So far, Achieve did everything they said they would. It's been pretty easy to get through the process. I emailed a lady, and she took care of whatever I had. Achieve did pretty good.

Streamlined process from front to back. Initial loan officer was very clear and transparent about the terms and benefits. Not pushy. When decided to move forward, they had a number of team members that assisted through the entire process. Everyone was very responsive. Had a great experience.

Funky timeline, but overall satisfied. Sought out services for a HELOC, but had to go through a rigmarole of steps that pushed the timeline out from what was communicated. My communications were well responded to and everything has been incredibly smooth; however I felt like the timeline offered was misleading. “Yea we can get this done in about 10 days,” turned into about two months+. I was clear from the beginning that I wanted a HELOC, not a loan. I repeated this several times and verified every step when paperwork kept saying loan loan loan. I don’t want a loan, I want a HELOC. “Yes this is just how you gain access to your equity.” Ok, that doesn’t sound right, but let’s trust the process.
If you go with this provider, just know there are multiple steps to finally getting access to your LOC: getting approved and closing on a home equity loan with language that opens a LOC eventually (~10 days), transfer of service to another provider (~3 weeks), repayment of original loan to new provider (15 day draw freeze until posted).
I am currently in the 15 day draw freeze before I can actually access the LOC, but am being sent checks now for when the freeze is lifted so I can access right away. Customer service has been excellent, but I wish they would have explained all these steps up front. What I got was “we give you the money, then you turn around and give it back to open the LOC.” Always sounded suspicious to me, but going through the steps this is eventually true in a roundabout way. I appreciate the customer service and would go with them again, but I would encourage them to be more up front with what is actually going to happen every step of the way for better transparency instead of making it sound simplistic and quick. It isn’t.

I was looking to pay a couple of things off and do a project around the house. I ended up getting a better option thru Achieve than getting a personal loan from Navy Federal. I had a guy contact me and talk me through it. It seemed like it was pretty easygoing and professional, so decided to go for it. The process as very simple, easy, and took a week to complete. I had to call one time and I left a voicemail. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, so their response as quick. I wish the interest was a little bit lower. But for the amount I got and what I got cashout-wise too, it was fair. I liked how quick they handled things where I didn't have to get the money then pay off the creditors. And within a week or two, they were all squared up and paid for. That was really cool. For my payments, autopay was all set up, so it was not like I had to worry about anything. They stayed in touch too, so that was nice.

The HELOC process was one of the smoothest and easiest I have experienced. I was on vacation in another state and signed documents electronically and they even coordinated a notary to meet with me out of state to finalize the closing documents. Received funds needed quickly.

I needed a loan and I got approved and funded. The process took maybe three weeks but it could’ve been a little shorter. Price-wise, it is what it is. The service from Achieve Loans was very good, and it worked well.

I searched online and found Achieve Today. Then I did the application thing and somebody reached out. I liked what they had to say and I investigate it. Their loan process was easy and quick. The hardest part was trying to find all the documents to prove my income, mostly because I had some health issues last year. The whole process took a month and the terms were pretty good. The interest could always be lower but I understand. Also, every time I go to log in on their website, it tries to send me to reapply for another loan. It doesn’t just take me straight to the log in. Other than that, I would recommend them.

Every other mortgage company I talked to said my credit rating was too low, and they just wanted to refinance my house. Achieve Loans was the only company willing to give me a HELOC. The process wasn’t difficult. They just asked for certain paperwork. The loan officer did everything he could to get the HELOC approved and his personal attention stood out the most. If people have a low credit rating, they should pursue the loan with Achieve.

I consolidated all my cards and had a loan, and then Achieve reached out to me about another. I hoped to have a decent payment where I can pay everything that I need to pay off and have a bit of money in terms of emergencies that came up, and they helped me achieve that. The process was great, and the reps were all very professional. They answered all my questions, if I had any, and helped me through the process every day. Everybody can get in a little jam here or there, but they were very “Let us try to help you.” They were right there. They did their job well and I'm satisfied. Overall, my experience has been good and I'd tell people to call and talk to Achieve. I'm sure they can help them out. They will try everything they can.

