I submitted an online form and I got a call within two hours. We discussed and went over everything that they'll be using to review and see what options I have available. On the following day, I got the lenders that would be best suited for me. I got a choice of like three and they gave me the pros and cons of each one. I asked which one they would pick if they were setting it up themselves so I went with that one. It took about a week and a half total. Everything was prompt and quickly addressed.

Auto Approve fills my mail box with pre approved loan marketing letters saving more than $100 month, lower interest etc. Finally I called having a credit score near 700, never late on payment etc. assuming positive outcome. They soft pulled report and then said a hard “pull” was needed to finalize. Within an hour request was denied with a text, I called back to speak to customer service waiting close to 1/2 hour no phone pick up. As a senior citizen I miss the days of person to person help and explanation and can accept a denial. These large companies are just marketing geeks, brokers, you are just number to them, if the criteria doesn’t fit into their criteria you're out with a ding on your credit score. They lack creativity and ability to ask more questions especially for self employed individuals, stick with a local credit unions is my advice, avoid these money brokers.

I was texting the guy that I dealt with, Colby, back and forth but he never gave me anything in writing. He said I would get a card and that was all I had to bring. I got a better rate saving about 150 a month and I got the card for the warranty which said 500 deductible. So I reached right out. I can't do a 500 deductible. I got my statement and the rep asked if I didn’t look at the paperwork. I said he never sent me any paperwork except for pushing me to sign the approval and even then, I didn't know what I owed Capital One. I got the bill from them and I saw a $5,000 difference.

Auto Approve helped me. My interest and monthly went lower. They could get you a good APR, but you gotta watch out for the fees that they charge you. The rep was okay, but he hid that specific thing about the fees. He said, "Just title transfer fees pretty much." And it came out to almost 800. Also, the communication could be better. It would be easier to be more transparent with someone.

Auto Approve was really good. They did everything for me. All I had to do was send them the payoff from the vehicle and the name of the bank that I had to refinance with. I also provided my driver's license and all the information they asked for, then they connected me to a bank that would accept me. The two people that helped me were very helpful, and everything was good. It was very fast too. I'm already due the first payment in June. They couldn't lower my payments much, but they lowered it to $50 less. That's something.

I was going through NerdWallet for a loan. I thought I'd be going through them then I randomly got a call from Auto Approve. I was confused. Nobody explained anything on this company, Auto Approve. I was skeptical at first but the guy who helped me, Aaron, is great dude. He was responsive. Regardless of anything, he was picking up the phone whenever I'd call him. Any questions I had was answered. He found me a better deal on the warranty for the car. He refinanced me almost a whole over $300 payment-wise. They worked with the best they could do with my credit and got the payment down so much from my original payments. They brought over the same term amount that I had and had to add an additional gap coverage for me because I had gap on the other one. Given that, I was refunded for my old gap. It was worth it. Auto Approve is fantastic. Others should give it a try if they're looking to refinance. Everybody there is well-informed.

It was mostly email communication from that point on to file the paperwork, and a couple of phone calls to check up. Then, a week later, it was done. So, it was super clean. I would do it again. I'd recommend Auto Approve. It was a really smooth process, and it was a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be. I dreaded it, but they took care of all the hard parts.

Please take your business elsewhere. Auto Approve will have you give all your information to work at home representatives who will write it down and save it in their living rooms. They lie to you and tell you you're going to be approved so they can convince you to give all your income and credit information only to have a loan consultant call and tell you never mind AFTER you've given all your valuable information.

The reps were very informative and it was a well experience. I communicated with a bunch of people during the application process and it probably took no more than 10 minutes. Auto Approve did a good job getting a lower payment and a good interest rate.

Then, I found the lender and they contacted me over the phone and asked me a couple of basic questions about my current auto loan -- who it was with and what I was currently paying in interest rate. Based off of that, they facilitated the process of all the documents being forwarded to them. At first, I was a little skeptical because usually, they don't ask for so much information. But then I started reviewing some of the reviews that they had and I didn't see any people having problems with them, so I moved forward. The whole process was pretty straightforward and I would recommend Auto Approve.

