Simplicity is my wife's big thing. She found Auto Approve and did some research on it. Their lending process was simple. She applied online, they called me, we went over some information, and, within two days, everything was done. Their customer courteousness stood out during the process. The representative was super courteous and knowledgeable about everything. She made everything simple. She was in layman's terms, not a lot of financial jargon. She was communicable. I understood everything she said. Overall, I was good with everything because it saved me a bunch of money. I would definitely recommend Auto Approve.

I did the refinancing of my Nissan Frontier with Auto Approve, and it was a very good experience. They did great and the process was easy and very quick. Compared to the rip-off I was getting for having to buy it during the worst time, it was great to have a lower interest rate with Auto Approve. It's not as low as I'd like, but it's certainly better than I had.

When I was looking to refinance my vehicle, Auto Approve had the best offers for refinancing rates. I went with them and their process was pretty smooth. They submitted my application to a couple of different lenders and got me terms that made sense for me to move forward with it. I ended up getting a new loan through Consumers Credit Union, and everything went through. It was a simple process and easy to execute.

I went with Auto Approve because they said that I didn’t have to make a payment for the loan for 2 months. It took about 13 emails and six phone calls for the loan to be approved, and then get all the paperwork in for the current registration insurance. I just waited for it and it went through. Then, I was surprised when I got home and I had a couple checks from the excess of paying off the old loan. It was two different checks for the balance that was due to me after the new loan went through. I was very tight on money at that time, so it was almost like they gave me money to make my first payment. I was happy about that.

The application process started out smoothly as far as applying, and providing the needed information for the loan. I was then asked to not pay my current car loan for the next three months. Within the two months, there was no communication and it was very difficult to reach anyone for further updates or how much it will cost to refinance my vehicle. I missed two monthly car payments, which caused my credit score to drop from 747 to 632. I never found out how much it will cost for a down payment, nor how much it will cost monthly. Afterwards, I've completely given up trying to refinance my vehicle because of this past experience. And I won't do it again.

I shopped with other lenders for the refinance of my auto. Auto Approve came in with the best rate and the best fees for me. Their lending process is smooth as silk and a piece of cake. Their representatives were very informative, open, and honest from the get-go. I had tried to see what I needed to do and they gave me all the information I needed. They were very knowledgeable about the refinance industry.

I'm refinancing my 2019 Nissan Altima SL to get a better rate, and Auto Approve took the retail price instead of the current value of my car. Because of the type of car that it is, the valuation drops dramatically just for what the brand is known for. Despite being a losing asset, the car is still running and it’s a good car.

Very Frustrating experience! I spoke to four different representatives, and they all sounded like they were in another country (broken English). Then after starting the application, they appeared to lose all my info because they couldn't read back all the info my wife and I gave to them. Instead, they wanted me to give them my personal info again. Each time I go onto the website to access my application, it makes me start all over. I cannot see anything already completed. We DO NOT recommend this company as an option to refinance.

I reached out to one other place that does refinancing. They told me they couldn't do it because of the age of my vehicle. Auto Approve was the second place I reached out to and they said they work with older vehicles with 100,000 plus miles. They got me approved with a low interest rate.

The lending process was fine, and it took about 24 hours in total.

I called Auto Approve and filled out information. They told me I was good to go. It was pretty easy. They gave me step-by-step detail on everything and got everything done in a good timely manner. The rate that they gave me was better than what I had. Auto Approve is legit. The first time that I used them, I was happy. It was quick and easy. But two weeks later, I used them again and I was unhappy because I was gonna finance my other vehicle through them, and they were messing around too much. It was a totally different process from the vehicle before. It wasn't the same steps and they needed way more information. So I just ended up going with someone else.

Refinanced my Mercedes 2021 GLE with Auto Approve, I began the process Feb 18th, and I was sent a confirmation on March 5 that the refinance had been funded and complete. All paperwork had been filled out and POA sent. On June 12 I was informed that the paperwork had been lost and we would need to resend everything to complete transfer of title with the state of Texas. I completed all documents and returned them on June 22 and received confirmation of receipt on June 30. I was informed on July 28th that the documents were lost and we needed to fill them out and send them again, only to be told the same day that they found the documents.

My representative did not disclose there would be separate fees at any time in any discussion. Although the fees were in the paperwork, that was only after everything had come together. I had asked upfront what the rate would be because I didn’t want to waste my time. I shouldn’t have to look in fine print to know I will be charged over $500.

They were extremely helpful and always answering all questions tentatively. They always answered all my question when I would call them with questions. Also made the transition very swiftly. All the interactions through texts messages made it a lot easier. We would also communicate via text messages. They always understood when I was busy and they would call back to help.

Auto Approve found a lender for me for my Nissan Sentra. The application process went easy for somebody that's technically challenged like me. The customer service was great and all smooth. I liked the end result. If you need their services, go for it.
