    I submitted an online form and I got a call within two hours. We discussed and went over everything that they'll be using to review and see what options I have available. On the following day, I got the lenders that would be best suited for me. I got a choice of like three and they gave me the pros and cons of each one. I asked which one they would pick if they were setting it up themselves so I went with that one. It took about a week and a half total. Everything was prompt and quickly addressed.

    Auto Approve fills my mail box with pre approved loan marketing letters saving more than $100 month, lower interest etc. Finally I called having a credit score near 700, never late on payment etc. assuming positive outcome. They soft pulled report and then said a hard “pull” was needed to finalize. Within an hour request was denied with a text, I called back to speak to customer service waiting close to 1/2 hour no phone pick up. As a senior citizen I miss the days of person to person help and explanation and can accept a denial. These large companies are just marketing geeks, brokers, you are just number to them, if the criteria doesn’t fit into their criteria you're out with a ding on your credit score. They lack creativity and ability to ask more questions especially for self employed individuals, stick with a local credit unions is my advice, avoid these money brokers.

    The experience with Auto Approve was good at first and they dealt with me promptly. They said they could get me a better rate and that they would also do better with the warranty. I was texting the guy that I dealt with, Colby, back and forth but he never gave me anything in writing. He said I would get a card and that was all I had to bring. I got a better rate saving about 150 a month and I got the card for the warranty which said 500 deductible. So I reached right out. I can't do a 500 deductible. I got my statement and the rep asked if I didn’t look at the paperwork. I said he never sent me any paperwork except for pushing me to sign the approval and even then, I didn't know what I owed Capital One. I got the bill from them and I saw a $5,000 difference.

    The loan had already gone through so the rep didn't feel like he could do anything. I wrote an email to their managers and the contact people. I said I would never have gone with this loan had I known that they were gonna change this. It's not helping me save $150 with the 500 deductible. And they said the loan had already gone through and I signed it. It was 27,000 to pay the car off and now, I owe 32,000. So I owe $5,000 more for the car I've been paying a year and a half on. Somebody said something in one of the reviews about seeing their rate go up a bit and about not getting a bill. After reading that, I reached out and the rep confirmed that there wouldn't have been any fees. I have everything else in the text but I don't have that. People should make sure to get everything written down before they sign. The customer service reps weren't forthcoming.

All of our customers are automatically emailed a copy of their contract from DocuSign immediately after signing. Additionally, once you move forward with refinancing your vehicle, the cost of refinancing your auto loan includes admin/doc fees, title transfer fees, state fees (if applicable), and the cost of any optional products (e.g., GAP, warranty) you choose to add, all of which are clearly listed and disclosed on the contract.     Auto Approve helped me. My interest and monthly went lower. They could get you a good APR, but you gotta watch out for the fees that they charge you. The rep was okay, but he hid that specific thing about the fees. He said, "Just title transfer fees pretty much." And it came out to almost 800. Also, the communication could be better. It would be easier to be more transparent with someone.

    Auto Approve was really good. They did everything for me. All I had to do was send them the payoff from the vehicle and the name of the bank that I had to refinance with. I also provided my driver's license and all the information they asked for, then they connected me to a bank that would accept me. The two people that helped me were very helpful, and everything was good. It was very fast too. I'm already due the first payment in June. They couldn't lower my payments much, but they lowered it to $50 less. That's something.

    I was going through NerdWallet for a loan. I thought I'd be going through them then I randomly got a call from Auto Approve. I was confused. Nobody explained anything on this company, Auto Approve. I was skeptical at first but the guy who helped me, Aaron, is great dude. He was responsive. Regardless of anything, he was picking up the phone whenever I'd call him. Any questions I had was answered. He found me a better deal on the warranty for the car. He refinanced me almost a whole over $300 payment-wise. They worked with the best they could do with my credit and got the payment down so much from my original payments. They brought over the same term amount that I had and had to add an additional gap coverage for me because I had gap on the other one. Given that, I was refunded for my old gap. It was worth it. Auto Approve is fantastic. Others should give it a try if they're looking to refinance. Everybody there is well-informed.

    Please take your business elsewhere. Auto Approve will have you give all your information to work at home representatives who will write it down and save it in their living rooms. They lie to you and tell you you're going to be approved so they can convince you to give all your income and credit information only to have a loan consultant call and tell you never mind AFTER you've given all your valuable information.

