CashNetUSA is a scam!!! They make the loan application process very quick and easy but tell you absolutely nothing about what the loan amount and interest rate. I was approved for $3,000 that I didn't request with an annual percentage interest rate of 169%. I got paid on a bi-weekly basis and they would automatically deduct $222.88 out of each paycheck. By my fifth payment, only $0.70 of that payment would be applied to the principal of the loan. The loan was scheduled to be paid in full in April or May of 2020, at which time I would have paid approximately $8,500 for a $3,000 loan. Talk about a scam!!! I am happy to report that I called them and told them that I wanted to pay off this loan and was quoted $3,221. Please don't let this happen to you and your love ones!!!

My dad is an elderly man. He was mislead you to thinking he was taking a 2000 loan and they would take 300.00 until loan was paid. He paid 300.00 first payment, 699.00 second payment, 679.00 3rd payment and 562.00 and somehow still owed 1476.00. He lost his house, his truck all because this company gives a loan at 325 percent interest and makes off you just pay a certain amount until loan is paid. What they fail to tell you is it's impossible to pay off the loan especially on SSD! They never even told us they took the 562 and I paid the remainder of my dad's loan to save him from losing even more. Totally misleading and unacceptable to let people think they're helping when in fact they know there is zero way people can pay their debt pay at that interest rate! I want to know where all this extra money goes since my dad paid over 2000 nd still owed 1476!! I am so upset this is allowed. Please Do NOT use this company!

The process has been very frustrating. I started the process on Wednesday, I complied with everything David told me to do, which involved getting Google Pay cards every day for different aspects for my loan. Each day I was promised the funds would be available that day and each day they were not, and I had to make more trips to the store to purchase more cards. By Saturday there had been so many transactions on my checking account, it is now disabled and I cannot see what transactions have happened. I do not recommend this company. I have made 6 trips to the store in 5 days to comply and still no funds.

So I was emailed saying I had a payment on December 6. That’s wrong because I had updated my pay dates back in November. So I emailed the collections department to inform them of the mistake on December 3. 3 DAYS before my payment. They kept going back and forth with me telling me I needed to give them my pay dates again. And when I told them what the dates were I was told I need to contact them 2 days before the payment was due. Now I contacted 3 DAYS before the payment was due. I called tonight, December 8 after I emailed the information I was told they needed, and was told they wouldn’t accept what I emailed them. When I called, a manager was not present at the time. So I told them to call me back when the manager came in. Now I did not receive a callback. I had to call them back myself. Terrible experience.

I used CashNet many times over a few years with no problem. Then, suddenly, they lost my bank account info and replaced it with another account to fund. The amount came back and I was blamed by the "gentleman" on the phone for their loss of my bank account information they used many, many times to get paid! They kept saying a third party changed it. Did not inspire confidence. Still, needed the car fixed, and sent a photo of voided check. Then, the "genius" on the phone typed the account number in wrong, even after explaining and repeating the number. She was obviously unfamiliar with how checks are laid out and what a routing number was. So the first four of my account number was put as last. I saw this and e-mailed twice. Got an email back saying they just didn't understand.
