    I went with Auto Approve because they said that I didn’t have to make a payment for the loan for 2 months. It took about 13 emails and six phone calls for the loan to be approved, and then get all the paperwork in for the current registration insurance. I just waited for it and it went through. Then, I was surprised when I got home and I had a couple checks from the excess of paying off the old loan. It was two different checks for the balance that was due to me after the new loan went through. I was very tight on money at that time, so it was almost like they gave me money to make my first payment. I was happy about that.

    Auto Approve also lowered the interest. I was paying 19% and with them, I was paying 10%. It’s almost $100 a month lower. I was surprised too, because I don't have the best FICO score. They wanted to do 72 months but I said to do 48 because I wanted to get it paid off so I can go down the liability and then start saving money in the long run.

    What I hate though about new car loans is they're trying to charge you for full coverage. And then if something happens, they say you’re not covered for that. With the way the inflation is going now, charging you for a full coverage is just ridiculous. But still, I’m happy with Auto Approve.

    The application process started out smoothly as far as applying, and providing the needed information for the loan. I was then asked to not pay my current car loan for the next three months. Within the two months, there was no communication and it was very difficult to reach anyone for further updates or how much it will cost to refinance my vehicle. I missed two monthly car payments, which caused my credit score to drop from 747 to 632. I never found out how much it will cost for a down payment, nor how much it will cost monthly. Afterwards, I've completely given up trying to refinance my vehicle because of this past experience. And I won't do it again.

    I'm refinancing my 2019 Nissan Altima SL to get a better rate, and Auto Approve took the retail price instead of the current value of my car. Because of the type of car that it is, the valuation drops dramatically just for what the brand is known for. Despite being a losing asset, the car is still running and it’s a good car.

    Before Auto Approve, I had talked to someone and didn’t like their attitude. They were more like doing fear tactics since it’s my first car and I wasn’t really into that. But the person I worked with at Auto Approve was super cool. He helped me find one of the lower downpayments that was in my budget. He also walked me through the process. Whenever I had questions while submitting the down payment, filling out paperwork, or asking about refunds, he was open and courteous in answering them.

    The annual percentage rate that I got from them was very positive. It went from about 12% to around 6 or 7%. My credit is good, and even though the interest on my first loan was high because it was my first car, refinancing gave me the opportunity to lower that interest and build my credit nicely.

    Very Frustrating experience! I spoke to four different representatives, and they all sounded like they were in another country (broken English). Then after starting the application, they appeared to lose all my info because they couldn't read back all the info my wife and I gave to them. Instead, they wanted me to give them my personal info again. Each time I go onto the website to access my application, it makes me start all over. I cannot see anything already completed. We DO NOT recommend this company as an option to refinance.

    I reached out to one other place that does refinancing. They told me they couldn't do it because of the age of my vehicle. Auto Approve was the second place I reached out to and they said they work with older vehicles with 100,000 plus miles. They got me approved with a low interest rate.

    However, my loan wasn't paid off at the time that they said it was going to. I was initially told that it was going to be paid off at a sooner date. So, I took a risk on it, essentially. When my payment came due, I just let it go past a couple of days, which I typically never do. I had to let it roll past a few days so I didn't end up having to pay my own payment, and then wait to get reimbursed for it. That was the only downside of it.

    They took care of the majority of it. Overall, it went really smooth and easy, and saves you money.

    I called Auto Approve and filled out information. They told me I was good to go. It was pretty easy. They gave me step-by-step detail on everything and got everything done in a good timely manner. The rate that they gave me was better than what I had. Auto Approve is legit. The first time that I used them, I was happy. It was quick and easy. But two weeks later, I used them again and I was unhappy because I was gonna finance my other vehicle through them, and they were messing around too much. It was a totally different process from the vehicle before. It wasn't the same steps and they needed way more information. So I just ended up going with someone else.

    Refinanced my Mercedes 2021 GLE with Auto Approve, I began the process Feb 18th, and I was sent a confirmation on March 5 that the refinance had been funded and complete. All paperwork had been filled out and POA sent. On June 12 I was informed that the paperwork had been lost and we would need to resend everything to complete transfer of title with the state of Texas. I completed all documents and returned them on June 22 and received confirmation of receipt on June 30. I was informed on July 28th that the documents were lost and we needed to fill them out and send them again, only to be told the same day that they found the documents.

