George was wonderful, patient and helpful. However, I did not ask for time to think this over, review your company, etc. I wish to decline my contract, effective immediately. I am frustrated that this company seems to make this deliberately difficult to decline the contract. I am frustrated. While I might have returned and continued, I now wonder if your company is intent on making it difficult for someone to back out. I signed yesterday and I want this transaction stopped immediately. I was foolish to not put the brakes on in the first place.

We were hesitant about going into a debt resolution program, but we realized that it was the only way we could avoid returning to work after nine years of retirement. There was little excuse for our overwhelming debt: lots of medical bills, lots of expensive medications but, there was also LOTS of travel in-between. It was kind-of “If this is all there is, we need to make the most of it”. Well, with a lot of prayer and God’s help, the health problems became manageable…but the debt did not. TERRIBLE! They can collect as many great reviews as they would like but Accredited Debt Relief is a joke. Asca former commercial banker I decided to look into options on obtaining a credit card consolidation loan, NOT a firm that reduces owed debts and closes the accounts as a standard part of the process. I repeatedly explained this to the representative with whom I spoke. Waste of time! Accredited Debt Relief seems to be STRICTLY a firm that does exactly what I informed them I have zero interest in participating. If individuals actually believe that dealing with such entities is a viable option....I am sorry for them.

A few minutes later received a phone from a a case manager who was friendly, professional and engaging during the whole process answering questions and explaining the process step by step. I felt comfortable and unpressured as I was carefully and slowly guided through the sign up process again questions answered and explained every step clearly and in plain simple terms. Terrible, misleading company. I called & spoke with a rep (** girl). I spoke with her for about 10 minutes & as soon as I said I wasn't ready for a hard credit check, she suddenly became rude & hung up on me. I'm in customer service & telephone sales & have never treated a potential client that way. I want her to be consulted or fired, not just an email that says "our customers are top priority". I need something done. You are the largest debt relief company in the US. You should have reps that are consultative, not rude or pushy. I found this rep totally unacceptable! I would have given a 0 star rating if I could.
