I called this company. Yeah they check out. But the guy kept pressuring me to do all my debt! 3 of the cards I can pay myself. One loan account was almost paid in full. The guy kept telling me that these creditors would take my house my car my paycheck if I didn't add all accounts. All accounts are in good standing all but 3. Never missed a payment. But this guy wanted me to let all accounts fall. Then had the nerve to threaten me with bankruptcy. This place is supposed to help with debt consolidation that's funny with a 500+ a month and for 55-60 months on 14,000 wow.

Unfortunately, I was forced to terminate the program due to unforeseen circumstances. My Citibank Mastercard credit limit was reduced from $27,500 to $8,500 today, January 9, 2025. I don’t understand why or how Equifax got involved since we were only dealing with my Discover card. I will be looking into this debacle immediately.

Elle was wonderful. We talked a great deal on how we got to this place in our lives. I explained to her about our grandson having a coal mining accident. We could have lost him. He was hemorrhaging blood from his severed arteries in his right arm. He was in the hospital almost two months. Elle was understanding and empathetic. On top of this our granddaughter had her thyroid removed and the doctors found that she has cancer. Her cancer is in remission at this time. Then on top of that my husband and I both have diabetes. It was ok to a point. I do not hear well so they should speak louder and slower. It is a good program for problem people like me who spent their money on dumb things. I did not get the thing about the auto pay accounts that I hear but I will read it again. It's there. I just got to find it.
