Caring and kind staff who are patient is what made this process very easy and broke down the details step by step. I was so scared and stressed when I reached out. Alexxys was AMAZING! We walked through everything and discussed everything in detail. She eased all my fears and concerns. After our call, that night I slept so soundly. No more stress over all of my debt and no more living paycheck to paycheck worrying about the ”what ifs” that would cause me to go over what little money that I had left after paying all my bills.

I thought this agency had my best interest at heart. I really regret signing up with them. They really sold me their BS about needing to show hardship and couldn’t send payment to my creditors and apparently held off on negotiating with creditors until there was a charge off on my account. This really hurt my credit. I end up taking all but one creditor out of the program. I called a creditor and negotiated with them on my own. I suggest you try to work out your debt directly with your creditors. Idk how long it’ll take before I bounce back. I wish I would’ve known.

My wife Lori and I were so Blessed to have spoken with Kiara last night about putting our finances in order. The couple of hours we spent strategizing on how to change our lives meant the world to us.

I have been working with Beyond Finance for 14 months to resolve two credit card debts. One was resolved, the other was never contacted. Beware, their fees are 25% of the total debt, not the revised/negotiated debt. I fired them yesterday. I am not holding my breath to get the amount in my account refunded.
