One week ago, CashNet USA gave me a line of credit for $800 dollars. The money was deposited into my bank one or two days after being approved. I paid $730 dollars off that loan the same day. Two days later I logged into my account to find a message stating that my line of credit has been locked. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. I was told that the account was undergoing a review and that this process takes 48 hours. It has now been over a week and my account is still locked. I continue to monitor this account every day. What I have found is that the balance owed keeps increasing by a dollar a day. This has been going on since the account has been locked. This is completely unacceptable. This should be reported as fraud.

Still waiting for an answer hours later for this so called instant decision site. I work for a union making $50 an hour with checks coming and more work booked. But that doesn't seem to be enough to get an "instant decision". Total letdown.

My bank didn't receive because 60 put into account instead of 000000, money was there after this was corrected. My account at the bank, the teller had to get okay from finance dept which took about 30 minutes, money was then placed into right account without having to return it.

Company refuses to update charge method without a bank statement even for a new bank account. Talked to 2 different employees on chat. Requested a manager on the phone and just got put on permahold. Wasted 2 hours of my day.

They say, "Well the information on this loan is there before you make it." Please it's a rip off. Ask them about it first. Read all the fine print.
