    The slickest human being I’ve ever spoken to called me one afternoon. His voice had me picturing the most wholesome 65 year old eastern Kentucky gentleman sitting on a tree stump whittling a flute from a piece of oak he’d found on his afternoon walk to the local five and dime for his weekly pocket full of Werther's Originals. The soft whistle in his words calmed me right out of my information because he was on this Earth, alive at this very moment, just to help ME. I bit the hook, worn out from paying credit card debt, and signed what must’ve been a phone book full of legalese that Hillary Clinton couldn’t understand entirely. Had a feeling, but ole James from down the creek eased me right through it.

    With that smooth, slow gravelly tone, he had me confident that a small dong to my credit would rebound in just a few short months after I was on the better side of all this negotiating Beyond Finance was going to go straight to work doing for ME. It wasn’t until about 6 months later, a credit score of 502 was staring me in the face, fallen faster a burning hotter than the Hindenburg, from a healthy 800 when I started. The credit card companies were calling me, emailing me, sending warships, and summoning me from hilltops with smoke signals. When I chatted Beyond finance about it, they just managed to remind me that they were taking their 6% off the top right away and that’s why I didn’t see my full deposits in the “dedicated account” they had so auspiciously created for ME.

    I kept paying in, trying to forget and forge forward, hopeful that one day the magical deals they had promised would appear, I mean why not? My credit wasn’t good enough to use a public bathroom anymore so what did I have to lose? I think it was month 8, and finally, lo and behold, Beyond Finance landed an “offer” from one of my creditors. Presenting this offer like a 7 year old would, having reeled in a 3 inch bluegill out of the local fishing hole on a Sunday afternoon during his very first fishing adventure, expecting his mother to swoon and call it a whale, Beyond huffed its fingernails and swiped them on their shirt, proud to say the least. I agreed and they showed me the payment schedule. Ok. Maybe now we’re getting somewhere?

    A few days later, I popped into their rudimentary app to check balances and status, and wouldn’t you know, the $1900.00 id spent the last 9 months saving, in the “dedicated account” Beyond Finance built for me, was dwindled to $540.25? Befuddled, I started to dig around the measly 2 or 3 buttons to click thinking maybe they had put my hard earned money towards the debt like they said they would, but... Nothing was paid off or even paid towards? Confused, I waited the average 78 minute wait time to chat with an agent and can you believe they knew exactly where the missing $1140.00 went? Right to Beyond Finance profit department!!! That was of course, the “fee” for settlement... That hasn’t been settled... or even a dime paid towards... So they took $1100 for that tiny little bluegill they brought Mama as payment for doing such a bang up job!!!

    I was completely unaware that this “fee” was part of the process, yet I was met with “well we were very clear about this in the beginning” and “this is non refundable... Sorry”. I must’ve missed it when old man river was snuffing his pipe and reassuring me that he was there to grant financial freedom? He failed to mention the financial freedom was for Beyond Finance shareholders and at the expense of me, an already in debt, average working schmuck. Talk about a low blow, kick people when they’re down organization. I was sold the promised land and delivered the streets of a third world market full of pick-pockets. I pictured Bernie Madoff on the other end of the line every time I spoke with a Beyond Finance rep. I can imagine if they pirated $1100.00 from me, they were snagging hundreds of thousands from millions of other Americans.

    I’ve never felt more foolish. I hope that any who read this understand that you are so much better off negotiating with your creditors yourself that working at this “program” and getting robbed the moment you feel like you’ve made some progress. Please do NOT patronize this dollar store Ponzi scheme warehouse. It’s predatory and if this review saves even one single down and out father from losing thousands of dollars that could serve as progress to these lizards, it’s worth it.

    So far, Beyond Finance has made two withdrawals from my checking account in our arrangement to relieve my debt with four creditors. Despite my calls to Beyond Finance for help, these creditors are hounding me for payment and threatening me with credit score reduction and legal action. If this is how Beyond Finance operates, I think prospective customers should know about it before entering into an arrangement with them. No one needs more aggravation in their lives, and Beyond Finance's M.O. definitely causes it.