    Today, November, 14th I went to sell my car and was unable to as the title transfer from my old leinholder to my current lienholder still has not been filed with Harris County. I called Harris Country and they provided information that they did not receive a title transfer request until September 22, a full 269 days from beginning this process!!! Harris County rejected the request on October 30 (note it only took them 38 days to process) due to:

    A) check was short $126.75,
    B) POA form was not completed in full and the 1030 form was not completed in full.

    C) Title service needs to provide business card.

    They are nice when you apply but once they decline you, They claim that they sent you a text so they cover their butts but they do not. If they do, texting is so informal. They do not send a letter of why you were declined. When you call them to ask the status of your application, they transfer you to other departments. They do not deserve 1 star at all.     This company is a waste of time, don't bother. The phone application took way too long. The operator asked questions that seemed to be excessive for a simply car loan qualification. And to top it off, after wasting 20 min of my time, they still didn't have a rate for me. They told me that my info would be passed onto another representative.     I received an offer from Auto Approve in the mail. I decided to refinance to lower my car payment. Initially thing went smoothly. I gave the all the information they requested. I received an email that stated I was approved and to contact my loan consultant for specific details. I contacted him and he quoted me a lower rate and monthly payment than I currently had and would have to put down $800. I then asked him the amount I was financing because he never asked for a payoff amount nor did he contact my current lender. He said the loan was for $11k. I told him I got the payoff amount and it’s $9600. He bumbled and stumbled over his words and said he needed to rework the numbers and would get back to me within 48 hours. That time passed. I called him for 2 weeks and never received a response.

    I finally called the main company number and expressed my concern about the lack of response. My loan consultant finally called me back. He never apologized for the lack of contact then he tells me he got me approved for a loan with $3k down and same payments as the original offer. I asked what happened to the original loan offer with reworked numbers? He said, "Hang on a minute and let me pull up your account." He says, "I have your account up and we have an approval to pay off your existing loan with $1900 down." At this point I’m asking where all the quotes are coming from. His only response was, "This is the loan we have found for you" and basically "Take it or leave it." I tried contacting his superiors with no luck. I tried a different loan consultant and he said that’s all they can do. Very poor business practices and communication.

    I can’t say the company is a scam but I personally will not be doing business with them and would suggest anyone reading this to stay clear of them. They wasted my time and were all over the board with quotes. That’s not how you do business. The original Loan Consultant I had was Abe who was unprofessional and not well prepared to be in the lending business. The 2nd consultant I had was Kyle.

    The first red flag was after my loan consultant and I agreed on a loan, I had received an email to sign documents. I had to print one os the attachments. Well, it wasn’t me. I was sent someone else’s information. When I questioned, I was reassured my information was safe. Then I was told I could get a better loan because I underreported my income. So we agreed on the terms. Over 8 days later, nothing. No communication. So I texted, called, called again, called the company more than once asking for a supervisor. I never got a response, but the person answering the phone was sure able to tell me my loan was approved. Really, that news is 8 days old. I question this company. Poor customer service or just incompetence?

    Everything was great and I don’t have any complaints about the process. I called Auto Approve and got pre-approved. The guy did a soft inquiry, looked it over and gave me the rates. After I agreed, he did a hard inquiry and then asked for pictures and some paperwork, so I went through the whole process, and I didn’t have any issues at all. It was great because I did it all in one day. They refi-ed me with a credit union with a better rate and term because with my original loan, I was close to 7% for 75 months and I ended up getting 5.1% for 60 months.

    The loan process with Auto Approve was smooth. I submitted the requirements and it went through the weekend, and then I got a call on Monday and they said that my loan has been approved. And they gave me some documents that outline the instructions and then I completed what it said to do on the instructions. Because I'm in North Carolina, you can do online notary. So I was able to notarize everything online. It was nice, simple and straightforward. The whole process was done in three days, and then it took about 10 days for them to pay off the loan. And then, Ally just sent me a payoff notice in the mail.

