I have had a very bad experience with Beyond Finance. It has been over one year and seven months, and they still haven't resolved the debt for two of my three credit card balances. I initially had to consolidate because my husband had to go into a nursing home, and I had to pay out of pocket. At the time, Beyond Finance told me it would take roughly 3 months to get offers. I received one offer in three months, but what they failed to tell me is that you are only guaranteed to receive one offer in three months, and the other offers won't come for years down the line.

Good experience so far trying to reduce debt from credit cards.

I've only just started the program but I've already the burden be lifted from my shoulders. I noticed something was missing from my report and the team worked late in the Friday night of a holiday weekend making sure it was updated and sending me multiple emails to ensure it was handled. I'm truly blessed to have their assistance and have no doubt that this will end with a positive outcome for my family and myself. The enrollment process was easy and straightforward and the personnel with whom I worked were patient and very professional in walking me through the necessary steps. I enrolled with Beyond Finance because my Discover payment had become too expensive and I was looking for help getting the debt under control. What I don’t remember being clearly explained is that I would have to stop paying my creditor and that there was a real possibility I could be sued during the settlement process. Had I fully understood that risk, I may have made a different decision. As time went on, Beyond repeatedly contacted me saying Discover was considering legal action and that I needed to increase my payments to around $400 per month. I was working two jobs at the time to keep up with everything. Then I lost one of those jobs and could no longer afford the payment amount they were requesting.

I am so grateful that I went to this sight after praying and asking God to help me through my finances to give me relief. When I applied, I got a call from Mr. **, the representative, he immediately helped me and listen to my problems and cared that what I was experiencing and assured me that he could give me some relief in my finances to save me from a drowning debt; and even heard my 😢 tears. I was so satisfied of how concerned he was and that they were able to lower my debt into one payment. I was in so much debt and thought there was no way out. But Beyond Finance has given me hope at the end of the tunnel where I can start seeing my way out of the tunnel. Thank God. I challenge others to give them a call. Brenda was very helpful in meeting all my needs and getting me approved for onboarding financial assistance. She was very professional and informative. I felt she understood my situation and was empathetic to my problems.

I spoke with a representative who listened to my story with interest. Health issues and being forced into self-employment saw me rely heavily on CC use. Now back on my feet and healthy I realized that the interest alone was a mountain. I sought out other options to deal with the debt but hit dead ends repeatedly until I spoke with Beyond Finance.

I am still waiting to see how it goes, I do not like giving my opinion until I see it working.

If you need help financially to consolidate debts, you should use Beyond finance. I found them on the Internet under accredited debt relief. I talked with Eric and beyond finance agreed to help with my consolidation. They were very clear about how they were paid and everything was explained to point by point so there are no surprises. I felt like Eric cared about my problems and genuinely. Wanted to help. I felt everything was professional and I’m excited to get my debts paid down with a reasonable payment every month. I highly recommend them if you were needing help in debt relief.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who has been enrolled with Beyond Finance for approximately one year. She joined the program with the expectation that her creditors would be contacted and that efforts would be made to negotiate and settle her debts. Unfortunately, one of her creditors eventually sued her and took her to court. During the court proceedings, the creditor stated that they had not heard from my mother for an entire year. This was very concerning given that she had been enrolled in a debt settlement program during that time.

It was easy to understand when things were explained to me. I felt understated and supported

They helped us figure out way to lower our debt. It really took the stress off me.

The process went smoothly and my representative explained everything in detail that I could understand. She went step by step and explained each step. The process did take some time, but all was explained to where I could understand. I had a sigh of relief when the process was all done.

Such a disappointment, What started out as a 48 month plan, turned into a 23 months 2 debts resolved and a court case. Their fees was to high, which are hidden in your monthly deposits. They offered a consolidation loan at the beginning but fail to tell you that it will never be offered again when you can afford it. Would not advise to use this company ever... Better off to go with someone else and avoid the overcharge of fees.

My experience was outstanding,! Communication with representative was excellent. All my questions were answered and representative understood my situation courtesy and compassionately. I also was called back to check if I understood the Beyond app and if I needed more explanation on any documents I signed.

Friendly and genuine service. It's not easy having to go through this sort of situation. So having a genuine interaction with someone on the other side helps a lot.

Is 30% interest forcing you to not be able to manage your finances and monthly budget?? If you said yes to that question then you probably need Beyond Finance. They will help you to restructure your debt and finances so that you can see daylight at the end of the tunnel and hopefully be able to have some money left over at the end of the month. I thought this agency had my best interest at heart. I really regret signing up with them. They really sold me their BS about needing to show hardship and couldn’t send payment to my creditors and apparently held off on negotiating with creditors until there was a charge off on my account. This really hurt my credit. I end up taking all but one creditor out of the program. I called a creditor and negotiated with them on my own. I suggest you try to work out your debt directly with your creditors. Idk how long it’ll take before I bounce back. I wish I would’ve known.

My wife Lori and I were so Blessed to have spoken with Kiara last night about putting our finances in order. The couple of hours we spent strategizing on how to change our lives meant the world to us.

