I felt very comfortable after speaking with Mike. I was wrestling with a decision whether to sell my place, whether to do a reverse mortgage or do a refi. Mike explained to me 100% what reverse mortgages was and the result of reverse mortgages as opposed to refi-ing or selling. After talking to him, I decided it was better for me to do a reverse mortgage. I was impressed with his personality and his understanding of situations and his knowledge about what his particular part in this thing was. He returns my calls when I call. Whenever he has said that he was gonna call me tomorrow or that he was gonna do certain things, he always do it. So I couldn't ask for anything better now.

One thing that turned me off right away was that the price for closing was too high. It was an over $8,000 closing cost. I know it's folded in with the loan and I shouldn't worry about it, but I do. I don't like the floating interest rate either. Also, the rep I've been working with keeps on calling me. I told him I'm not ready to do anything until fall when I make my decision but every week or so, I get a phone call from him.

Reggie has gone above and beyond. I wanted to talk about a little investment with my granddaughter and he's even helped me with that. He helped me out a lot. I'm in the middle of the process and all the paperwork is in. The company that does the appraiser called me yesterday morning and I missed the call. I returned the call, but I'm still waiting. The process has been very good for me, so far. It's been painless and everything's been going through.

My advisor is very good. She's very thorough, answers all the questions, and was able to clear up misconceptions about reverse mortgages. I wouldn't trade her for anybody else. I haven't run into any issues except not knowing how long the process is supposed to take. AAG could give a roadmap as to how long each thing will take before we get to the finish line. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my process so far. I've already told some of my friends who are facing similar situations about it. This is the way to go.

I investigated beforehand and read about all the regulations then I decided to call AAG based on their reputation. They're number one in the field and I trust them. The loan officer is very good at his job. He's very nice and informative. I'm very comfortable with him and with the procedures that are going on. Everything was explained and I understood it. I'm fully aware and pleased with everything.

The AAG reps kept me up-to-date and made the process very easy. It was helpful to know ahead of time how it's settled up. I've talked to it with my family and they're aware of what happens, that it's taken out of the sale of the house from that. It was very well explained to me.

Kyle was really good and very pleasable. He knows what he's talking about, and when he says he's gonna call, he calls, and that's really important to me. He's a Tennessee boy and we talk kind of the same language. I can understand him. But the appraiser come from a different country and I had a hard time understanding what she was saying. But that's nothing AAG has control over. The appraiser gave me a real good appraisal, so I can't complain.

American Advisors went over all the details with me, and they explained to me exactly how things will go. I was cool with that. They answered all my questions that I had. I have a choice to pay it back, not to pay it back but my thing is to pay it back and not to get everything that is in there, to leave some there, and just use what I need. I was impressed with my loan officer's personality and concern on how to help me. I call her and she would return my call. When she has time, she'll do that. She's been really great.

I decided that I wanted to go with AAG because I assumed that they're about the best in the nation. Just from talking to the representative, Jennifer, I really like her. I told her that I wish we lived closer so that we could go out and eat or have breakfast together, and she wished that too. She is the kind of person that I could just talk to if I had a problem. That's how close I feel to her, and I never met her. She's from Atlanta, Georgia, and she's wonderful. Everybody's been so nice and made me feel at ease when I talk to them. We’re building an income property. It's a garage apartment. I was trying to figure out ways to finance it without dipping into our retirement savings. So I talked to Ted, our agent. We talked about it for a long time and then we went back and forth. It was a period of two or three days. After we had a chance to sit down and digest our options, we decided that the smart thing was to go with AAG. I feel very good working with AAG. Everybody was responsive and timely. Everything has gone great so far. Ted explained to me about prepayment penalties and when we'd pay it off. He walked us through any questions that we had. Overall, AAG has been excellent.

AAG was the first one that came to mind because of Tom Selleck. I called them and we're still working on my reverse but at least we're going through the process. The lady I'm working with is very informative. She's been very friendly and kind. I'm asking about things and she answers questions. She always says, "Anytime you need me, call me." She has a toll-free number that I can call and I can reach out to her with any questions. She lets me know what's going on. She's very systematic and sets everything up for me. She mentioned there are steps that we go through and gave me the list of that. I've been through three of the steps already so there's two more that we're waiting for.
When I had to go through counseling, she sent me a list of people to call and I found some very nice people in Chicago who helped out. She said that she would be the one I would be working with through the whole process so it's nice to know that there's just one person and I'm not dealing with 10 people. She had mentioned that it will take up to 45 days to make me realize that it's not instantaneous. But so far, it's been running pretty smoothly.