Received a notice stating I was pre-approved to lower my car payment exactly $102 a month. It said this was based on my credit profile and that I was eligible to be refinanced immediately. So, I took over an hour of my time on the phone. Was asked for approval to do a hard credit check but was told they wouldn't do it which I thought was strange. Only to get a text message stating I was denied and they actually did the hard credit check. They said I owed too much on the vehicle. If they knew my credit score, car year and model and date purchased, and the amount of my payment, how did they not know how much was owed. Avoid these clowns if you don't want a credit hit for no reason.

I can't remember how I found Auto Approve, but glad I did. They take the pain out of searching for an auto loan refinance. They do the leg work, keep in constant contact throughout the whole process, send emails and paperwork on time, and hold your hand throughout the entire process. The associates are so friendly and happy to help their customers. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I tried Auto Approve to see what kind of APR I would get. Because it didn't benefit me to transfer over for nothing or with a higher interest rate. I went with them just to see how they could help me. Applying was straightforward and it didn't take much time, which was nice. It was efficient. The reps were responsive. However, they did not tell me how much I'm paying them until I specifically asked about that. It's roughly $500 which isn't cheap. But because they lowered the interest rate, in the long run, I'm saving a lot more than that. Mine was very high. I did it with the dealer and it was over 11%. Auto Approve might get you a better interest rate and it's not difficult to work with them.

However, one thing I was a little bit frustrated with was that they told me my loan amount, but they didn't tell me the added taxes that went with it. My loan amount ended up going up by $2,000. I messaged them five times but they never responded. They stopped responding after I signed the loan. But they responded plenty when I was trying to get the loan, which seemed a little frustrating. And I still haven't heard anything.

I was contacted by this company by a letter "signed by Mary **" and called them to have more information. The agent Anthony ** collected a lot of personal data from me, providing always unclear information, which made it very suspicious. When I asked him for clarification, he would repeat the same words, but slowly and louder, what made me feel very uncomfortable and suspect that he was being xenophobic, due to my strong accent. They said that they would contact in 2 days. I received a message saying that I had been approved (for what is nor clear at all), and nobody contacted me. I had reached out to them a few times, and no answer after 5 days. I am uncomfortable because I had to provide many personal data to someone that is clearly at least not professional. I have called the company and it seems to me that this is the company behavior, as nobody has reached out to me.

The cost of 500 bucks was high, though it's not the end of the world because they are a company that is the middleman to facilitate everything and people have to get paid. But I didn't realize that until towards signing the paperwork and at that point, the credit checks were already done, so I just went with it.

They were easy to work with. They gave me several different options. The process went well. It was easy, provided what they needed quickly and got it done. The gentleman communicated well via email, text, and phone call. They gave me a better rate than what the dealership gave me.

The financing was pretty straightforward and it was a fixed interest rate. But the website was laggy and buggy and the format wasn't the best. There was a lot of latency there and it took a while for stuff to load.

He said he sent us some stuff through text and email also aside from just talking to us.

Information was needed from my granddaughter and it is difficult to reach her by phone during Auto Approve's hours. We were finally given an agent who works on Saturdays, but when my granddaughter tried to contact her it just went to voicemail. Subsequently we were given two other agents that we were told we needed to contact but again, attempts to call either were not answered or went to voice mail. My granddaughter finally made contact two weeks ago and supplied the needed information. I received an email and text message saying that we would be contacted within 72 hours. I have since made numerous calls and sent numerous text messages asking for a reply all with no response. This experience has gone on for nearly 3 months!

I don’t have a great credit score but I wasn't expecting to get 9% interest or somewhere around there. If I have known somebody, I would recommend Auto Approve to get the same interest that I got.

