At the beginning they was not interested at all. I had worked hard for years to get my credit score up where it was. My credit health had been excellent for years! Something I was very proud of. Then it wasn’t. There had been a health issue that caused me to have to drive 120 miles a day to spend the day with my father until my brother got there to stay the night with him. Funny how quickly a card company wants to drop you. Despite my hard work, loyalty to card companies, on time payments and payoff’s, charging, more timely payments and payoffs.

What an Awesome experience I had yesterday with Beyond Finance via phone contact! I am above and beyond pleased with the service my Manager Tony ** rendered unto me!! From the start, his friendliness along with his empathy, expertise in showing how much he cared to listen to me state my financial problem filled me with confidence, peace of mind and belief that after the call and the necessary steps to take were bound to be an extraordinary outcome that I will cherish for a lifetime!!! Thank You Mr. ** as well as your staff lawyer who informed me of my rights as a member and all of the perks that comes with joining forces with Beyond Finance to accomplish my goals, get myself in a reasonable place in my financial status again and watch within 3-6 months how my credit score will jump up to good and then to outstanding!!!

Recently, I had been on Facebook when I saw a product on debt resolution that seemed the perfect fit for my debt consolidation. I answered a few simple questions and by minutes later I reviewed a call from a very polite and professional representative who answered all my concerns. It was an easy decision for me to the program. I was in a position to agree to paying my debt in 12 months and am able to save in the process. Of course, there were several options but, I felt confident in completing my agreement sooner rather than 24 or 48 months. Payments were set a bi-monthly on a specific day until I reach my goal.

Let me start by saying - What a refreshing experience working with this Company. I spoke to a Keith ** - who took the time to listen to my needs, produce a plan that was affordable for me, walk me through each step so it would be easy for me to handle on my own. Gave me all information so I could reach a live agent with any questions any time during my time with your program. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!

I have the best experience in a very long time. I was not very comfortable at first discussing my personal finances. Initially I was not going to pursue the idea of asking for help with my situation, so a couple of months passed before. I decided to move forward and contact Beyonce Finance and its team to help me resolve my financial situation. Once, Alex ** walked me through the process I saw that it was really possible to get this done. All of my questions were answered effectively and in a timely manner. I saw the possibilities of being debt free emerge and the solution process began.

I had put this off for far too long. But, it was really the easiest thing. The agent I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable about how to solve my financial problems. But, more importantly, he was empathetic and understanding about my situation. He made me see that I had been struggling to keep my head above water, and that if I continued paying the minimum due for my credit card bills, I would not be debt free for 22 years. He explained all my options and took great care that I understood the payment agreement, my responsibilities as well as those of Beyond Finance. And, I only had to speak with one person at Beyond Finance. All of my questions were answered and I was never transferred to another agent or put on hold. The call did take almost 90 minutes, but it did not feel that long at all.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They hear what you have to say and do not judge you for your situation. The first person I spoke to was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything. He took the time to listen and never once judged. He actually understood and related. All of my questions were answered and if I didn’t understand the first time it was explained, he would explain it a different way until I understood.

Jade went above and beyond and explained every detail. She was peaceful, friendly, considerate, and kind with my situation. She was efficient and went out of her way to explain things to me that I did not understand. Thank you Jade. You are a sweetheart.

Customer Service representative seemed to know about program, and even shared something of his life that was similar to my family situation. Made sure I understood everything that was discussed, and that I was comfortable agreeing to terms. Very hopeful to see progress after 6 months, and after call felt some relief to getting back on track.

Polite, professional and proficient. Great experience. Approachable, friendly and sympathetic to my circumstances. Non-judgmental. Efficient and effective. Easy to talk with. Extra patient and an excellent listener.
