I knew after talking with your employee Mark ** for about 10-15 minutes, that I would be working with him and your company. Mark gave me all the information that I needed to start my journey to become debt free. He walked me through the app and made sure I was comfortable with how it worked. He was kind and sympathetic to my situation, at the same time he was very professional. Mark also called me the next day to make sure that everything went well with the rest of my calls with the Accredited team. Accredited was my first call, and it was my last. This was all due to Mark. I gave him 5 stars, but I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

"T" was exceptional/concise/knowledgeable/thoughtful during the initial phrase...reviewed in depth the means by which I will participate with them on agreeing to settle with a particular credit card company. Determined what my monthly payment and how many years I would pay that amount. Reviewed each of the amounts I owed each creditor explaining how high an interest rate they were charging. Explain the next step would be for me to discuss plan with an attorney from Five Lakes Law Group on the 3rd of June.

This was the best experience. It’s very stressful when you don’t know how you are going to pay your debt. I was on the verge of filing bankruptcy. I’m so glad that I made this phone call. I met Hugo by seeing an ad saying, "How would you like to be debt free?" I answered some questions and met Hugo. He took as long as needed to get setup in the program. He explained to me I would have to be disciplined to not make my scheduled payments, but let them make the payments for me that they setup that would help me start saving money. He took me through the program and I am so excited about going to be debt free in 48 months. They have a high rating in getting the debt settled and I believe in them to do what they say they can do.