    Auto Approve offered me the lowest rate that I could get so I chose them. Then, I found the lender and they contacted me over the phone and asked me a couple of basic questions about my current auto loan -- who it was with and what I was currently paying in interest rate. Based off of that, they facilitated the process of all the documents being forwarded to them. At first, I was a little skeptical because usually, they don't ask for so much information. But then I started reviewing some of the reviews that they had and I didn't see any people having problems with them, so I moved forward.     Received a notice stating I was pre-approved to lower my car payment exactly $102 a month. It said this was based on my credit profile and that I was eligible to be refinanced immediately. So, I took over an hour of my time on the phone. Was asked for approval to do a hard credit check but was told they wouldn't do it which I thought was strange. Only to get a text message stating I was denied and they actually did the hard credit check. They said I owed too much on the vehicle. If they knew my credit score, car year and model and date purchased, and the amount of my payment, how did they not know how much was owed. Avoid these clowns if you don't want a credit hit for no reason.

We then use those lists to send out Mailers or other marketing materials. There are certain factors that are not known at the time the initial letter is sent out, such as the value of the vehicle, total amount financed (loan to value), etc. This type of information is obtained during our initial conversation with the customer and can impact the pre-qualified offer.     Auto Approve's lending officer would call me consistently throughout the week and make sure I had all my documents. He was friendly and would follow up with the right amount. The only thing that I would have loved to see would be an easier to use online portal. Because there were text messages. And there was this portal I dropped a couple of links into. But there was some emailing. I've seen other groups that do the refinancing where it was just one page you drop everything to. But overall, it was good. It has been very helpful. It got me a better insurance rate. It was very simple.

    My experience with Auto Approve was great. I worked with the same person. His name is Dan and he was awesome. He did everything very quickly. If I had questions, he answered them in a very timely manner. It was a very smooth experience altogether. Very happy with it. The application was also simple. It didn't take long at all and someone called me the next day because I did it late at night. It was not bad at all. The rate was great too. It was what I was looking for and it was explained to me very well and the different options for refinancing my car. I would definitely recommend Auto Approve. I had a lot of questions because I've never refinanced anything and they were so good at getting back to me with any questions and really being thorough with the explanation of things.

    I was on a plan that was paying my truck off faster and I was fine with that, but then I had that loan for a few years and I wanted to requalify the rate down. After reviewing a couple of different websites, Auto Approve came up as a recommendation. They're a broker, so they're connected with many other banks. Depending on people's credentials of what they're looking for, they'll match them with the most appropriate bank for their loan.

    I went straight onto Auto Approve's website, and there was a bit of complexity, but I was able to figure it out. My experience was really easy. I even told my wife it was super simple to do. The communication was great, and it was very straightforward. I like that the best. I got a really good rate as well. It was exactly what I was looking for. A few different options were presented to me, and I was able to select the one that fit me best. My payments ended up being significantly less and it fit my budget better. My payments decreased by more than half. Overall, Auto Approve did really well, and if I know somebody who is looking to requalify their loan for their vehicle, I would definitely recommend them.

    The reps were responsive. However, they did not tell me how much I'm paying them until I specifically asked about that. It's roughly $500 which isn't cheap. But because they lowered the interest rate, in the long run, I'm saving a lot more than that. Mine was very high. I did it with the dealer and it was over 11%. Auto Approve might get you a better interest rate and it's not difficult to work with them.

    After reviewing some of the other lenders, Auto Approve seemed like the best choice. They had a great offer for me, and doing things online was a huge help. Their online platform wasn't difficult to use, but there's room for improvement. The process was mostly online and it involved some reviewing and signing of documents. The only thing that I had to do over the phone was talk to one of their agents about the lending process and what had to be done, then they sent me some papers to sign online. I had to print them and get them notarized, then I sent them back in. It was very quick and easy. In fact, it would have been done even quicker than it was, except I had a problem getting away from work to go get to a notary for the papers.

    My big note with Auto Approve is that they were very efficient and I didn't have any notable problems when dealing with them. They were very nice and courteous and they got my needs taken care of in a very timely fashion. I was comfortable with their price, and I would definitely recommend them to someone that needed the same service.

    They were helpful. They made a mistake and they corrected it nicely by lowering my rate. However, one thing I was a little bit frustrated with was that they told me my loan amount, but they didn't tell me the added taxes that went with it. My loan amount ended up going up by $2,000. I messaged them five times but they never responded. They stopped responding after I signed the loan. But they responded plenty when I was trying to get the loan, which seemed a little frustrating. And I still haven't heard anything.

    I was contacted by this company by a letter "signed by Mary **" and called them to have more information. The agent Anthony ** collected a lot of personal data from me, providing always unclear information, which made it very suspicious. When I asked him for clarification, he would repeat the same words, but slowly and louder, what made me feel very uncomfortable and suspect that he was being xenophobic, due to my strong accent. They said that they would contact in 2 days. I received a message saying that I had been approved (for what is nor clear at all), and nobody contacted me. I had reached out to them a few times, and no answer after 5 days. I am uncomfortable because I had to provide many personal data to someone that is clearly at least not professional. I have called the company and it seems to me that this is the company behavior, as nobody has reached out to me.

