State Government will not do anything about them ripping people off.

I have been having issues for weeks on the website with getting error messages on everything I click. I used the chat feature and talked to Samantha, we went over my plan and she was able to extended my payments out for me. I was not able to accept the terms as I was getting error messages and she was kind enough to do it for me. She was extremely helpful! She needs a raise.

I have been using CashNetUSA when I needed the emergency money, I was able to get the loan with the discount applied. Given the history, I always applied the discount when I submit a request. However, this one time, I found that the discount was not applied - so I called the customer service and was advised that it would be updated. I did not know if the discount was applied, so I called again and the customer service advised it was being updated. I emailed the day before the loan was due since I did not see the discount applied on it per the reminder email.

This company called me telling me I had a past due loan in collections owed to them, they didn't provide accurate information when I started to question them. I never had a loan with them, and now they are calling me and harassing me and my family and friends stating they will press criminal charges against me.

I have been looking for a small loan for a month or so now and when CashNetUSA approved me for 5 times what I had applied for, I was ecstatic because I could also pay off something that was hanging over my head. When I spoke to James or Martin (I talked to both) I was told they didn’t work with my bank!!! The only option was for them to collect $145.00 from me to pay for a MoneyGram. Once they received the money from me, they would send my loan money by MoneyGram. Sounds like a SCAM to me... I’m 65 years old and on Social Security!!! Needless to say, I didn’t get my loan and then I had to block their phone number on my phone as they called incessantly! I then received an email asking me to unblock the phone number! These people have BIG BRASS ONES!!!

If CashNetUSA has an application on you over 5 years ago they can't do a new application if you're declined. This is over 5 years ago! This company is not worth my business, they don't deserve anyone's business for that matter. If you apply and get declined then you can not APPLY AGAIN! They literally will not take another application for you ever! They should tell people that! But I hope this review helps people!

He offered me 3000 and first I had to receive 1000 and return it back to him then he wanted my customer service password with Wells Fargo. My bank would not provide it because of fraud problems in the past. I have never been through a more disappointing process. I have spent more than 3 days going through this and because I can't go to my brother's funeral or pay off some debt.

After getting a SALES person within a few seconds of calling, they put me on HOLD 15 minutes, I called back. On HOLD AGAIN for 12 and I hung up AGAIN... (They put you on hold in hopes you hang up and don't pay them)... They told me that I CAN'T choose where my payment goes and if I pay, it will ALL go towards the payment that ISN'T for another 9 days. I said I WANT TO PAY and put it towards PRINCIPAL ONLY and still make my April 6 payment as SCHEDULED. **.

CashNetUSA seem to be extremely helpful when I needed help out of a jam for a payday loan. The money was very easy to apply for and get approved for. However when I went to pay it off early oh, I called to get the payoff amount and was told how much it was and I set up a payment for the payoff amount online. Now a month later they have deducted almost the full amount again and when I called them they stated that I hit the refinance button when I made that payment and that I simply made a larger payment and refinanced my entire loan! How can that be! I tried talking with the manager and I got absolutely nowhere. I understand that they have high rates and interest but how I could pay almost $2,500 yes, in two months for an $850 loan I will never understand!!! I am now seeking an attorney! Beware of their practices! This is predatory lending if ever there was!

I spoke with a rep through live chat about my payment and the rep was very helpful and the problem was solved in a very timely manner, I would definitely recommend CashNetUSA to family and friends. I was set up on a payment plan so I would have no problems with my bank account.

I was in the process of applying for a Flex loan this morning and I was a bit confused about the loan amount and repayment options. I utilized the live chat option and was connected with Tamara. She was very professional and patient. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and waited while I finished the online application and verification. These people are crooks. You make a payment that is twice as much interest as principal. It is a debt trap. When you talk to them as I did about how you can’t afford it they tell you too bad. Never ever use this company. They are crooks who prey on hardworking people who needed help. I will never use them again.