    One of the worst companies for customer service. I went on the website to see if I could improve my car payment. Unfortunately, the site never gives and actual quote. The customer service people will call all the time, I actual was on the phone with them when 2 more calls came in. All they want is my personal information (Social security number) in order to get me some numbers. I want to know if it is worth the bother before I give my information. Quotes of lowering your payment may in fact be true but it could be by extending the loan out more years. This is why I want estimated numbers before I proceed with actual quotes. Do better.

    Auto Approve’s lending process was pretty painless. I just shared information about my car, the payoff amount, and the bank that had the loan. The documents I needed to sign were all done online via DocuSign. I was able to do it right from my laptop.

    I got a good rate that was over 1.5% lower than what I was paying. I achieved what I wanted to achieve.

    The timing is good also because I’m buying a car for my college son. Pulling $40 off my loan payment means that can go toward his. It also introduced me to another bank, which I wasn’t familiar with. As I quote out rates for the car I’ll be buying, it gives me another valid lender to look at.

Every time that I call all I get is that I will have someone call you in twenty four hours. Service are very bad 👎. I wouldn't use this company. They will only talk to you if they get you approve. They never did call me back.

    I received an unsolicited letter for the 2025 Payment Reduction Notice showing current and a “New Payment” that will reduce my monthly car payments $274/month. When I called the broker could not confirm that would be my actual savings and they would require a hard credit pull and then turn my application over to a loan officer to determine my actual savings, if any! Their offer letter clearly shows my monthly savings of $274 and has no conditions or is not shown as an estimate. This is clearly false advertising and auto approve should be required to accurately disclose this is only an estimate and your actual savings can vary depending on your loan officer’ review!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

    I never leave reviews but this was ridiculously frustrating and may even count as an inquiry on my credit about which I am VERY uptight - we will see. I was invited twice to apply for a refinance loan for my new car. I tried to do it online, filled out all applicable fields, but the website errored out on the email confirmation code screen three different times ("HTTP Error: This site is not working. Contact your administrator" or similar phrasing on a blank white browser screen). In the meantime I applied in just a few seconds through another refi site (refijet.com) and the results were still a bit higher of a rate than what was offered in the Auto Approve letter, so I called Auto Approve to try one more time.

    I currently have a loan in just my name, based on our household income, as I have had many times in the last 10 years. This representative could not even give me an estimate without me having my husband apply as a "co-signer." I have had many vehicles titled in just my name based on household income. I already have a decent loan on this car and can still get an even better one in STILL MY OWN NAME from several companies including my bank and credit union, but was enticed by Auto Approve's multiple ads and Pre-approved credit mailers directed at me, individually, with proposed payments and interest rates based on my info they bought from someone (my current loan holder?). I feel like if their online interface would have worked, I would now have the deal they offered in their letter, but this semi-retired spouse with an investment portfolio will shop elsewhere.

    Went through the whole process. Westlake direct had payment set up for April. I get a text on late Friday stating one of the documents to verify address is not accepted. The bank won't take Chime as an address verification. My daughter doesn't have any other documents to verify her address. Everything we sent them has her address on it. She lives with her dad. We tried to send other stuff but nope, nothing we sent was good enough. Was told, "Sorry can't proceed further. Someone will be in touch with you to close out the loan." Unbelievable. Just can't believe one piece of paper is all it took to cancel a loan. They didn't mind poking in our credit and seeing all our banking information before denying us because of an address issue.

    Worst experience ever! Misrepresented that I would have 2 month without pmts on new loan. I ended having to make the payments which didn’t save me any money for the holidays. They said I would be reimbursed, but only for 1 month. The time between when they approve the loan, sign for the loan. And actually have to start making payments is the misrepresentation. Screwed me for the holidays, I was in recovery from spine surgery, the stress it caused me was horrible. Worst decision of my life to go through AUTO APPROVE. Never again and I will tell everyone who considers it NOT TO!

They were responsive overall but there were a few hiccups at the end of the process. I got a communication saying that there may be additional steps involving the title which I never received.     The little ad that Auto Approve did on the internet seemed to be the most clear-cut. It was more precise as to what I was looking for, so I went with them. The whole loan process was fast and clean. It was slower on my part than it was on their part. It was within days of once I made the decision to go with it. I got back to the rep after everything was going and he helped me out with some other stuff. If you're looking to get a better interest rate, Auto Approve can do that for you.