I have been working with Beyond Finance for 14 months to resolve two credit card debts. One was resolved, the other was never contacted. Beware, their fees are 25% of the total debt, not the revised/negotiated debt. I fired them yesterday. I am not holding my breath to get the amount in my account refunded.

I've just begun my business relationship with Beyond Finance and if my initial on-boarding is indication, I am very happy I ran across their ad on FB. The rep whose task it was to explain everything and officially sign me up was outstanding. She was easy to talk to, personable and willing to answer all of my questions. She was patient as we worked through getting my pertinent info gathered. The best part was that her demeanor reflected understanding of my circumstances with absolutely no judgement!!! I'm hard enough on myself as well as frustrated and stressed by it. I responded an ad geared toward veterans. I assumed this to be a vet-friendly organization. So far, so good! They want you to make goals and see you not just working towards them but ultimately achieving them. They're in your corner, you have your own coach to help you along the way if need be with complete access anytime, and then take everything out of your hands, it's really that simple and relieving, at least in the world that can be very stressful as it is.

The slickest human being I’ve ever spoken to called me one afternoon. His voice had me picturing the most wholesome 65 year old eastern Kentucky gentleman sitting on a tree stump whittling a flute from a piece of oak he’d found on his afternoon walk to the local five and dime for his weekly pocket full of Werther's Originals. The soft whistle in his words calmed me right out of my information because he was on this Earth, alive at this very moment, just to help ME. I bit the hook, worn out from paying credit card debt, and signed what must’ve been a phone book full of legalese that Hillary Clinton couldn’t understand entirely. Had a feeling, but ole James from down the creek eased me right through it.

Excellent service if you want to reduce your debt quickly. Will work with you for the best options.... Awesome service. Would definitely recommend. You can do weekly payments or bi weekly or monthly. Whatever works for you and not break your wallet.

So far, Beyond Finance has made two withdrawals from my checking account in our arrangement to relieve my debt with four creditors. Despite my calls to Beyond Finance for help, these creditors are hounding me for payment and threatening me with credit score reduction and legal action. If this is how Beyond Finance operates, I think prospective customers should know about it before entering into an arrangement with them. No one needs more aggravation in their lives, and Beyond Finance's M.O. definitely causes it.

He understood my situation and continually offered words of encouragement, assuring me that the company would find the perfect solution to my problem. He was explicit in every detail and went through the entire document. When he didn't understand something, he patiently explained it again. I had a wonderful experience with you and have already recommended you. I was truly impressed with the wonderful interaction that developed between Jonathan and me.

Katie is extremely thorough and professional, but puts you at ease. She is very friendly and gives you all the time you need. She makes sure you understand and even calls the next day to follow up. Outstanding customer care.

I am absolutely ecstatically baffled by this company, Jennifer to be precise. I really was at my wits end, had no clue what I was going to do in order not to lose everything I have worked so hard for the last 6 years. Starting from absolutely nothing to running someone else's multimillion dollar company and then I decided to open my own. And almost exactly a year to the day I was facing losing it all. Jennifer was able to not only get me approved for a large sum loan, but I was legit able to go from paying just under $1800 / month for the specific accounts to $900.16. The term i was facing was 76 more months and she got me down to 55. Which was a bottom line savings of $44k!!! The process was painless. And I can breathe again, so YES YES YES, I recommend Beyond to everyone!

I signed up with Beyond Finance in November of 2024 because I was in a very difficult financial situation. I've paid the payments bi-weekly, without fail and 4 of the debts I signed up have been settled with one of them being completed while 2 remain unsettled. What I was never told is that the debtor/client will end up having to pay taxes on the debts that are "forgiven" or written off. Not the end of the world but also not a great surprise. In August of 2025 I was presented with a graduation loan offer which was naturally of interest to me. That is, until I saw the terms of the loan offer. The interest rate was absolutely unreasonable (between 25 and 30% APR) and would have resulted in me paying MORE than the amount of the debt I enrolled with Beyond Finance in the first place.

Difficult to say how satisfied I will be, I just started, but the process was easy. I am hopeful that I will get good results and be debt free in the next few years.

Each month became a struggle to keep my head above water and the stressful cycle was only exacerbated by the high interest rates. My attempts to pay of the debt with limited income growth, and the availability of savings should there be emergency expenses only made the matters worse. My attempts to create a realistic budget, halting new debt, and contacting lenders to negotiate lower repayment plans was a dead end.

I appreciated the level of service I received from Desireah and Deliah over the phone. They were both very friendly. They listened and I felt heard. I never felt judged for my situation. They explained everything about the process and I felt confident moving forward that they have my best interest at heart

I have been enrolled in Beyond Finance for some time now and have been watching my progress and I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed in this program only because from the settlements already gotten and the amounts agreed on, now looking at the rest to still settle, I do not think I will get anywhere near the relief I was told I would get. But I will have to wait till the future to see if things change. I will update with an appropriate review at that time. So as of now not satisfied..

They made me feel at ease and tried to reassure me that they would do everything to help us out. This will be tough to not pay on time because we did everything we could to do this but we needed help when we started making bills to pay bills. Enough is enough!
