Zach was great at getting me a contract that fits my budget. Glad to be working with a company that seems set on helping people manage their finances. I was with JG Wentworth but they seemed to add costs that made no sense and there was very little movement on the accounts after nine months.

I wanted to get some information on debt relief and apply for a program with this company based on reviews and accreditation. The Rep (Xavier) I spoke with just kept me on the phone for extensive periods of time going over different types of debt with stories. Very long. Very time consuming. I did end up hanging up after he put me on hold. When I stated "I know" in the middle of the long drawn out stories, he then stated I was being rude and asked if I was having a bad day. That's NOT how you treat potential customers. I hung up. He put a bad taste in my mouth on working with this company. I did not even get the information I inquired about. Get better Reps help to represent your company. I am appalled.
