I just started the program but everyone I have spoken with in the program is so helpful and explained the process in a way that felt realistic and reassuring. For the first night in a long time, I felt like everything was going to be okay. Have 41,000 in debts and I now hope to be debt free a LOT sooner than I ever could dream of before.

I was hesitant to move forward. When you find yourself in a situation needing this type of help, there are many emotions to deal with. From the very first words spoken by their agent, I felt a sense of relief and compassion. I was impressed by the professionalism, which was warm and caring rather than stiff and judging. It was a reasonable process that brought me to a peace of mind I have not had for weeks, even months. Much of the process is how you bring your need to them. Be open and honest and willing to accept help and guidance. Do your part to make it a good 'thing'.

This is a bait and switch scheme. I negotiated a debt reduction with American Express for $35,398. They were able to make a settlement for $23,115. However, what they failed to disclose, they took another $3,200 from my account as a fee. Don't use them. They are loan sharks.

I was very close to finalizing a reverse mortgage on my home in order to get out of debt when I ran across an ad on Facebook for Accredited Debt Relief. This was Certainly a new beginning for me. My loan officer was so nice and respectful to me and the closing and onboarding person pass also. My wife and myself signed up with Beyond Finance because our debt got out of control because of inflation and failing economy. The person who signed us up had stated if we were sued by our creditors or the people who buy debt, that we had nothing to worry about because they provided legal service that had us covered. I have since found out that was a lie and they do not have your back if you are sued! Please avoid this company if all possible!

I enrolled in the program after having a rather significant change in income. I decided that it was time to do something about my debt. I wanted to file for bankruptcy and be done with it but I was convinced that this would not be the best solution. I called and was pretty much told that once enrolled, they would reach out to all my debtors, I would not have to do anything, they take care of it all, or if by chance they should continue to call me, I could "just block their number".

I have just begun this journey to financial freedom. And I couldn't have picked a better company to get me thru this. They answered my questions and were extremely helpful. And the fact that I could provide the credit line number to my debtors, so that I wouldn't be receiving harassing phone calls was a true blessing. For the first time in months, I actually slept the entire night, instead of waking up worried about my finances.

Don’t go in debt trying to pay off debt. This place is not in business to help you. They’re in business to make money. The chances of you paying them off are slim to say the least. Life happens and you will be forced to pay them back. I should’ve just dealt with my lenders. I don’t recommend using Beyond Finance or Above Lending. Scam likely. I’m a very upset customer. Don’t do it…

High commission fee. 25% of the total debt instead of the negotiated amount. They will be able to negotiated down to ~55/60% which at the end of the day I almost pay the entire debt and took more time than they told me at the beginning..

Do not go through this company, a scam. You are better off negotiating settlement on your own or utilizing an attorney. They will take your money and 25% of the full amount of the debt (not the settlement amount) so they will take 100% of their payment, 25% payment before you even pay off 25% of your settlement. They do not disclose that. They make it sounds like it is over time till your loan is paid off. Not true. They will get their money first. It doesn't matter how much you make, if you have a life event during the time of your settlement payoff - not their problem, they will be sure they get their money first and you have no say because they take it from your account. If you paid off 15% of your loan settlement, it does not matter they will take 100% of their 25% of the gross amount you owed.

They withheld crucial information and not very forthcoming with important information. I was never told any account I have them work with will be closed. I was never told I would pay tax on the amount forgiven. I could have saved up for that tax bill and I wouldn't have chosen certain accounts because I didn't want them closed. The agent pushed me into adding the account. Also, I could not get a clear answer what their fee was for a settlement. It took 45 mins of asking the same question before I got a straight answer, 25% of the total debt. It took 45 mins to understand the payment plan of why I needed I needed to pay thousands in a month. They call once a month to ask what they will settle for. Just do this yourself and avoid the thousands of dollar fees they will charge.

I was always leery at first thinking this was another scam. But I finally took the risk and now I'm on my way to becoming debt free after more than a decade of paying high interest credit cards. I can't say enough about the professionalism performed by your staff from beginning to end of the stress-free process. Normally, I get tired of all the questions and hang up. Kudos for a job well done. I recommend you to anyone who is seeking to become debt free. All I can say is, "I am blessed".

