First I shared I had enrolled with another company. Listened to your consultant and was told if I used you instead It'd be $100 cheaper to cover all 9 debts and you would help me terminate the program I had enrolled with the night before. I enrolled with you. Set up my dashboard to follow my account and Immediately noticed that he had Not included All 9 debts, he included 7. I feel misled. He lied about my coverage to quote a cheaper price to get my business. A supervisor said she could add those accounts he left off, but it brought my cost up to what the original company was charging. She said she'd lower the cost but couldn't until the next day. I called and cancelled the next day because of the fact that they'd been deceitful and I couldn't trust them. Was told I'd receive a confirmation email.. Didn't come, so called back and was told email was resent.. 24 hrs later..Still No Confirmatory email as Promised.

I started my day wanting to try for some resolution to my almost drowning in debt. I attempted loans and none were approved. I had filled out an application and decided didn't want to do it because the payments were too high. I kept receiving phone calls which I didn't answer. Rejected all of them and then blocked the number. For over a month now...they keep calling with different numbers. I have 14 alone in the last two weeks which I have been blocking! 888-205-3515, 5634, 7145, 1699, 3314, 6906, 1223, 1992, 0984, 2338, 2805, 3511, 0982, 2814 just to name a few. I block and they find another number to try. This is harassment and I am going to file a complaint with FCC. These people are relentless!!!