    I signed up with Beyond Finance in November of 2024 because I was in a very difficult financial situation. I've paid the payments bi-weekly, without fail and 4 of the debts I signed up have been settled with one of them being completed while 2 remain unsettled. What I was never told is that the debtor/client will end up having to pay taxes on the debts that are "forgiven" or written off. Not the end of the world but also not a great surprise. In August of 2025 I was presented with a graduation loan offer which was naturally of interest to me. That is, until I saw the terms of the loan offer. The interest rate was absolutely unreasonable (between 25 and 30% APR) and would have resulted in me paying MORE than the amount of the debt I enrolled with Beyond Finance in the first place.

    In my opinion, that completely defeats the purpose of me utilizing Beyond Finance's services and, since the lender knows the financial situations of Beyond Finance's clients are precarious, their loan offers (particularly the interest rates) are abusive, which amounts to a UDAAP violation. I have now received two calls from Beyond Finance from representatives trying to offer me the same loan that I've already turned down. I suspect Beyond Finance does this in an effort to collect their fees faster under the guise of "helping" their clients. While their services have not been all bad, I believe the company colludes with the lender to offer unfavorable terms to people that have limited options.

    Each month became a struggle to keep my head above water and the stressful cycle was only exacerbated by the high interest rates. My attempts to pay of the debt with limited income growth, and the availability of savings should there be emergency expenses only made the matters worse. My attempts to create a realistic budget, halting new debt, and contacting lenders to negotiate lower repayment plans was a dead end.

    I then began seeing the ads for Veterans Debt Assistance. I finally reached the point where I gave in and made the call for creditor debt relief. There I was connected with a wonderful young lady who was very professional and courteous as she walked me through the process. At first, even though the outcome was what I was looking for, it seemed so different than what I was used to. But this amazing young lady patiently explained the program and I signed up for the personalized debt settlement program. I am loooking forward to accomplishing the desired outcome of being debt free in 24-48 months.

    I have been enrolled in Beyond Finance for some time now and have been watching my progress and I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed in this program only because from the settlements already gotten and the amounts agreed on, now looking at the rest to still settle, I do not think I will get anywhere near the relief I was told I would get.     I have been so overwhelmed and at a loss as what to do regarding my debt. After doing some research, I decided to call Accredited Debt Relief.     I had put this off for far too long. But, it was really the easiest thing. The agent I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable about how to solve my financial problems. But, more importantly, he was empathetic and understanding about my situation. He made me see that I had been struggling to keep my head above water, and that if I continued paying the minimum due for my credit card bills, I would not be debt free for 22 years. He explained all my options and took great care that I understood the payment agreement, my responsibilities as well as those of Beyond Finance.     At the beginning they was not interested at all. I had worked hard for years to get my credit score up where it was. My credit health had been excellent for years! Something I was very proud of. Then it wasn’t. There had been a health issue that caused me to have to drive 120 miles a day to spend the day with my father until my brother got there to stay the night with him. Funny how quickly a card company wants to drop you. Despite my hard work, loyalty to card companies, on time payments and payoff’s, charging, more timely payments and payoffs.

    My years of loyalty to my credit cards was met with despair, uncaring, nonchalant responses when I asked for a few months to get back up on my feet. Not one single company cared to talk to me. Not until I was 2-3 months behind. Then the calls would not stop, the reps were rude and didn’t care. I was not a person or someone they cared about. I was merely a past due acct and a story was not needed nor wanted. Just a payment.

    It took awhile to get me to see that I wasn’t saving my credit. It was already gone. At this point it made total sense to me that the companies are still receiving payment (not as they would like but getting paid) and I had money to live on again without killing myself in the process. I can choose to payoff a card in full or just distribute my payment across the board. Everyone gets paid off, I have money in the bank and eventually once it’s done I will have already began rebuilding my credit. I can promise you if you’re struggling like I was this is your best way out. Do not give the credit card companies thousands of dollars in interest for years. This program is well laid out. The people are kind and understanding. Bad things happen to good people. Help doesn’t make you weak, only stronger. Do the right thing and reach out to one of their agents today. You won’t regret it!

    I was underwater in my finances and had done all the budgeting tips and tricks to get ahead again.     I have been with Beyond for over a year. They paid off the first creditor with the full amount. Then they negotiated with the other two and I’m making monthly payments. The first thing is they NEVER contact you for anything; but they keep taking your money. I lost my job and had to defer my deposits. They didn’t even tell me that one of my creditors did not accept late payments; so the creditor cancelled the agreement; but Beyond already took their settlement fee. They negotiated with the three creditors less than the 20% they stated they needed in my account to negotiate. They are now stating that the last creditor and the one they cancelled needs 40% of the total amount owed to them in my account before they can negotiate with them.

