I feel that I have been scammed and I was calling to let you know when I called One Main to stop the auto pay on the 10th, Marion, the manager, was not happy with me. I feel that I have burnt bridges and am out here alone and unprotected. I hope that you at least sent me a copy of what I signed like you said you would. I have no trust or faith in you now. Sorry. You seemed like such a trustworthy and honest young man.

Elle was wonderful. We talked a great deal on how we got to this place in our lives. I explained to her about our grandson having a coal mining accident. We could have lost him. He was hemorrhaging blood from his severed arteries in his right arm. He was in the hospital almost two months. Elle was understanding and empathetic. On top of this our granddaughter had her thyroid removed and the doctors found that she has cancer. Her cancer is in remission at this time. Then on top of that my husband and I both have diabetes. My husband had bleeding behind his eye and they had to operate on that. My blood pressure has been high. My cholesterol is high. Elle understood that we were at a point of using credit cards to buy food and pay our utilities with them as well. This has been one heck of a year, but Elle was there and understood our predicament. It was ok to a point. I do not hear well so they should speak louder and slower. It is a good program for problem people like me who spent their money on dumb things. I did not get the thing about the auto pay accounts that I hear but I will read it again. It's there. I just got to find it.
