Easy application process, thorough app with all pertinent information readily available. The flex loan is nice for those of us who pay on time always but just have less than stellar credit - I was very happy with the process and hope it will be a benefit to my credit rating eventually. I applied for a loan and was approved for $1450. I selected that I only wanted to borrow $500. When I went through the process I was approved. The ease and quickness is great the only problem is how your payments that go to principal and to interest aren't consistent. With their installment loans when you make payments it splits your principal and interest payments to keep you paying them more over time. There should be a set amount each payment but it fluctuates. They prey on those who are in a bind and need quick cash. Be aware of their loans. One Main Financial is a better lender and their payments stay consistent between interest and principal so there are no surprises when you get your statements. I will never borrow from a company like this ever again.

Was in a very tight spot, was not sure what else I was going to do but be dealt a very hard blow and put me in a worse situation. CashNetUSA saved me! Yes APR is higher but, they’ll save you when nobody else will!

It took quite a while to get approved but after I did it worked out great and the only thing is getting notifications to let you know could be better and a way to know for sure that the money is on my card would be nice but overall it's not too bad.

Do NOT do business with this company. Every time you call or chat it can take upwards of 4 hours to reach someone. When I began doing business with this company I was told they were available 24/7. This is NOT true!! I was also told I would be able to call in to make my payments because my check doesn't come on a certain day every two weeks. Then I downloaded the app which doesn't work. Every time I login I would get an error and the app would shut down. So when I got online, I noticed they set me up on automatic ACH payments, which I didn't authorize. When I tried calling a week in advance to postpone my payment and see how it could be possible that they were going to automatically take payments from my account without permission, the office was closed. This was on a Tuesday!!! I continuously called from Tuesday until the ACH payment was going to be withdrawn on my account Monday.