My mom decided on them because she likes Tom Selleck, but I've been handling all the papers for my mom. Heather has been very responsive and helpful. She's been great. I have a very limited income in the past few years. I needed a way to pay off all my bills including my mortgage so that I'd have a decent amount of money left to live on. I struggle from the 3rd of the month to the 3rd of the month all the time I wanted to free up my finances so that I can enjoy the rest of my life. I did some investigation on how AAG works and it seemed like the perfect solution for my needs. It was fabulous with my rep. I had kind of the most informed woman that could be possibly helping me with this. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect and walked me through it step-by-step. Any questions I had, she was spot-on with the answers. I have completed the application so now, it's a matter of finishing up a few more details and getting an appraiser out here. I've got to come up with some money to pay the appraiser so that's a little bit of a setback. It's gonna take me a little bit to get that. But once that's done, we're good to go. The gentleman that came out here for me to sign papers was very courteous. He wore his mask and I appreciated that. He was very helpful in explaining the paperwork that I was signing, which meant a lot.
I took pictures of the inside of my home and forwarded it to an appraiser, but I haven't heard anything. But the process is going very well. Everything takes time and I understand that. I'm anxious to see how it ends up but with this winter weather we're having up here, it's hard for the appraiser to get out here and look at the outside of the house. My experience with them was easy. They let me know the pros and the cons and the things that were best with their company and with other companies, and why it was best to get that certain loan on my house and why I should get it. They attempted to say something and really just put it in plain English, not paperwork that I really can't understand what they're saying. Then they gave me examples that I can compare with.
I was very comfortable working with them because the gentleman that I talked with kept me updated on everything. Even though with the virus going on, and I'm in Chicago, Illinois and the snowstorms we got, I got all kinds of information. He went one step beyond because he would send it overnight mail ‘cause he knew about the mail in Chicago. People hadn’t gotten mail in two weeks. So my information was given to me really well, and I got it. He was on time. If he said something, he kept to his word and that made me feel more comfortable. I've never seen the rep, but on the phone, I could tell by his voice that he was truly interested and wanted to help me and concerned. He was a decent human being.

He helped me out and explained everything to me and told me what I needed to do next. When I had the counseling session, that was good too. We finished the application yesterday. I still have a talk with him tomorrow afternoon.

We were using up a lot of our savings to make the house payments since we both retired and a brother did a reverse mortgage with another outfit. We got to look at it online and American Advisors Group was the top one. So, we called and found out a little bit about it. The rep was very informative right from the start. He hooked us up right that minute with a loan officer who was also very informative. He answered all our questions and we liked him. He calls a couple of times a week and keeps us informed.

Everything is going well with American Advisors Group. Jeannie is great. She's been patient with us. She's explained everything over and over again. She's accessible. I'm a human resources senior manager. I've been doing it for 30 years. I'm very critical of people who don't do their jobs well. She does her job well and beyond, so I'm very happy with her. We feel very comfortable and very well cared for. It's a very confusing process because of all the information, but she's broken down everything. She's there for us emotionally with the information we need, taking it step-by-step. We feel real good about how the process is proceeding. We're about to get to the point of signing documents with a notary. We just had our second counseling appointment, which is required in California. Everything is moving fine. I went through the counseling through some other company and they told me I don't have to go to AAG. The rep said, "Even though they're the ones that started this, you can go to any refinance mortgage company." But like the guy at AAG explained to me, AAG is going to give me the loan and they're not going to sell my loan to some other bank like some other companies do. That was a plus point there. So far, it's been good. They did send me some pamphlets and we got a guesstimate until the appraisal comes in. I gave them my credit card information to do the appraisal but I don't know when they're going to do this because of how much snow we have here. The only thing is if my wife was older (she's only 53), we could get more money. It's kind of weird and I don't understand that.

