After filling out the forms online, I got a phone call from Achieve, filled out some more paperwork, and then I got approved. We picked the closing date and then someone came out and I filled out the rest of the paperwork. We sent off the paperwork and it was approved. At that point, I got dispersed funds in a little over a week. One of the creditors has already paid off and another one is still waiting on a check to come in. Achieve was the first place I've found that would agree to me. The rate is 10%, which is not terrible. It's better than a lot of the personal loan offers I was getting but there are probably lower out there. Once some time has gone by, I'll probably refinance it. But overall, it was a good experience.

I went with Achieve Home Loans to consolidate some debt. James, was one of the first ones to call, and I appreciated the information he provided. He asked a couple questions and we completed an application. He walked me through the steps of what would happen. It all happened quickly, so it seems like it all flowed really well. Then somebody reached out to me, Nicole. Talked about the funding process, then we had the notary come in. Did a quick signing. In between that, there was some other email communications or documents that I needed to sign and upload. Everything seemed seamless and quick. Everybody I spoke with or had interaction with was very professional, was very easy to talk with, and explained the whole process.

I applied for and received a home equity loan from Achieve; went fine. Just received a letter that a personal loan application from Achieve in my name has been declined. I didn't apply for this loan and want to know who did. No help from 2 calls to your 800 #.

Don’t communicate much during the process, other than e mails. Funding takes time. Trying to create account so I can access information does not work well. Tried at least 4 times already to create an online account and keeps giving me an error and to try again later. I would probably recommend them to someone looking for a loan.

The total process with Achieve had taken one week. Applying for a loan online always has multiple pieces and parts to it, but they made it a lot easier to get those things done. The representative was really communicative in the beginning to help me get through the process. And when we hit a snag at the very end about some of the terms that I wanted to change, he was very helpful there as well.

The initial contact with your advisor Christian was above average. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. The closing process is where things took a turn. Paperwork was not forwarded to the Notary when promised. Many phone calls during the closing process were not returned and it took 2 weeks after funding to get creditors paid off. Overall an average transaction but I will not recommend to others!

They took my app mid October and funded in under 2 weeks and paid all our debt off and $33k for home repairs, starting with our roof this Monday. Life changing!

The pros of the loan process were that it was friendly and informative, and they provided a few assistants. I was able to get the loan I needed at an acceptable rate. The con was the extended document requirements added on a day-to-day basis during that process. I’d have been confident knowing all the requirements at the start.

But when somebody tells me something's going to fund, that's when I expect to get the money is when it's funded, not three business days later. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to know because I expected to have it that day and had some irons in the fire. I had to wait three more days. Also, the interest rate isn't the greatest, but applying for a loan was fast and easy.

There was an initial application with Achieve. Then a pre-approval, then an approval, then a five-week underwriting asking for additional information, then closing. Now, I'm in the one to two weeks waiting to get the money. They're short-staffed so things took a lot longer than expected. But they got it done. They were always friendly too. However, originally, I was told the underwriting process would take three days. It took almost six weeks. I had four different underwriters during that time. People leaving, having to restart their supervisors. So, it took a long time.

The AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS SETUP FOR THE LOAN CONFIRMED!!!! But still It’s the constant parading unnecessary, senseless communications AFTER PROCURING THE LOAN. AS IF FOR THE TERM OF THE LOAN THEY ARE GOING TO CALL EVERY OTHER DAY. IS THAT NECESSARY. If you don’t trust the borrower with the LOAN then DON’T lend us the money, ie that’s a no brainer!

I get the HELOC however the debt that was supposed to be paid was paid partially even my share the pay off values for the next 30 days. It was not clear, is still not to me, if there is a condition to pay a debt to be granted a loan that is just an lump sum payment and not that will not take ownership of the full debt. So at the end I am paying the HELOC and the remaining of the debt that the HELOC total value should have covered. It was never clarified this way.

