When I spoke to Beyond Finance I told them the two credit cards I had. They said they work with the two banks. After 5 months of paying them, my credit score sinking I was told that they don't recommend working with banks that you are heavily invested with. Well, one of my credit cards is with my bank. It is where I have my accounts, and my mortgage. Therefore, they cannot work with them.

Rich was personable, made things clear and easy to follow. Eased any skepticism I might of had. He listened to my story, and told me a little of his then advised me on my options. That made it feel like I was being helped not sold.

I enrolled four accounts with Beyond Finance, had two suits brought against me, and, after all the fees, ended up paying MORE than the total debt I enrolled. You have to understand that Beyond offers no guarantees, and their success is totally dependent on how fast you can deposit money into their dedicated account and your creditor's willingness to play ball. You might come out ahead, you might not. When it was all said and done, in spite of all their talk about debt reduction, they were quick to let me know that they are NOT a debt reduction company, but a debt resolution company. The devil is in the details.

I have been thinking of using a debt consolidation company for a few months but was worried that I would get pushed into an agreement I didn't understand. Beyond Finance went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about our agreement prior to signing the paperwork. They saved me $800 per month!

Terrance was a pleasure to work with because of his knowledge and demeanor, speaking so clearly with a nice tone. People do not realize that in conversation. He really helped me complete my project. I have been having a hard time keeping up with my payments so I decided to give this option a try. They were understanding of my situation and I did not feel as if I was being looked down on. Thank you for your help.

Bad Company Practices. This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. They use wording to confuse you all the while they DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT contact all of your creditors right away. I paid them on time, and all of my creditors dinged me for non-payment. This company waits to send out any funds and then claims the creditor only wants a minimum amount for months. I paid $595 to Beyond and that amount should have been divided up between all the creditors including their fee. Nope, that's not what happened. I arranged to get them paid off and made all the call to stop the last payment to pay them off. They put me on hold for at least 3 minutes and claimed that the payment was stopped. They DID NOT put any of that in the notes and drew the payment anyway.

First, I would like to highlight the debt consolidation specialist Darrion ** for the great customer service. Was very professional and I totally recommend it to someone looking for a debt settlement company to work on their behalf.

From the moment I first called till completing the process to sign up it was very easy. It was very well explained and a very good choice. I would recommend this to anyone who needs help financially! Thanks!

My experience with Beyond Finance has been the opposite of what they promise. Out of the $3,300 I paid, only about $1,000 actually went to pay off one debt — the rest was kept by the company. On top of that, they claim a 25% fee on total enrolled debt, which was never explained to me during the initial phone call. I was told all fees were included in my bi-monthly payments, but later found out otherwise. When I asked where in the contract this 25% fee was clearly stated, I did not receive a straight answer. Their lack of transparency and the way they withhold client funds feels misleading and unfair. Instead of finding financial relief, I would not recommend Beyond Finance to anyone. Please join me in filing a formal complaint so this company can be held accountable for its practices.

From the beginning of this process, the team was exceptionally helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions with honesty and transparency, making the enrollment process stress-free, even though the idea of debt consolidation was difficult to accept.

I contacted Beyond Finance late in the afternoon on a Saturday because I was strongly considering bankruptcy for my extensive debt I had accumulated. I filled out the Beyond Finance online information and submitted it and within minutes I received a phone call from Nik, a Consolidation Specialist with Accredited Debt Relief / Beyond Finance. The professionalism, patience, understanding and compassion throughout our interaction put me more at ease and was feeling a sense that Debt Resolution was a better route to go that was being offered through their program instead of bankruptcy.

The agent that helped me was very patient and helpful. He explained the process in a way I could understand the plan. I am new to the program but the sign-up process was explained very well. I cannot say how this plan will work out but going forward, I have been told that I will have help all the way through which is important to me.

I received counseling from Accredited Debt Relief from an amazing representative, Sonny, who was more knowledgeable about his company and their systems than most debt relief company personnel. He helped me reason out what the possible outcomes could be doing the Beyond Financial program or other options. He did not hang up on me when I was asking thoughtful questions but continued to calmly instruct and direct me to clear thoughts on the matter. This is the very best and most immediate relief for my situation. So thankful I am not in this alone and Hardship cases like mine do occur. All the direction from Accredited and then the follow up with Christian at Beyond Financial, where they were in agreement and saying the same thing, made this much more peaceful to entreat. I actually got 8 hours sleep, unhindered for the first time in a long while. Today, I have several interviews lined up.

I enrolled with Beyond Finance hoping to repair my credit and responsibly resolve debt. Unfortunately, the program left me worse off. Their fees were much higher than I realized, and the promised debt settlement loan option disappeared without notice. After two years, my FICO score has dropped significantly — nearly 50 points — instead of improving. Communication was also frustrating: different representatives gave conflicting answers, and threads of conversation were repeatedly dropped. Overall, the process was confusing and damaging to my credit. I cannot recommend Beyond Finance to anyone seeking reliable credit help.