    They are full of (you know what). Their settlement fees are more than; what they stated and the agents are not truthful. I asked them; if I deposit the 40% that they need to negotiate with one of my creditors; does that money gets paid to the creditor or do you make payments. They told me they make payments!! Why do I have to save up all that money for Beyond to make payments!! Why not send them that total amount to pay them off faster? They stated; “it didn’t work that way”. This was stated by Renee-agent. They are trying to get more money out of you and keep you as a client longer.

    The agent Valerie told me they needed 20% before Renee. They change their story all the time. I also asked Renee; if I deposit the amount to pay Beyond for the settlement fee for the two creditors they are sending monthly payments too; can the rest stay in the account for the next negotiation. The agent Renee stated; “it doesn’t work that way. We have scheduled settlement payments to come out at a specific time.” They didn’t need 40%for the first two to negotiate. Why do they need 40% now for the last two to negotiate? Also; I BETTER NOT SEE A 1099-misc for the balance they stated they settled with my creditors. I’m going to talk with a lawyer as well to make sure; I’m not being (you know what) in my butt! Can anyone recommend a better company than this one?

    When I first contacted Beyond Finance, I informed the individual that I was driving but on Bluetooth. While she was explaining everything to me, she said that their fee would be included in every offer that I receive and that I wouldn't be blind sided by it. She proceeded to tell me I needed to sign the document, but she would review it with me. This is where I went wrong, I trusted her and this company. Not once did she mention 25% fee of the original debt. I understand my fault for not reading and putting trust in them again. "I have this recorded, I went over the recording just to make sure".

    Was told I could save up to 40% I do understand the flex in settlements. Was also told I can accept or deny each offer with the app. I got my first offer and just before I hit yes, I was like Where is the deny button? There is none. So I decided to do reviews, found out one guy had a $10,000. They settled for $9000. This guy had to pay $1500 more than the original debt. Might as well start your own savings account and make them offers yourself. Been trying to cancel them for two days now and keep getting put on hold.

    When I called Beyond, I had already researched their company, so I was familiar with their reputation and the processes they use to help eliminate debt. E. J., the person who helped me, learned he didn't need to emphasize the issues that are often hidden in plain sight, like how compound interest can eat up your savings, because I had already crunched my numbers. Hence the phone call. The processes that E. J. presented to me were easy to understand. Their onboarding materials are concise, to the point, and helpful to prep for the steps I need to take next. I would highly recommend this company, mainly because they're not in it for the sales. There is no pressure. There are no hidden fees, and your choices are up to you.

    This company overpromises and underdelivers. They state you'll never pay more than the initially agreed upon biweekly payments. However, they purposefully refuse to contact creditors until after the account has gone to a legal department. At this point, Beyond calls demanding more money. When you can't pay, they drop the account leaving you in a legal nightmare that Beyond created. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

    Be aware that Beyond Finance does NOT offer legal support! They misled me when I signed up that they would. They are slow to make payments and you can expect messages from your creditors that payments haven't been made on time. Some creditors WILL sue even if you're in the program AND you will not have representation in the courtroom....you're on your own. They may even try to get you to disclose your banking information even though they are supposedly making your payments!

    Totally misleading. They settled one account, collected their fees before ever making a real payment to the creditor. After they collected their fee, they started working with additional creditors. In the interim, their fee on the new creditor combined with fees that accumulated when they told me not to pay, is now higher than the original debt. I’m paying more than the debt I brought them to settle.

    We've been in the Beyond Finance program for over a year. Only three of our 7 accounts have been resolved. We ended up getting taken to court for one of the accounts. Beyond was zero help and gave no information for me to take to court to show they had tried to reach out for resolution (likely because they never did). Once you sign up, you never hear from then again, except to say they need more money. This has been a nightmare. We're getting an attorney to take over because we're scared they'll garnish our wages. Don't do this. Negotiate the accounts yourself and save thousands in money and time.

    All of these positive reviews must be fake. This company is a joke. When I enrolled, I was told so many things that have not matched my experience. I was told my debts would be resolved in a timely manner and that my credit should start to improve within 6 months. They were able to negotiate my first offer almost immediately, however the next offer took 6+ months. I have been in this program well over a year and they have yet to negotiate one of my accounts. I was initially drawn to the program due to the fact that my $600+ payments monthly going to my credit cards were reduced into a one time payment of about $200.