Wish there was a zero star rating...Called to do a auto refinance. They took all of our information and did a hard credit check. Told me someone would get back with me within 48 hours. 3 weeks later no contact with anyone. I called the number on my email. The number was disconnected. Called the main number, no answer. Called a 3x finally got someone that just said they were going to call me back that day...4 days later, no contact. At this point don't bother..If this is how they do business, I'd be afraid to do any sort of loan with them.

I went from 11% APR and decreased my monthly payment by a bit. And when I didn't understand anything, they answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Towards the end, it was more of a waiting game on the banks.

From start to finish, applying took three days. It was straightforward.

Everything was good. Everybody at Auto Approve helped me out. They were generous.

They asked me some basic information about myself and my vehicle and a credit check to let me know if I was eligible or approved for any kind of loan. They gave me a few loan options, that I could pick from after they determined that I was eligible for a loan. Once I chose one of the options, it was a matter of sending in documentation through text message. That was the hardest part in terms of customer service. But when I was on the phone with somebody, they were really receptive to my questions. The company seems legit but they have an annoying app.

The process with Auto Approve wasn't that easy. There were a few mistakes made in the process on their end. I was dealing with at least three different people and it seemed a little complicated and unnecessarily so because of the different people I was talking to. But it worked out finally. They lowered the interest rate on my car loan.

Auto Approve responded quickly. The agent texted me most of the time. Whenever I had questions, it was easy for me to text her. We communicated mostly through text because I was busy during the day with my work, and I couldn't pick up the call all the time. Whenever I have time, I text her, and she responds pretty fast. Even the documents were sent over through text mostly.

We had a couple of offers that we had gotten for refi and Auto Approve was the absolute lowest. Then, they ended up even lowering it more after that. The communication was extremely efficient and the reps were responsive. Their communication methods were easy to use. I'm in the office from 8:00 to 5:00 and being able to have the option to text back and forth and get a response within 45 minutes was great. The approval was within 1 to 3 days and then, there was a processing period of things getting set up with the new bank. That took a little bit longer than I had anticipated, but it was still done in plenty of time for my first car payment with the new company. And Auto Approve got me a great rate without extending the life of my loan too. In today's day and age, you're scam-aware and their website seems a little scammy. I used Consumer Affairs to research it to make sure that it wasn't a scam, so it ended up being fine.

Auto Approve had the best reviews and an easy process. I like that I didn't have to talk to all the lenders. They did all that for me. As soon as I put the application in, within just a few minutes, they contacted me and I had to provide them with documentation showing proof of insurance, and they took a copy of my driver's license. It was seamless. Once I gave them all the paperwork that they needed and signed off on some of the documentation, then they handled it from there. To me, it was nice to have them do all the leg work. In the past, when I've done some of the loan programs, you would apply and then you would be getting phone calls and emails for weeks from all these different lenders. I just like that they go out and find a lender that will work for me.

I started the process with Auto Approve through the Credit Karma app and it told me to fill out some basic information. A few days later, I got a call about the offer. It was one of the more frustrating refinances I've ever done because it was a lot of back and forth. When the reps called me, they said they needed this and this. A few days would go by and I would be thinking everything was done. And they would call that they needed this and this, and I would give them that.

The lending process at Auto Approve was good. They made it simple. They explained to me what my options were for financing the extended warranty and their extended warranty was a lot more reasonable than what I currently had. The rate wasn't really too much lower. But the monthly payments were. My cost savings were because of the amount that I was financing for the warranty.

The process was hard at first but their rep walked me through it. Also, I would text him and he would message me back even when he was on vacation. I wish the rate could have been a little bit better, but my payment is lower. It was a great experience.

I was looking for a different lender to refinance my car and what Auto Approve provides seemed to be more affordable. Also, the reps were kind and persistent, which is a good thing. They wanted to do everything they could to give me the best possible rate. They didn't require a lot of information and I didn't have to do any much leg work. So, everything was smooth and easy. We got everything squared very quickly. So, time-wise was great. They did A+ work. I'd recommend Auto Approve.

I called Auto Approve and the process was straightforward. They reached out in time. They called me then they sent me an email then I just texted them a couple of times as well. For questions or concerns, they would send an email and then call me. It was good. The process took a couple of days. They were fast and responsive. I was talking to a human most of the time.

