Can't believe how helpful Robert was in not only being friendly and informative, but also going to such great lengths to make sure I understood my options, the process, everything. This program was not for me. Too long to negotiate a payoff and, reading the contract, the company owed money may not always accept the settlement price. Takes three to six months to reach an agreement. I'd rather pay high interest than skip six ;months payments and be harassed and get a bad reputation for not paying my bills. Read the complete contract before you sign and make a decision is my advice.

I signed with them the same day based on that first call that lasted well over an hour, I believe. Temisha made me feel respected, she was more than eager to answer all my “zillion” questions, including helping me go online to access BBB for a quick check on customer’s satisfaction. She went above and beyond and that is peace of mind.

My representative was empathic, understanding and very informative. He spent time explaining the program in full. I felt so much relief after our conversation.