    The application process was pretty easy. But I had laminated my Social Security card without signing it and they wanted me to sign it. I have applied for a bunch of other companies and bought houses and not had to do that so it really threw me off. I had to unlaminate the card which tore it up, so I was pissed. I said, “So, you can either take this or go to hell.” That was the only problem I had throughout the whole deal. Other than that, it was a streamlined process. I got a $100 cheaper payment and a whole percentage point lower interest rate.

    Was very disappointed with follow up service. Had a upside down car payment that because of sudden health issues could not afford to pay. Working very little. Was told I would be notified in 36 hrs of the decision. Was not notified of any decision. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone when I called back. After several calls I was finally told they were not able to find anyone that would accept the loan. The decision was what I expected BUT why didn't someone follow up? That is good customer service. I just needed an answer, just added more stress to an already stressful situation. Just wanted an answer.

    When I was looking for refinancing options, Auto Approve popped up. They searched for a bank with less interest and better overall payment for me and they were very easy to work through. Everything was online. They asked me for some documents, and I sent over the documents that I had. They wanted a copy of my current agreement with my current bank and I did that.

    The process took about 30 days and the customer service was great. The new bank, which is Veridian, was able to close the account and I was able to sign all the papers online through a notary person. Usually, when people deal with banks they have to go into the office, which is annoying. I would highly recommend Auto Approve. They made the process of refinancing my vehicle very easy right from the comfort of my own home, and they were able to find better rates and payments.

    Auto Approve was more responsive, so I continued. However, it would be nice to have one person work with me all the way as a dedicated success rep versus, “Hey, my part's done. I'm transferring you over to someone else,” where I didn't know if it was truly the same company I am working with. At some point during, it felt scammy because there were many different people and email addresses, but I came to a conclusion it was what it was, and it played out well.

    You will get an insight into your current rates and rates for many different lenders. I didn't feel I was pushed to say yes or no to either one, so I felt comfortable. You should feel comfortable moving forward since it will lower whatever payment you have previously with no real cost associated to it. My assumption at the end was, “By the way, we did this. You're gonna owe us $500.” There was nothing of that, so I didn't feel I was baited and switched. It changed my wife's payment, so she's happy. I did it for her. Her payment was higher with interest rate that I purchased the car at. And I made her own the payment, so I brought her payment down to something that was more in line with what she was comfortable with.

    I have been trying to get my car refinanced for MONTHS and have been totally getting the runaround with this company. I've had to send in paperwork over and over - the same paperwork! I have the UPS tracking labels and everything. They rope you in and then ghost you, only to text you back asking for more information. As of today, I have notified Joe that I am cancelling my application. I've had to make 4 payments since this all started. It's the most ridiculous company I have ever had to deal with.

    I refinanced my 2021 Tucson Hyundai with AutoApprove in Sept 2024, the process went better than expected with Aylin, Was not sure what I was getting myself into, Aylin answered my 1000 questions and was responsive and always patient, I saved $700 per month, I appreciate that the final rate was $50 less than originally quoted as AutoApprove did not try to upsell warranty based on reviewing what I was carrying over. I had a final issue with getting my refund/overpayment check back from Hyundai so Aylin was helping out 4 weeks after closing calling her back office and having them send me letters that helped me resolve the issue finally with Hyundai. All in excellent excellent performance. There were others besides Aylin but special thanks to her.

    I was in the process of refinancing my car and I found Auto Approve. I reached out and inquired, then I was connected pretty quickly to somebody who walked me through the process. Everybody has a fairly similar process but it was a little harder to connect initially with a company that would move forward. And I've got a really busy job. So I didn't have time to jack around and wait on people. Auto Approve made it very easy in terms of communication with me and they didn't give me guard rails.

    One guy from another competitor told me that he works from this time to this time, but the guy at Auto Approve who was running the initial sale just communicated with me when it would work for me and he didn't make a big deal about it. It was very helpful. The rates they gave me still aren't where I would like them to be, but that's more of a reflection of the economy. I know they can somewhat offer some differential rates and they happen to be the lowest with the time frame that I was looking at. It was the best I could get at the time.

