I have had a very bad experience with Beyond Finance. It has been over one year and seven months, and they still haven't resolved the debt for two of my three credit card balances. I initially had to consolidate because my husband had to go into a nursing home, and I had to pay out of pocket. At the time, Beyond Finance told me it would take roughly 3 months to get offers. I received one offer in three months, but what they failed to tell me is that you are only guaranteed to receive one offer in three months, and the other offers won't come for years down the line.

Good experience so far trying to reduce debt from credit cards.

The personnel is very knowledgeable and helping with what you need help for. I don’t push you. They just help you and you make your own decisions to rebuild your life back away from credit cards.

I've only just started the program but I've already the burden be lifted from my shoulders. I noticed something was missing from my report and the team worked late in the Friday night of a holiday weekend making sure it was updated and sending me multiple emails to ensure it was handled. I'm truly blessed to have their assistance and have no doubt that this will end with a positive outcome for my family and myself. By time we were done setting everything up I already recommended them to a close friend of mine. Can't wait for this journey to be done and be debt free!!

I was referred to Beyond Finance by Accredited Debt Relief so I could more easily manage my debt. The enrollment process was easy and straightforward and the personnel with whom I worked were patient and very professional in walking me through the necessary steps. I look forward to financial freedom in the near future.

I enrolled with Beyond Finance because my Discover payment had become too expensive and I was looking for help getting the debt under control. What I don’t remember being clearly explained is that I would have to stop paying my creditor and that there was a real possibility I could be sued during the settlement process. Had I fully understood that risk, I may have made a different decision. As time went on, Beyond repeatedly contacted me saying Discover was considering legal action and that I needed to increase my payments to around $400 per month. I was working two jobs at the time to keep up with everything. Then I lost one of those jobs and could no longer afford the payment amount they were requesting.

Very caring people. They were extremely professional throughout the process. I am glad I called.

Artemis ** spent at least three hours with my husband and myself sharing multiple solutions to our financial situation. We had many, many questions, which he answered in a detailed and understandable way. His patience with us was incredible. He touched base the next day and offered an open door to connect with him personally, too.

Everyone at Accredited/Beyond have been nothing except professional, forth coming, and helpful. They have all been informative, supportive, and non-judgmental. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I am looking forward to working with them further.

Brenda was very helpful in meeting all my needs and getting me approved for onboarding financial assistance. She was very professional and informative. I felt she understood my situation and was empathetic to my problems.
