I applied for a loan and was approved so I took the money and paid them back on time with no extension and I applied for a new loan and was declined because they couldn't verify my identity (supposedly) but they had no problem verifying it the first time. So they clearly are hiding something and refuse to discuss or explain anything. It's a horrible service cause I talked to at least 7 people, 3 on phone, 4 in their chat service and they refused to give me a straight answer. Avoid at all costs.

Obtained a line of credit. Everything was smooth sailing in all aspects. No time lapse in getting the request done, quick approval within minutes, and to finalize with checking account information provided. Within minutes the monies was sent to the bank and it was in the account the next morning.

Worked with a guy by the name (Kevin **) with an Indian/Hindi/Bangladeshi accent. Dude asked for $120 thru Moneygram saying it's for application fee. Wtf? If that is the case couldn't they have taken it out of my loan. Scam for sure.

Unacceptable customer service. The interest rates are expected to be high and vary for this service. So when my line of credit was automatically increased, I called to ask for an estimate of or instructions on how I could calculate the payment amount if I withdrew money. The rep told me she could not tell me that information. I asked if a supervisor could answer the question. She put me on hold and returned a few minutes later. She said her manager told her to tell me that no one could calculate that information for me, the only way I would know is if I actually withdrew the money. She said only the computer could calculate the payment after the withdrawal was complete. The rep was condescending in her responses and it seemed like she was irritated with me the entire time. I really hope I never have to use this service/line of credit again. They should at least be able to provide an estimate... geez.

Well let's start with the fact that I felt scammed. I was approved for a loan and it says it was sent but my bank has no record of a pending deposit. Usually they will tell me if my check from work is pending to the account. I was told it would be sent to my account by the morning and we are 7 hours in the day and still nothing. Was told 530 and nothing. If it is midnight why was I told that if I was going to receive it 2 days later or if I'll receive it all because I owe 79 dollars next week and still have no records of getting of the funds.

CashNetUSA somehow got a hold of my bank account number, this is not a company I have ever done business with, and FRAUDULENTLY withdrew funds from my account!!!! I never authorized or signed anything for a loan. They are saying I owe around $900 and are sending me extremely threatening emails and saying under such and such law we have the right to have you seized and jailed and place judgment on you and freeze all your accounts.

I borrowed $900 and I have paid back over $600 and it says I still owe over $800. They are crooks! I asked how many payments I have left and they tell me, "We can’t tell you." I don’t know any loan company that can’t say when you will have them paid off.

This company is robbing people. I borrowed $700.00. The initial interest added was $127 making my owed amount $827 which I was fine with. Here I am checking my account finding I have paid back $1,009.58 and still owe $424. They tack on over $100 to each billing cycle in addition to what they added in the beginning regardless if you paid on time, which I have every month. This company is money hungry. So unless you can afford to pay back $2,000 for borrowing $700 I don't recommend them.

Over 200% Interest Is Ridiculous!!! CashNetUSA will loan the money - then charge interest like you would not believe. It’s really too bad. I called and spoke to a Customer Service Representative and she was very kind. I told her my concern and she was wonderful - but had to deliver the bad news that this is just what it costs. I paid in an extra $500 between scheduled payments thinking I was knocking the balance down. Only $50 went to the principal. They took $450 in interest. I let her know I will find a way out of this - and when I do - I’ll never borrow from them again.