American Advisors Group was ranked high on Google and they answered the phone right away when I reached out to them. Tom, the AAG rep, is a pretty patient and straightforward guy. He's very calm and never gets upset. He talks slow and soft, even too soft sometimes. I didn't know anything about the reverse mortgage. Since I'm contemplating and going forward with it, I have to know everything about it because my house is going to be on the line. So essentially, I might owe a little bit more than what I owe already and there might be fees associated with doing it, and what I can do to do it responsibly. They even put me through courses. So the overall informativeness and calmness that he had about it really helped me out a lot. I didn't feel like I should go and search for other quotes and that when he had all the same information, was able to do it right then. It seemed like it would be an enormous waste of time if I didn't pursue at least trying with him.
I had good credit and they were able to pull it but since my credit is under identity theft, I have to unfreeze it all the time and it makes it really difficult for me. AAG needs all three credit reporting agencies to be able to process too, but I'm having trouble with Experian because I have to mail it in and they don't have any way of just foregoing that. I can't even get anything off the ground until that's done. So it's bothersome that AAG is so rigid that they require all three reporting agencies when the other two are very good. It's unnecessary and it's difficult for me to process this way because of that.
Thank you for the constructive feedback. We will look into this to further improve the quality of our service.

I had copied a zillion pages of everything and emailed them all of the stuff, and then they came back and said, “Your house is in a flood zone.” I said, “I told you from the beginning it was in a flood zone.” They say that it's too close to the flooded area. We've lived here 11 years and we've never had a flood. Nobody in this community has had a flood in 30 years. They said, “We have to go by the federal standard.” I said, “You could have told us at the beginning.” We also went through the counseling and paid $125 for it for nothing. When we were getting ready to go to the next step, HUD wanted to do another appraisal, which was ridiculous. I'm paying $500 for them to do it and they came out and did absolutely nothing.
I was told that having two appraisals was rare. Why should they audit twice and make money off you? That's saying they don't trust the first appraisal. It's right in target with what's in the neighborhood. Also, I shouldn't have to pay for it if they want another appraisal. That's the only thing I disagree on. The reverse mortgage has been such a good deal. I wanted to do a little refurbishing of my kitchen and doing a reverse mortgage will pay off my mortgage. But I'll still be making payments with AAG. Mark was the guy I talked to and the process has taken longer than I thought for all this stuff to get done. But maybe that's my fault and I didn't understand the time length of it from start to finish. I've had to email stuff back to Mark. He didn't send me the right packet where you have to talk with the credit counselor. So, I had to go to a friend’s house across the street and get her to print it all for me. So it took time. It was a mess but it all got done.
I signed the application on the 26th of December and Earl, the gentleman, said that it did not bother him the least. He came on that day and I told him I was sorry that I didn't even think when we made the appointment. I wouldn't have messed up his holiday and he said it did not. He lives in this county and he did it. He told me that the appraisal would be set up and then, it would be done. He did a good job.
I'm now waiting for the mortgage appraisal. I had waited since the 26th up until yesterday, which is the 10th of January. I called Mark and asked him if he heard anything from the appraisal and he said no. He talked to the department that was doing the appraisals. We had snow, but it was on the grass and roofs of the buildings here. The roads were passable. It wasn't bad but I don't know whether the man just didn't want to come out in the snow or what happened. I didn't hear anything from him today and I would like to get this thing done by the end of the month at the latest, if possible. I'm not mad about it but they could be timelier in doing that.

American Advisors Group was advertising and I gave them a call to try to understand where I was heading. I figured I only got so many years to live and all I was trying to do was make sure I was gonna have enough money to finish out my life in comfort without any worries. Everybody was friendly. I lack knowledge in the field and all I had to do was try to understand what everybody was trying to tell me. Alan, the rep, would repeat what I asked and different things so I could understand. I didn’t soak everything in because I didn't know some of the right questions to ask but it was more about me learning. I was told I could back out at any one point through the thing, which I appreciated. So, I just kept going further and further. He said I could call it off until I decided. AAG had a girl come over and I signed a bunch of papers the other day. I have nothing to compare it with but everything was fine. Nobody was trying to be deceiving.

The people from AAG were great. They explained everything and told me about the processes. It was a good experience. I went through the counseling and was going to have the notary come by to sign the papers. The rep I had was Regina and she was really good through all of it and really respectful when I told her that I wanted to cancel.