    The lending process at Auto Approve was super easy and fast. We were waiting out on documents and some other things but you could do it in 72 hours. The cost of 500 bucks was high, though it's not the end of the world because they are a company that is the middleman to facilitate everything and people have to get paid. But I didn't realize that until towards signing the paperwork and at that point, the credit checks were already done, so I just went with it.

    Other than that, throughout the process, I was talking to so many different people and at first, I was confused who I was even talking to. There was a point where I thought it was a scam and I thought to stop the process all in all. So, it would be better if they could reduce the amount of people that are a part of the process. They should also reduce the interest rate by 2 percentage points. Despite that, I would tell others to give them a call. I liked the soft query on the initial part of the process, which was nice because if I didn't like the rate, I would have just moved on with my life.

    The lending process at Auto Approve is very efficient. For someone using the process, they have to be a little bit knowledgeable about technology and be able to use a smartphone and a computer. But other than that, it's very user-friendly. Once I was approved and I had to upload, I did it all through a text message. And I was able to snap the pictures with my phone. The total process took two weeks. Their customer support is good. Any time I reached out with a question, I got an answer in a very short period of time. Refinancing my car payment has helped me save money. Plus, the user-friendly and efficient process that I went through to do it did not increase my stress at all.     Auto Approve's process is straightforward. I filled out a thing online saying I was interested then got a phone call quickly. The gentleman was very helpful. It was a couple phone calls and text messages, and Auto Approve took care of the rest. I like the ease at which it happened. For the most part, it was a super easy and streamlined.     I put in our name, location and phone number, and before I could finish doing all the other stuff, Auto Approve reached out to us. We gave them the details on the vehicle and they asked about our credit rating. They said, "Is it at least 600?" I said, "Oh, yeah. My husband's is over 700 and mine's in the mid to upper 600s." They then turned us over to somebody that matched us up. They had to be sure that we met the criteria, and a guy named Brandon reached out to us and got more information. He said he sent us some stuff through text and email also aside from just talking to us.

    Within five days, Brandon told us that he found a lender that would like to do the auto refinancing for us. It was with a credit union in Iowa, and when my husband, Mark, and I were told that the interest rate would be 8.99, we looked at each other, then Mark said, "What did he say?" I said, "Can you repeat that?" Brandon told us again, and we were thrilled to death. When we bought the truck, the deal came up all of a sudden and we did not have time to try to do anything conventional. We had to do any kind of loan we could get fast. We did it through OneMain Financial and their interest rate was 31.99.

    Brandon walked us through everything and helped us be sure we had all the right documents and what we needed for the auto refinancing. Everything has been very simple. There was a lot of stuff to fill out and sign, which is typical for a loan nowadays, but I've already gotten all the information. I've already gotten everything set up on an auto payment as well.

    I have an auto loan jointly with my granddaughter. I received a letter from Auto Approve offering to refinance our loan. I phoned and gave them all the information needed from me. Information was needed from my granddaughter and it is difficult to reach her by phone during Auto Approve's hours. We were finally given an agent who works on Saturdays, but when my granddaughter tried to contact her it just went to voicemail. Subsequently we were given two other agents that we were told we needed to contact but again, attempts to call either were not answered or went to voice mail. My granddaughter finally made contact two weeks ago and supplied the needed information. I received an email and text message saying that we would be contacted within 72 hours. I have since made numerous calls and sent numerous text messages asking for a reply all with no response. This experience has gone on for nearly 3 months!

    The signup with Auto Approve was streamlined, and it's one of the better refinance processes I've been through. I've done one with Bank of America, and it was like pulling teeth.     Wish there was a zero star rating...Called to do a auto refinance. They took all of our information and did a hard credit check. Told me someone would get back with me within 48 hours. 3 weeks later no contact with anyone. I called the number on my email. The number was disconnected. Called the main number, no answer. Called a 3x finally got someone that just said they were going to call me back that day...4 days later, no contact. At this point don't bother..If this is how they do business, I'd be afraid to do any sort of loan with them.

