The credit or financial counselors do their best to make you feel bad about your debt. I have no late bills or debt in collections, and they did their best to make me feel like I was in a worse situation then I was. She probed and prodded for 30 mins to try to make me feel bad about my situation. I ended the call because I reached out to look for a consolidation loan, not to be berated. They try to shame you into signing on with them, there is a better organization or way to manage your debt options!

I am satisfied with the professional and personal support. I feel that I am well equipped to handle the situation under the current circumstances. I believe if I need any assistance that it will be easily forthcoming and that I am confident that I am well represented.

She was caring, kind, confident, knowledgeable and was able to answer many questions that I had. The conversation left me feeling a huge relief that I have a plan to change my financial future!

It was like I was stuck behind a rock and a hard place with nowhere to go but Timothy ** help me out 100%. I would not know what to do if it wasn't for him. These credit card companies are not your friend and if you make the minimum payment you're going nowhere like a hamster on the Wheel. They don't want you to get out of debt but this company will resolve all of that so if you have any debt problems contact them.

It’s not easy asking for help, I had originally gone with another company, and after a nagging feeling that it was not the right choice I looked a little deeper. It was not hard to find this company as they were rated so high, but it only took a moment for me to realize why that was. The original agency I had gone with only took about 30 minutes to go over my entire problem and give me a solution which seemed too quick. For such a substantial problem it seemed like there should be more care involved in finding out a cause and a solution.

George was wonderful, patient and helpful. However, I did not ask for time to think this over, review your company, etc. I wish to decline my contract, effective immediately. I am frustrated that this company seems to make this deliberately difficult to decline the contract. I am frustrated. While I might have returned and continued, I now wonder if your company is intent on making it difficult for someone to back out. I signed yesterday and I want this transaction stopped immediately. I was foolish to not put the brakes on in the first place.

We were hesitant about going into a debt resolution program, but we realized that it was the only way we could avoid returning to work after nine years of retirement. There was little excuse for our overwhelming debt: lots of medical bills, lots of expensive medications but, there was also LOTS of travel in-between. It was kind-of “If this is all there is, we need to make the most of it”. Well, with a lot of prayer and God’s help, the health problems became manageable…but the debt did not. Asca former commercial banker I decided to look into options on obtaining a credit card consolidation loan, NOT a firm that reduces owed debts and closes the accounts as a standard part of the process. Accredited Debt Relief seems to be STRICTLY a firm that does exactly what I informed them I have zero interest in participating. A few minutes later received a phone from a a case manager who was friendly, professional and engaging during the whole process answering questions and explaining the process step by step.