I was skeptical of reverse mortgages but the way they presented it was clear and it showed that it would be worthwhile for my situation. They gave me all the information I needed to understand it and they were right there whenever I needed to talk to them. It looks like the reverse mortgage is going to turn out nice. The rep made it clear how much of a loan I would get and take care of some bills I have. He was easy to work with and talk to and he wasn’t pushy. He let me make the decision and answered my questions. I called him back once or twice and he explained things we had gone over to clear it up. The process was handled very nicely and he guided me through it. AAG was very good.

American Advisors Group sent us all of the information. It was not only on our particular application but also on their program in general and the requirements and the characteristics. For the most part, there wasn't anything particularly surprising in what we learned. American Advisors Group communicated with us either by email or by phone call. We've been able to get information without too much trouble. Sometimes, it took them a day or two to return a phone call. Other than that, the exchange of information has been satisfactory. Overall, we had a pretty good experience.
Our loan advisor was pretty good although there was a little bit of slow response on a couple of things. That was primarily a matter of logistics. The only part that was irritating was American Advisors Group had the loan counseling appointment with an independent third-party counseling association. We had that all set up and for some reason, our loan advisor had never gotten all of the information to them that he was supposed to get to them. In the middle of us trying to have our conference with the counseling association guy, our loan advisor was having to search back and forth for information that should have already been sent to the guy.

The rep went over everything really good and made me make up my mind what I wanna do and go from there. They sent paperwork first, then I read it all and checked it all over. And then, the rep called me up and quizzed me on it and whatever that is, made sure I understood it. I had a few questions, but everything went well. I decided that reverse mortgage is not for us at this time and we're just gonna continue on with what we got. I'd recommend AAG to other people, but people have to make up their own mind.

Kim has been phenomenal. She has been so kind and personable. She takes her time with any questions. Like yesterday, I was supposed to have my notary come in and sign a bunch of things but the guy didn't come and he is going to do that today. But Kim called me last night and asked me how it went. She keeps that line of communication open, and that I could call her anytime and ask her a question. If I'm getting kind of antsy about it questioning anything, she calms me down. She also sent me a packet overnight to read.
I had to go through the counseling session and that wasn't that helpful. It was just things that Kim already told me. But I can understand why they have to do that. Because some senior may not be with their mental faculties that well and it would be confusing. So AAG wanted to make sure that they really knew what they were doing. AAG is the best.

I called AAG and the gentleman that I spoke to that day stayed with me for two hours. He was as nice as he could be. After I got the first appraisal, they turned me over to Mario, and everything has been wonderful. AAG reassured me so much that everything was going fine and told me everything I needed to do. They have very good communication and very thorough actions. They have lots of notification. Everything we did, I was notified in writing. I was not familiar with any of this and they helped me right along with all of it. It was a breeze.
I spoke to Mario a few minutes ago and he said we were good to go. So everything's taken care of. It's been such a relief because I was totally at my wit's end not knowing what I was going to do. I've never had this problem before. COVID has really, really put a hold on everything. Normally, I can walk out the door and get a loan for anything I want. But now you can't. Whenever I needed anything, Mario always called me right back. I couldn't ask for anybody better. It's very reassuring to be able to call someone and they actually return your call because you don't get that nowadays. AAG has done a very good job. Right now, we're still in the process of completing things. But so far, everything seems very satisfactory. There's only one thing that they need to do. When they appoint somebody to come to a person's house as a notary, they need to make sure that that notary wears a mask and is very aware of the COVID problem that we're having right now. I wanted to bring up capital. The amount of cash-out at the close of the sale was very important to me. We got a lot of equity in our house so it's nice to free some of those up without having to sell the house or be encumbered with more debt. That's not sensible. AAG has a good program. It's pretty well locked-in. I looked at some proposals from other companies and I went no. AAG has had a pretty honest proposal.
Eric is my loan rep and I like working with him. He has been good. The only bump in the road has been the appraiser at this point in time. The appraisal didn't come in as high as I felt it should. That cut some of my cash flow. We're still waiting to see if that can be redressed. I asked a couple of questions to Eric and we'll see how it goes on his end. I might take some action myself. I've done some appraisals on the house.
Right now, we have a very strong diversity of houses within the general area but not too many sales. It has always been really hard to do an appraisal on this house. In other events, the appraisal hasn't been that important because there is so much equity in the house. But at this particular point, the appraisal matters a little bit. Other than the appraisal issue, I'm very happy with AAG and this is gonna go through very nicely.