    Considering Auto Approve was offering a great deal that I've never heard of before, I went with them. Not only does my monthly payment get lowered and do I get deferral payments for the next two months, from what I heard, I'm also covered in tire replacements. There was something else up to 100,000 miles and I feel like that was a worthwhile package. I got a direct number with an agent that I've been working with. Every time I call, they pick up and answer my questions. If they're too busy with other customers, then usually I send them a text message and they'll call back within the day.

    The lending process was straightforward. They sent me over some documents that I had to e-sign and then I just had to mail a few documents along with my car title to get the loan approved. They made it very easy. They already created the UPS label for me and I just needed to get it printed, notarized, and then sent out, which took no longer than 15 minutes after arriving at UPS. I thought the process would be a lot more tedious, but it was fast.

    Auto Approve has reached out on multiple occasions to obtain a refinance for my auto loan. When running the application they asked about keeping my husband on and running the application- I had no idea this would result in 4 more hard inquiries pulled on my credit- spoke with Auto Approve and they did not care to fix it. Also they did not speak to my husband to verify him. I would stay far away from this company, they offer great rates but do not follow through, the only thing that has happened is my credit is damaged and they will not fix it.

    This is the fourth time I've used Auto Approve. They seem to be good at finding a network of credit unions, and they've been easy to deal with. The application process is good, but the customer service is not so good. The loan has been closed for a few couple weeks, and now, they said they want a copy of the title. I had no problem sending the title, but they said I didn't need to. They were just gonna get it from the state. Now, all of a sudden, they say they need the title. The demeanor of the agent who called was like I did something wrong or I was not doing my part somehow. It was a silly interaction, but it pissed me off. I sent it off and I finally got them to send me a label.

    We talked to somebody on the phone and they were very good. They explained the situation and what our options were, then we received some documents that we filled out. We went through the whole process of making sure any questions we had, they answered promptly. Auto Approve hooked us up with a credit union. All in all, my experience went well. It's getting complicated these days though. They brought third-parties involved in the funding process. They're still trying to work out getting our gap insurance refunded from the original lender. It's not complete yet, but at the same time, the company did a good job.

They made the process super simple as well. Everything they needed from me, they gave me a list, and I gave it to them. If something got cut off and they needed a different picture, all the communication was there and they never missed a beat. It was perfect, and from what I experienced with the website, it was hands on. If I needed information, I could find it. The process took a little under a month, which was quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Everything that I experienced was top-notch.     Terrible! I had my car refinanced through this company in 2022 due to divorce and needed to get ex's name off the registration and title. I sent in the paperwork needed and nothing. Then in 2023 I received COPIES of registration, license plate (I never received) that said license plate I did not receive on it along with a flag and incorrect address. Somehow I missed that they did not have the correct license plate number and carried on. I paid to renew my registration through DOV and it had my current license plate number on it, my correct address and clear certificate but it still had my ex's name on it. That brings us to today. I paid my car off today and want to trade it in for a newer model. I contacted them because I noticed the incorrect license plate on the copy they sent to me last year.

    I have been going around in circles because the person I am working with in the title department does not have a clue what I need. Brittany is still sending me the copy of the registration cert with the incorrect license plate number and address. Even though I sent her my current copy of renewed registration certificate with my current license plate number. I called customer service to get someone else to help me and they said I needed to speak with Brittany. Well, Brittany, does not call me, she emails me and there is a great disconnect there. I am so frustrated and will never use this company again!! No one will help me and I am stuck with clueless Brittany. And stuck with a car I cannot trade in or sell because of their incompetence.

They tell you that in order to proceed before they can Approve you that they have to do a HARD Hit on your Credit Report! Only to come back and tell you that you didn't get Approved!     I'm happy in some aspects but not satisfied in others. I'm satisfied with my monthly payment and interest rate. But I'm not satisfied with the lack of transparency on how much that whole process would cost me. How it went up $800. I ended up getting a phone call from Auto Approve through one of my things that I filed out on the internet. It seemed professional. The call was recorded for the assurance purposes. So, I felt very comfortable with that. In some aspects, I never knew if it was recorded or not. But at least most of it seemed professional on talking on the phone. They offered help on trying to get me a refinance on my car, a better rate, and better payment. That is what enticed me to go with them. They did some work with some numbers crunching. I came out with a lot better interest rate and a monthly payment for my loan.

