I contacted Accredited Debt Relief on a Thursday morning after taking stock of my debt situation and realizing I had no way out. Terrible, misleading company. I called & spoke with a rep (** girl). I spoke with her for about 10 minutes & as soon as I said I wasn't ready for a hard credit check, she suddenly became rude & hung up on me. I'm in customer service & telephone sales & have never treated a potential client that way. I want her to be consulted or fired, not just an email that says "our customers are top priority". I need something done. You are the largest debt relief company in the US. You should have reps that are consultative, not rude or pushy. I found this rep totally unacceptable! I would have given a 0 star rating if I could.
