I called for a consolidation loan in a bit of distress over my finances. I’ve been living on the edge of a mountain of maxed out credit. I was stuck in a circle of increasing interest rates. First with charges from repairs on a 20 year old car on its last legs but trying desperately to keep it running. Sadly as the car became a money pit and basically worthless I decided to use all my savings and pay cash for a new used car to avoid high interest car payments. Now I have a new used car that runs great but still ever expanding debt and now new minor health problems. So to prevent a nervous break down to add to my current health problems I call looking for a consolidation loan. I go to Forbes website and choose their #1 rated financial service, Accredited Debt Relief Resolution Service and made the call.

Literally was skeptical. However all my questions were answered immediately and that showed true experience. I just recently started working with Hassan ** and I can't express enough gratitude for the information he provided. Very thorough and has kept in contact with me from day 1 of this journey. For about 2 years, I've been living pay check to pay check as a lot of Americans. The enrollment was relatively easy if you have all of your pertinent information needed to complete the process available. Starting out it was a scary experience to commit to but the individuals that is helping me (Carlos V. being one) made every opportunity available to me for any questions to be asked and answered. I'm sure there were some questions I asked twice. I have to make sure that I feel comfortable in making this huge step. I am in a bad spot financially and have been contemplating what to do. This appears to be the light at the end of the tunnel.

Was explained in easily understandable language on how everything works. Felt extremely comfortable on taking this action to help my situation. Most people will hesitate or get scared to go this route but need to understand that it's not always our fault. Costs of everything has exceeded most people's income, especially if you live on social security. Costs have risen to the point that I ate up most of my savings mostly due to medical conditions. As a firm believer in the importance in great customer experience, I would say I am working with Accredited mostly from the first 18 seconds of the call with Andrew. Being in customer service, 99% of the time I decline service based off of the attitude and service in the first 2 minutes of who I am working with. I called 3 options, but felt compelled to ignore the others and called Accredited. Andrew from the beginning was articulate, genuine and caring. He asked me to share my story and was patient. He didn't just seem to wait for me to quit talking so he could. He asked follow up questions, found out why I called and asked what was important to me. He both referenced and reaffirmed my stated goals through the rest of the conversation. He connected and shared about himself, explained the process, and connected to me personally. He gave me time to look up accounts and balances and was not pushy..

My experience with Andrew was great. No pressure. He all my questions and very professional and helpful and explained each step of the program and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Accredited to anyone that needs this type of help. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very helpful and supportive of the process.

It's scary giving up your credit cards & depending on strangers to help in dealing with the creditors. Especially when you live pay to pay & money is tight.