I was seriously in debt with about $20,000 and the predators were eating me alive. I was paying $700 out a month in just paying back the interest!!! and not paying off the cards at all! I just couldn't believe it when I finally figured that out. So I researched and found that Beyond Finance was the best. I called and talked to a provider and he found me a deal at $119 twice a week that would be paid off and 48 weeks paying approximately $15,000. It would have been 16 years paying off $700 a month before I finally got rid of my debt and would have given them about $60,000 for themselves! All in all it's a great choice to save you from the stress, and the pain of 36% markup. Thank you so much beyond finance.

Started paying $360 biweekly, $720 a month. That was reasonable at the beginning. Oh but wait EVERYTHING CHANGED. I’m now paying $633 biweekly!!! $1,266 a month!!! Everything sounds positive at the beginning but be ready to start paying more as time goes on, A LOT MORE!! Not what I was expecting and the added stress including being served 4 different times from creditors saying I was being sued!! Which added I had to go to the court office to file paperwork 4 different times and send all the paperwork to Beyond Finance. Well with this happening, then all of a sudden Beyond started negotiating with these creditors that were trying to sue me.

The team has been super helpful at not only providing information but also helping to ease the anxieties that go along with debt and finding a way out. At no point did I feel judged and in-fact walked away feeling very supported.

I was quoted several different payoff amounts. Not happy at all. I feel like I was lied to about the amount of this debt. I don't think I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with them.

Why do you hide the fact that your fees are 25% of the amount a client has to pay the credit card company - yes it's in your 25 page contract - but you're charging almost all the money clients think they are saving - and when I client agrees to a negated amount - you Don't tell them the fees charge - IE you negated a $12,000 bill down to $8K but your fee is $2000 - you're taking advantage of people who are hurting. Shame on you..

I am extremely disappointed in Beyond Finance. I entrusted them with my account back in 2022, with the understanding that they would negotiate and resolve my outstanding debt with Chase Credit Card. Unfortunately, they failed to follow through on their commitment. As a result of their inaction, I am now facing legal proceedings and must fight in court to prevent my paycheck from being garnished. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial hardship—something I had hoped to avoid by working with their program in the first place.

The representative, Steve **, with whom I spoke was extremely helpful with information and patient with my questions and interruptions to clarify what he was explaining. I'm looking forward to a helpful and productive process with Beyond Finance.

Your program is not there to "reduce" people's debt. With all your added fees, you are robbing people of their money. It sure is sad how you operate. I am requesting a refund of my settlement fees. Yes I have cancelled my program, but I am highly dissatisfied and will continue to request my fees be refunded immediately. I will never recommend anyone to your company. You rob people of money when you put on a front that you are going to help people reduce their debt. In a year, You took all these fees, and only paid $650 towards the Capital One account. You say you took a total of $1,049.98 in fees. You are robbing me of my money. I demand a refund.

I never thought I would find myself in this situation, but it has become overwhelming. I researched and found that Beyond Finance was rated a top financial assistance company. From the very start I felt very comfortable talking to Kylie. She has incredible customer service skills. She was very professional, courteous and caring. I now feel better that I made this decision.

I was amazed at how easy it was to set up my program, Robin was super helpful and very sympathetic to my case. She explained everything in terms I could understand. This was such a relief for me and she even celebrated with me at the end with words of encouragement and suggestions.

When I called Beyond finance it was to get a fixed rate loan for my credit card balance. The very persuasive lender told me I didn't qualify for the loan (highly unusual for my credit score). He told me about the debt reduction program. I signed up and he told me he personally used the program to reduce his $75,000 debt and it only took him 3 months for complete resolution. He told me that I would be charged 6.25% over 4 years (total 25%), but that I could pay it off sooner. I made a huge effort to get the $16,000+ deposited to settle the debt of the originally enrolled $20,000+ credit card balance within 6 months. When I went back to see why the debt wasn't paid off, I realized they charged me $5,000+ (25%of the originally enrolled amount) as a fee to settle the debt. Meanwhile my balance had increased to $24,000 and my credit score had decreased.

The advisor I talked to was very understanding and listened to my every detail and concerns. The budget was tailored to my needs and it was a very thorough plan. I felt the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders.

Perhaps the best debt consolidation program I've ever encountered! Received a notice by mail, called and spoke to a very professional and friendly lady. She gave me a plan to reduce my credit card debt by $40K! The plan is a 55-month payment plan that will save me some $35K! Very thorough with all the details!

This company will still charge you even after you get a “total payoff amount”. You have to make them stop deducting your account. Then when you ask for the refund of the amount withdrawn from your account, they say “no, we told you wrong. That amount was supposed to come out”. What if I hadn’t forced the stop payment on the others? Those would have been “supposed to be paid too”. Their response “sorry for your unconvinced”

The 2 ladies that helped me were very very helpful and answered all my questions after I thought I couldn’t be helped. Hoping that can help me again in the future and one day before debt free continue to live my life.

Recently, I had been on Facebook when I saw a product on debt resolution that seemed the perfect fit for my debt consolidation. I answered a few simple questions and by minutes later I reviewed a call from a very polite and professional representative who answered all my concerns. It was an easy decision for me to the program. I was in a position to agree to paying my debt in 12 months and am able to save in the process.
