I had the pleasure of speaking with a Customer Service Representative, who was able to assist me on the Chat option. He understood what I was trying to do and he helped me fill out the application and I submitted it and was approved for $1,000.00. I was trying to get $2,888.00, but he explained at this time I can only get $1,000. I asked once I pay off this loan can I get another loan. He stated yes I can. He was very helpful.

My overall experience is Very satisfied. The application process was quick & easy. The website was very user-friendly; setting up my account was simple, anyone can do it. 24/7 Customer Service was courteous, professional & knowledgeable. I was approved in a matter of minutes, even though my credit is a little less than average.

I needed small loan for consolidation, they were going to give me 800 loan and I needed to pay them back 5200. I have 700+ credit score, no marks, and no late marks. What a scam to charge so much for so little. 101 a week for 52 weeks to get a 800 loan is WRONG.

Recently, I paid CashNetUSA over $800 on a $2800+ loan. On several occasions before, when I paid my monies, I noticed virtually no movement in my balance. Payments which had been made 5 days before my new statement was posted, but no credit was given before the statement was sent. One week ago, CashNet USA gave me a line of credit for $800 dollars. The money was deposited into my bank one or two days after being approved. I paid $730 dollars off that loan the same day. Two days later I logged into my account to find a message stating that my line of credit has been locked. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. I was told that the account was undergoing a review and that this process takes 48 hours. It has now been over a week and my account is still locked. I continue to monitor this account every day. What I have found is that the balance owed keeps increasing by a dollar a day. This has been going on since the account has been locked. This is completely unacceptable. This should be reported as fraud.

Still waiting for an answer hours later for this so called instant decision site. I work for a union making $50 an hour with checks coming and more work booked. But that doesn't seem to be enough to get an "instant decision". Total letdown.

You have to pay so much per 100 and then like a %299 daily interest rate per some kinda of cycle. They totally rip you off, and then your payments are every 2 weeks which go up every payment. They say, "Well the information on this loan is there before you make it." Please it's a rip off. Ask them about it first. Read all the fine print.