    Every time an offer is accepted, I am told that I have to pay a large one time fee and increase my monthly payment in order to settle it. None of this was disclosed to me prior to enrolling in the program. Additionally, my credit has tanked and over a year into the program has improved slightly but not to my satisfaction. Also, the offers they have negotiated for me are nowhere near the offers that were estimated. By the time I am done with this program I will be paying roughly the same as what my initial debt was. It is so disappointing.

    When I spoke to Beyond Finance I told them the two credit cards I had. They said they work with the two banks. After 5 months of paying them, my credit score sinking I was told that they don't recommend working with banks that you are heavily invested with. Well, one of my credit cards is with my bank.     I enrolled four accounts with Beyond Finance, had two suits brought against me, and, after all the fees, ended up paying MORE than the total debt I enrolled. You have to understand that Beyond offers no guarantees, and their success is totally dependent on how fast you can deposit money into their dedicated account and your creditor's willingness to play ball. You might come out ahead, you might not. When it was all said and done, in spite of all their talk about debt reduction, they were quick to let me know that they are NOT a debt reduction company, but a debt resolution company. The devil is in the details.

    In my opinion, your odds are better if you set up your own savings account, deposit as much as you can into it regularly, cut off communication with your creditors, and wait for them to send you a resolution offer that you can cover with the savings account. That's all Beyond is going to do anyway, but they'll charge you handsomely for it.

    Bad Company Practices. This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. They use wording to confuse you all the while they DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT contact all of your creditors right away. I paid them on time, and all of my creditors dinged me for non-payment. This company waits to send out any funds and then claims the creditor only wants a minimum amount for months. I paid $595 to Beyond and that amount should have been divided up between all the creditors including their fee. Nope, that's not what happened. I arranged to get them paid off and made all the call to stop the last payment to pay them off. They put me on hold for at least 3 minutes and claimed that the payment was stopped. They DID NOT put any of that in the notes and drew the payment anyway.

    They DO NOT USE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTISED. Example: When requesting a statement, they send a screen shot claiming that they do not have the means to do statements. When requesting a payoff letter, they claim that they do not have a way of writing one and sent another screen shot. After getting an amount of pay off and they claim that there are no monthly charges, the number of payments left to pay DID NOT MATCH HOW LONG I ACTUALLY SHOULD HAVE. It would take 6 months longer than by calculating the amount and how many months came to. It is worth a small loan cost to get out from under these people. I will make sure my bank blocks any chances of them drawing any further moneys.

    My experience with Beyond Finance has been the opposite of what they promise. Out of the $3,300 I paid, only about $1,000 actually went to pay off one debt — the rest was kept by the company. On top of that, they claim a 25% fee on total enrolled debt, which was never explained to me during the initial phone call. I was told all fees were included in my bi-monthly payments, but later found out otherwise. When I asked where in the contract this 25% fee was clearly stated, I did not receive a straight answer. Their lack of transparency and the way they withhold client funds feels misleading and unfair. Instead of finding financial relief, I would not recommend Beyond Finance to anyone. Please join me in filing a formal complaint so this company can be held accountable for its practices.

    I contacted Beyond Finance late in the afternoon on a Saturday because I was strongly considering bankruptcy for my extensive debt I had accumulated. I filled out the Beyond Finance online information and submitted it and within minutes I received a phone call from Nik, a Consolidation Specialist with Accredited Debt Relief / Beyond Finance. The professionalism, patience, understanding and compassion throughout our interaction put me more at ease and was feeling a sense that Debt Resolution was a better route to go that was being offered through their program instead of bankruptcy.

    Nik assured me throughout our conversation that their program was doable based on how they were structuring it according to the information and budget guidelines I presented to them. 2 hours after our conversation began I signed all the necessary documents to begin the program. The ease and comfort level I experienced with the onboarding process was smooth and seamless. Nik called me the next day, asked how I slept the night before and I reported that I had a very good night's sleep and he was able to answer any further questions I had. I would highly recommend that if people are concerned about their debt to contact Accredited Debt Relief / Beyond Finance and consider their program.

