From the very first phone conversation I had with Leslie when I explained how I had reached the point that I needed to consolidate or "drown", to hearing how Accredited would help me - Leslie never made me feel bad about my situation! My experience with Sunny was exceptional. He listened to my concerns and explained in detail. I spoke with Brittany A. And at first I told her I was afraid it wouldn't work for me but poor girl hadn't said a word to me yet. I called for a consolidation loan in a bit of distress over my finances. I’ve been living on the edge of a mountain of maxed out credit. I was stuck in a circle of increasing interest rates. Starting out it was a scary experience to commit to but the individuals that is helping me (Carlos V. being one) made every opportunity available to me for any questions to be asked and answered. As a firm believer in the importance in great customer experience, I would say I am working with Accredited mostly from the first 18 seconds of the call with Andrew. Being in customer service, 99% of the time I decline service based off of the attitude and service in the first 2 minutes of who I am working with. I called 3 options, but felt compelled to ignore the others and called Accredited. Andrew from the beginning was articulate, genuine and caring. He asked me to share my story and was patient.
