Accredited Debt Relief, especially Kory were exceptional, their help was such a relief off my mind. They explained everything I needed to know and made it easy to understand as well. They started working on my accounts immediately, the whole entire staff work with you individually which I felt completely at ease.

When I called, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. The gentleman, I had a pleasure to speaking with, genuinely seemed to care about my situation and wanted to help me relieve some of my financial burden. He was patient throughout the whole process and always made sure that I understood everything/answered all my questions. I really felt as if I was talking to a friend who cared about my situation, not just another number. I would highly recommend to anyone no matter what financial crises they may be facing

Very professional conduct from Mrs. Jill ** at Accredited. Jill spoke with me and my wife separately and together and made us feel so at ease. The process was explained and laid out in writing. Jessica was amazing and caring. She did an excellent job of making me feel like I had a chance with all this debt. Make sure she knows how much I appreciated her. Now let’s just hope this works to get my life back in order financially and get my credit score back up. She also gave me a talking to about saving, and left the door open for future contact if need be. Give her a raise!! So far so good. Can’t wait to see any changes to my credit. When that happens I will be able to give a better review.

I been putting off this decision until I added up all my monthly interest charges and realized I’d never get what I owed. When I made the call I spoke with Lemuel. What can I say? Your team is AWESOME! For some time now, my debt has been weighing on me. I didn't know what to do, how to start, and pretty much put my debt on the back shelf. Sunday morning I decided to start looking at my options. Doing a Google search, Accredited Debt Relief was the first result. Plugged my numbers in, and was almost afraid to see the results. The website said that a representative would contact me shortly. That can't be good, right? Within minutes, I was talking to Randi **. What a wonderful person. Polite, cheery. I was not expecting empathy. She put my fears and anxiety to rest. Within an hour she not only made me feel hope for my situation, she had a plan. Robert was amazing. He explained everything in depth before having me sign anything. He explained the whole process then asked if I wanted to proceed. He did not push me to do anything I didn’t want to do. Robert also explained each section upon signing/initialing each area. Also at the end, Robert explained about which law group will represent me and their process and fees. Absolutely nothing was left to question besides “when can we start” and he answered that as well.
