They responded in a quick manner. Everything went through relatively quickly. We did everything online, which was awesome, except for having to get a notary. That was the only piece that I had to do externally. They have that service available, but I didn't realize that when I started that process. I assumed that I had to go external. The person called and verified my general information. They connected me with a person in the lending department and processed all my paperwork, and validated my income. In less than two weeks, it was approved. It was easy. And they're saving me $130 off of my auto loan every month.

With Auto Approve, I could quickly apply. I had a couple of phone calls with the guy and sent in some paperwork and it was done. It was awesome. Also, the customer service got back to me quickly.

Everything went good with that Auto Approve. They gave me a better interest rate. The whole process was all paperwork where I was communicating with someone. I would email them and give them all the information on my vehicle. They kept communicating with me via email and by phone and text message. I called them regarding their app to make the payment. I wasn't able to set it up to attach my bank account to it. But we got that fixed.

I'm not getting everything I'm supposed to get because it is my first time ever refinancing anything. It's not Auto Approve’s fault because they did what they had to do. It's up to me to try to do the things they’re saying what's due to me. But I gotta go out there to get it. When I try to go through my previous place where I bought the car, I'm getting the runaround so it’s just too much I’m going through. My finance already went through everything and I'm into trying to get my reimbursements. I called customer service before and they were great. I'm satisfied with Auto Approve because they got the refinance.

The manager was the key factor in my decision to work with Auto Approve because he was confident. He was organized in telling me information and he didn't push me too much. One time, I needed to get refund of different from payoff and I contacted the rep that I was talking to, Dustin. I managed to reach out using text messages, which was pretty handy for me. But I didn't know that Auto Approve was kind of a middle company. It was a surprise for me. I realized that when I got approved and I saw the name of the bank.

The whole process was pretty quick and easy. The reps were nice. They answered all my questions.

It was not worth the required efforts. Although interest rates were drastically reduced almost 3 times my current, my quoted savings per month were barely a hundred dollars with similar monthly terms for 72 months.

I inquired online and then I got a call almost immediately from a person, and it was on the weekend. I got some basic information and then he passed it along to a broker who was going to give me the best rate for our situation. We spoke with them the next day and everything worked out for us. I was very impressed with the quickness of everything and the knowledge that the two gentlemen that I worked with had. They explained everything very clearly. We were able to finalize a refi on our auto loan and I was very happy with it.

Auto Approve's being able to push through even though one person said no stood out the most to me. They didn't let that stop them. They were working in my benefit, I felt, to find someone that will finance me. They didn't quit. Sean was working with me. I have a lot of difficulty with cellphones and he was so patient. He was walking me through things and would text me back and say, "We need this. We need that." I liked the patience, the endurance, and just being a set of people that were sincere. I was a little leery in the beginning but then they worked their butt off to do it. A couple of people kind of refused, but they didn't give up. They found me someone who did it. I'm very happy to have them, got involved with it and gave me some of what I wanted. They went through a lot of changes for me. So, I do appreciate that.

They're quick to process the documents I sent. They were okay to work with. It was a pretty smooth process.

Auto Approve had some of the best rates and overall, I like how their numbers looked. They had called me yesterday and were informing me how to set up my payments. I had already downloaded their app and set everything up ahead of time. The overall process was good.

During all facets of the process, I was informed as to what would need to be done. When I had questions, I got the information I required complete the task. I had trouble with the notary service online and when I contacted Peggy, I got the information I would need to complete the form.

Took forever. Could not get any information unless I gave personal information. I didn't comply. Asked too many questions. Then would not show rates unless you give address. Consumer affairs is what I am talking about!!!!

It was a horrible experience from beginning to the end. The agent keeping giving my info to 3rd parties and running my name for credit and other companies and dropped my credit score from 691 to 614. This is very unprofessional and it was illegal to keep giving my information out to the 3rd parties. I will never do business again here.

First Lie: I was told by this a rep named Jake (**) that a soft credit pull would be done without affecting my credit score. A hard credit pull was done instead. Second Lie: After scaling up from the 2.25% APR offered initially about 4.5%, I reluctantly agreed and was asked to send in some documents (which was sent) only for the rep to call back and told me they will only do 10% which is close what I am currently paying. I declined and expressed my disgust at such unprofessional and dishonest business practice. Now I have a ruined credit score for dealing with this company. Be careful transacting business with this company, they are not be trusted.

I called Eric. He took my info for the application to refi my truck.. He called me back in less than 10 minutes with the approval. Never expected such quick response. Eric was very polite and professional. Process took less than 45 minutes.

Easiest loan process I’ve ever done, lowered my car payment and my interest rate. They explained the process the entire way through and made it almost effortless! I did the entire transaction over my phone, while walking my dog. Had the same person through the entire thing, he wasn’t the most bubbly personality but he was quick, efficient, and helpful. He made the refinance of my car one of the easiest major financial dealings I’ve ever done.

Hey my name is James, I refinanced 3 auto loans and saved about 730.00 a month. It was quick and easy. I figured it would be more trouble than it was worth, but I was wrong. I would recommend it to my friends. Great service!