Everything went good with the loan but now two weeks later from some other company ask all this information that don't want to give out. It's like they own my loan already. But I have heard nothing from Achieve. Not even anything from the agent I dealt with. Now I'm thinking someone else that I didn't ok has all my account information. The world of the internet is a scary place. I'm afraid of getting behind in my payments until this is cleared up.

Everything went well. Staff kept me informed and worked with me during process. Each part of the process someone contacted me to let me know each thing that was needed to be done and assisted me with accomplishing it. Closing was also quick and painless and funds were sent quickly.

The timeline from the initial phone call to closing was February 5 to February 19. And that had some holidays during that time. If there comes a time I need another loan, I would not hesitate to call Achieve.

I’ve spent way too many hours trying to set up the online account only to find out that I have to call a special number. Once I called the Special number I had to verify almost every single bit of my information again and talk and talk and talk and at the end of the call I still was no more closer to getting online. now I find out I have to get a special, super special FedEx delivery that must be signed for which means I have to take time off from work to get this special, special, super special FedEx envelope that has a special, super special code that I then have to call back and call the number with a super special code. Just so I can finally after all this logon to their website. Not feeling like a special customer at all.

I was never told at any moment my loan can be legally sold. So if Shellpoint does not make us happy Achieve will get thrown into the social media blast on feedback and buyer beware. My wife has over 30k followers on FB and 10k on tiktok. I have 45 followers combined in social media. I was promised many things on a recorded line and if Shellpoint doesn't honor these I will let everyone know to stay away from Achieve. Achieve sold my loan legally and I have the right to legally let everyone know to be aware.

Gave you the balances to pay off. You came up about $3000 short. I borrowed $30,000. Now your statement shows that my loan is $33,000. I am assuming that $3000 is for your fees??? Your customer portal has a lot to be desired. It wasn’t easy getting items checked off your list.

I decided to look into a HELOC for debt consolidation. The application process at Achieve Loans was easy and straightforward. The team explained any of the questions that I had, and stayed positive throughout the process. They did a pretty good job making the process very easy for me. They also broke down how much I would save. I felt good about the terms and rates, especially compared to the savings. When I did my own math, it came out to be a pretty good savings. Overall, I feel very good about it and am saving a lot of money.

The process of getting a loan was easy and went smoothly. A lot of it was online, which was convenient for me. The whole process took only few weeks. The underwriters sent some appraiser out to physically look at the property in the middle of winter, who thought I had molding on my sliding. There was a bunch of nitpicky crap that I had to get estimates for.

I got something in the mail from Achieve Loans and it seemed like something I might wanna try. I was also at a window in my life where I’ve got to at least try a HELOC loan, because it was beneficial for me. I've tried this at least once every year in the last three years, but it never worked out. When I called, the rep from Achieve Loans said, "I can't find that information from the mailer in the system, but we'll go ahead and use a different email account and set up a whole other loan." At first, I was hesitant because that had never happened before. But when I went through with it, the benefits turned out tremendously.

My wife found Achieve Loans. We did a refinance, and the service was excellent. The people actually spoke with me when I had a question as opposed to just shooting off an email, which I absolutely hate. The process took about three to four weeks, and I’m happy with the rates and terms. Of course, I wish the rates were a little bit lower, but based on the other ones, I'm happy with it.

Achieve’s rates were really good. We wanted to maintain a payment that was reasonable within our time frame, but also to be able to pay off some debt and still have a little bit of money left over to do some stuff for our home.

I received the notification that right after my loan had closed it was sold to a company that primarily handles COLLECTIONS! When I called them I got the spiel: "..This is a collection agency, and this is an attempt to collect a debt...." I was thrown and had to walk myself off the ledge while waiting for an individual. I explained that I had already setup direct withdrawal and ask her to verify that it was configured. Had I known you guys had no intention to hold the "paper" I would have chosen a different company!

Achieve's application process goes smoothly. Their customer service is fantastic. They helped me to consolidate my debts. This consolidation cut my payments by over half. AND THEY ARE THERE FOR YOU ALL OF THE WAY. If I had questions or concerns they were quick to answer and resolve. Overall, if you’re looking for a personal loan with flexible terms and good customer service, Achieve might be a solid option for you.