I learned about Achieve online, and they had a decent rate and their reviews were very positive. The reps were very professional. Doing business with Achieve was fairly good, though it was a little confusing when they kept handing me off to different people. The person helped me set up, and then there were different people involved after that. Sometimes a supervisor would also call. But other than that, it was good. The approval process for the HELOC took a week, and it met my expectations. The rates and terms were okay. But there could be a little more transparency on the rates, when they’re going to change. Achieve is worth considering. They were good and the price wasn’t bad at all.

I was aiming to consolidate debt and Achieve contacted me with the pre-approval, so I moved forward. I provided my income documentation for support, and they explained the process. They had some questions and I answered those. Underwriting was quick. They got back to me within a few days with a final approval, explained the closing to me and we got that scheduled. Everything was smooth and took 15 days. Communication is important, and I was not left hanging, wondering where we're at and what's going on. They called throughout the process and sent texts every step of the way. Everything was easy to understand and the website was very user-friendly. So, I was happy. The terms of the HELOC are great. You always want a lower interest rate, but it's fair for what the current market rate is. So, I was okay with it.

I have found the people at Achieve to be responsive and easy to work with. The website, however, is a different matter. That may be because I am in my 70s, but it shouldn’t be as hard as it has been. I cannot print my paperwork, so there’s a great reason their people are so great.

I needed to clean up some debt and have some money left over for repairs to my residence. I was offered a small amount which was not going to be enough so they reviewed my eligibility and offered me more. That was going to help. I was quite surprised at how easy and smooth this was. Very friendly and answered all questions. I was never surprised or upset about anything. Every question I had was answered.

Going through Achieve for a loan was easy. Their online process was very user-friendly. It was easy to fill out the application and the process had taken about 15 minutes. Their staff answered every question that I had. They were helpful. They were very knowledgeable and, they were able to give me a response right away to everything that I asked. If you're looking for a place to get a loan, I would recommend Achieve. It's an easy process overall and their associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about the company and what they offer. They helped me by getting me to be approved for the loan. Then, the loan helped my current situation as far as getting caught up on bills.

I did a first time buy and I had a nice experience with Achieve. The majority of the application process was online and it was easy. The rate and terms were not the best, but they were fair. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely refer friends.

Everything in the beginning seemed very smooth until closing. I was told I could put the money back right away for my HELOC but that was a lie. They immediately send you the funds then you have to wait weeks for them to set up an account for you so that you can send it back. I’m on week 3 and they still haven’t even set my account up or sent any paperwork in the mail. I asked 3 times in the beginning if I could put the money back so I don’t start accruing interest and I was told yes, I could immediately send it back then use it when I actually needed it.

Made me an affordable monthly payment. This loan will also allow me to borrow from in the future without reapplying for a new loan. Terms were reasonable and can pay back principal payment only at any time.

Out of all the other companies I reached out to, when it came to the closing cost, Achieve was by far the leader. My experience was professional and quick. I told them what I needed, and they met it. The application process was standard for a loan. The whole process took less than 10 days. Compared to other transactions I've done like this, this is the quickest and it was inexpensive for what I got. Achieve allowed me to get the funds I needed quickly. They also returned my calls in a timely manner or through email.

Achieve is an excellent company, very easy to work with, and they do their best to meet your needs. They also seemed like they were more willing to go out of their way to help find your solution to your situation. The application was all done online, and they sent out an appraiser to the house. I didn't have any issues with them at all. It was all pretty much cut and dry, and what they said they could do, they did, and they did it within the time they said they would do it. They didn't try to push me to get more. They were just interested in what I was interested in getting done and what I was trying to accomplish. And once they found out what that was, they matched everything to where I wanted to be, and it all went together just like clockwork. The rates they gave me are about average with everybody else I talked to. Then, Rosemarie, the lady that worked with me, was exceptional. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Their online tools worked well, too.