Refinanced my vehicle with AutoApprove.com in July 2021 which was a nightmare in and of itself with terrible interactions with everyone at the company. Took 4 weeks instead of 2 days like they promised with a lack of professionalism in each conversation that's hard to imagine being worse. As part of the refinance they needed to issue a new title and paperwork so I can get a new license plate in the state of IL. They told me I would receive the paperwork and title no more than 10 business days after the closing. It's now mid November and I've called/emailed weekly and asked for updates on when I can expect my paperwork, as I'm now unable to drive my vehicle as the title and license plate are not valid anymore. Auto Approve is a scam, have unhelpful employees, and are incompetent in delivering the contractually obligated items within their contracts.

I got a mailer stating that I was "pre-qualified" for a refinance. In order to do so they do a hard inquiry on your credit report only to deny credit from their lenders. They buy leads from the credit bureaus and have the guidelines set too low. A 680 score was TOO LOW.

I had Dustin as my rep and I can't say enough about his excellent customer service. He was patient, thorough and guided me step by step thru the whole process. I thought this whole thing was too good to be true, but He lowered my finance rate 5 points and added a full extended warranty to 105k. Hard to do over the phone, hard to read small print and my internet was down, my phone service is not good in my area. The process was simple and did not take too long. It was easier than going to the bank for a loan.

They asked me to send them information. Ran my credit, this impacts my credit score. And at the end they said the bank they found won't do the refinance since I am permanent resident not citizen. This is DISCRIMINATION and unacceptable. Why did you ask me to refinance with you guys and at the end discriminate me just because I am not citizen?

We received a letter in the mail in regard to Auto Approve to refinance our car. Usually I don’t keep anything that comes in the mail like that but I thought I would check it out and I’m very happy I did. I worked with Zach ** and he was very professional and very on time with everything. I would recommend Auto Approve to anyone.

After I discovered an overcharge on my lease purchase loan, it took one month to obtain a refund. While the loan consultant, Tammie **, did everything she could to resolve the situation, her supervisor, Shaun, who assumed responsibility to fix the problem NEVER responded to my inquiries as to the status of the problem. Complete lack of communication with me, the customer, is totally unsatisfactory. I didn’t know if I would ever get my money back until the check finally showed up at my address. It would have been nice to know it was on it’s way or indeed to have ANY courtesy call to tell me the problem was resolved. Customer satisfaction is apparently very low on Auto Approve’s priorities.

The process was a little confusing, and took a long time to process.. I only had 3 years left on the loan, and due to a financial setback I needed to refinance. My payment was lowered by $130 but Loan extended another 3 years, total 36 months. I believe Auto Lenders is doing a good job and I’m sure will get less confusing with time.

Orion was so helpful and consistently communicated with me about my options. The first couple options fell through. He attempted multiple times and in the end got me the best deal. My entire process took over a month, which was annoying but not Auto Approve’s fault. Because of his open line of communication, the process felt too easy.

Everything was going well until I reviewed the new loan and it hadn’t been paid off. I found out that the check had been lost in the mail, fine no big deal. But I started looking into the other fees that I wasn’t aware we were being charged. They were quickly reviewed with us but I do not remember this. I was told I can cancel the GAP insurance but am still waiting for that to process and I can’t get a hold of anyone to understand the status. Once the loan was processed I feel like Auto Approve no longer cared about my experience because the money had been received and closed out. I was ready to recommend everyone to Auto Approve! ... but now I am still waiting for someone to call me back and GAP insurance to be canceled.

This is the worst business I have ever worked with, and I have traveled and worked extensively in developing counties. I applied for a refinance and title transfer for my car in Nov. They never submitted anything to the DMV. I kept calling, they kept lying saying they sent it to the DMV. Now my plates are expired. I can no longer drive my car and am spending a fortune in Uber bills and am looking at thousands of dollars in fines due to the suspended plates because I was waiting for the new plates. Finally they admit they never sent anything to the dmv this whole time so it’s like we are starting the process over. Totally incompetent!

I began the process to have Auto Approve finance my lease buy-out 2 days ago. Unfortunately, they are now starting the process from scratch because I'm not interested in buying a $2,000 extended warranty or $850 GAP insurance as part of the financing. If I bought those the 2.99% rate they approved me for would have actually been more than twice as much. Very deceptive. I came to them for a loan, that's all. Now all I get is radio silence and am frustrated because my lease is running out and I just wasted two days. My guess is that if they ever do get back to me with approval of a loan not including the unnecessary warranty extension or GAP coverage the rate will be at least twice as much and not at all competitive. I hope they prove me wrong.

I filled out the information on LendingTree. I received a call immediately from Auto Approve. They also had the lowest interest rate from the initial response from Lending Tree. The rate quote was immediate and they were very thorough on the process and steps. Once I agreed it took about a week with filling out the electronic documents and mailing back the notarized POA. I received confirmation that the lending was funded 4 days ago but it doesn't appear my original lender has received it yet. My new bank has already reached out and set up the expectations and I would recommend Auto Approve to someone looking to either finance or refinance their vehicle.