Their service was good. All the rates right now kind of suck, but it wasn't bad. It was in line with the market. I think we’re all getting robbed, but it’s not Achieve’s fault. The process was easy and it was all set in under 10 days. I haven't had any complaints. I'll probably refi everything at some point, not do any cashout, just get a better rate once it's kind of normalized.

My experience working with Achieve is mixed. At first, it was fine. But when going through the actual documentation and the closing, that seemed to prolong things and they constantly wanted additional documents. When I submitted them, they would ask for more documents and that seemed to drag on for a while. The closing was also being prolonged with different dates set. That was a little frustrating. I would recommend an improvement in the communication.

Our experience with Achieve was a lot easier than what other people that was doing the same thing had. It took them months compared to what we went through. The process through Achieve took three weeks and it went really fast as soon as we figured out that's who we wanted to go with. Everybody that I've talked to has been helpful before we did it, while doing it and afterwards when I called in with a concern. Because the stuff didn't get taken out right away, I was worried that it wasn't gonna get taken out, but they were very helpful. Achieve's website was also easy to navigate, and their rate and terms were okay compared to some others. I've already recommended them to others.

We filled out the paperwork then attended the closing, which was very brief. I had a designated account manager that I could email if I had questions or concerns. The process from beginning to completion took about 30 days and though I don't know that the interest rate was the best, the service on the loan made it worth paying a little bit more. Achieve gave me the ability to finalize my divorce and move on.

I was broke and needed money, and Achieve was the only one that approved me. The process was quick and easy. I did the first part online, then the rest of it, I spoke with a representative. The lady was a bit of a Grinch and acted like she didn't like to talk, but other than that, everybody else was cool. However, they can be more helpful with the information given. I have no idea what my rate is and I should know it, but it was working so fast that a couple of things got missed in the process. Achieve also sends me too many letters in the mail. I chose the no paper billing, and they send me a bill every month. The payments are on autopay. They should just take the money, send me an email, and call it a day. Still, everything is fine overall.

I initiated a HELOC with another company then it was transferred to Achieve Loans. My experience with Achieve has been good. The withdrawal of the payment is automatic and though the loan switched over, my monthly rate and term didn't change.

Achieve guided me through the process exceptionally well. They gave me wise guidance and advice about how much to borrow and how to distribute the monies. I give Achieve my absolute highest recommendation! I had several letters telling me I was pre-approved. When I wrote back, some never answered, and some said I didn't qualify. When I responded to Achieve, they advised me that I was under-reporting my income. Achieve pointed out that I was not reporting my Social Security Income. That was nearly fifteen hundred dollars, and I qualified easily.

So easy to work with. Very fast It was a pleasure. Closing was done in my home. Checks were overnighted and I sent the payments off immediately. Communication was great. Everything went smoothly. Loan officer was knowledgeable and underwriting was very thorough and quick. I was never happier than working with this Company.

Throughout the loan process, there were a number of delays in processing including acquisition of documents from lenders and securing an appraiser. While this is expected, I would have liked to have had regular check-ins from a singular point of contact from Achieve to explain where we were at. Instead I had to call the company line and spoke with a different person every time. Additionally, at closing, there was miscommunication between Achieve and the notary which was rather stressful as it was not resolved until 30 minutes before the closing appointment. I am pleased with the rates I was provided and was pleased with the "onboarding" experience however.

Achieve Home Loans offered me a good rate, great service and fast funding. It's rare to have a financial services company where friendly people actually help you understand all of your options and helped understand my goals, not just theirs, and then found me a debt consolidation home loan that doesn't force me to refi my first. There was not a clear explanation of costs, specifically interest rates. There was much more volatility in their interest rates than the general market. When the loan was paid off I was misled about the return of funds that I would be receiving. It always felt like the Bud Abbott and Lou Costello "whose on first" story, it's funny in that context but not when it's your money. I would never recommend using them and I will never think of them as a valued partner.