I have been battling the debt devils for many years, and even though my debt loads are not unique but substantial, the experience was very positive. The staff (Joan **) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took her time as we worked through the history and the "debt" damage. Each person's situation is different (though we all fit into specific categories), but we all have unique income, expense, and debt situations. She navigated it quite well, and with the attached videos, education, and documentation, it was very understandable (at least to me). How one processes loss and shame is always owned by the person; however, staff like Joan really take great care to ensure you feel safe and transparent throughout the whole process.

They promise a big game and told me that after 6 months I'd be eligible for the loan from their partner lending company that would pay off my debt. Well when the 6 months came they told me it changed to 9 months of on time payments. Well here I am 14 months into their program and no offer. I called the loan company personally and they told me they don't make the offer for a loan. That Beyond Finance submits it to them and then they look at your details and agree or disagree on a loan offer which is they sent to you. Beyond finance denies this as incorrect information. Sounds like they're just trying to bleed more money out of you in percentage rates they collect.

At first, I was happy to have my debt under control. Then after a few months, you realize all of your credit cards are charged off because Beyond would rather obtain their service fees of 25% first before accumulating your balance again to settle with next creditor. Stay clear of them.

They are bigger crooks than credit card companies. Of the $$$ thousands that I gave them, only 57% actually went to creditors, the other 43% went to the company, which is a way higher percentage than they quoted.

Beyond Finance has given my family and me a fresh new start. It allows us to feel in control of our financial obligations without the pressure to choose between paying bills or meeting life's necessities.

Beyond Financing has been an absolute lifesaver in my journey to becoming debt-free. Before finding them, I was overwhelmed with debt and struggling to make ends meet, feeling like there was no way out. From the first conversation, their team made me feel heard, understood, and supported. Beyond Financing handled everything with my creditors, reducing my payments and easing my financial stress. Their constant communication and transparency kept me informed every step of the way, and I always knew they had my back.

Everyone I spoke with had a great personality and was very helpful, kind, empathetic, and respectful. The only names I remember are Priscilla, Henry, and Cheryl. I wasn't able to get a loan (not surprised) but other options were clearly discussed. Steps were laid out on how terms would be negotiated with creditors, receiving my approval before accepting. There's a nice app to easily track progress. Follow-up calls were made in a timely manner and when agreed upon, plus direct phone number was given to reach rep.

Oh my word, what can I say… I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and it started with a simple phone call. Jensen ** was my advisor and he was patient and kind and walked me through the process in about an hour and a half… We were able to do everything from my phone and laptop… Pull up records… Check balances… Calculate realistic monthly budget… And when I saw the cold hard facts that I was actually living in a negative state for so long… While still staying current with auto payments on all of my debt… But it required, substantial draws from my retirement in order to do so.

I suffered a severe injury and was unable to work for about 6 months. We still hadn’t recovered from the income loss suffered after my business shut down due to COVID. We found ourselves heavily in debt. My wife heard of Beyond Finance through a coworker. I was skeptical at first, but we decided to try it. And it ended up being a great decision. They reduced our debt by almost 50%, and after 6 months of on time deposits to our dedicated account, we received a graduation loan through a partner company called Beyond lending. We are going to be debt free in about 2 years. Our credit did drop in the beginning, because you have to stop making payments to enrolled accounts to help the negotiation process along, but after your debts are settled, they quickly rebound. Roughly a year into the program, our credit scores are both up by 75-100 points. I highly recommend working with them.

Do yourself a favor and work out the debts yourself or hire an actual attorney. It would save you a lot a money and aggravation. This company is only good for people who really don’t want to deal with their debts and don’t mind sending money hand over fist to get it taken care of. I started with the program July 2023 because they promised that they will get everything taken care of and sent me something showing how they can negotiate my debt down to almost half.

Beyond had me in a 55 month program paying them $750/m. They negotiated only 2/4 accounts and obligated me for $800/m payment. Never negotiated with the other two accounts. Went to close my account, gave authorization to disenroll, THEN let me know there would be additional fees taken out of my Dedicated Account before they would return my funds. They kept being condescending saying that debt settlement takes time and the reason I want to disenroll is it's taking too long. THAT IS NOT THE REASON!!! They did not communicate accurately the status of my account, did not negotiate on two account for a YEAR, did not disclose the additional fees until after I disenrolled. This company needs to be removed from the list of debt settlement companies. They do not understand how to properly management debt payments within the program they set up.

I am a disabled veteran. I was using Facebook when I noticed an advertisement for debt relief. I clicked the link and it connected me with Beyond Finance. After making the call to investigate the program, I decided this would be my best course of action. I was already in a program with another company and I definitely found out I would be able to include a debt with Beyond Finance that wasn't included in my current program.

