I was very satisfied with the information I received with Accredited that help begin my journey on debt resolution. Grateful to Kelli for her assistance, patience and help in signing me up into the program.

Explained everything quite well. Unfortunately, it won’t cover the 1st Bank bill. But it will help me in the other bills. They were able to change the date to the 17th of each month and they were able to lower it to $1000 a month. That will make me breathe a little easier.

Awesome service, made the whole experience easy, understandable, and put me at ease through the whole process. Ismar definitely went above and beyond to understand what I was going through and genuinely wanted to help get me out of a rough situation.

First I shared I had enrolled with another company. Listened to your consultant and was told if I used you instead It'd be $100 cheaper to cover all 9 debts and you would help me terminate the program I had enrolled with the night before. I enrolled with you. Set up my dashboard to follow my account and Immediately noticed that he had Not included All 9 debts, he included 7. I feel misled. He lied about my coverage to quote a cheaper price to get my business. A supervisor said she could add those accounts he left off, but it brought my cost up to what the original company was charging. She said she'd lower the cost but couldn't until the next day. I called and cancelled the next day because of the fact that they'd been deceitful and I couldn't trust them. Was told I'd receive a confirmation email.. Didn't come, so called back and was told email was resent.. 24 hrs later..Still No Confirmatory email as Promised.

Ethan was very professional. He asked all the questions about my debt and then my plan afterwards. I said I want to buy my first home! He said that was wonderful and that he was previously a mortgage broker so that lowering my debt and working on my credit score were 2 good things to change. He went thoroughly through my monthly expenses and we made an estimate monthly budget to determine what repayment arrangement would be best for me and not send me further in debt or late payments. After that he submitted my stuff to underwriting and then explained the difference between my two options and which one was best for me. I’m set up with a 2 year plan but am still able to pay more in to my account if I wanted to.
