I had a stellar experience with this company. The agent was patient and kind and very easy to communicate with. The whole process was painless; a smooth onboarding and I can't say enough great things about the process. I couldn't even have imagined that with just one phone call with my agent was able to come to viable solution. There were a few follow up tasks and onboarding that was easy to execute. Well explained and helpful regarding in planning dept free. Should have already done this. Without this, I wouldn't have ever got caught up. Really good for seniors. I spoke with Tyler Asher for almost two hours while he very confidently and patiently worked with me, explained the process (multiple times to clear up my initial confusion), and answered all my questions. I communicated with Accredited on a whim online while budgeting my debt (again) so when I searched about loans I found Carlos and he introduced me to a program with a law firm/debt relief program. It may seem too good to be true but there are actual people whose job is to do their business AND help people at the same time—I was at sink or swim point with credit card debt interest and Carlos truly helped me!

At the end I was accepted and processed almost painlessly. The explanation of the online app and assistance in the dashboard before ending introduction also helpful.
