I don't completely understand what's next, other than I am not supposed to pay the bills that are included in my plan. I am a little disappointed that I have not been called yet. Simone made an appointment for me to have someone walk me through the app at 4pm today Alaska Time. It is now 4:30pm and I have not been contacted yet. Not even an email or text saying that they are behind schedule. I find that frustrating. Again, not ready to recommend to friends and family until I see how this all works and make some payments.

The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful however at the end I decided this wasn't the route for us. I thanked them and asked they close my inquiry however instead of just saying thanks. The associate was very insistent to the point of making me uncomfortable. I dont know if it was his passion or push to close a deal. This is a big deal to people. They should not feel guilty or pressured into defaulting on debt.

The representative that I spoke with, George R., was so empathetic to my predicament. He could tell from my voice how emotionally upset I was. After a few questions and interacting with others, he acknowledged that there was help for my situation. By the end of our conversation I was encouraged and full of hope and gratitude. Spent a lot of time working through my concerns and addressing those that you can, legally. I still have anxiety of my accounts going into collections while waiting for negotiations on partial debt forgiveness. Hopefully these negotiations will be expedited as quickly as possible.

So far not impressed. I was under the impression if you have 5k and above, we were good to go. With the rep I have, his name is Sean, he stated I needed at least 10k. Well I have that and now I'm being told that some things I entered in doesn't qualify...so instead of being just over 11k, he is telling me I am just over 2k short. I've asked what doesn't qualify and had not received a response. I've looked on their website to see about getting another rep to represent me since his communication or lack thereof, and it gives me a phone number that always takes me to him.

Well so far I’ve been pretty nervous about everything but I have to say everyone I’ve talked to have been great about supporting me with this. I never thought it would come to this but after the loss of my husband things have been hard and I know that I need help getting back on my feet again.
