Joe was a great person to work with. He answered all questions, made all statements clear and you felt you were being cared for. Long process, didn't rush through any of the many pages of all things involved in the process for debt relief. Easy to understand, and no pressure. Just glad we had Joe for the lengthy process.

The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful however at the end I decided this wasn't the route for us. I thanked them and asked they close my inquiry however instead of just saying thanks. The associate was very insistent to the point of making me uncomfortable. I dont know if it was his passion or push to close a deal. This is a big deal to people. They should not feel guilty or pressured into defaulting on debt.

Very calming and kind. I was very nervous going in but felt excited and relieved after, very thorough and explained things in a way I could actually understand.

By interacting with New York State senior’s debt forgiveness program I was connected with Beyond Finance to help resolve a financial hardship scenario that occurred in less than a year. The representative that I spoke with, George R., was so empathetic to my predicament. He could tell from my voice how emotionally upset I was. After a few questions and interacting with others, he acknowledged that there was help for my situation. By the end of our conversation I was encouraged and full of hope and gratitude. I highly recommend Beyond Finance.

Wasn't really sure about this going in, however Benjamin was exceptionally excellent at explaining everything and there was zero pressure throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling making their payments of debt. Everything was explained and any questions or concerns were answered very professionally and honest. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole conversation. Spent a lot of time working through my concerns and addressing those that you can, legally. I still have anxiety of my accounts going into collections while waiting for negotiations on partial debt forgiveness. Hopefully these negotiations will be expedited as quickly as possible.

I was extremely apprehensive however Josh was awesome in explaining the program and answering all of my questions. He has a great deal of patience and a clear and concise way of relaying pertinent information. This was followed by a call from Attorney Brian **. Very professional while still being down to earth. So far not impressed. I was under the impression if you have 5k and above, we were good to go. With the rep I have, his name is Sean, he stated I needed at least 10k. Well I have that and now I'm being told that some things I entered in doesn't qualify...so instead of being just over 11k, he is telling me I am just over 2k short. I've asked what doesn't qualify and had not received a response. I've looked on their website to see about getting another rep to represent me since his communication or lack thereof, and it gives me a phone number that always takes me to him.

Well so far I’ve been pretty nervous about everything but I have to say everyone I’ve talked to have been great about supporting me with this. I never thought it would come to this but after the loss of my husband things have been hard and I know that I need help getting back on my feet again.

I would rate my first experience as excellent. Everyone I spoke to was very personable and willing to answer my questions in their entirety. They were also extremely patient and willing to go into depth on several of the issues I had. They made me feel comfortable with the process as I had expressed some anxiety over the entire situation. Britney ** was very helpful and showed a lot of empathy. I was really embarrassed by my financial issue, but Britney was very reassuring. She has kept in touch with me and provided important numbers and email addresses. I appreciate that she is very responsive and professional. For onboarding, Stella provided onboarding which included reviewing the app with me clearly which helped so much because it was my first time using it. Finally, I also communicated with Samantha, a customer service representative who was very helpful. Overall, everyone has been professional, kind and patient. It's so refreshing to interact with a company that cares about its clients because it matters a lot. I look forward to working with everyone more in the future.

When you are on a fixed income, any unexpected expense is BAD! So, you borrow money, or use a credit card. Soon, you can't keep up. When Accredited came up with a plan for me, I could finally breathe.
