After I discovered an overcharge on my lease purchase loan, it took one month to obtain a refund. While the loan consultant, Tammie **, did everything she could to resolve the situation, her supervisor, Shaun, who assumed responsibility to fix the problem NEVER responded to my inquiries as to the status of the problem. Complete lack of communication with me, the customer, is totally unsatisfactory. I didn’t know if I would ever get my money back until the check finally showed up at my address. It would have been nice to know it was on it’s way or indeed to have ANY courtesy call to tell me the problem was resolved. Customer satisfaction is apparently very low on Auto Approve’s priorities.

The process was a little confusing, and took a long time to process.. I only had 3 years left on the loan, and due to a financial setback I needed to refinance. My payment was lowered by $130 but Loan extended another 3 years, total 36 months. I believe Auto Lenders is doing a good job and I’m sure will get less confusing with time.

Orion was so helpful and consistently communicated with me about my options. The first couple options fell through. He attempted multiple times and in the end got me the best deal. My entire process took over a month, which was annoying but not Auto Approve’s fault. Because of his open line of communication, the process felt too easy.

Received an offer in the mail for a lower interest rate. Made the phone call and to my satisfaction, qualified for a an interest rate that cut in half what I was currently paying for 2 vehicles. It was a little uncomfortable doing this business over the phone but the representative was very helpful and reassuring. The process for approval took a couple of days. I am very pleased with the service and out of my experience with Auto Approve.

Everything was going well until I reviewed the new loan and it hadn’t been paid off. I found out that the check had been lost in the mail, fine no big deal. But I started looking into the other fees that I wasn’t aware we were being charged. They were quickly reviewed with us but I do not remember this. I was told I can cancel the GAP insurance but am still waiting for that to process and I can’t get a hold of anyone to understand the status. Once the loan was processed I feel like Auto Approve no longer cared about my experience because the money had been received and closed out. I was ready to recommend everyone to Auto Approve! ... but now I am still waiting for someone to call me back and GAP insurance to be canceled.

When bought, I was only told about a 1k mile waiting period. Now I need a major repair and am told not covered because of a time waiting period. Will not recommend because of the dishonesty and will probably cancel my contract

Due to Covid, we weren't able to get all of our documentation together in a timely fashion. Our Auto Approve rep was very helpful in keeping us up to date on what was needed and stepped up to make sure our loan offer was kept valid while we dealt with the Covid delays.

Offer was pre-approved thru the mail. I was able to save a significant amount of money monthly. The process was very thorough and simple enough that it was almost easy if you have all your documents readily available. If you have a high interest rate and NEED to refinance it's worth a try.

This is the worst business I have ever worked with, and I have traveled and worked extensively in developing counties. I applied for a refinance and title transfer for my car in Nov. They never submitted anything to the DMV. I kept calling, they kept lying saying they sent it to the DMV. Now my plates are expired. I can no longer drive my car and am spending a fortune in Uber bills and am looking at thousands of dollars in fines due to the suspended plates because I was waiting for the new plates. Finally they admit they never sent anything to the dmv this whole time so it’s like we are starting the process over. Totally incompetent!

I began the process to have Auto Approve finance my lease buy-out 2 days ago. Unfortunately, they are now starting the process from scratch because I'm not interested in buying a $2,000 extended warranty or $850 GAP insurance as part of the financing. If I bought those the 2.99% rate they approved me for would have actually been more than twice as much. Very deceptive. I came to them for a loan, that's all. Now all I get is radio silence and am frustrated because my lease is running out and I just wasted two days. My guess is that if they ever do get back to me with approval of a loan not including the unnecessary warranty extension or GAP coverage the rate will be at least twice as much and not at all competitive. I hope they prove me wrong.

Worked with Dustin in sales. Able to drop my rate from 7.88% down to 3.94%. Saving me almost $40 a month for 75 months. $2800 savings on life of the loan! Kept my warranty the same. I filled out the information on LendingTree. I received a call immediately from Auto Approve. They also had the lowest interest rate from the initial response from Lending Tree. The rate quote was immediate and they were very thorough on the process and steps. Once I agreed it took about a week with filling out the electronic documents and mailing back the notarized POA. I received confirmation that the lending was funded 4 days ago but it doesn't appear my original lender has received it yet. My new bank has already reached out and set up the expectations and I would recommend Auto Approve to someone looking to either finance or refinance their vehicle.

Car loan thru lending tree. Rick was very helpful, made this very painless, all done over the phone and emails. Saved 1.5% from rate, compared to GM's rate and shaved 6 months from loan period. I had been trying through my own bank to refi this car loan but no luck.

I wanted to write this review so I can just express the gratitude that I have for the job that Bruce ** did with my loan. My work schedule is extremely busy and I am constantly forgetting or don’t have time to follow up on the items that he was asking me for. He kindly send me reminders guided me with step-by-step instructions on how to get through some of the items I needed to get done. I was very skeptical at first about the whole process because I was unsure about dealing with a finance company that I had never heard of. But he gave me all the information and assurance that they were legitimate and that they were going to take care of my loan and they did. I was very happy with the overall experience and I would highly recommend anyone to go to Bruce **.

Taking over two weeks to process documents is absurd. Trying to obtain contact with the loan advisor assigned to my case was also extremely difficult and when contact was made, useless advise and being fobbed off did not help. I’m over three weeks from the beginning of application meaning I now have to make another payment to my current loan and I’ve racked up unnecessary interest, which was the whole point of refinancing. Unhappy new customer that is seriously contemplating the value of Auto Approve and their service.

All the calls you get at first are really annoying, but everyone’s just trying to contact you to discuss the best options. After reviewing all my different offers through Lending Tree Auto Approve did find me the best rate. Mr. Cooper was very nice throughout the process and answered all my questions. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is they try to slip the APR rate in the paperwork without telling you it’s much higher than the rate they tell you. I’m sure they are trained to slip that by but regardless still getting a better deal than I was before!

Auto Approve was my salvation, after searching my local area without success, Auto Approve I called them. They took information and in a few hours I was already approved for car refinancing. It was very easy to work with them. Elvin was incredibly kind, cleared all my doubts and I I guide in the whole process that lasted less than a week. Now I have a new loan with an incredibly comfortable interest compared to the 25% I had. I am happy and grateful to Auto Approve.

First off, my loan was refinanced with a lower payment--Thank You! But I was not aware that Gap, Extended Warranty and some other Warranty thing was added to my loan. I now owe 4000 dollars more (7000 if I do not pay off early). My bad for not reading the contract before committing. So I request to cancel Gap, Extended and that other one. After lots of phone calls the Gap and Extended are gone, but the last one is still there, and they have stopped returning calls. Per the contract I requested the cancellations before 30 days of initialization, and I still waiting for the last warranty to cancel.

My experience with Auto Approve was horrible. Brian ** reached out to me through email and text message. We agreed to speak by phone last Saturday November 9, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. I explained that I wanted to refinance my 2018 limited edition 4 Runner which I just realized it has a negative equity because they paid my old SUV. I agreed to give him my personal information with the promise that he will contact me whether I was approved or not. At 5:00 p.m. that day I realized that I have yet to receive any news. I texted him as before and I still waiting for his response.

He went way above on helping us through every step. Jason also saved my wife and I over $3000.00 on the interest and the extended warranty on my Cadillac.