I applied for a HELOC loan with ACHIEVE LOANS. Closing was with LENDAGE, LLC DBA ACHIEVE LOANS. Closing date was February 19, 2026 and the Disbursement date was supposed to be on February 24, 2026 in the amount of $ 67,500 to cover my credit cards expenses. The paperwork was signed in front of a Notary Public in my State of North Carolina.
On February 27, 2026 I received a call from Miranda ** from their Underwriting Department Tel # ** informing me that my loan not been had approved and that I will be receiving a letter of explanation as to the reasons why within 4 to 5 days. I further asked if they were not going to put any lien on my home since the HELOC was canceled and I was told absolutely not. As of today, I have not received any letter, I have called her and left numerous messages and have not received any of my calls returned. I am 79 years old and my home is my only possession, my only income in my social security. I cannot afford to hire a lawyer. These people really mislead me into believing they could help me payoff my credit cards bills.

Achieve Loans called me and doing business with them for a HELOC was really easy. It took about two calls because I had to do some paperwork, but most of the stuff I got done on the first call. It was a pretty good experience.

From the information that was explained prior to me taking out this loan to the information I am getting now as making my first payment does not match. One month they’re charging me $65 and interest, in the next month $306 and interest. Don’t understand how that is possible with only a few days difference in the month. Even getting the loan took me requesting to talk to a supervisor and that should’ve been my first sign to walk away.

One of my creditors never received payment via mail. I wasn't informed until I received a late statement from them. Achieve was notified by me and sent me the money via bank account. I was still hit with a late Charge of 28.00 although no fault of my own.

I'm totally thrilled with your application and underwriting process. This was handled by Jonathan **. He was amazing! Professional, helpful and polite. He ALWAYS answered the phone and had an answer. Underwriting went quickly as well as the closing. Very well coordinated. But, here comes the BUT. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. It has been 2 weeks. Four checks are floating somewhere. The worst part is that there is no phone number to contact the disbursement department. When you are talking about $40,000 the leaving a message (which by the way was never answered) does not work. I finally called Jonathan again. He answered the phone as usual and asked me to wait until the 9th so he could follow up with the disbursement department. The process is good until you sign them it falls through the cracks. You need to work on the continuity of customer service. It’s sadly lacking.

Achieve Loans was one of the first companies I looked into. I settled with them, and the loan process was quite simple. The communication is always a very important part and that was exceptional. The process took about two weeks, and I didn't have to do anything out of my way. Everything was set up perfectly. I work a lot of hours and they made arrangements around that. I've got a mortgage, and they are way better than my mortgage company. I have no complaints.
It’s been a bit of a tough time and Achieve has had a very impactful effect on me. I was able to pay off a lot of debt and cut down my monthly expenditures. It's helped out a lot. I would tell people to inquire about them and to use them. They did everything they said to me and there was no waiting. I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know.

This was by far the easiest financial experience I've ever been involved in. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. It was like dealing with folks I had known my whole life. That is few and far between these days. I would definitely recommend Achieve Loans to anyone needing financial assistance. They are tops in my book!

Everyone I dealt with to applying for this loan also, while it was being processed was very friendly, kind, thorough fun also patient. I had obvious concerns questions misunderstandings etc and the team at Achieve made the process easier than I anticipated. It isn't easy applying for a loan however I felt comfortable dealing with achieve representatives.

The process was real simple. I just filled out the information online and got a reply within a couple of days. I dealt with a person to set everything up, and then one other person in the closing process. They were prompt, quick and friendly. The rate that they gave me was very competitive and I got a good deal.

I initially made an inquiry online and then an Achieve Loans rep called me back. He gave me information I needed. From there, I got an email asking for some documents and then I uploaded them. Everything happened fairly quickly. We tried our best to get everything he asked for timely, and the loan went through. The application online was easy to understand. The communication was good. The rep went above and beyond. I'm separated and when I had to get my husband to sign off on some documents, he initiated that with him. So, he did a really good job.

Getting approved for a loan is good, even with a not so good credit. The process was fast, but the customer service stinks. It's hard to get an answer from anybody. Right now, Achieve overpaid one of my creditors and I'm trying to get them to get the money back from that creditor. Then with another creditor, I found out they put the money on the wire so it's just sitting there, and come to find out the creditor won't accept it. It has to be a check and sent to an address via USPS. It can't be signature. It's kind of stupid. The questions I have is still up in there because I can't get ahold of nobody.