    I received counseling from Accredited Debt Relief from an amazing representative, Sonny, who was more knowledgeable about his company and their systems than most debt relief company personnel. He helped me reason out what the possible outcomes could be doing the Beyond Financial program or other options. He did not hang up on me when I was asking thoughtful questions but continued to calmly instruct and direct me to clear thoughts on the matter. This is the very best and most immediate relief for my situation. So thankful I am not in this alone and Hardship cases like mine do occur. All the direction from Accredited and then the follow up with Christian at Beyond Financial, where they were in agreement and saying the same thing, made this much more peaceful to entreat. I actually got 8 hours sleep, unhindered for the first time in a long while. Today, I have several interviews lined up.

    I enrolled with Beyond Finance hoping to repair my credit and responsibly resolve debt. Unfortunately, the program left me worse off. Their fees were much higher than I realized, and the promised debt settlement loan option disappeared without notice. After two years, my FICO score has dropped significantly — nearly 50 points — instead of improving. Communication was also frustrating: different representatives gave conflicting answers, and threads of conversation were repeatedly dropped. Overall, the process was confusing and damaging to my credit. I cannot recommend Beyond Finance to anyone seeking reliable credit help.

    I was seriously in debt with about $20,000 and the predators were eating me alive. I was paying $700 out a month in just paying back the interest!!! and not paying off the cards at all! I just couldn't believe it when I finally figured that out. So I researched and found that Beyond Finance was the best. I called and talked to a provider and he found me a deal at $119 twice a week that would be paid off and 48 weeks paying approximately $15,000. It would have been 16 years paying off $700 a month before I finally got rid of my debt and would have given them about $60,000 for themselves! All in all it's a great choice to save you from the stress, and the pain of 36% markup. Thank you so much beyond finance.

    Started paying $360 biweekly, $720 a month. That was reasonable at the beginning. Oh but wait EVERYTHING CHANGED. I’m now paying $633 biweekly!!! $1,266 a month!!! Everything sounds positive at the beginning but be ready to start paying more as time goes on, A LOT MORE!! Not what I was expecting and the added stress including being served 4 different times from creditors saying I was being sued!! Which added I had to go to the court office to file paperwork 4 different times and send all the paperwork to Beyond Finance. Well with this happening, then all of a sudden Beyond started negotiating with these creditors that were trying to sue me.

    So be prepared for this and HIGH monthly payments. It is very extremely stressful as time went on and the customer service reps are trained to say “We understand your frustration and are working hard for you". That’s a load of BS!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!! Yes my credit is getting paid off, 3 years in and still have roughly 1 1/2 years left. Yes almost 5 years to get my bad debt paid off. Also make sure you ask what their cut is going through this because I was not told what their charges are let alone finding what I’m paying them. So again be very cautious with this entire ordeal. I would not have been in this situation after being laid off and then a unexpected surgery.

    I’ll be extremely happy after I delete their app and they are officially out of my life!! I’m already reestablishing my credit without any pointers from them and they don’t need to know. I honestly think I would have been better off calling my creditors myself to negotiate without getting additional charges. Last thing is, it will show you're in rolled debt and estimated what they negotiate. Yeah laugh at that estimate because that’s a load of BS too. They just want you to feel warm and fuzzy about that. But be prepared to get sued, pay A LOT MORE, ignore their estimate, and find out their fees. Hope this will help you and Good Luck!!

    I was drowning...been out of work for over 10 months, no savings, unemployment ran out, living on plastic. I previously had a credit score over 720, then in a matter of 3 months....it took a nose dive to below 500. I felt LOUSY. Finally, I was led to get help. I called them after I got my FIRST paycheck on my new job. When our call was done, I could BREATHE again. I could sleep --- rest. I want to give a huge shout-out to Josh ** and Matthew. Bless you.

    I was quoted several different payoff amounts. Not happy at all. I feel like I was lied to about the amount of this debt. I don't think I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with them.

    Why do you hide the fact that your fees are 25% of the amount a client has to pay the credit card company - yes it's in your 25 page contract - but you're charging almost all the money clients think they are saving - and when I client agrees to a negated amount - you Don't tell them the fees charge - IE you negated a $12,000 bill down to $8K but your fee is $2000 - you're taking advantage of people who are hurting. Shame on you..

    The person I spoke with explained things very well. I was able to understand the need for debt consolidation, and how I would save money by doing that.
