We looked up companies to help with refinancing our vehicle. Auto Approve came up on the internet and since they offered a better deal, we went with them. We filled out the application then we got a phone call back. They got one company to give us an approval and a day later, they gave us another one while we were making our decision who we were going with. Then, the second one that came back gave us more of a deal than what we were wanting.

I was doing a web search through Credit Karma and Auto Approve popped up. Based on the reviews I saw, I signed up with them. It looked like there were more options with them where I could choose from and after I started filling out the information online, I talked to one of their reps. He was pretty good and the process was straightforward. I like it when things are simple.

My experience with Auto Approve has been extremely disappointing. The communication system is one of the worst I’ve dealt with—especially when you need to get in touch with your loan officer. Reaching mine, Cameron **, was nearly impossible. He rarely responded, and when he did, it took months. That level of delay is unacceptable when dealing with something as important as a loan. Because of this, I will not be returning to Auto Approve, and I won’t be recommending their services to any of my friends or family going forward. I wound up paying the same amount for the vehicle as I was going to pay through my first lender, but I was getting a lower payment. In the end, that was what I was worried about anyway.

I took one and had gotten as far as having the paperwork sent to me from another company and they messed up on something. In the meantime, Auto Approve sent their interest rate and option and they were better, so I went with them. Everything was done by text or email, and it was really easy. The process went very smoothly and it went fast. I can't think of anything to improve. My payment since I refinanced is gonna be lower by quite a bit and it's not due till March 5. It was like I skipped a payment and it was good savings.

I went with Auto Approve because they said that I didn’t have to make a payment for the loan for 2 months. It took about 13 emails and six phone calls for the loan to be approved, and then get all the paperwork in for the current registration insurance. I just waited for it and it went through. Then, I was surprised when I got home and I had a couple checks from the excess of paying off the old loan. It was two different checks for the balance that was due to me after the new loan went through. I was very tight on money at that time, so it was almost like they gave me money to make my first payment. I was happy about that.

Afterwards, I've completely given up trying to refinance my vehicle because of this past experience. And I won't do it again.

I'm refinancing my 2019 Nissan Altima SL to get a better rate, and Auto Approve took the retail price instead of the current value of my car. Because of the type of car that it is, the valuation drops dramatically just for what the brand is known for. Despite being a losing asset, the car is still running and it’s a good car.

Very Frustrating experience! I spoke to four different representatives, and they all sounded like they were in another country (broken English). Then after starting the application, they appeared to lose all my info because they couldn't read back all the info my wife and I gave to them. Instead, they wanted me to give them my personal info again. Each time I go onto the website to access my application, it makes me start all over. I cannot see anything already completed. We DO NOT recommend this company as an option to refinance.