Borrowed from this company was told the payment was x amount monthly but then they start saying twice a month the amount would be taken out. Called. Talked to so many people for so long and got nothing but a run around so called today to pay off the loan doing a loan transfer with Bank of America. Getting all the information from CashNet was like pulling teeth. Had them on one line Bank of America on the other. Bank of America is finding CashNet information before CashNet is giving it to us. Bank of America is awesome. Says no problem. Their money is on the way to CashNet. All this time we are either on hold or bouncing from person to person. Finally we get them to stay on the line and tell them the payoff is on the way and then they say they don't accept loan transfers from the bank.

They do not give you the interest rate until after they fund the loan. I asked them how much I owed on the loan. They said $934. After I made the payment they changed the amount to an additional $675. I asked, “Are these calls being taped.” They said, “Yes.” I said, “I asked you how much I owe why did you not give me the full amount.” Never use this loan.

I was needing to get cash to help with bills so I decided to give these guys a try since they bugged me with emails all the time stating that I was approved for $2,000. BIG MISTAKE!! The money came into the account easy but payments were never the same. I installed the app so that I could see what the payments were going to be and they would change. I could look Monday and it would say 250 due on the 15th and look again Wednesday and it would state 350 due on the 15th. Once they took money from my account on a day that was not suppose to be a payment day and made my account overdraw. I would call them with the problem and they would finally answer the phone after 30 minutes to tell me of all the paperwork I would have to do and wait 24 to 48 hours for an answer. UGGG I'M DONE WITH Y'ALL CASHNETWORKUSA!!!

My money paid in full!!! The customer service person forgot to close out the paperwork. So, CashNetUSA took money out of my account... They recognized the mistake but want me to go back and forth to my bank and send paperwork to prove they took money out??? It's been a month, CashNet still want me to get this paper and that paperwork... I'm not the one who made the mistake, CashNet did... The managers that I speak with aren't any help. I'm just done with this high financed company. I finally disputed the money using my bank. MY ADVICE. RUN FROM CASHNET. THEY AIN'T RIGHT!!??

The loan is crazy, easy to get, and should be a security concern. Basically a name, social and address and boom! Where would you like your money deposited? My first loan with them was an installment loan for $700. I have no issue paying back money. I paid that off. No issue. Next time I got paid. I took another loan not too long after for $500. My hours were cut but I figured everything was all ok because it too should be an installment loan like last time. WRONG! It changed to a Payday advance at their own leisure that needed to be paid next check. So I borrowed a lump of money from a friend to pay the principal and whatever interest was on it. Logged in the day before a payment was due for $84.24 and paid $530 which is what it said was due as a whole.

CashNetUSA is a total rip off!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! In December I looked into getting a loan through them & when I saw that their interest rate was over 200% I decided not to go through with the loan. However, unfortunately somehow the loan still went through & toward the end of December they deposited $600 into my account. I didn’t realize this until January when I received an email from them stating that my payment was due! Right away I contacted them saying that there must have been a mistake & the employee that I talked to acted like I was lying. I then went to my credit union to see if they could help me & of course they did!! After getting a loan through my credit union to pay off CashNet, I contacted CashNet to get a payoff & to pay the loan off in full. I was shocked & when the employee with CashNet told me that within a month’s time my total payoff was now over $800!!

I had run into a setback and couldn’t make a full payment but I talked to Samantha and she helped make a payment plan that really helped and she was really nice! I will always recommend CashNetUSA. The service is always great!

DO NOT borrow from this company. You are only digging yourself a bigger hole. It sounds like an answered prayer but it’s NOT. I borrowed $1,000, average payment $350 a month. After paying $795.90 my balance is still $1044.00!

I wish I never applied for this loan. Very high interest rates and when you pay early it seems like you're never getting the balance down. Such a rip off... This is a way to keep us in debt. I had recently called up Cashnet USA to make a payment and reborrow the money because I hadn't earned quite enough to pay it off. In order to reborrow the money quickly, I had been told that I can make a payment early by debit to be able to borrow the next day. I verified with the customer service rep that this was policy and they assured me they were performing the process correctly as they were doing it. I find out the next day that they had just let the regular charge go through which requires two business days to clear, which is made worse because of the bank holiday over New Year's, the funds will not go through for nearly a week when I needed the money today.