I was happy with the information American Advisor's group gave me. But I didn't understand that I couldn't get the total value of my house. With the closing fees and everything else, I wasn't going to wind up with enough money and the reverse mortgage was going to cost me too much. I always thought that this type of loan is like a last-ditch effort and they've changed it now. You can't get as much as people used to be able to. If could get 200,000 out of the reverse mortgage, I might have gone with it. But at 60% of the house value, I can't get out of the whole. I'm probably gonna wind up selling the house and then I'm gonna find a little rental for myself. How can my family use what's left in the house unless I pay back the loan? It's too expensive and I'm gonna leave a residue that I can't use. Other than that, the rep did a beautiful job. I don't see AAG as the problem. The problem is the rules.

They turned our house into a dog sitting business. They just trashed our house. It took us a while to get them out of there. We just didn't have the money then to redo the whole house. We sold it at a great loss.
Since we retired, it's been kind of rough. My husband has been working and he's 84. He really needs to quit work. When we started, we thought about selling our house and moving to a smaller place. AAG's rep was good to work with and we hit it off. We also had to do some counseling, but that was somebody down in Florida. So far, we're in the process of the reverse mortgage and we're waiting for an appraisal right now.

The person I dealt with was very, very helpful in explaining things. His name was Anthony and he didn't try to sell anything. He was very personable. He was very helpful and understanding my situation and explaining how a reverse mortgage could help me. Since I was already interested in the benefits of the reverse mortgage, it made the conversation easy to understand. But I have not proceeded with the loan.
My wife has dementia and I’ve had power of attorney for her for years. We set that up years ago for both of us. But for some reason, according to Anthony, AAG wanted to contest the power of attorney. He said the State of Texas has more requirement. So now, he wanted me to have a doctor write a letter and say that my wife was of sound mind the day we did the power of attorney. He said they also wanted the lawyer to write a letter stating that the day we did the power of attorney, she was of sound mind. But I'm not going to do that. I did provide a copy of the power of attorney which had the date we did it. I also provided a statement stating when our family doctor diagnosed my wife as having dementia. So all of a sudden, things got very complicated. I cancelled the counseling and the loan application process.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re constantly looking to enhance the quality of our services and will review this internally.

My experience with AAG went very well. I had them in them in the past and the only thing they do is go up. As the interest rates go up, I would become older and older and my reverse mortgage would be at the highest rate. It wasn't like I was gonna rely on a monthly income from the reverse mortgage as my home isn't worth that much and I had it paid down 50%. I could only take one draw on my reverse mortgage and it didn't work for me. Other than that, AAG was very knowledgeable.

Customer service at American Advisor's Group has been flawless. We like the salesman and the person who helped us understand reverse mortgages. The program is cool too. I've had some friend's tell go " "Oh, you don't want to do that. No. Reverse mortgages, that's crazy" but we've learned it's not for everybody. For our situation, it's a perfect match, because we are both on Social Security and my wife is recovering from breast cancer. This will allow us to stay in the house and not worry about the mortgage.

I was looking for an option and I looked at the Better Business Bureau. Also, my sister's husband had done a reverse mortgage with AAG before. Then I heard about someone else had done it. So I looked at the company and and it looked pretty good so I decided to sign up with them. Their rep immediately directed us to a counselor and the counselor explained everything. And it matched with what he said but she explained it more. My husband wasn't sure about it, so by her explanation and giving him answers, it made him more comfortable with it.
Our experience has been perfect and our loan officer has been wonderful. I don't understand everything and every time I call him, if he doesn't answer right away, he calls me right back. He's been an angel, helping me along the way. Right now I'm at the point where the loan officer has sent me some requests and some of the requests won't be available to me until after the first of the year. So I'm in a holding pattern. But I called my retirement board and found out that they're not going to be in the office at all until after New Year's. So I was going to call him today and let him know that I can't move forward until after the first of the year, so that they know I'm not procrastinating.

Their staff member from California called, explained everything, and sent a packet of literature. My loan officer was knowledgeable and attentive. He did a very good job. He answered questions honestly. I also looked him up on the internet to make sure that he was legit. He set up a telephone call with the counselor who told us the good and the ramifications of a reverse mortgage. I had no negatives, so I went forward with it. AAG sent paperwork in the mail, and on the internet, and made several phone calls to ensure that I was understanding everything correctly. The process has not been completed yet. I'm waiting for one more thing in the mail that my wife and I would sign. But it's something that looks like it's going to finish with no problem.