    We had a couple of offers that we had gotten for refi and Auto Approve was the absolute lowest. Then, they ended up even lowering it more after that. The communication was extremely efficient and the reps were responsive. Their communication methods were easy to use. I'm in the office from 8:00 to 5:00 and being able to have the option to text back and forth and get a response within 45 minutes was great. The approval was within 1 to 3 days and then, there was a processing period of things getting set up with the new bank. That took a little bit longer than I had anticipated, but it was still done in plenty of time for my first car payment with the new company. And Auto Approve got me a great rate without extending the life of my loan too. In today's day and age, you're scam-aware and their website seems a little scammy. I used Consumer Affairs to research it to make sure that it wasn't a scam, so it ended up being fine.

    Auto Approve had the best reviews and an easy process. I like that I didn't have to talk to all the lenders. They did all that for me. As soon as I put the application in, within just a few minutes, they contacted me and I had to provide them with documentation showing proof of insurance, and they took a copy of my driver's license. It was seamless. Once I gave them all the paperwork that they needed and signed off on some of the documentation, then they handled it from there. To me, it was nice to have them do all the leg work. In the past, when I've done some of the loan programs, you would apply and then you would be getting phone calls and emails for weeks from all these different lenders. I just like that they go out and find a lender that will work for me.

    I started the process with Auto Approve through the Credit Karma app and it told me to fill out some basic information. A few days later, I got a call about the offer. It was one of the more frustrating refinances I've ever done because it was a lot of back and forth. When the reps called me, they said they needed this and this. A few days would go by and I would be thinking everything was done. And they would call that they needed this and this, and I would give them that.

    I offered everything on the first conversation. I said I had everything lined up but the rep said they didn’t need any of that. At first, they just needed a copy of the card with the driver's license. I asked if they wanted my pay stub so I could get them ready and they said no so, I never printed them out. A few days later, they needed them. It was a long process that should have been done within a week. I would contact the number that was calling me and sometimes, I'll get the response back. Sometimes I would call and leave a message and they would take a few days to respond. The reps helped me the best that they could but they couldn’t answer some questions.

    The customer service was nice when I called Auto Approve. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They didn't sound frustrated because I kept asking them. It was a pleasant experience. I was quite surprised at their efficiency and they gave me all the documents on time. I talked to several people from one department to another. But they all seemed to work together quite well. They were all informed of what each other was saying to me and sending me emails. They asked me for something and I sent it to them. They didn't have to ask me twice and I didn't have to send it twice. It was that good and flawless.

    I'm 71 years old and I needed my payments lower. My credit is good. So, even if I am on a fixed income, I can still go out and purchase another car once I pay maybe 10,000 of it down. I can still go out and get another car assuming that I'm still living. So, Auto Approve helped me all the way around. I knew I would be paying twice for the same car but it doesn't matter. I'd recommend them to people, seniors especially who were in a bind, and if they could get over the fact that they double. But that's with anything you refinance.

    Auto Approve gives you two months off for 30, 60, 90 days or 45 days, and that itself is quite enticing. If you apply for the loan, they clock you from the day that you apply, which I've never heard of before. So, if I apply on the 1st, that's when my auto loan process starts and that's how much time I have. So, I enjoy that because, for two months, I get a break from paying a car payment and I can put some savings into my savings account and catch up on some bills. I've had two checks now where I paid $402 on the old auto and I don't have to start paying my Veridian bill until October the 17th. So, that means I have the other half of the 800 that I just stuck in my savings account. So, there are perks to it.

Today I finally unsubscribed from their email and I sure hope I get no more mail from them. I'm not saying don't use them, just be wary!

    I went online and submitted a request through one of the sites. It triggered some calls and follow-up from a number of different folks, including Auto Approve and their competitors as well. Auto Approve was the first one to call. I went through the process with them and didn't have any traction with others. Auto Approve took the credit app and went through everything. I told them what I was looking for. They took a couple of days to find the right lender, which is typically a credit union and it was. They came back with the terms and gave me a quick and easy way to get all my docs over to them.

    We've used Auto Approve in the past too. We had to use them once on a different vehicle. My wife and I have our vehicles separate and both are not in each other's names. We flipped and they made the process easy with title and insurance, and since we've settled, there hasn't been any hiccups. If there was one step that wasn't handled as well as it could have been though, it was setting up auto pay, but that's not totally on Auto Approve. The credit unions are partly at fault for that because they're all a little different how they do it.

    I had to do some of that myself, which is a bit of a pain because some of the credit unions don't make it easy. You'd think it being auto pay, it would be easy, but you have to go through six layers to set it up as well as the approval of your bank account. The first time when we used Autopay, they were able to set that up with the credit union for us. I highly recommend Auto Approve do that too because it's a little tricky with the credit union.

