I was honestly apprehensive about using CashNetUSA for my loan because I always assumed they were a payday loan place. But the rep that helped me explained very clearly that I was not getting a payday loan but a line of credit that I could pay off over time and even early if I wanted with no penalty. I was very appreciative of how helpful and friendly the rep was in walking me through everything I needed to do over the phone. I got my money the next day! It was a great experience and have honestly already suggested CahNetUSA to my friends and coworkers if they need a loan.

I has a loan with CNU. Filed for an extension of my loan but the day before the date of extension I contact CNU in writing as per the contract and told them it was not needed. They withdrew just the extension fee amount which is what I expected since they did not have a chance to change the bank draft amount but I contacted them again just to be sure they received my withdrawal request. On the next business day, I checked my bank and no withdrawal of the additional funds so on the next day I contact them again to ask what was up and they said that I had to pay the extension since I notified them too late.

Efficient. Professional. Quick. Great communication. My first time getting "quick" cash. A very good resource to get funds fast... but pay off quickly so you don't pay too much interest. No penalty to pay off early! The application process was very straightforward without the need to enter in a lot of personal information.

This site is very easy to read and quick to process your loan request. The only thing I've had trouble with is placing a promo code in. It's accept the promo but won't let me complete the application once the promo code has been enter. Instead a message appears saying "cannot complete application". However, I can complete the application if I take off the promo. I think this needs to be fixed. Because I have had two promo... one for 50% off and the other for 25% off offer expires 2020... Rather than that this company is great and gives a reasonable amount to be approved for your loan. I even like the fact that if I cannot pay back in two weeks they can extend for another two weeks for the fee amount up to 4 times.

Very smooth, fast and easy process!! I would recommend to anyone in need of emergency funds and can’t get a traditional loan. I filled out the application online, was approved in minutes and the funds were in my account the next day!!

Please never get a loan with them no matter how desperate you are. Not only did they mess up my account but took $700 out of my account without approval while reviewing my account for errors they made. They will promise call backs that will never happen and pass you off to one rude, incompetent employee after another. You will explain the situation 45 times to only have them look at the notes and still not get it. Worst mistake I've ever made.

Application process was quick and easy. Funding was amazingly quick. I was in a pinch and I was surprised that the funds were available as quick as they were. Not only was it quick but by far on of the easiest loans to get ever!

The process in getting the deposit was fast, the only bad thing was I transposed my checking account number! So when it was direct deposited the ATFCU system didn't recognize the account number and sent the deposit back immediately, I knew this because ATFCU told me what had happened because I called them first thing because after the email confirmation from CashNetUSA. I checked my account and it wasn't there, this was all my fault. What disappointed me was even though ATFCU immediately sent it back early that morning and I called CashNetUSA early that morning to let them know. CashNetUSA wasn't able to help.

I applied for a $2000 credit line loan after reading great reviews to find out that they do not provide you with loan payment amounts upfront. I was told today by Penny that they can only give you & estimate of what your payment will be over the phone. Me thinking that a line of credit meant monthly payments not biweekly. Once payments started $338 came out biweekly. Then I called again to inquire about the payment amount. My credit score was 700 & they only gave me $2000 where I was told I would owe $2470. Then I find out that the payment will be $338, $334, etc. until the bill is $0 which can be 3 or 4 years. This is a Loan SHARK. Run & Never look back.

Payment options and amounts not disclosed at time of loan acceptance. Having to wait 5 days to know how much your payments are makes it hard to stay within budget. They should at least know the minimum requirement. The purpose of the loan is to help you know what you are paying out.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a Customer Service Representative, who was able to assist me on the Chat option. He understood what I was trying to do and he helped me fill out the application and I submitted it and was approved for $1,000.00. I was trying to get $2,888.00, but he explained at this time I can only get $1,000. I asked once I pay off this loan can I get another loan. He stated yes I can. He was very helpful.

I needed small loan for consolidation, they were going to give me 800 loan and I needed to pay them back 5200. I have 700+ credit score, no marks, and no late marks. What a scam to charge so much for so little. 101 a week for 52 weeks to get a 800 loan is WRONG.

Recently, I paid CashNetUSA over $800 on a $2800+ loan. On several occasions before, when I paid my monies, I noticed virtually no movement in my balance. Payments which had been made 5 days before my new statement was posted, but no credit was given before the statement was sent. Therefore I paid interest on money that I should not have paid interest on. This is VERY weird, and I feel like I have been cheated out of my money. This has been going on for a couple of years now. One week ago, CashNet USA gave me a line of credit for $800 dollars. The money was deposited into my bank one or two days after being approved. I paid $730 dollars off that loan the same day. Two days later I logged into my account to find a message stating that my line of credit has been locked. I called customer service and spoke with a representative. I was told that the account was undergoing a review and that this process takes 48 hours. It has now been over a week and my account is still locked. I continue to monitor this account every day. What I have found is that the balance owed keeps increasing by a dollar a day. This has been going on since the account has been locked. This is completely unacceptable. This should be reported as fraud.

Still waiting for an answer hours later for this so called instant decision site. I work for a union making $50 an hour with checks coming and more work booked. But that doesn't seem to be enough to get an "instant decision". Total letdown.

No problem, had no real problems except your input to bank wrong. Thanks, account, but corrected but loan delayed 2 days. My bank didn't receive because 60 put into account instead of 000000, money was there after this was corrected. My account at the bank, the teller had to get okay from finance dept which took about 30 minutes, money was then placed into right account without having to return it.

Company refuses to update charge method without a bank statement even for a new bank account. Talked to 2 different employees on chat. Requested a manager on the phone and just got put on permahold. Wasted 2 hours of my day.