    It was all done over the phone and online. At one point, I would get paperwork through DocuSign, had to sign everything through it, and had to get on a video call with somebody that notarizes documents. I had everything notarized. And that was sent over. That felt weird. Never done anything on the phone like that before. That felt weird but also professional. It felt a little sketchy in some aspects when it came to text messaging, because I would get a text message from somebody explaining who they were and and it was always weird area codes. I talked to three people through text messages, all different numbers, which I threw up some red flags for me. That was strange, but I figured it should be all right.

    Everybody that I worked with all had the same area code, not the same number. Instead of getting a 623 area code and, “I'm gonna pass you off to my boss,” I would get a 761 area code. I don't know where they're based out of or operate out of. They would transfer me over to a higher representative. I would get a text message from that person. The people that would text me was the same number that they originally texted me in. I felt comfortable there. But the whole text messaging thing for me was weird. I wasn't impressed with the dynamic. It didn't feel professional when it came to text. It felt more professional when I spoke on the phone with somebody. But everything went smoothly.

    They told me every bit of information that they needed. They kept me updated on everything, either through a text message or every once in a while, after the initial phone call, another phone call from another representative. They had me send them a picture of my bill of sale from the original dealership that I bought the car from, which I thought was weird because I didn't understand why they needed that. But I gave it to them anyway. I even told them, “This is my current bank that I bank with.” I gave them a rough estimate range, because I had just paid my car payment the month before and seen how much I had left on principal. I told them, “This is where the payoff amount should be.” They offered gap, which I didn't want. I do my own work to my own cars anyway.

    They found me a bank in Arizona. I asked, “Why didn't you guys just find me a bank closer to me?” I live in Indiana. I get it. Some dealerships even do it. They go to banks out all over. They don't just go for local banks. They found me a bank in Arizona called Hughes Federal Credit Union. They took care of the whole process. They ended up contacting my own bank, gave them the payoff for it and did all the title work and going to the new bank. They handled all that for me, which was nice. The bank that they got me with is a legit bank. I've made my first car payment through them. So, everything went well and smoothly.

    A couple of things that I disliked about it were the going for a bank so far away from me, which would cause work to be done when it comes to the title. It doesn't even have to be in my town. They could have found one in Indianapolis, three hours away from me. I figured they would try to stay within a state. I'm 15 miles from Michigan. They could have found me something in Michigan or a little further in Illinois or Ohio. All the way in Arizona. That was strange. I understand because if you go do title work at the BMV, they charge a couple of hundred bucks. If you have title work down at the dealership, they charge $500 for title work, registration and fees. So, I get that that stuff costs money.

    When I got my first statement from Hughes and looked through all the paperwork, my original payoff for a principal amount after my last payment with my old bank was $7,066, which was what I owed left on the car. And when I got all the finalized paperwork for the new bank, it showed my principal amount being owed of $7,800. They charged me $800 to do all the title work and getting everything transferred over, which puts me back six months in payment. I wasn't happy with that. I get it. They gotta make money. If they are the ones doing the title work, communicating from bank to bank, and getting all that stuff, I get it. But $800 seems exuberant. They tacked that on to the principal amount.

    Upcharging me $800 to do all the title work was upsetting. My original finance amount was $8,000. I don't know if they took the bill of sale and said, “Okay. We're gonna take this amount, and that's what he's gonna finance.” Almost restarting my entire loan. “And we're gonna cut ourselves a check for $800.” They didn't disclose fees. I know that it costs money to do some things. They explained they would handle all the title transfer. But I don't know if it was $800 worth of work. It would be nice to be forthcoming with what the cost of doing it all. But they gave me a better rate on lower payments, so I'm happy there.

    I'm satisfied with my current loan as far as months that I pay my interest rate, because it got dropped from 15 to a 9. That was substantial. That helped me out a lot. I was on a 48-month term. Now, it's 60 months. That also helps on the payment aspect. I'm happy with the rate and everything that I got. Satisfied with my new principal amount that I owe.