I found out about Auto Approve off Credit Karma and they had better ratings than other lenders. Then, when I started working with them, they were more thorough and seemed more credible. I've done the lending process a few times and Auto Approve is a little bit more methodical. They wanted more detailed information, which I thought was annoying but it's a good sign that they put a lot of work in detail into their stuff. It was really professional.

I wanted to look at options and Auto Approve laid out all the best for me. I worked with a representative named Joseph, and he was extremely helpful. I had his cellphone, so I was able to text him with any questions I had, and he was very responsive. Also, it was really cool that I had the cellphone of my representative. Anything that he needed from me, I could just text it to him. It made everything more accessible and convenient.

Auto Approve's process was extremely friendly. It was something that I was stressing over for a long period and I didn't realize how painless it was going to be. I had one agent pretty much the entire time until the very end, then I had two. I could text my agents any time of the day and working with them was very awesome. It really seemed like they wanted what was best for me and tried to find me the best plan. They were very kind, too. I'm in the military and work some wild hours sometimes, and they always made sure to make time and was available whenever I was. So, everything fit my schedule. The whole process with them took a week and it would have been less if it wasn't for my work hours. They would reach out and explain to me what kind of documentation or photos they would need, then I sent those back. Everything was very polite and nothing was done wrong.

After purchasing a car from a nearby dealer, I didn't get the interest rate I was expecting with my excellent credit, so I looked for another company with a better rate. Auto Approve had the best rate, so I refinanced with them. Very straight forward, and fast completion. Well documented, and easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend them. Be on the watch for a lower rate if it's available from them. They will send you letters with even better rates too.

I spoke with ladies from Auto Approve, liked the rate that I was given, and went off from there with them. Their response time was very quick, so I didn't have to wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes. I thought I would have been tested, but the rep was, “Let’s take it step by step.” It was a couple-day process, so there was nothing much to worry about. She was very helpful along the way. The whole process took maybe a week just for the fact that I had to ship a few things. If I didn't have to ship anything, probably would have taken three or four days.

The process with Auto Approve was really easy. I gave over my information, uploaded a couple of documents, and the guy that handled my case did everything and anything that he could to get me the best deal. The app documents are a little complicated but once the rep talked me through them, it was a lot easier to get the process done. If I have to say anything, it would be the speed of how everything got done, but it was done pretty quickly.

He had a lot of experience in the industry, and he was pretty well versed in everything that he was doing. I was given a multitude of options. Auto Approve did a great job across the board. The current credit rate is really high, and they gave me a pretty decent deal out of it, all things considered.

The application process was pretty painless. I called and someone reached out to me. I dealt with Dorian and he was very nice. I sent over some paperwork, registration for the vehicle, insurance, payoff amount, and driver's license. Within a week, even though it was over the weekend, they had me approved and refinanced.

Auto Approve found a good rate for me through another credit union. The lending process was easy-peasy, and the customer service was good.

I have now refinanced two cars with Auto Approve and both times they not only reduced my monthly payment and got me a better interest rate, but also made the process so incredibly easy. Moving forward, I can't imagine using any other service to refinance my cars. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that whatever the dealership tells me the monthly rate will be won't be my final monthly payment because Auto Approve will be able to reduce that.

There were a couple hang-ups but the process went smoothly after we got everything sorted out. They got me a lower rate and answered all my questions.

The application process with Auto Approve was point and click, and just following prompts. So, it was very easy. And I had lots of help from the people to get it done. I worked very closely with them. During the process, I was given somebody's direct line and I was able to call or text him whenever I had a question. I knew I was approved in three days tops. Auto Approve did a great job. Hugo, the rep, was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I had never refinanced before so there were some terms that I didn't understand and he was able to explain all of that. So, he was very helpful.