We were victims of a scam and lost about $70,000. The scammers got into my bank account and emptied a $50,000 home equity loan which was never used. So, we didn't anticipate having a $50,000 loan that we had to pay back. Getting a reverse mortgage was one strategy to rectify some of that loss. We have been very pleased with the process of American Advisors' group and we are close to finishing it. Our rep Karen has been very helpful. I've been impressed with her patience, and willingness to take any question and be sure we're comfortable.

AAG has been very cooperative and things went very well. I was impressed with the detail of the work that my loan officer sent to me and she took all this time to try to work things out. All in all, going with them is a very good option. The whole thing is that both parties in the household have to agree with it and that was the main problem.

The AAG rep I worked with, Carol, was very nice. I have a good connection with her. She's been very helpful. Every question that I had for her, she answered. We went over a few things in how the reverse mortgage works. She was very good. I'd tell others to look into AAG.

They did everything that they said they were gonna do. They worked with me under my circumstances. The loan officer was very good. She was very accommodating and patient. I will recommend them because of the fact that they will work with you. They will be up front with you about your situation and they will tell you upfront whether they can help you or not.

I wanted to get out from underneath the 6.6-a-quarter percentage that I'm paying and AAG couldn't do that for me. They would only give me a small portion of money but I wanted to get the whole thing paid off. Even though they offered me 3.17 for interest, that was graduated. So, it would graduate up and up and there is no shut off to it. AAG makes it sound so simple and straightforward. But by the time I get to listen to those telling me exactly how things are going to be, it's not as easy. Get all the facts, good points, and bad points on your phone before you make any kind of mistake like this.

The lady that I dealt with from AAG was very nice. I was upfront with her and I said I made a loan with the bank against my house. My daughter and son-in-law were having a problem and she needed some money. So I borrowed it from the bank and they made a second on my home. And they have been paying that, but then they got behind. Since it's in my name because I own the house, I told the rep that if she called my mortgage company and Bank of America, and checked anybody that I gave her, she'd see that I got perfect credit. I've never missed a payment with anybody. I'm a retired banker and I pay all my accounts on time. I have to go over there and tell them that they got to do something about this. They're hurting my credit. So they came back and told me I needed to pay $22,000.
The rep I talked to was also very professional and that was great. It's just that I know that what my home is worth in this area is way more than what I owe. and reading their thing that they put out, it's a good thing for elderly people. And that's what I am. I'm 80 years old. Other than that, I know a girl who lost her parents and lives alone. She'd been the head of music for a big Baptist Church in Orlando and she was worried about her having to go to an assisted living. She didn’t know much at all on her house and I gave her all the information on AAG. I told her she ought to see this and what they say.

I called them up and started the ball rolling. They gave me counseling. I was very happy with what they did and what they told me. They never cut corners. They never lied about anything. They told me the negative and positive. I talked to Elizabeth and she was very smart. She was very helpful and pleasant. She was knowledgeable. She called me day before yesterday to tell me that they were trying to find an evaluator to come and evaluate my property, although it's already been evaluated by the town. I've gone through the paperwork and they told me not to get mixed up with the numbers because there's so many of them. But she explained everything anytime I wanted. Then I had another woman come and she brought a lot of paperwork. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable too. I was very skeptical in the beginning but now, I'm perfectly satisfied.

A friend of mine who is in real estate had recommended reverse mortgage to me. I had contacted another agent and talked with her, and I thought it would be in my best interest to get another quote. I called American Advisors Group and I was happy with the quote. It was definitely cheaper. And I like the representative. The reps were able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion. There was a lot of follow up so far.
It has been a big decision. I bet it is for everybody that goes through this. And I still feel a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure we're making the right decision. And my husband and I are together, and we're still questioning, “Are we doing the right thing?” I don't know if the company could have done anything more to help with that. Maybe if I would have heard from other people, or maybe it is on their website, other people who have gone through this experience and happy they did it or not. But I would recommend you inquire with AAG. You should at least call.

I felt comfortable working with AAG. I pretty much knew what I was doing. I was asking them questions more than anything else. The loan officer was great. We talked shortly about the reverse mortgage, but I went with another company because of the fees involved with it. I was satisfied with what I did with AAG. It's just the price was different someplace else.
