I found this experience to be stress free and easy to understand. Jessica was friendly and knowledgeable. From start to finish, it took about an hour. I have appreciated the personnel that were very willing to answer questions, even if I had to ask a second time! It is a lot to comprehend, and their patience was wonderful (in this day and age). I can honestly say that my experience with Anthony was very pleasant. I was very comfortable speaking with him. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Even though I was in location where the slot was limited, Girard explained the program and later returned to provide a breakdown of my expenses and how the debt consolidation program worked. My only concern in the program is not being able to utilize my Home Depot account which as a construction company would be needed. That is my concern to continue my business goals.

I called this company. Yeah they check out. But the guy kept pressuring me to do all my debt! 3 of the cards I can pay myself. One loan account was almost paid in full. The guy kept telling me that these creditors would take my house my car my paycheck if I didn't add all accounts. All accounts are in good standing all but 3. Never missed a payment. But this guy wanted me to let all accounts fall. Then had the nerve to threaten me with bankruptcy. This place is supposed to help with debt consolidation that's funny with a 500+ a month and for 55-60 months on 14,000 wow.

From the time I called and talked to Josh, I felt an automatic connection with this company. I tried working with another company like this but felt like everything that happened was my fault. When someone is there and supposed to help and they are negative from the start, I knew that wasn't for me. Everything with ADR went so smoothly during my phone conversation and setting up my account, I thought I was dreaming. I watched the video and followed what was being said. The attorney called the next day, and everything went as smooth as silk. Now, I feel my shortcomings from 2022 will be ironed out with the company and I will be able to start saving something instead of always relying on those credit cards. I passed the company information to someone who was having debit problems after a divorce. There will be light at the end of the tunnel.

Thomas was very informative and answered a lot of my questions, even when I was asking ahead of time. He was very confident in helping me and when he didn't know an answer, he let me know and explained to me who I would need to ask. Unfortunately, I was forced to terminate the program due to unforeseen circumstances. My Citibank Mastercard credit limit was reduced from $27,500 to $8,500 today, January 9, 2025. I don’t understand why or how Equifax got involved since we were only dealing with my Discover card. I will be looking into this debacle immediately.