The customer service was nice when I called Auto Approve. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They didn't sound frustrated because I kept asking them. It was a pleasant experience. I was quite surprised at their efficiency and they gave me all the documents on time. I talked to several people from one department to another. But they all seemed to work together quite well. They were all informed of what each other was saying to me and sending me emails. They asked me for something and I sent it to them. They didn't have to ask me twice and I didn't have to send it twice. It was that good and flawless.

My experience with Auto Approve was excellent. Everything was easy and good. They handle everything online, and it's the way I like to work. I didn't use the website too much because after I filled out everything, they just called me and we did everything by phone. The representative, Christian, was very good in doing everything.

The guy that I had was really good, and he called me back right away if I had any questions. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right, so I asked a lot of questions and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Auto Approve got me a good deal, and it helped me have a much better interest rate and monthly payment. People should use Auto Approve.

I talked to a wonderful lady on the phone. She explained things to me in a simple way, and made it easy to understand what was happening and the options I had. So I was very pleased with that process. I was very surprised at how easy everything happened. We've got the paperwork in the mail yesterday about how the payment will be reduced by almost $100. So it's really a blessing. Auto Approve addressed every one of my concerns. It was a great experience. It relieved me emotionally and financially of a burden about how high our car payment was.

I can attest to the fact that they made for an easy transition with a quick approval on an auto refinance loan backed by a Credit Union that I am pleased to work with. The reason for the “Four-Star rating” is due to the repetitive process that required (jpeg) picture formatting to be in alignment for acceptance and communicated by way of text and email.

I have to say I really like this company. They took me serious and helped me refinance when no other company would. They were thorough from start to finish. I am so happy with my choice. The representatives even text me and advised me what was going on which at first I thought was a scam but it wasn’t. So easy and reliable.

This company might have gotten great reviews from others but my experience was terrible. I was on the phone with Maria ** for about an hour, she asked me to send her a picture of one of my loan documents and said I would hear back in 45 minutes, days went by, crickets! Email after email after email. I tried to call several times never got an answer. I answered the emails, nothing! Today I finally unsubscribed from their email and I sure hope I get no more mail from them. I'm not saying don't use them, just be wary!

I went online and submitted a request through one of the sites. It triggered some calls and follow-up from a number of different folks, including Auto Approve and their competitors as well. Auto Approve was the first one to call. I went through the process with them and didn't have any traction with others. Auto Approve took the credit app and went through everything. I told them what I was looking for. They took a couple of days to find the right lender, which is typically a credit union and it was. They came back with the terms and gave me a quick and easy way to get all my docs over to them.

The lending process with Auto Approve was great, but I'm still not complete essentially and I don't know what's going on. It sounds like the check is somewhere in-between Penfed and my auto company right now. I'm waiting on feedback from that from the rep, Taylor. Last time we connected was Monday. He told me he was gonna reach out to the related department, but I haven't heard anything back. Besides that, the customer service has been great.

Auto Approve had a really good initial marketing, and their ad made me feel like, "Just give us your information and we'll take it from here and it will happen quickly. Before you know it, you're refinanced." It sounded like it was fast and seamless. I clicked on the ad online, went through the information and filled it out, but it went into a black hole. Nothing happened. I waited and waited and I was checking my email and I was wondering, "When is someone gonna reach out to me?" It took a little while, then two days later, someone called me, but I was working. I'm an executive and I have a lot of meetings. I missed the call and I tried to call back. I got put on hold forever and nobody ever answered. It was 10 minutes or more. I finally hung up and we had to do another call.

I was looking for lenders that would refinance cars that are older than 10 years old. I know that a lot of places won't refinance past 2013 at this point and I have a 2012. I found Auto Approve on a site that was listing different lenders that would do that. I spoke to a couple of representatives. They were lovely the entire time. They have been extremely kind, informative, and really good at answering any questions I had.

The reps were easy to work with. Use Auto Approve. They were pretty good.

The rep I spoke to was very friendly and I was very happy with him. Also, the procedure was easy. Communication-wise, my rep was always answering my questions. It was an awesome experience working with them.

