Everyone was extremely nice; professional; efficient and explained every step. All questions were immediately addressed to the fullest. Emails were answered quickly the turnaround was unexpected and we were able to close within a week.

I applied for a HELOC loan with ACHIEVE LOANS. Closing was with LENDAGE, LLC DBA ACHIEVE LOANS. Closing date was February 19, 2026 and the Disbursement date was supposed to be on February 24, 2026 in the amount of $ 67,500 to cover my credit cards expenses. The paperwork was signed in front of a Notary Public in my State of North Carolina.

Achieve Loans called me and doing business with them for a HELOC was really easy. It took about two calls because I had to do some paperwork, but most of the stuff I got done on the first call. It was a pretty good experience.

From the information that was explained prior to me taking out this loan to the information I am getting now as making my first payment does not match. One month they’re charging me $65 and interest, in the next month $306 and interest. Don’t understand how that is possible with only a few days difference in the month. Even getting the loan took me requesting to talk to a supervisor and that should’ve been my first sign to walk away.

I just wrote to a Mrs ** about how your Achieve Website doesn't recognize my name or SSN. There also seems to be a dispute over my $370.00 monthly payments and the date they begin. Could you please explain what this is all about? Thank you!

One of my creditors never received payment via mail. I wasn't informed until I received a late statement from them. Achieve was notified by me and sent me the money via bank account. I was still hit with a late Charge of 28.00 although no fault of my own.

Working with Achieve was one of the smoothest processes I’ve ever experienced. I have friends that went to banks and said it took them two months to do a HELOC. I was able to move through this process within a week and get exactly what I needed really great experience so far; they didn’t miss a beat.

I'm totally thrilled with your application and underwriting process. This was handled by Jonathan **. He was amazing! Professional, helpful and polite. He ALWAYS answered the phone and had an answer. Underwriting went quickly as well as the closing. Very well coordinated. But, here comes the BUT. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. It has been 2 weeks. Four checks are floating somewhere. The worst part is that there is no phone number to contact the disbursement department. When you are talking about $40,000 the leaving a message (which by the way was never answered) does not work. I finally called Jonathan again. He answered the phone as usual and asked me to wait until the 9th so he could follow up with the disbursement department. The process is good until you sign them it falls through the cracks. You need to work on the continuity of customer service. It’s sadly lacking.

Achieve Loans was one of the first companies I looked into. I settled with them, and the loan process was quite simple. The communication is always a very important part and that was exceptional. The process took about two weeks, and I didn't have to do anything out of my way. Everything was set up perfectly. I work a lot of hours and they made arrangements around that. I've got a mortgage, and they are way better than my mortgage company. I have no complaints.

This was by far the easiest financial experience I've ever been involved in. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. It was like dealing with folks I had known my whole life. That is few and far between these days. I would definitely recommend Achieve Loans to anyone needing financial assistance. They are tops in my book!

Everyone I dealt with to applying for this loan also, while it was being processed was very friendly, kind, thorough fun also patient. I had obvious concerns questions misunderstandings etc and the team at Achieve made the process easier than I anticipated. It isn't easy applying for a loan however I felt comfortable dealing with achieve representatives.

The process was real simple. I just filled out the information online and got a reply within a couple of days. I dealt with a person to set everything up, and then one other person in the closing process. They were prompt, quick and friendly. The rate that they gave me was very competitive and I got a good deal.

Achieve was very easy to work with. They were upfront pretty much all the way through. I was comfortable dealing with them. I got what I needed from them, and it didn't take long.

I initially made an inquiry online and then an Achieve Loans rep called me back. He gave me information I needed. From there, I got an email asking for some documents and then I uploaded them. Everything happened fairly quickly. We tried our best to get everything he asked for timely, and the loan went through. The application online was easy to understand. The communication was good. The rep went above and beyond. I'm separated and when I had to get my husband to sign off on some documents, he initiated that with him. So, he did a really good job.

Getting approved for a loan is good, even with a not so good credit. The process was fast, but the customer service stinks. It's hard to get an answer from anybody. Right now, Achieve overpaid one of my creditors and I'm trying to get them to get the money back from that creditor. Then with another creditor, I found out they put the money on the wire so it's just sitting there, and come to find out the creditor won't accept it. It has to be a check and sent to an address via USPS. It can't be signature. It's kind of stupid. The questions I have is still up in there because I can't get ahold of nobody.

After filling out the forms online, I got a phone call from Achieve, filled out some more paperwork, and then I got approved. We picked the closing date and then someone came out and I filled out the rest of the paperwork. We sent off the paperwork and it was approved. At that point, I got dispersed funds in a little over a week. One of the creditors has already paid off and another one is still waiting on a check to come in. Achieve was the first place I've found that would agree to me. The rate is 10%, which is not terrible. It's better than a lot of the personal loan offers I was getting but there are probably lower out there. Once some time has gone by, I'll probably refinance it. But overall, it was a good experience.

I went with Achieve Home Loans to consolidate some debt. James, was one of the first ones to call, and I appreciated the information he provided. He asked a couple questions and we completed an application. He walked me through the steps of what would happen. It all happened quickly, so it seems like it all flowed really well. Then somebody reached out to me, Nicole. Talked about the funding process, then we had the notary come in. Did a quick signing. In between that, there was some other email communications or documents that I needed to sign and upload. Everything seemed seamless and quick. Everybody I spoke with or had interaction with was very professional, was very easy to talk with, and explained the whole process.

I applied for and received a home equity loan from Achieve; went fine. Just received a letter that a personal loan application from Achieve in my name has been declined. I didn't apply for this loan and want to know who did. No help from 2 calls to your 800 #.

Don’t communicate much during the process, other than e mails. Funding takes time. Trying to create account so I can access information does not work well. Tried at least 4 times already to create an online account and keeps giving me an error and to try again later. I would probably recommend them to someone looking for a loan.

This loan was very fast and easy to do. Everything was done online with minimal effort on my part. Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Closing was quick and easy and done in my home. I would recommend this company for a HELOC loan to anyone looking for one.

Despite having a few delays on our part, the whole team worked with us and we closed really quick and we're very happy with the results and service overall. From the first phone call, I knew that this company had personalized service and also utilized technologies and networking to help out the customer with their ultimate goal.

We needed to reduce our high interest credit because I got laid off. It's better than trying to refinance the home because refinancing would have meant 6% interest rate and we're at 2.25%. So it just didn't make any sense to do that and start all over again. We had the balance of the property paid down and we want to keep it paid down.

When I needed to upload documents, I was able to do so seamlessly. They kept me very informed via text, email, and phone calls along the way, which I appreciated since I'm pretty busy.

The total process with Achieve had taken one week. Applying for a loan online always has multiple pieces and parts to it, but they made it a lot easier to get those things done. The representative was really communicative in the beginning to help me get through the process. And when we hit a snag at the very end about some of the terms that I wanted to change, he was very helpful there as well.

The initial contact with your advisor Christian was above average. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. The closing process is where things took a turn. Paperwork was not forwarded to the Notary when promised. Many phone calls during the closing process were not returned and it took 2 weeks after funding to get creditors paid off. Overall an average transaction but I will not recommend to others!