Beyond Finance was very helpful in providing different options/scenarios in how I could manage my debt consolidation and what process would work best for me and my family. They were very professional and talked both me and my husband through the process while answering our many questions.

***DO NOT USE BEYOND FINANCE*** This company is incredibly deceptive! I started with a phone call to them because I read the great reviews online and I needed help with my debts. I had $26k in debts that I owed. Beyond Finance made it sound like a miracle that they could reduce my debts by about HALF, which is semi-true.... But you end up paying WAY more because of their fees, which they try to confuse you about and pressure you to sign the agreement as soon as possible so you can have less stress.

I was fortunate to be able to talk with Danielle who was so easy to communicate with! She is the most congenial, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough with the information about how to get to financial freedom through your organization! Danielle is truly an asset to your company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW. This company promised to cut my debt payments in half, from around $1360 to $750. It did just that, for the first 9 months. While this process was underway it destroyed my credit. This was mentioned upfront, so I'll give them that. But they only pay your debt to the creditors in order from which they settle. The first company that accepted negotiations gets the payments I make. Another company wanted their money at the same time and was going to take me to court.

Mende was absolutely awesome! She made me feel comfortable and and respected. She went thorough the process thoroughly and was always asking if I had any questions. She even called me to follow up the next day to make sure I understood everything. What a great organization to work with!

Tom listened to hear, not respond and answered all of my questions. He established my trust early and that made the rest of the process easy. I felt comfortable with the decisions that he let ME make, especially since this is a unique situation for me to be in, given a lot of life events that took place - timing is everything and I realized I needed some help, made the call and am on my way to get back to my 800+ credit score and $$ back in my emergency fund.

It was good to be treated like a friend who needed help. Not just a customer. Most companies just want your money and provide little to no help. Can't wait to see what is being done to resolve my issues.

I went through Beyond Finance for a relative of mine, and the the experience was excellent. When it came time to do it again, I once again suggested them, and once again they were excellent. The representatives are easy to understand. They speak English so that you can understand every single thing within the process. I didn’t find it necessary to repeat anything because I didn’t understand it. Highly recommend them. Nobody wants to be in this situation, but it’s nice when you ARE to have individuals who can be supportive and lead way out of the hole we often find ourselves in.

I worked for a MAJOR INSURANCE Company for 50 yrs, a widow & was hired by an agent to help out with their agency. This agent screwed me every way she could. No pay checks & when I got one it came back NSFs. Had insurers coming in screaming @ me because they paid the agent & got cancelled because the agent had their checks made out to her. Deposited the $$ in to her personal acct. I quit, took her through TWC who found her guilty, she turned around. Filed bankruptcy. Leaving a 70 yr widow almost in bankruptcy with bills I couldn't pay.

Easy to start. Extremely organized. Basically, once enrolled, everything is taken care of for you. Would recommend as your needs are handled in a very professional manner and the Customer Service if you do have a question is superb.

I was pleasantly surprised how kind and helpful, at a time when I was at my wits' end regarding my finances. I'm finally going to be on track. I recommend them! I can't wait for creditors to stop calling and be me being free of debt.

I was on the verge of Bankruptcy, when an attorney advised me about this program. After calling and speaking with a specialist, I decided this was the right move to accept. Very affordable and knowing that this program is here to help no matter how many questions I may have. Specialist is very nice, open, honest and accepting. I couldn't be more happier with my decision and the weight of my debt is completely off of my shoulders.

We found beyond to be helpful with all our financial needs, by helping us decrease our credit card debt by half, we would highly recommend them to any and all of our family and friends. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this company. Do not disclose everything upfront. I asked them how it would affect my credit. They said it would be affected for 3 to 6 months. They did not disclose that your credit is affected until they finalize all your negotiations so your credit will be hit for up to five years, they also do not charge fees on your original debt amount. They also, they also do not charge fees on your original dead amount. They also do not tell you that because they take time. They also do not tell you that you will probably land to paying a lot more than your debt amount because they take so long to negotiate.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. They are for profit and when I say for profit all profit. They will tell they have negotiated a settlement and before they even make a payment to the creditor they take their 25% right away. The also charge monthly maintenance fees on a savings account that your deposits are held in. No progress on settling your debt will be made if any until you are 240 days late. They tell you initially it's 90 days then the story changes. Talk to an accredited debt counselor or an attorney. Stay away. Trust me I am talking from experience.