The experience with the customer service was effortless. I had the phone number of the person who gets assigned to the loan and I was able to ask any questions or concerns. I would recommend Auto Approve.

They responded in a quick manner. Everything went through relatively quickly. We did everything online, which was awesome, except for having to get a notary. That was the only piece that I had to do externally. They have that service available, but I didn't realize that when I started that process. I assumed that I had to go external. The person called and verified my general information. They connected me with a person in the lending department and processed all my paperwork, and validated my income. In less than two weeks, it was approved. It was easy. And they're saving me $130 off of my auto loan every month.

With Auto Approve, I could quickly apply. I had a couple of phone calls with the guy and sent in some paperwork and it was done. It was awesome. Also, the customer service got back to me quickly.

Everything went good with that Auto Approve. They gave me a better interest rate. The whole process was all paperwork where I was communicating with someone. I would email them and give them all the information on my vehicle. They kept communicating with me via email and by phone and text message. I called them regarding their app to make the payment. I wasn't able to set it up to attach my bank account to it. But we got that fixed.

I'm not getting everything I'm supposed to get because it is my first time ever refinancing anything. It's not Auto Approve’s fault because they did what they had to do. It's up to me to try to do the things they’re saying what's due to me. But I gotta go out there to get it. When I try to go through my previous place where I bought the car, I'm getting the runaround so it’s just too much I’m going through. My finance already went through everything and I'm into trying to get my reimbursements. I called customer service before and they were great. I'm satisfied with Auto Approve because they got the refinance.

The manager was the key factor in my decision to work with Auto Approve because he was confident. He was organized in telling me information and he didn't push me too much. One time, I needed to get refund of different from payoff and I contacted the rep that I was talking to, Dustin. I managed to reach out using text messages, which was pretty handy for me. But I didn't know that Auto Approve was kind of a middle company. It was a surprise for me. I realized that when I got approved and I saw the name of the bank.

The whole process was pretty quick and easy. The reps were nice. They answered all my questions.

It was not worth the required efforts. Although interest rates were drastically reduced almost 3 times my current, my quoted savings per month were barely a hundred dollars with similar monthly terms for 72 months.

I inquired online and then I got a call almost immediately from a person, and it was on the weekend. I got some basic information and then he passed it along to a broker who was going to give me the best rate for our situation. We spoke with them the next day and everything worked out for us. I was very impressed with the quickness of everything and the knowledge that the two gentlemen that I worked with had. They explained everything very clearly. We were able to finalize a refi on our auto loan and I was very happy with it.

Auto Approve's being able to push through even though one person said no stood out the most to me. They didn't let that stop them. They were working in my benefit, I felt, to find someone that will finance me. They didn't quit. Sean was working with me. I have a lot of difficulty with cellphones and he was so patient. He was walking me through things and would text me back and say, "We need this. We need that." I liked the patience, the endurance, and just being a set of people that were sincere. I was a little leery in the beginning but then they worked their butt off to do it. A couple of people kind of refused, but they didn't give up. They found me someone who did it. I'm very happy to have them, got involved with it and gave me some of what I wanted. They went through a lot of changes for me. So, I do appreciate that.

They're quick to process the documents I sent. They were okay to work with. It was a pretty smooth process.

Auto Approve had some of the best rates and overall, I like how their numbers looked. They had called me yesterday and were informing me how to set up my payments. I had already downloaded their app and set everything up ahead of time. The overall process was good.

During all facets of the process, I was informed as to what would need to be done. When I had questions, I got the information I required complete the task. I had trouble with the notary service online and when I contacted Peggy, I got the information I would need to complete the form.

Took forever. Could not get any information unless I gave personal information. I didn't comply. Asked too many questions. Then would not show rates unless you give address. Consumer affairs is what I am talking about!!!!

It was a horrible experience from beginning to the end. The agent keeping giving my info to 3rd parties and running my name for credit and other companies and dropped my credit score from 691 to 614. This is very unprofessional and it was illegal to keep giving my information out to the 3rd parties. I will never do business again here.