    I went online, searched for a new refinance company, and found Auto Approve. The rep, Richard, reached out to me very fast and explained everything. There were a couple concerns, but he walked me through everything. He told me everything that I needed, and I was able to send him screenshots. He was very helpful. He went from everything that I needed to do to make sure my signatures were there, and he kept following up with me on how to go through the contract, if I had any questions.     Should never have filled out the application. Their website says no upselling and 60 second quote, not true. By taking their offer I would have to extend my loan 16 months over my 68 months. They would bring down my loan from 8.22% to 6.99%. I would end up paying $2564.00 more for my vehicle. Not sure how that helps people. Also obvious they sold my information as I am getting multiple calls from all over the East Coast since I filled out the application., I don't think that was a coincidence. Overall a very frustrating experience that I should have avoided.

    Very difficult to deal with after documents are signed. We refinanced our home to pay off the loan and they refuse to cancel the gap and service warranty to have our auto loan. During entire process since day one they have delayed all stages and never sent us any documentation on the gap coverage and service warranty so we try to cancel directly.

    The overall lending process was very streamlined and the paperwork wasn't overdone. They just wanted to know information on the car and the paperwork to let them go ahead and talk to my new loan lender for me and then also my old loan lender to close out the account was great. I was really worried about having to make the phone calls and work all that out but Auto Approve did it for me. That was really convenient. It took a lot of stress off me and I really appreciated that. They got my loan lowered and refinanced and they saved me on the APR because I knew I was getting wrecked with my APR.

    Auto Approve did not explain in their refinancing terms the fact that they had it mandatory that I carry a gap policy and it's built into the refinance. They were not upfront about some of the stuff that is built into their refinance. I contacted them and they just said I could cancel my gap policy once I had enough equity in my loan. That is what I waited for. But I said to them that wasn't explained.

    They found me a loan for my car with Veridian Credit Union. But when I called Veridian to find out about it, because I went through all my Veridian paperwork, they were, "You're not the first person that came from Auto Approve to tell us that this happened." Other than that, they were fine. They were great. The process went quickly and smoothly. They were able to give me a loan at a lower rate than I had now. They were great to work with. The guy kept in touch with me.

    I liked Auto Approve's options, specifically, the 90-day thing where you could put off the payment for 90 days. Their process was quick and easy. It was a total of an hour of work or so. My loan consultant did a good job.

    Auto Approve's process was very smooth. The rep I worked with gave me proper instructions about what should I submit, what time, and what was needed. His name was Kenneth and I had a good communication with him. The rate was a little more than others but I will still call them again to get a loan if I need it.     Send me a preapproved payment reduction notice. Called and verbally confirmed over the phone that could reduce my rate. Reached out to me twice telling me my new rate was confirmed. Only later told me they were mistaken. Ultimately could not get a better rate after multiple hits on my credit report. A week after received notice they could not help with the rate. They sent me a second notice to alert me that they could lower my payment.

    It's been weeks and no one has contacted me other than a few texts here and there telling me to give them 24 to 48 hours and they will have an answer for me. My credit is not an issue! Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

    Auto Approve did an excellent job and I was happy. I just wanted to see how it worked and before I knew it, it was all figured out and done. It was a simple process to at least get started. There was the initial application which took 30 minutes and then, there was a phone call that took a little bit of time. But that was helpful for me because I had a bunch of questions. So, it wasn't just a one-way thing. I was approved on the same day so it was within 24 hours and then, there was additional paperwork that happened over the next day as Auto Approve worked through the rest of the process on their back end. But it wasn't taking much time for me. I just waited till that was all done.

    I bought out a lease at the dealership and the rate that I got was extremely high. I walked out of there thinking I was gonna have to refinance in the next couple of months. If you have a rate that you wanna refinance, I can't think of a better way to do it than through Auto Approve because the process was straightforward and easy. The rep answered all my questions along the way too. And I got a lower payment.

    They would tell me one thing and it would come out to be another. At first, they treat you all nice but once you have your credit or you get approved, it feels like they're doing you a favor. But I got my monthly car payment from 450 to 234.