    Auto Approve had a really good initial marketing, and their ad made me feel like, "Just give us your information and we'll take it from here and it will happen quickly. Before you know it, you're refinanced." It sounded like it was fast and seamless. I clicked on the ad online, went through the information and filled it out, but it went into a black hole. Nothing happened. I waited and waited and I was checking my email and I was wondering, "When is someone gonna reach out to me?" It took a little while, then two days later, someone called me, but I was working. I'm an executive and I have a lot of meetings. I missed the call and I tried to call back. I got put on hold forever and nobody ever answered. It was 10 minutes or more. I finally hung up and we had to do another call.

    It took a few days to even get ahold of anybody. Calling Auto Approve is difficult. They would leave a voicemail with phone numbers, but when I call that number back, no one ever answered. After that, it got better. Once a rep, Yvette, got a hold of me, it was great. She reached out and we connected, and she gave me her mobile number. We were able to stay in touch either by phone calls or texting and she walked me through the whole thing and we talked about all the options and interest rates. She helped me understand what my options were based on the credit scores and other things.

    Yvette knew her stuff. She was able to tell me the criteria I fit under, what she was working with, the types of lenders that she had, which names did what and what they wanna see in an applicant. She was really informative, then she went off, came back to me within an hour and said, "Hey, we got an offer for a refinance loan from a certain company." It was not the terms that she and I talked about though. It was not as favorable as I expected, and I told her that. She said, "Okay, no problem. I'll keep looking." Within another hour after that, she said, "We got an offer from a Hughes Federal Credit Union in Arizona," and we went through it.

    Overall, the lending process was off to a rocky start. If you're someone like me whose day is already booked up with meetings and you're on the phone from 9:00 to 5:00, the hard part is calling the company back because they're dealing with so many customers as well that they're missing our call. We were playing phone tag, and they gotta fix that. Other than that, the rest was perfect. Yvette found the right financing and she saved me quite a bit of interest.

    I was looking for lenders that would refinance cars that are older than 10 years old. I know that a lot of places won't refinance past 2013 at this point and I have a 2012. I found Auto Approve on a site that was listing different lenders that would do that. I spoke to a couple of representatives. They were lovely the entire time. They have been extremely kind, informative, and really good at answering any questions I had.

    The rep I spoke with over the phone and texted was very sweet and very informative. He told me everything I needed. When I sent him a picture of my insurance, I took a picture on my computer screen. He had informed me that there was a group that he had to send that to that tends to be really finicky about that and it'd be best if I took a screenshot. I didn't know that that would be a thing, but he was really nice about it. I never had any issues. If I had any questions, he answered properly. It was all around a good time. I got a lower rate than what I have. I'm happy about that. It's about the same a month, but I can afford that right now. The lower interest rate is the part that really is part of why I was like, "Okay, I'm gonna take this" because over time, paying lower interest is never a bad thing.

    They responded in a quick manner. Everything went through relatively quickly. We did everything online, which was awesome, except for having to get a notary. That was the only piece that I had to do externally. They have that service available, but I didn't realize that when I started that process. I assumed that I had to go external.     First Lie: I was told by this a rep named Jake (**) that a soft credit pull would be done without affecting my credit score. A hard credit pull was done instead. Second Lie: After scaling up from the 2.25% APR offered initially about 4.5%, I reluctantly agreed and was asked to send in some documents (which was sent) only for the rep to call back and told me they will only do 10% which is close what I am currently paying. I declined and expressed my disgust at such unprofessional and dishonest business practice. Now I have a ruined credit score for dealing with this company. Be careful transacting business with this company, they are not be trusted.

    Refinanced my vehicle with AutoApprove.com in July 2021 which was a nightmare in and of itself with terrible interactions with everyone at the company. Took 4 weeks instead of 2 days like they promised with a lack of professionalism in each conversation that's hard to imagine being worse. As part of the refinance they needed to issue a new title and paperwork so I can get a new license plate in the state of IL. They told me I would receive the paperwork and title no more than 10 business days after the closing. It's now mid November and I've called/emailed weekly and asked for updates on when I can expect my paperwork, as I'm now unable to drive my vehicle as the title and license plate are not valid anymore. Auto Approve is a scam, have unhelpful employees, and are incompetent in delivering the contractually obligated items within their contracts.

    I got a mailer stating that I was "pre-qualified" for a refinance. In order to do so they do a hard inquiry on your credit report only to deny credit from their lenders. They buy leads from the credit bureaus and have the guidelines set too low. A 680 score was TOO LOW.

    They asked me to send them information. Ran my credit, this impacts my credit score. And at the end they said the bank they found won't do the refinance since I am permanent resident not citizen. This is DISCRIMINATION and unacceptable. Why did you ask me to refinance with you guys and at the end discriminate me just because I am not citizen?
