First contact was extremely helpful. I was explained the entire process in a very easy to understand manner. I would definitely refer others that are in my situation to contact you. As compared to another company that I talked to, the fees are much lower and also ease of contact going forward was explained well.

When I spoke to the lawyer yesterday, I told him I was rethinking this and needed to stop the process. But it is not that easy. He even told me that the payment would NOT be processed since I didn't complete the interview with him, but it was processed. They lied and now I am obligated to finish this whether I want to or not.

My first exposure to Beyond Finance was through a young man named Erik. I say young because I’m 66 and he sounded younger than me. She takes my application. The only loan she can help me with is One Main. Tells me at the end of the phone call, that "all I need to do is turn off my auto pay and type in a phone number she gave me. This is where it all went to hell! I couldn't manually turn off auto pay on One Main, I had to call them. So I did. Only to find they also can't turn off my auto pay due to they "haven't received anything from her company" AND my March payment has already been tagged to be paid and they can't stop this either! But....Kim has my first payment scheduled to be taken out on March 21st. I called back and spoke with "James" who informs me that it takes 90-180 days for it to actually go through! AND that if I continue with paying this loan, and stop auto pay at the bank, then One Main will mark my credit. But says if the loan is approved, and I make payments to new loan, it will take 1-2 years for my credit to go back up and we are already in the poor category!
NONE OF THIS WAS EVER EXPLAINED!!! I asked if he could transfer me to Kim and he said she just takes applications. I am just madder than ever. She is suppose to call me Monday to "see how things are going" and I have a lot to say!. I can't afford to pay both loans until this one is approved. Not to mention if it takes 90-180 days, that is 3-6 payments I made to a loan that this new loan is suppose to take over, based on the balance as of 3/15. No explanation of this was ever explained or I never would have agreed to this. I did find out that I have until 3/19 to stop this loan, but I told him I wanted to see if she really calls Monday because I want to tell her personally that I don't appreciate the lies!!!

They were great. If you should fall into that sinful debt I recommend wholeheartedly to have them take care of your situation. Chase was great, patient, informal and knowledgeable. Got transfer to a department to review the application. Following day got a call from the lawyer to explain and review the application from the beginning what they told me it happy. It's wonderful company these days it's hard to find. Highly recommend them.

I did a chat session today because I couldn’t change my contact number from one of the creditors. The rep I chatted with assured me that I don’t have to engage in conversation with them if they call. He reassured me that the creditors will stop contacting me when they know the program I’m in. Made me feel a lot better.

It has been a pleasure and stress-free when filling out the application and dealing with signing the paperwork over the phone. Everything was explained to me so clear and had so much patience with me because I don't know a lot about doing stuff like this over the phone and signing papers and I don't understand what I'm told a lot but I understood everything. I proceeded to do all the ground work - had my account set up - finished all my interviews and then I read review - lots of reviews. I was too nervous and having never missed a bill payment in my life, I just couldn't go through with it. Brittney convinced me to at least talk to the lawyer and present all my questions. Even though I was in location where the slot was limited, Girard explained the program and later returned to provide a breakdown of my expenses and how the debt consolidation program worked. My only concern in the program is not being able to utilize my Home Depot account which as a construction company would be needed. That is my concern to continue my business goals.

I would have given Doug a better score but I sent an email after I signed up to tell him I wanted to cancel my agreement but haven't heard anything. I called and spoke with someone else and he also lowered my payment which Doug told me couldn't be done, so....
